>> and this is my my world. jesse: remember, i'm watters and this is my world. [♪] judge jeanine: welcome to justice, i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us on this labor day weekend. let's get right to my open. don't lie to me. i'm tornado of lies. the absurdity of the claim that president trump even the donald trump i knew before he was president would call fall be soldiers losers and suckers is absurd. from day one this president has spoken proudly of and has been supportive of the u.s. military

years. china's military might coincides to our military cuts. what happened here in november 2018. the president was in france. one visit to aisne-marne military was canceled because of weather. anonymous says the president canceled the visit because quote the helicopter couldn't fly. the atlantic states the helicopter couldn't fly excuse was a lie? really? don't lie to me. we have concrete evidence that kn cluesively refutes this. here is the email sent that day. look, the helicopter really can't fly. bad weather call for today. the united states marine corpse

"the atlantic" said potus didn't go to the cemetery because he didn't want to get his hair wet. really? then tell me why the next day he was at another cemetery in the rain. anonymous lied again. anonymous said the president was unwilling to take a two-hour drive to the cemetery. another lie that will be refuted by my next guest. who was in the room with the president when that was discussed. sarah sanders tweeted this. i was there, this never happened. john bolton, no friend of the president, said he was there and there was no talk by the

president of losers and suckers. the left wants you to believe because the president and john mccain didn't get along these allegations must be right. the president and john mccain were political enemies. remember mccain's thumbs down defeat of the healthcare bill? record show he directed the dossier to the fbi. why is it people smart enough to be in the president's inner circle don't have the intestinal fortitude to say it in public. what kills me is when the anonymous liars are supported by people who know less than they do. take, for example, this guy, who is the mayor of some town in indiana who treated, there are no word for how disgusting this

abortions. are you sure? you are not talking about obama who told christians to get off their high horses? are you sure you are not talking about leftist governors who opened distilleries and kept churches closed? things are not looking that good for joe biden right now. he's forced to come out of his bunker. but the left knows no bounds. they will ignore their jobs to focus on destroying the president. when you don't have the facts, you resort to lies. but the truth is clear. the job numbers that came out yesterday were higher than expected. 10.6 million jobs. perfect time for a hoax. you have 59 days. 59 days to decide on the future of this country.
9:08 pm
witnesses willing to come forward, god ole anonymous afraid to come out of the shadows. as for me. i hate lies. don't lie to me. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter, #judgejeanine. if you like my open you will like my new book "don't lie to me," available for preorder right now. here with reaction to my open, trump press secretary, who began gidley. you were on that trip with the president in november of 208. is the allegation of the president maligning troops in the atlantic true? >> these are disgusting,
9:09 pm
reprehensible, grotesque lies. i was with the president in paris. he never said that. this president would never even think such vile thoughts about the brave men and women of our military i worked in the white house for three years. this is disgusting the way the media is trying to smear this president and would use cowardly shady sources who don't have the guts to go on the record because they know it's a flat-out lie. in addition, to use the military in this way and hurt morale to lie about the commander-in-chief to gain back some semblance of political power is absolutely sickening. >> let me ask you about the trip, clearly from the email, it was bad weather, they couldn't take the helicopter.
9:10 pm
there are questions about why the president did not take the 2 1/hour drive. >> it's not the helicopter that's the issue. it's the fog, the cloud cover. getting there could have happened. they talked about this. we discussed how this would look. but any extraction effort would have been impossible. had there been god forbid a threat against this president or any other head of state in attendance. there would be no way to get the president to safety quickly. the driving portion was possible but it's not safe at all. in addition, we had not coordinated anything with the local officials in paris. they didn't have the assets on the ground to provide the security and cover for the president to make that trip. we work with the secret service, the most brave and toughest
9:11 pm
people on the planet. they knew this wouldn't work. and they know their job is to protect the president. they have done it he single day, every single second. they will always do it. this is a perfect point to show they always will. judge jeanine: so there was no contingency if there had to be an immediate extraction of the president if they had driven this. >> judge, judge, there is always a contingency. the problem was it wasn't sufficient. they didn't feel strong enough they could get the president to safety quickly and that's what's important. judge jeanine: let's talk about what the president has done for the military and how different it is from when obama and biden were in power. >> bind went all over this country apologizing for america. we just saw a democratic convention for four days where they told the american people
9:12 pm
america is evil and it's the cause of the world's problem. remember hah bad the va was? people dying on hallways on gurneys. this president cleaned up the va. allowed them to fire people who weren't doing their jobs and protecting our strong vets. in addition, he made sure over at the va they could have choice as well. they didn't have to rely on veterans affairs. they could go elsewhere as well. i have been with him when he goes to walter reed and talks to these brave men and women who lost limbs and lost eyes, and had their heads cracked open. he has cried with them. he reveres what they do. one thing biden did, they worked
9:13 pm
to hamstring with all of these rules of engagement in afghanistan. the deaths and maimings went down overseas because now the men and women of the military can defend themselves, they couldn't with joe biden and his policies. judge jeanine: hogan gidley, thanks so much for making that clear. earlier i sat down with senator rand paul to discuss the violent vie oughts and mobs that continue to terrorize cities across our country. senator, thanks for being with us. i understand at least one person has been arrested from the angry mob that attacked you and your lovely wife kelly. do you have confidence there will be consequences for the people being arrested in these mobs? >> i think the only way we can stop this is people who break the law can be arrested and
9:14 pm
there has to be punishment. the man who tried to knock the policeman down to get to us was arrested for causing stitches around the policeman's eye. buff he was released on his own recognizance. i said on twitter, if you are looking for him, you might try kenosha. these protesters. we have pictures of protesters in kenosha, louisville, d.c. who is financing this and flying them around. it is a federal cripple to incite riot -- it's a federal crime to fly people around and incite violence. unless we have suspicion or probable cause, we need to ask the judge for a warrant and they need to look at their financial
9:15 pm
records. judge jeanine: do you have an idea of who might be financing this? >> no, but i do need to get to the bottom of this. it could be nefarious rich individuals who want to foment violence in our cities. or less sinister but as bad. black lives matter is collecting corporation money from corporations that want to show that they are not racist. but if black lives matter is giving it to hooligans to create havoc in cities, i think we need to trace the money and we need to know. judge jeanine: i think attorney general bill barr is doing that as we speak. but what is happening in the criminal justice system. the idea of bail reform which means literally no bail. we have prosecutors from contra
9:16 pm
costa county said her prosecutors should consider whether looters have been arrested for stealing, before charging them they should consider the looters' needs. if the looter is poor and needed something, maybe they shouldn't prosecute. in manhattan the mayor is telling the d.a, make sure there isn't police brutality. how are we going to change this criminal justice system? will it ever change? >> npr had a woman on there talking about why looting was justified. wouldn't that violate twitter's policy that you are not supposed to be inciting violence? looting is not violence? in chicago the store fronts were broken running around saying this is reparations, baby.
9:17 pm
so really? in a civilized world we have people making an argument for looting? this is a question i have for joe biden and kamala harris. why won't they. the cities the violence is occurring in have been run by democrats for 50 years. law and order is largely the province of mayors and governors, not the federal congress or president. the failure is coming from the cities, and they need to own up to it. because i think a lot of people won't be happy living in a city that looks like war. judge jeanine: we are seeing more and more prosecutors being elected and having their elections funded by left-wing organizations. senator rand paul, thanks so
9:18 pm
much for being with us this evening. still ahead, corey lewandowski and leo terrell on what a biden-harris white house would mean for america. biden got out of the bunker. so what's he saying now? you won't believe it.

