9:00 am
have the insurance companies, the doctors, the hospitals, and the country itself doesn't want to get sued. not very easy. but they've been trying to get it approved for 41 years, they've been trying to get that. that's just one of many, many things that we have done, for 41 years. to provide our amazing veterans the care they deserve, we passed va accountability and va choice. many, many decades, they've been trying to get those. [applause] choice meaning you wait online and you can't see a doctor, they would wait on line for a week o. sometimes they be ill and they'd end up being terminally ill by the time they saw the doctor. we are letting them go out, get a private doctor immediately, and we pay the bill. we just got a 91% approval rating in the va, the highest we've ever had by many points. 91%. [applause]
9:01 am
and va accountability sounds simple, but it's not. you couldn't let anybody go, no matter how they disrespected our great vets. no matter what they said to them, no matter how badly they treated them. we had sadists and thieves, a lot of bad people. you couldn't fire them under any circumstances. under any circumstances you couldn't fire them, and no we say, "you, you are fired." [laughter] [applause] va accountability. they wanted to have that, actually they've let go of 9,000 people, replace them with people who love our vets, want to take care of our vets. they are great people, and we had a terrible thing. you couldn't get them fired, because civil service, unions, different things. you couldn't fire them, now you can fry them. you can fire them quickly if they're not doing the job. it's a big deal, and we don't talk about it a lot. nobody talks about it, but they've been trying to get those things approved for more than
9:02 am
four decades. now they are done, they are approved. we ended the obama-biden administration's war on american energy, and the united states is now the leading producer of oil and natural gas anywhere in the world. it's a big thing. [applause] and remember this -- if you look at what they are doing, biden, he wants to end fracking, and petroleum products, end petroleum. no natural gas, nothing. end everything. that's it. how does that work in texas? how does that work in pennsylvania? i was in pennsylvania yesterday. a place he said he was born in, which was true, but he left when he was, like, nine years old. he left a long time ago. he left seven decades ago. [laughter]
9:03 am
he still calls it his home. his real home is a place he never leaves anymore. [laughter] [cheers and applause] he never leaves, the outskirts of that state. you think you would go a little bit. not that far. he never leaves. [laughter] we'll figure it out pretty soon. but, they want to end fracking, they want to end drilling, they want to end everything. i said, "think of it, they want to end oil, they want to end --" they want to take away guns, the second amendment. how about that? [boos] that alone should we need the election. [applause]
9:04 am
and -- [cheers and applause] [crowd chanting] >> four more years! four more years! four more years! >> president trump: and i protect your second amendment. do you think that was easy for the last four years? everyone is like, "oh, look, he is wilting, he is wilting." no, we are not wilting. we have people in tragedies, they lost their son in school, they lost a daughter. beautiful meadow. that gentleman is a friend of mine. he knows what i'm talking about. they have gotten the hard line on the second amendment. it's not one way. it's an incredible thing to see, actually. we held totally strong, and it's always going to be with us.
9:05 am
if they get in, they will absolutely either obliterate edits to a point of no return, or actually terminate it. i have no doubt about it. i have absolutely no doubt about it. it is something we can't let happen, such a big part of our security and our safety. and your entertainment and all, but i say security and safety probably first, right? and god, it's an attack on god, an attack on religion. do you see the man they got up, and sang a very, very special phrase from a very, very special thing? and he left the word "god" out. i was watching, and i said, "oh, he must have made a mistake." i didn't think he left it up. i thought maybe -- that can happen. maybe he made a mistake. he didn't make a mistake. that's where they are coming from. he left the word "god" out. that's where they are coming from. i withdrew from the one-sided
9:06 am
parents -- i call it the paris climate disaster. [applause] this was a way of taking advantage of the united states. we wouldn't be able to drill, we wouldn't be able to frak, we wouldn't have energy. russia went way back in the dirtiest years. china didn't even come into it until 2030 or 2035. when they did, they came in very lightly. we came in immediately. we would have had to close down many, many businesses in order to achieve the goals that they set, which are totally unrealistic. it was a disaster. you know, it's an amazing thing. when i did that, when i do a couple of others, environmental bills, the clean waters act, how about that? it sounds so beautiful. in fact, when i did it, i said, "i'm going to be killed on this one." i did it, i was stranded by farmers, developers, builders
9:07 am
who build houses, and others. they never cried. they are very strong people, they never cry today in their life. they were almost all crying. a big strong guy, i said, "when was the last time you cried?" he said, "i can't remember." i give them back their life. that took away -- [applause] that took away their life. what we did in minnesota with the iron ore, people came up to me and said, "you gave us back our life. obama wrote it out." the best in the world, we give it back to them. we went up to maine, we give them back their lobsters. we give them back their fishing. [applause] 5,000 square miles. think of what that is. take 1 mile, mile by mile, and now you add five -- as big as the ocean is, that was a big
9:08 am
chunk. right off the coast of maine. famous lobsters, fishing, nobody does it better. and they were not allowed. it was called a monument. a monument to what? when i was up in maine a few weeks ago -- [laughter] i said to people, their whole life was lobster, fishing, you know, the different things. they're the best. what happened? "they took away our everything." "how does this area compared to other areas?" first of all, it takes time to get edit areas, it's so big. but this is the best in the world. and he doesn't let us use it. and i said, "and yet, you vote democrat." [laughter] it's like israel. look what i did for israel. [cheers and applause]
9:09 am
thank you. but it's amazing to me, because nobody has been worse to israel than president obama and biden. nobody. nobody has been worse. look at the iran deal. it's the worst thing that ever happened to israel. they never moved to the embassy to jerusalem. thereby making jerusalem the capital of israel, which i did. neither did any other president. i understand why. they can paint on it, every president said they were going to do it. no president did it until i came along. [applause] the pressure from other parts of the world was in our mess. i've told the story a few times, when i just turned off my phone.
