so far, it looks like things are breaking for him if you look at the money game. he had a record amount of money raised in august. now it looks like president trump is facing a money crunch. the advertising right now strongly favors joe biden in those swing states and mike bloomberg the former mayor of new york just put $100-million into one swing state, florida. that's a big boost to the biden campaign. you may know, biden is struggling right now with the latino vote. here comes bloomberg with a big boost in that regard. you have to keep in mind that right now, a lot of news cycle hasn't been favorable to president trump. >> oh, that's surprising. >> the wildfires out west.

>> have they ever been favorable? >> i am just saying right now given that and given the bob woodward book on the coronavirus, there are lots of things that just are not breaking the president's way. >> on the money thing, bloomberg spent a lot of money on running for president and that didn't work out. trump still has the money advantage. joe biden struggling with hispanics in florida. you can seen a lot of media ring the alarm over the weekend about that. trump does better than he did in 2016 with hispanics, that could be a big difference. >> well, i don't know what will happen. i would not be surprised if he does better with hispanics this time around. 1, hispanics are not just like going to vote just as a block. there are a lot of different times of hispanics. plus you have a difference in youth.

hispanics that love bernie sanders and then you have some older hispanics who love the economics that president trump came in with. and might be concerned with law and order issues. there are a lot of different things happening. there i think the hispanic vote might be a reason you saw president trump go to nevada. that's a state he would love to pick up. it's only 6 electoral college votes but the trump campaign is saying try. bloomberg fhe going to put $100-million into florida, you would think he might want to focus on seniors. president trump is not doing as well with seniors in florida as he did at this point in 2016. i don't think that paid advertising is going to be enough. president trump showed you could win in 2016 and not have as much money as before. i don't think that's that. the difference in these campaigns. i am trying to understand and

maybe they are right. maybe biden's team says we can sit here on this lead and don't have to go out there and don't have to win the news cycles. even though president trump has negative articles, he is out and about. there in california meeting with the governor. the governor of the opposing party today thanking and praising him right before an election. when did that happen before? hurricane sandy when barack obama came to new jersey and got a hug from christy and republicans were so mad. this is what you do as the president of the united states helping a state in desperate need of help and that's what you have in california. >> joe biden talked about climate change today. giving a speech out in the middle of nowhere with no one watching. the president is shifting into a higher gear.

he has an ad all about the economy. moving from law and order to the economy. the number 1 issue for voters in the fall. he will spend over $10 million to make the case. how do you see that playing out? >> he already in poll after poll, he wins on the economy. that's his strong suit. he needs convert voters from worrying about the coronavirus to worrying about the economic recovery. i want to know what bernie sanders is up to. there was a story in the "washington post" about him being critical of the biden campaign. he seems like he is this close to doing a big belly flop right into the biden campaign that is not helpful. the green agenda. joe biden soft pedalled it today. will bernie sanders say we are getting ready of fossil fuels in

president's effort at this law and order rhetoric is not paying off. the polls are clear. we have a poll out today from monmouth that said 52% of americans think biden would be better at law and order than president trump. 61% said trump made the protests more violent and worse. you don't hear president trump saying the guy in kenosha who killed people he was a bad day or never said anything about the boy who skilled the court guard in a federal building in oakland. in los angeles it's hard to stop giving the horror of shooting these two policemen. but in context, two weeks ago a young man,kinsey, 29 was

people at risk. what do you think? >> well, wearing a mask and washing your hands and keeping a social distance, we know more than we did in february when we were told we didn't need to wear a mask. we know wearing a mask helps prevent the spread. we want to get back to normal. the best way is to wear the mask when it is needed. i understand the governor's frustration. however, if you looked at pictures from the las vegas strip, there are all of these people out there very close together and not wearing masks either. i think the problem is not just at large gathers for a trump campaign rally, but elsewhere. the other thing is i think in some ways this controversy just helps president trump in nevada. this year there is no big democratic race or name coming to the state. no big senate or governor's