we live with at&t and we are well past the honeymoon phase. ocupado tom. at&t, what's this i hear about you advertising a 100% fiber network? only like a fraction of my customers can get that. that's it?!? you have such a glass half-empty attitude. the glass is more than half-empty! you need to relax tom. oh! tom, you need a little tom time. a little tt. stop living with at&t. xfinity delivers gig speeds to more homes than anyone.

>> covid since the outbreak has taken more than 100 years -- here is the wise -- i mean think about it. judge jeanine: did that make sense to you? dan bongino, host of the dan bongino show. that was this week. that was in pittsburgh this week. now all of a sudden joe biden after the president was in kenosha decided to go to kenosha. do you think this guy will make it through the campaign now that he's not hiding in the bunker anymore. >> i don't speak biden. very few people do. i don't know what he was saying. if you read that in a trance
9:23 pm
script verbatim with the dot dot dots. i encourage you to translate what joe biden is saying. i don't think it's funny that he's cognitively impaired. but he's running for the presidency of the united states, is it a fair station to be able to relay a coherent thought? i was a secret service agent. i had to take a psychological evaluation. my guess is he's talking about how effective his covid strategy was? was it? his own advisor on this called the travel ban by trump, referred to it as premature and taken overreaction. biden called the travel ban xenophobic. everything bide be suggested for
9:24 pm
coronavirus trump has already done. judge jeanine: it's the back and forth. initially i'm against frack. then maybe some fracking. when they see the polls are going the other way, and the states that are important want to be able to frack. then the whole thing is defunding the police. first yes, absolutely. then not really, we'll move some money around. i understand politics. it changes all the time. will he be able to get people in america to understand where he actually stands and now these things against the looters? >> you are right. people lie in politics, both parties. but that's the point. for all the attacks in the media about donald trump, he's such a liar. what did he say he was going to
9:25 pm
do, build the wall, said he was going to appoint conservative federal judges, that's what he did web said you would get a tax cut and you got a tax cut. the video was clips of joe biden debating himself. i'm not for fracking. five minutes later donald trump is lying i'm all about fracking. he's thinking about redirecting funds away from police. then suggesting i don't want to defund the police. biden debates himself. maybe he forgot his position. who knows. judge jeanine: when he said depending on the scientists he would shut down the country and now he's moving away from that. it's like he's got his fingers to the wind to find out which
9:26 pm
way the wind is blowing. >> it's a binary choice, trump or biden. for all the bluster and bravado. has he changed his position object anything significant? the answer is no. biden changed his position on everything. i'm going to lock down the country if the scientists recommend it. there's going to be a national mask mandate. then it's not going to be a mandate, it will be a suggestion. judge jeanine: the mask mandate doesn't apply to nancy pelosi. i hope you understand that. >> it doesn't apply to any politician, apparently. especially if you are getting a blowout in a salon. all elitist snobs welcome. you are right, it doesn't apply to pelosi. judge jeanine: still ahead,