9:10 am
when the king calls, this one calls, that one calls, "we are calling about israel." i say, oak, "tell them i'll get back in a couple days." [laughter] "i'll get back in a couple days, i'll be in next week." [laughter] kings and queens, prime ministers, presidents and dictators, everybody was calling. "don't do it, don't do it. it'll be bloodshed all over the middle east." look what we just did, right? with the united arab emirates and israel. [applause] and we couldn't have done that if we had the deal with iran. but they said, "don't do it, don't do it with israel. don't do it." i didn't take the call, and i did it. it was fine, nothing happened. remember? the world was going to blow up, this will be the end of the world! so i held my breath, and i did it. [laughter]
9:11 am
and you know what happened? nothing, except we did something that should have been done many, many decades ago, and every president violated their promise, their campaign promise, except me. i did it. by the way, i added in the golan heights. that was a big one, too, by itself. [applause] i did it. it's incredible. i then call up these heads of state, many of whom are friends of mine. actually, you don't hear this from the fake news back there. [laughter] there's a lot of press. a lot of press. but, you know, you don't hear this from the people back there, but i actually have very good relationships with leaders. with many of them. some of them just take too much advantage of our country, including some of our so-called allies. some of them are the worst for taking advantage of us. but you don't hear that. so, what i did is i called some
9:12 am
of the leaders the following week. "hi, how are you doing? we wanted to talk to you about israel. but you already did it." i said, "oh, i wish you had gotten to me a little bit sunni." [laughter] but that's easier than having somebody asking over and over, "please don't do it." it wasn't done because there was tremendous pressure put on the president of the united states by many other countries. much more than you would think, and different countries than you would even think. countries you wouldn't think even cared about it were calling, asking not to do it. we did it, and it has been really quite historic, i guess. i could run in israel, and they said probably and 98% approval rating in israel. [applause] and, you know who appreciates it
9:13 am
most? the evangelical christians. they appreciate it. [cheers and applause] so, it has been quite -- that has been, just by itself, that's one thing out of many, many things, but that's been quite an interesting journey. but we also took historic action to stand up to china's trade cheating and plundering. you know that. we had the best year we've ever had, and they had the worst year they've had in 67 years. i wonder why? i don't want them to have bad news, but there is nobody who has ripped off the united states like china for so many years. how presidents before me allowed that to happen, and especially the one just before me. joe biden, with his son walking out with $1.5 billion to manage, meaning millions of dollars a year in fees, is a disgrace. he's a disgrace. [applause]
9:14 am
and the vast sums of money he was paid by ukrainian -- a ukrainian company that didn't have the highest standing, to put it mildly. but the vast sums of money. if that ever happened to a republican, they would have been in jail a long time ago. it is such a double standard, i can't tell you come with all the things that happened. the deep state. you don't have to believe it, but it's very unfair. i would say that, if a republican ever did what joe biden did with calling off the prosecutors, or you're not going to get billion dollars, he's on tate. it's not like, "oh, gee --" he's on tape. you wouldn't have had a chance. it's a disgrace. the double standard is a disgrace, and hopefully it will be brought back to fairness. remember this, they spied on my campaign and they got caught.
