story. i appreciate you coming on and i hope you'll come back. thank you. >> thank you for having me. >> tucker: shocking. that's it for us tonight, labor day weekend begins very soon. we will be back every night at 8:00 p.m. jason chaffetz and for sharon. >> jason: tucker, thank you. that was a powerful interview. welcome to the special edition of "hannity." for the hour we will recap all the latest 2020 knows comic news and we will start with joe biden who bravely left his basement bunker once again. he followed president trump's lead and traveled to kenosha, wisconsin where the death of jacob blake sparked violent riots. and, that's tax plan. >> 19 corporations making a billion dollars apiece don't pay

a single penny in taxes. i don't want to punish anybody but everyone should pay fair share. i'm not going to lay it out for you, i want now because they will shoot me. >> apparently they were scripted on paper. that is, until this happened. >> they told me to go off this paper, but i can't. you need the truth. the truth of the matter is, we are heavily angry. not angry, there's a difference between a protest and a riot her. a very big difference. >> keep in mind at biden's less last press conference, the
6:02 pm
journalist to ask questions for were all preselected by biden campaign staffers. what are they trying to hide? meanwhile, president trump regularly takes unscripted questions, and. that >> president trump: i have -- i watched biden yesterday. he hasn't answered questions in two months or something. and they are doing anything they can to get the sleepy guy and to the white house and i don't think the public is going to fall for it. i don't think the public is going to fall for it. he was weak. as a senator he was a bleak. and now it's not exactly prime time. it's the one at the president is
6:03 pm
gaining momentum. how much longer can democrats try to hide joe biden? hiding joe biden. the white house chief of staff, and fox news contributor charlie hurt. >> the president had business in kenosha because he was part of the federal response to restore order. i lived there my entire life, my parents still live in kenosha. it's done like i have in my life say what wilde a week ago
6:04 pm
kenosha was burning down and people were putting their kids, no exaggeration, in their basement while dad was sitting in the kitchen with the hunting rifles not knowing who was going to come to the front door. things have changed in the field and this issue of law and order is real. if you look healing for the national anthem, suspending seasons of the nba, and and
6:05 pm
that's an example of it all. >> i believe wholeheartedly that authenticity ends up winning the day. at donald trump has eight and has it in a big, big way. joe biden is kind of fully scripted and not quite sure what he's going to say. authenticity really is the key. one of the key differences, isn't it? >> and they did the special interests. the president said i'm going to go to washington to fight for you. there's no photo op, there's no phony photo op that is going to cover up the fact that joe biden is running up policies to make our country last plate safe.
6:06 pm
and the police have to go capture him again. he selected a running mate that said ice is like the kkk. he selected a running mate that applauded the l.a. police department for cutting 150 million from their police funds. and that's making the country less safe. and i'm going to make sure that we keep america america. i don't know that he can catch up on the "law & order" issue. it's one thing to go after your
6:07 pm
opponent but if you go after your opponent on something like "law & order," the difference between the two candidates is so obvious. it's the out unscripted stuff we love so much, in a situation where you have people literally terrified for their lives and terrified for their children, families having to sit in their kitchen with a hunting rifle to protect their families. in that kind of environment, you don't see that kind of support necessarily picking up in polls because in that kind of environment, a stranger calls you up on your phone people tend to either not answer or answer however they need to answer to get them off the phone.
6:08 pm
that's another thing that we should be paying close attention to between now and the election. these polls, they are tighteni tightening. i don't know if they capture the full picture. >> the former chairman of the rnc and also the chief of staff. i spent a little bit of time with donald trump along the way and i'm always shocked and amazed by how much energy the sky brings to the job. the fake news that keeps coming at him time and time again, there are different stories and aspects about his house and other things, but come on. they keep coming after this guy that they can't seem to touch it. >> that madame chairwoman knows what i'm talking about. i think the stories tonight that i told, he goes off on a tangent
6:09 pm
and talks about disposable straw that don't work and talked about washing machines and i sent you know what? it's funny and it's entertaining, people like it, being genuine and authentic serving with a pure heart, they are tired of plasticized washington, d.c., and that's just not what donald trump is. >> jason: pennsylvania has one of the key states, what do you believe will be the decisive issues in pennsylvania? >> what can you keep up with the argument? this is the first time i've been on the show so thank you. >> we will take it on the road one day. but the presidents running in pennsylvania just like the midwest on the economy, and if joe biden had his way, it's such an elitist view for this
6:10 pm
pandemic. they put down like those published politicians and hollywood elites going paycheck to paycheck, and pennsylvania specifically can talk about 10 million energy jobs. they will pay more to gas, and they rank the state of wisconsin and those of the states that put donald trump over the top in 2016 and we are seeing those same numbers come back in those states. and that's off the charts everywhere for the president. >> i have to ask a really quick, the bread-and-butter issues,
6:11 pm
law enforcement, energy, jobs. such a clear definitive difference between the two candidates. and at the end of the day it's all about the economy. >> you do not have an economic future if you are afraid for your life or your children's lives. the economy with the two things underpinning it or what donald trump will win this election on. >> jason: think you all three of you for joining us on this wonderful thursday night. it he might be partially paralyzed but he was not killed by police. we apologize for the error. up next, there is absolute chaos going on. we have major updates in