9:32 pm
plan t to surrender your nation to the national left wing mob? he's trying to change now. he says, that's not work. we are going up and he's dropping like a rock in water. biden will never be able to protect your jobs or families. he's a puppet of the socialist, marxist extremists. judge jeanine: president trump rallying supporters in the battleground state of pennsylvania this week. my panel is here to weigh in. corey lewandowski along with civil rights attorney and podcast host leo terrell. joe biden was silent from seattle with portland to -- to
9:33 pm
ke mow shah to work. -- kenosha to new york. why do you think that might be? >> the american public gets it. joe biden and kamala harris are extremists. and the american public is afraid. they are allowing these criminals are coming out every day and night. the state of minnesota is in play because the public do not want to be terrorized day in and day out. domestic terrorists in these cities. the democratic mayors are doing nothing. joe biden and kamala harris won't tell you what they are going to do for america because their policies are socialist. joe biden is controlled by bernie sanders. and kamala harris is out for one person, kamala harris. we have to elect donald trump.
9:34 pm
>> donald trump continued to receive the endorsements of major police unions around this country because he stands with the men and women who stand on the thin blue line. this president promising those, but these mayors have to call in the administration to solve the problems in niece communities. they allowed the far left to destroy their businesses, their communities and their homes. but when it comes to them personally. when their homes are being vandalized? they call in police to protect their prompt or they move because of it. every american deserves better. and this administration, the trump-pence administration deserves and will always stand with the men and women who serve between good and evil on the thin blue line, judge.
9:35 pm
judge jeanine: with respect to everything going upon, the left comes out and they say this chaos is all donald trump's fault. this chaos is donald trump's america. the chaos they are not talking about. we have never seen a maga hat on anybody protesting like that. how do they accuse the president of this chaos? >> lies, lies, lies. and more lies. the democrats are panicking because the polls are shifting in donald trump's favor. in wisconsin, donald trump goes to wisconsin, he goes and talks to the law enforcement officers, he talks to the victims whose businesses were burned down. what does joe biden do? he goes to a seminar and talks to a few people for five minutes. joe biden's talk is cheap. donald trump will put force and
9:36 pm
power and programs behind everything he says. that's why he's willing, ready and able to call in the national guard if requested. buff what they are doing now in the democratic cities, they don't want donald trump's assistance because donald trump is absolutely correct on the issue of law and order. judge jeanine: in terms of the president visiting kenosha. he gave a million dollars to law enforcement, $4 million to the businesses. he puts action behind his words. >> you have to look at this in the context of the difference between the trump campaign and bind campaign. members of the biden campaign were putting money up to get these looters and marauders out of jail. president trump is saying let's give money to law enforcement.
9:37 pm
let's make sure they are not being attacked and brutalized on the streets. this is what america stands for. we can't allow this bedlam to continue. the president is ready to stop it. when he was called in in wisconsin, the next day it was under control. >> there is no civilized society without security. that's the number one priority of government. what we have seen in all these democratic cities is lawlessness. that scares me and everyone in this country. it will go well beyond democratic cities. this is enough motivation for people to vote for donald trump. there is no choice here. there is only one person and his name is donald trump. judge jeanine: corey lewandowski, leo terrell, thanks so much for sharing your weekend with us.

joins me now. is the mortality rate really reflecting the people who were dying of covid? >> that's the big question. what we know is that the vast majority of people who die from this disease are very advanced age or they have more than one serious life-threatening condition. these co-morbidity conditions can be characterized as bad health, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease. it shouldn't be a prize to anybody that these people are at risk of dying. these are the people who pass away during heat waves and seasonal flu. what's striking is the cdc data suggests that had we paid more attention to the preexisting diseases and used that as a

factor in who we should protect, in other words, we know who has diabetes and hypertension and heart disease. if we focused our isolation measures and protective measures on them and allowed the rest of the population to go about their business, we might be in different position today. >> if we used money for diabetes and respiratory illnesses. there was some argument at the beginning that this would be so horrible that the president shut down the economy. now we are looking at it and people are saying only 9,210 people died from covid alone. should we have closed down? why did we listen to that hysteria at the beginning? >> hindsight is 20-20.