9:15 am
they can say what they want, this fbi agent has now admitted -- this is the beginning, hopefully, of the falling castle. but he has admitted that he forged documents. he changed documents, reversing them. he admitted it. so, let's see what's going to happen over the next, hopefully, short period of time. it's been unfair we had to wait so long. that was so obvious for a long time. it should never be allowed to happen to another president again. that, i can tell you. and that's for the good of the country, not for me. the good of the country. [applause] within three years, we replaced nafta, which everybody said it was impossible to do. with a brand-new and really pr pro-america usmca. it's a whole different ball game. we don't want to lose our companies to mexico and canada, and this puts a tremendous price tag on doing that.
9:16 am
if they want to do that. they will be doing that. everything we do, our administration is fighting for the american people and delivering one victory after another. we have appointed more than 230 federal judges. we expect to be perhaps over 300 federal judges by the end of the year. [applause] and i can tell you, it's driving them crazy. [laughter] don't forget, president obama, they say he was a great president. well, you can't be a great president when much of what he's done, we've done. and you can't be a great president when you leave 142 empty judgeships. i don't think any president has left any. these are very, very important
9:17 am
things for a party. different policies, different everything. you understand it better than anybody, the people in this room. left us 142. first day in office, i said, "how many judges do have to point?" "sir, you have 142." i said, "you have to be kidding." i had a big head start. 142, but we will have, i think, and excess by the time we are finished of 300, including court of appeals. and, of course, to cope very supreme court justices. [applause] and remember this, in terms of get out the vote, the next president, i think, could have anywhere from two to four to maybe even five, statistically, supreme court justices. i've had two. some presidents have had none, because you generally pick them young and they last a long time,
9:18 am
right? they can last a long time. we could have 223 to four, maybe even to five. that's probably a stretch, but four isn't a stretch at all. that would mean the entire balance of the court doesn't just shift, it becomes dominant. if we don't win, which we don't want to think about -- we have to think positively, and the polls today, 51%, they were the ones that got it right last time. them and a few others. [cheers and applause] they don't want to show that, they only want to show those polls of not likely voters, registered voters. what does that mean? many are dead. [laughter] many have switched their party affiliations. "registered." they don't show likely. he sees polls with an interview many more democrats and republicans.
9:19 am
i have to, i guess, by law put it in. many more. what are they doing, "likely" voters? i think they'd be very upset. they know they would be very upset. bottom line, we are doing very well. we have the biggest crowds. i think there is more enthusiasm now for this election than there was -- it's record enthusiasm, by the way. record-setting enthusiasm. it's more now than we had even four years ago. does that make sense? [cheers and applause] and we had the same thing four years ago. but now we have done so much. this is easier in many ways. we were sailing. by the way, without the plague from china, this thing was over. we were sailing. but that came in, and you have to prove yourself again. now i have to prove myself again. but we are doing that. we are building up the economy. we are way ahead, even on the fake polls, we are way ahead on
9:20 am
the economy, which is very important. [laughter] you prove yourself, and i have to do it again. that's what we are doing. we have the v. the super v, we can talk about. with the help of countless faith leaders, many of you are in the room. he appreciated. we passed criminal justice reform. [applause] nobody has done more for the black community or the hispanic community then we have. nobody. nobody. [applause] i guess maybe lincoln. abraham lincoln. but nobody -- i don't think anybody, with the possible exception of abraham lincoln, but nobody has done more. if you look at opportunity zones, all the things we've done. nobody has done more. after years of neglect by both parties, my administration understands that a strong nation
9:21 am
must have strong borders. [applause] by next week, we will have gone up to over, as i say, 300 miles. that's hard to believe. that was tough. you notice now that we are building it, you don't hear about it anymore? they don't want to talk about it anymore. it's a bad issue for the democrats, because everyone knows that walls work. you know, it's interesting. no matter -- with all the technology and all the changes you see, you don't recognize the computer for five years ago. it's not even recognizable. two things don't change, right? walls and wheels. [laughter] you can come back in 2,000 years from now, and two things will still be around. wheels and walls. [laughter] remember when they were saying, "the wild doesn't do anything? ex necklace" they wanted a drone flying around so you could watch everybody poured
9:22 am
into our country." [laughter] we ended catch and release. one of the great scams of all time. "we catch them and release them!" they should say catch and release into our country. you catch and release them and you weren't allowed to bring them back. now we bring the back. we absolutely bring them back. we dismantle drug smuggling and human trafficking. these networks are horrible. human trafficking. [applause] which has turned out -- you think about it is almost an ancient crime, but it's not. it's bigger now all over the world than it has ever been, because of the computer. because of the internet. it's bigger now than ever before. it's a horrible thing. much of it through the southern border. but all over the world, this is taking place. we've brought it down to levels that nobody thought even possible. but it's a terrible thing. mosmostly trafficking in women.