week the president called for a review of all federal funds provided to seattle, portland, new york city and washington, d.c. that's violence and destruction of property. new york city mayor bill de blasio threatened to sue trumbull wrote the defunding threat. new york governor andrew cuomo responded saying he would need an army to safely walk new york city streets. >> he can't come back to new york, he can't. he's going to walk down the street in new york? forget bodyguards, he better have an army if he thinks it's going to walk down the street in new york. no, new yorkers don't want to have anything to do with them and he knows it. he couldn't step foot in new york city. >> jason: all this blustering comes following a massive spike in crime in new york where just

today the new york police department released footage of a man suspected in the choking and rubbing of a 78-year-old man in the bronx. they mean well on twitter, that's just a few weeks after she promoted said writers around the country. oh how the poles have changed. joining us now with reaction is baltimore congressional candidate kimberly clay sick. i want to start to talk about baltimore just on the street from new york. i won't have to tell you, when i saw what kamala harris, the senator, candidate for president, selection for the vice president. she is out there actively
6:20 pm
promoting the way to bail people out of jail and that's a huge difference between protests. and these rioters, who allegedly did something wrong. and trying to get them out as fast as you can. >> she is trying to switch or turn the tables now that she's been on the ticket for vp. first jason i want to thank leo terrel for his endorsement we are trying to put businesses and lives back together. i'm happy that president trump is investigating where a lot of those federal funds are going and anyone with any intelligence would know to follow the money and that's why i'm running for congress, to do just that. why aren't they trying to figure
6:21 pm
out where some of this federal funding has gone. so if i was in congress i would be standing next to trump trying to figure out what's been going on in the area which i resent. >> jason: all right. so, you have some colleagues over there we work with democratic mayors and democratic governors and it's shameful. the cities are falling apart and you can't even walk down the street. >> as long as i get there is, as long as they are reelected, they are okay. quite frankly taking for granted votes that are out there, many of these different communities a lot of these people would vote for me anyway. and i think it's important for voters to take control of their own cities and their own states, i live in new york where we have
6:22 pm
one party's role in new york city. we are seeing an erosion of new york city, where earlier this year they are in active cashless bail, defunding the police in new york city. standing with nypd as a result of a surge in shootings, and even suicides by the way. we should be supporting law enforcement more, if not less. to your point bob unfortunately it's a consequence of politicians getting reelected. and getting the votes of some of these people in this situation. >> what does the democratic party offer. jobs and the economy, safety and security, more qualified to hold political office than senator harris. what are the democrats offering? nothing. they are hiding a policy and they don't want to talk about
6:23 pm
their liberal policy. you have had chaos, total annihilation of democratic cities and i want to applaud president trump for holding back federal funds. we as taxpayers pay for all this rioting and looting and all the chaos and democratic cities and you have the worst mayor in the nation, bill de blasio who is destroying new york. you have the biggest ego governor cuomo who is threatening the president. we need him now more than ever. >> jason: kimberly, walk us through really quickly what needs to happen what bigger cities like baltimore need to turn it around and turn it into a place where families can thrive, jobs can thrive, people can feel safe and live the american dream.
6:24 pm
that's what we see lacking. we didn't do anything to replenish those career opportunities so i say bring back the medical equipment opportunity, and get those people real careers that come with health insurance. talk about school choice, talk about just doing something as far as a crime and violence. i think republicans are on board and we need democrats to get on board as well. >> and you need to replace those democrats with some republicans. >> can everyone see my hat, can everyone read this? i want to make sure, we have no choice. we have 60 days to elect president trump. as you asked me earlier, democrats are selling fear and pandering. we cannot let this country lose the american values in a