9:23 am
children to a lesser extent. 4,500 ms-13 members, we brought them back to their countries. their countries, under the obama administration, didn't want to take people. you know that, right? they didn't want to take them. "don't bring them back here, we are not taking them." guatemala, el salvador, honduras. they wouldn't take people back. now they take them back. they say, "oh, thank you very much." [applause] the last administration left us with a middle east in chaos. this was a middle east in chaos. iran was empowered and exporting terror. they don't have too much money now. the not spending billions of dollars, giving it to al qaeda, hezbollah. some of these wonderful groups that are totally vicious. crazed lunatics. but iran is different, they are having a hard time. the gdp went down to a level you wouldn't even believe, in the
9:24 am
20s. they'll make a deal. i said they will make a deal within a month, but i probably mean a week. i just want to be right. [laughter] because they'll call me. they'll say, "it took ten days, he was wrong!" [laughter] we just want to see -- if i win, they'll be in making a deal. if, for some reason, i don't, they will take their time and get one of the great deal since last one, when we paid them $150 billion. billion. for nothing, it wasn't even a long-term deal. you know, right now, the time is almost up. this was like a short team deal. it's like you rent a store in a shopping center. these are countries we are dealing with. it was a short-term deal, but more portly, we give them $1.8 billion in cash paid think that. cash! we fluid in in boeing 757's loaded in cash. what were these people thinking? we terminated that deal.
9:25 am
had i kept it, we never could have started this incredible thing that is happening with uae, israel, and everybody saying, "why haven't you invited us?" okay. many countries and i want to come in. this was an impossible thing to even conceive of. [applause] even tom friedman of th "the new york times" gave us an a+. can you believe it? he couldn't believe it. i wouldn't say he's been a big fan. [laughter] but "the new york times" gave us the best editorial i've had. i can't even believe it, i'm surprised. i'm sure they've changed it by now. somebody got in there and said, "who wrote that editorial?" but tom friedman wrote the editorial. it's very fair, it's true. couldn't believe it. it's got great reviews from everybody. "wall street journal," "washington post." can you believe that when? we couldn't have done that deal had we stayed in this horrible
9:26 am
deal done by john kerry, who had no clue as to negotiation. they would tell him, "we want this, we want this, we want this." sometimes you have to get up and walk. once he rode his bicycle, remember? he was an accident. [laughter] i promised, at 73 years old, i said, "i'll never be riding a bicycle." [laughter] yet the helmet, names, insignia for us all over. insignias like he was a 20-year-old great cyclist from france. [laughter] that delayed him about two months. they said, "he just got hurt and a bicycle accident." it's not a good accident. i might get hurt, but i'm not getting hurt riding a bicycle. [laughter] when you look at the obama administration, isis was rampaging all over.
9:27 am
i have defeated 100% of the isis caliphate in iraq and syria. [applause] yesterday we have the prime minister of iraq in my office, and he made a statement. he said, "sir, i want to thank you. you have defeated isis." i said, "wait a minute, nobody ever says that. those people back there don't say it. what do you mean by that?" he said, "you." i said, "do you mean obama? do you mean the united states?" "sir, obama, it was a disaster. when he took over, isis wasn't 30% of our country. you came in and you defeated." i said, "will you please go public with that?" [laughter] so he said, "i would." he would. but it's true, we've defeated 100% of the caliphate. we turned it all around. we rebuilt the united states
9:28 am
military, $2.5 trillion. we have a brand-new beautiful military. [applause] as i said, with israel, we got out of the iran nuclear deal, which was such a horrible thing for israel. but asked a friend of mine, who is a big fan of israel, "what was the best? golan heights, jerusalem? what was more important of the two? golan heights --" which they have been working on for 52 years, recognition of go on heights for israel. 52 years. planes would fly in, they would have summits every year. planes would fly in, they'd talk, they'd talk, they'd keep talking, two days later, the planes would fly out, then they'd meet two years later. 52 years they went through that. i got it done immediately. i said, "which is more important? golan heights or jerusalem?" they said, "neither." i said, "what do you mean, neither?"
9:29 am
he said, "the most important was when he withdrew from that horrible and very dangerous iran nuclear deal. that was the greatest thing you did for israel." it's very interesting. [applause] i said, "i agree." i said, "i agree, we impose the toughest ever u.s. sanctions on iran, and this week we invoked the snapback provisions to restore virtually all of the previously suspended u.n. sanctions. we snapped it back. that's a good term. the founder and leader of isis, al-baghdadi, is dead. [applause] in the world's top terrorist, probably over 50 years, the top terrorist, qassem soleimani, is dead. he's gone. [applause] but the more success that we have achieved, the more unhinged the radical left has become. anarchists, violent mobs have
9:30 am
rioted in our democrat-run cities, attacking our police, tearing down statues. as you know, i signed a clause. you know, when they used to do powerful things, when they knew what the hell they were doing. [laughter] i took an old bill and to give a nice brand-new executive order. it says, very easily -- can you imagine getting this today? you ripped down a statue, a federal statute, you go to jail. prison. they use the term prison. you go to prison for ten years. [applause] and i remember there was a big march on washington, they were coming into knock-knock a lot of statues down. they even had thomas jefferson in their plan. that was in their plan. no, thanks. george washington, they were even thinking about lincoln. lincoln did sort of a pretty good job, right?
9:31 am
[laughter] but they were talking about anybody. i don't even know if they knew what they were doing. they were just wild and out of control. i signed it, ten years in prison if you knocked on the statue. we have people right now in jail going to trial, by the way. that was from previous -- [applause] if you remember, that was a big thing, two and a half months ago. you know when i signed it? two and a half months ago. [laughter] two and a half months ago i signed it, we haven't had a problem since. they say, "you know, we want to knock down that statue. see, ten years, that's a lot of time." [applause] which tells you that laws, if properly utilized, can stop all this madness. that's why we have to give our great police back their dignity and their power. [cheers and applause]
9:32 am
i have been endorsed by almost every police organization in the country. we just got, the other day, the head of new york city police endorsed me. first endorsement, he said, to the best of his knowledge, which is a lot of knowledge -- the first time they've ever endorsed a candidate for president. that's good. they don't endorse. first time ever. [applause] all the sheriffs in florida, dan can tell you all of the law enforcement in texas, right? all the law enforcement in texas. it's good. just about everywhere, we have tremendous support. you're always going to have bad apples, by the way. you will have it probably in this room, we might have one or two. we have bad apples. these are great people they do a phenomenal job. that actually are appreciated by the public. by the public, they are
9:33 am
appreciated and loved and respected. the public doesn't want to happen what is happening to our police. they took away their dignity, they took away their right to do the job that they wanted to do, and they are doing the job. to me, they do the job. you look at most cities in our country, crime is actually down. look at chicago and you say, "how is that possible?" you look at new york, what has happened in the short period of time. we are with them, they are with us, and they've done a fantastic job. right? [applause] so, the future of our country and, indeed, our civilization is at stake on november 3rd. earlier this summer, murders rose by 29% in new york city. 33% in philadelphia. 53% in chicago. at 133% in annapolis. these are all democrat-run places. these are democrat-run. i might say radical left democrat, in some cases. but these are people that don't
9:34 am
have any clue what they are doing. they have no idea. i don't even think they know that it's bad, what's going on. he would almost say they are trying to defend it. it's incredible to hear them. but that's why i launched operation legend, which i has ld to the rest of 1,500 criminals since july. and the radical left spent four years trying to illegally overturn the last election. they're still trying to overturn -- hillary clinton, remember hillary clinton? "would you honor the election?" [laughter] right? the results of the election. that was hillary clinton. she should have asked that question to herself! [laughter] she is like a crazed lunatic. she's a lunatic. [applause] she is something, i'll tell you... [laughter] somebody said, "what's the difference between clinton and biden?" should i say it?
9:35 am
should i tell you? well, clinton is much smarter, but not a likable person. joe is not nearly as smart, but he is more likable. so, you know, i don't know. maybe i'd rather have the smarter person. [laughter] who cares about personality, right? [laughter] that's a difference. very simple, isn't it? it's a very simple thing. that's why we have to win. we have to win. [cheers and applause] so now the democrats are planning to permanently alter our political system, so their control is never threatened again. they want to pack the court with radical left justices, abolish the filibuster, which, frankly, i wish we did it. they are going to do it, so you might as will get there first. i couldn't get a couple people to go along with me. my attitude was schumer is going to do that. they said, "no, he'll never do
9:36 am
that." guess what? they're doing doing it. as much as we've done -- we've done more than anybody has ever done in three and a half years. but, you know what? as much as we've done, we would have done more if we had done that. getting those extra ten votes was almost impossible with these people. almost impossible. i wish we had done it. i wanted to do it, but we had some obstacles. they want to grant mass amnesty for millions of people, and citizenship, they want to give to many million illegal aliens, probably about 11 million at least. they want to abolish voter i.d. they want to abolish voter i.d. she get into the dnc convention last night, you needed an i.d. with your picture on it. [laughter] now, what does that tell you about -- to get in last night, a friend of mine was saying. a friend of mine who happened to be there.