civilized society. we are a nation of law and the democrats are lawlessness. >> jason: i want to have more time with you but kimberly was on fire and i want to hear from her. i hope that's okay. thank you for joining us tonight. coming up, we have the latest on nancy pelosi's shameful hypocrisy. rachel campos duffy, one of our favorites, and house minority whip steve scalise will be here with reactions. that and more as the special edition of "hannity" continues after the break.

shuttered hair salon on monday and during his rally in pennsylvania president trump called out pelosi and said this. have a look. >> president trump: she made them open in the salon turned her in. the salon that did business with her. how much do they hate nancy pelosi? she said i was set up. i said it, tell me she didn't say that. she shouldn't be leading the house of representatives. i want the salon owner to learn the house of representatives, she set up as speaker of the house.
6:31 pm
that was a big mistake. as soon as i heard she said, she set me out. >> house minority whip, steve scalise and i had a chance to chat with you on air. i want to ask one of the enemies of the state steve scalise what the reaction is. thi>> this is another one of the of marie antoinette moments. you have to close your shop, and every storefront will be open. there are safe protocols to do this and you have states like california that will cripple your businesses, shutting down businesses left and right.
6:32 pm
i think what angers people the most is having this attitude, and we have to get this economy back open. there is protocols to do it. they are killing businesses left and right. what is angering from people of the most is a different set of standards. >> it's a vast right wing conspiracy that somehow is engaging in this. you didn't use those exact words but that's impression she gives. why was it even flows in the first place? >> it's such a great question, and the other question is she wasn't wearing a mask and people aren't surprised she's wearing a mask. i've by the way had to wear a mask when i got my hair washed. i thought it was ridiculous,
6:33 pm
too. but i had to follow the rules because the owner of my salon is petrified of being shut down if i don't wear it. it's a high risk group and she's not afraid of covid. is it about slowing the disease or slowing down the economy, is as political or not? when she said she was set up, we didn't just insult that salon owner or former hairdresser. she insulted every salon owner and hairstylist across the country. she is an elitist, no question about it, and that marie antoinette moments as a representative's kelis says will be long remembered by everyone who is struggling through all the rules that she hasn't a
6:34 pm
list. >> jason: a congressman, she said it was a set up. that's her excuse. and what is your reaction to that? >> it doesn't pass the smell test. in the salon owner, some person is struggling to get by right now. her business like so many others are shut down and limited. and then she's going to blame her when she knew what she was doing. we also know that people are dying because businesses are shut down, people are dying because they are not getting
6:35 pm
their mammograms or the cancer screenings. we have to get this economy safely open, kids that are not going to school because it's doing long term. if the system is taking money and not educating her child, shouldn't you be able to send your child somewhere else where they will educate the child safely? >> jason: last time for rache rachel. and it's making people question where are these rules and why are they in place and is there another sort of political strategy behind a lot of it. >> jason: yes, congressman's kelis and, thank you both.