9:37 am
i said, "why were you there?" [laughter] a very political person. he shows me, he said, "here's my idea, it's got my picture." it's a disgrace. there's only one reason they don't want voter i.d., and that's because they want to cheat. that's all. [applause] i mean, you have it on everything. you have it on driver's licenses, you have it on everything, just about. the only one they don't want it on is a vote, which is your most important thing you have, is your vote. they don't want it. we have it in some states. indiana, they have some great -- voter i.d., they want to abolish it where it is and never allow it to happen again. that's only a bad thing. that's only a bad thing. to everyone in this room, your organization was formed at a time when conservatives lead the fight to turn back the tide of
9:38 am
communism abroad, communism here. it's a very important organization. now americans must rally to turn back the radical left socialist and marxist pluralists right here at home. and you see that when you see these people rioting in portland, where you see the anger, the craziness. these people are crazy. they are crazy. we won't let it go on much longer, by the way. because, you know, they are supposed to police their own town, but we are not going to let it go on. [applause] because, at some point, we have to say, "okay, you've had enough time to police or town. close go by the way, portland has good police. but they are not -- again, they are not allowed to do their job. if our opponents prevail, no one will be safe in our country, and no one will be spared. no one will be spared, including

the people that helped fund -- they think they're going to be best pals. they are not going to be best pals, they'll be terminated just like many others. i am the only thing standing between the american dream and total anarchy, madness, and chaos. that's what it is. i'm representing you. i'm just here. i'm not sure it's an enviable position, but that's what it is. [applause] that's what it is. [crowd chanting] >> usa! usa! usa! >> president trump: you know, when i made that statement, i was a little embarrassed by it. because it sounds so egotistical. it's like an egotistical statement. i was a little embarrassed. "i'm the only one." but there was no other way to say it. we have to win the election.
9:40 am
i'm the one. [applause] if we win, all of these things you are talking about -- pro-life, by the way. [applause] second amendment, by the way. [cheers and applause] if we don't win, it's all gone, okay? it's all gone. i have to mention, the second amendment, gone. it's all gone. and many other things. ultimatet will fail. it will fail. it can't work. economically, it can't work. we'll go into a depression. i'm very good at predicting these things. will go into a depression, no
9:41 am
different than -- maybe worse, no different than what happened in 1929. your stocks will crash, your 401(k)s will be worthless. this is going to happen. and the radical left will bring him along so quickly. i don't know if you saw the congresswoman the other day, where she said, "he will do whatever i tell them to do. he's perfect, he will do whatever i tell him to do." this is a congresswoman. bernie sanders was saying the same thing. bernie sanders is saying, "we will let nba, and when he gets in, we will take it over." that's what's going to happen, because that's the way their party is. it has become a sick ideology, and we have to win. we will solve the problem very quickly, very easily. we have to win. i don't like this mail and ballot deal. they are going to send out 51 million mail-in ballots to people that haven't requested them. well, where are they going?
9:42 am
look at what happened to new york with carolyn maloney. a small race, and they declared the winner. they don't even have the ballots. it is so mixed up, so fraudule fraudulent. that is one little race. what's going to happen when you have 150 million votes, and you have 51 million votes? think of it, they are going to send out 51 million. it could be higher than that. 51 million votes. no signature verification on many of them. in nevada, no signature verification. in new jersey, no signature verification. in new jersey, the governor passed it. didn't even have the legislature approve it. he did it with an executive order, which is interesting. i mean, how do you do this? but think of it, you don't have to know anything about politics.
9:43 am
just common sense, right? and a lot of you are a people. 51 million, it's not an absentee ballot. where you requested, they send it, you send it back. it's good, like in florida. this is 51 million people are going to get ballots to send in. if it's them, let's say they are doing it, and it's mostly democrat states that wanted, and democratic governors, they are going to send them to certain areas, i guess. right? i guess. people are going to be getting them. "oh, all right, that's fine." and they'll send them back. some of them, harvesting is allowed. that's where you harvest them all together. in nevada, harvesting is allowed. so they will go all over the world and they will give people -- "hey, used to be here." they harvest them and dropped thousands of them on a table just before an election. everything is, if you do this, you will never have an election

count on november 3rd. you know the way we enjoyed -- well, we enjoyed, i'm not sure they did. they didn't enjoy it. [laughter] but you know the greatest evening ever was four years ago, right? >> yes, sir! [applause] >> president trump: that night four years ago, that was an extraordinary night. we knew that night. in fact, we knew before -- we really knew before 9:00, even though it took until like 2:00 to call it. they refused to call pennsylvania, which we had. if we lost every single vote. remember, there was two points, two points left. if we lost every vote, we went back to pennsylvania. but they called wisconsin, they called michigan, they called places that haven't done really very well for republicans, but if you look at michigan now, we are building many car plants. they haven't built car plants and 42 years. we are expanding in building car plants. a lot of good things are going to happen, but you're not going
9:45 am
to be able to know the end of this election, in my opinion, for weeks. months. maybe never. maybe years, but maybe never. once you go past the first week, you never going to know paid what's going to happen? they'll be taking them and hiding them. you saw what happened in broward county, in florida. where they were, every day, 10,000 gone. rick scott, he was great, the way he did that. we helped him a lot. governor desantis, right? 10,000, 10,000. we would have waited a couple of days, you wouldn't have had the same governor and he wouldn't have had the same senator. we took very strong action, because it was obvious what was going on. so, now you're going to have 51 million ballots, tom. where is tom? where is he? stand up, tom. tom fitton. [applause] judicial watch, they do a fantastic -- i don't know if everyone agrees, but i do.
9:46 am
they do a fantastic job. [cheers and applause] i wish he had more help. honestly, i wish he had more help. but it's not easy being a system that has been in place for many, many years. many, many years it's been in place, it's sad. 51 million votes, it's being sent, and nobody knows who is getting them. what happens if you send them to an all-democrat area, but not to an all-republican area? how do you win an election? this is really a very serious problem. this is beyond, to me. this isn't just about me, it's about all of us. this is about the country. this is about the country. it could happen the other way, too. it could happen the other way, too. i don't think it will happen the other way. i don't think it will. but i think this is a very disgraceful situation. i really don't think that you are going to know anything on the evening -- anything meaningful, or anything real, on the evening of november 3rd. i don't think you're going to
9:47 am
know anything. you're not going to know what happened. i don't think you will know two weeks later, i don't think you'll know four weeks later. i don't know it's going to happen. you know, there's a theory that, if you don't have it by the end of the year, crazy nancy pelosi would become president. you know that, right? [boos] think of that. there's that mad theory, too prayed you've heard that syria i don't know if it's a theory or a fact. but that's not good. [laughter] that's not good. no, no. there is a theory that, if you don't have it, that is part of their whole act. if you don't have it, the speaker of the house becomes president. i think that goes into effect either on the 20th or the 21st. put that in the hopper, and that everything else. it's a disgrace. they know it's filthy, dirty. paterson, new jersey, virginia, new york, many, many cases all
9:48 am
over the country. just recent. i'm talking about recently. it's not even the post office, although the mailmen have become very popular people, i have to tell you that. that has happened, too. that's happen, too. even mailmen. think about what they're doing to our country, when they do this. we voted in world war i. we voted in world war ii. now we can't vote anymore. you know, that is still a long time away. the pandemic -- if you look at florida, if you look at arizona, you look at california, those numbers are going down very rapidly. many, many states have very little problem. you look at a map now, it is largely, really, in good shape. i'm going to talk about it in my speech on thursday. we've done a great job. we have not been recognized for what we've done. we've done a great job. [applause] so, in two and a half months
9:49 am
from now, we will be in good shape. and we are going to be in -- really, potentially, really good shape. we can't let this happen to our country. it's called universal male-input or less. they like the word "universal," because it explains it. i don't know why. i personally don't like the name. i just call it mail-in, but we want to distinction from absentee voting, which is okay and has gone on a long time. we are prepared for that. we are not prepared for the 51 million ballots. it will be a tremendous embarrassment to our country. it'll go on forever, and you'll never know who won. i say that for you, i say it for the cameras, because i assume that goes out. but i will tell you that this is a very serious problem for a great democracy. this is a very, very serious problem, and something has to be done about it. they are being sent almost as we speak. people are going to get ballots
9:50 am
that had no intention of voting, that maybe shouldn't be voting. and they say the computers will pick it up. the computers will pick up nothing. they're going to pick up nothing. you have double voting, where they send in a ballot and they will go on to vote. that's going to be a big problem. they will send in the ballot, and then they'll vote, too. what are the chances that some state, so efficiently run, "oh, gee, you can't vote can we just got your ballot last night at 7:00." think of how ridiculous it is. common sense. this will be the greatest catastrophe, one of the greatest catastrophes, in the history of our country. that's how serious it is. they all think i'm trying to steal an election. just the opposite, i want the fair results of an election. [applause] so, the damage that they inflict will not just last a year or an election cycle.