>> jason: it welcome back to this "hannity" special. we are 61 days away from the last boat being cast in the biggest election of our lifetimes as quickly approach in november. there's growing concern mass mailing voting and attorney general barr is now sounding the alarm. watch this. >> this is very closely divided. and the method of logic is very open to fraud and coercion is
6:41 pm
reckless and dangerous. people are playing with fire. eight told foxnews.com that they are forming what is called "lawyers for trump, a coalition to protect the integrity of the election. and who can blame them? some democrats are giving advice like this to joe biden. >> joe biden could should not concede with any circumstances because i think this will drag out and i eventually i do believe he will win if i don't give the inch. >> joining trump for 2020 press connections aaron free and it gregg jarrett. thank you both for joining us. it not only was chock-full of
6:42 pm
some very pertinent information, things that i learned and others to learn, he was pretty fired up as well. >> he is right. if you do mass mailing balloting, it is right. the real problem is not the postal service at all, it's the states and the infrastructure. i just got off the phone with the board of governors that presides over the postal service and they are undertaking brand-new efforts of oversight to be sure that the postal system runs things smoothly. they do around 4 billion pieces of mail a days, so it's not the post office. and building more infrastructure to handle them mass.
6:43 pm
the ballots that get sent to the people are deceased and get sent to be blood their old addresses, and also the problem engaged in widespread voter fraud at that these election systems of the states are not equipped to handle. that's looking forward with mailing voting on a mass basis. >> jason: it's interesting to me that the democrats turning the corner into september are suddenly saying out loud from hillary clinton on down, don't concede to, no matter what happens. we are not going to concede. that's what president carter and other notables have said about mailing voting in the past, there is a high propensity of fraud that comes along with it and that is why the attorney general is so concerned about
6:44 pm
it. >> absolutely. universal mailing voting where they just mail out live ballots to what are, as greg pointed out, notoriously flawed voter rolls in this country is ripe for fraud. the attorney general attorney general pointed it out. it's rich to hear from crooked hillary clinton to come up, and she is actively trying to undermine the election and integrity. that's what she's doing when she said don't concede on novembe november 3rd maybe she should stick to what she knows instead of trying to undermine the election and integrity in the united states. president trump is fighting for election integrity making sure every ballot in the united states that is valid gets counted. we are going to protect that here on the campaign. >> i thought to kidding the votes should be the mantra. if on the one side we want voter
6:45 pm
integrity, you have to authenticate the vote and yet the democrats are fighting for the very issues that would make that impossible. >> they are trying to disenfranchise voters and they don't even know it. the state election officials hire vendors to print ballots, but because we are talking about millions and millions of ballots, we can't get it done in time and they get returned to the election officials that send it out in time. the ballots get received it with the votes cast after the election. they are disqualified. you have all of these problems that could be corrected over the years, state officials have decided to invest the money for you universal mailing balloting. they've experienced this in washington state for example, 300,000 ballots. 300,000. they are listed as unknown.
6:46 pm
they had to fraud and city council, new york and the primary just a couple of months ago. 84,000 ballots were disqualified. that means one in five voter ballots did not get counted. >> voters have got to get their ballots and get them early and turn them in in person if they possibly can or certainly get them into the mail process earlier rather than later. aaron perini and gregg jarrett, thank you very much. we do appreciate it. coming up, liberal cities are in crisis and this includes los angeles o or even celebritis are fleeing in droves. lisa boothe and emily compagno join us after the break. stay with us as the special edition of "hannity" continues.

grew up there. i've already moved from california and it breaks my heart to see the state crumble but the reality is that california's fiscal route has been a slow motion train wreck for years. and that is why they have now proposed a wealth tax on worldwide assets, not just the assets in california. while the state proposed an income tax that is astronomical. and keep in mind to piggyback on what lisa was talking about in terms of deterioration, l.a. county saw a 13% increase in the homeless just this year. the city saw 16% increase, and that's 30 million of which went to cover the situation. the issue is that leading to the financial hemorrhaging as we are

all watching it sink and the state to call back inland from its residents isn't working. they are wising up and that's why the residents are moving. >> jason: and lisette, this was all pretty covid. covid certainly exacerbated the situation but these policies and that these liberals that are we are putting into place gave a rise in murder, and that happened well before. >> it dating a lot of these cities but it's gotten worse because of covid and it's gotten worse because of crime and it's gotten worse because of the policy decisions that we are seeing these cities make. i think one thing that is different now that we have seen previously, mass exodus from the cities and even if you look at the late 1960s, it's because of covid. you had so many companies and employers realize, you don't have to live in new york city to get the job done, i don't have

to make my employees based out of cities get the job done. so why am i paying an enormous amount of money for the buildings, for rent they are or even as an individual, why am i paying an enormous amount of money in new york city to literally live in a shoe box and not be taking the subway because a woman was almost at 11:00 a.m. at 63 and lexington which is an incredibly nice part of the neighborhood, you are not even safe anymore. you are paying an enormous amount of money to pay, live here. so i think a lot of people are asking that question of themselves. >> jason: lisa and emily, i have a hard out. thank you for joining us. more of the special edition of "hannity," right after the break. are you still at risk for a heart attack or stroke?