9:51 am
it will go for generations, and we may never be able to escape, no matter how great our future leaders. we may never, ever escape from the damage that will be inflicted if the radical left takes over the presidency. we may never -- remember the supreme court, but we may never be able to do it. it'll be too late. the country will go down so far that you never, ever -- i don't care who you are -- be able to bring it back. there is now a major american political party that supports decriminalizing illegal border crossings, abolishing cash bail. you kill somebody, no bail. they want to close all prisons, outlaw american energy, confiscate your guns, forced taxpayers to finance late-term abortion. they want to ban charter schools, abolish school choice,
9:52 am
destroy our beautiful suburbs. they want to destroy -- i've done more for suburbia, when they talk about the suburban woman, will she vote for trump? if she doesn't, i mean, what is she doing? they want to force low-income housing into suburbia, and now the one that wants to do it is cory booker. cory booker is a disaster. you saw him running for president. he eventually quit when he started getting below 1%. [laughter] how about all these people? how about kamal? she's one of the favorites. she goes from 15 to 13, to 12. to nine. 27. five. four. about one, she got out. she didn't even get to iowa. she never got there. she didn't want to take it.
9:53 am
that's how bad she was. don't you want to pick the person who has gone the opposite direction? i mean, seriously. that's like a free pass. [applause] but there is something that is not good going on there. i don't think it was a good choice. it was my number one draft pick. i did say that. they said, "how do you like the choice?" i said, "that's my number one draft pick." but i meant for mine. she was one of the favorites, and she went down like a rock. it's one of the worst things going on now, the abolition of police, or even the partial abolition of police. we have to expose this dangerous left-wing movement. we must defeat it. with an optimistic vision for america's future, we can be greater than ever before. we will be greater than ever before, with your help, that's exactly what we're going to do. we will once again build the greatest economy in history. we had it.
9:54 am
we had to let it go to save millions of lives, and i we are building it again. we will fully restore america's manufacturing independence, bring home our critical supply chains and permanently end our reliance on china. we are going to lower drug prices. [applause] we are going to lower drug prices at a level that has never been lowered before. you know, i'm the only president in 51 years who lowered it. not much, but a little bit. under obama and biden, they went up 52%. 52%. will create a health care system that protects vulnerable patients, lower costs. we have transparency. it's already done, it is approved. it kicks into effect in january. this will lower your hospital stays, your doctor bills. it gives you more choice and

different world. what is it, 6019 now? now they are thinking about making another change because they don't like that. i guess 1492, that's what we all know. "1492, columbus discovered america." that's -- in columbus, they are ripping him. poor christopher. [laughter] except in one tough italian neighborhood in new york, they didn't get away with it. [laughter] [applause] did you see that? did you see it? the anarchists said, "let's get the hell outta here, this is dangerous." the anarchists left. that's one great area. i know it very well. they started surrounding it, the ropes going, the whole deal, all, all of a sudden they said, "let's get outta here!" believe it? christopher columbus. we will restore patriotic education to our schools, and teach our children to love their country, on our history, and respect our great american flag. [applause] thank you. so, this is the vision we believe in. with your help, your talent -- and he of incredible talent in this room -- and your devotion, this is the bright future, not the dark future you saw last night and for the last four days. this is a bright future that we will deliver for all americans. i promise you this -- as long as i am the president of the united states, i will fight with every ounce of energy and

of many of the knights next week, where they are going to talk about positivity. about the things that are great about this country, and the things of the president has changed. it obviously be a much more hopeful and uplifting message, and the president highlighted a lot of that here, in contrast with the democrat said. to be fair, when you are the incumbent party, you talk about how great things are. when you are the challenging party, you talk about how dark things are and how much we need change. the president they are also spending a lot of time on voter security, and he highlighted the fact that in new york and a lot of different districts, in the 12th district here in new york, there were a lot of mail-in ballots, and that stretched on for six weeks. as he said, we may never know who won the district. he said, "perhaps we will see the same thing when it comes to voting for the president." he said, "the other side thinks i want to steal the election. i want to just make sure it's fair." he spent a lot of time on that, as well. he also dipped into foreign policy which, as you know, was a
