a vile individual still at large attempted the assassination of two police officers in their squad cars in cold blood. viewer warning. the video is extremely graphic. it's sad and also something we need to now unite and represent. the surveillance footage shows that perpetrator opening fire on cops and running away like a coward. both officers were shot and both remain in critical condition. one of the l.a. deputies a 31-year-old mother shot in the jaw but look at this. she is seen rendering aid to her 24-year-old partner shot in the head. this comes after months and months of anti-police protests that the democrats denied in los angeles and months of

anti-police rhetoric from liberal democrats across the country. with their anti-police budget to slash the lapd funding by $150 million. kamala harris praised that cut. more on that coming up. along with the sickening footage of anti-police protestors blocking the emergency room entrance and exit to the hospital where these two officers are in critical condition. they were chanting, we hope they f-ing die. we have the tape. joining us now with the latest from the hospital where the deputies are being treated is bill. what is the latest with these office officers? >> sean, good evening. i have good news. both officers those deputies are in stable condition tonight and expected to make it which is absolutely incredible when you take into account they were both

shot in the face less than 48 hours ago. both stable and expected to make it. let's talk about how we got here in the first place. the surveillance video we sent to you. this was saturday evening at the compton station. two deputies inside their vehicle looking out for the safety of the public when this coward comes out of nowhere and walks up to the window and pulls out a gun and ambushes these two deputies. he runs away from the scene. this next photo. it's graphic but it's a powerful photo that the families of the deputies and the sheriff himself gave me permission to show to the public. the female deputies is a mom of a six-year-old child. she was shot through the jaw but still got out of the vehicle to help her partner with a tourniquet. the male deputies 24 years old
6:05 pm
was shot in the forehead but the bullet did not penetrate his cranial cavity. this photo is incredible. the bravery the female deputy shows. applies a tourniquet to her mouth. this is hard to listen to. a radio call. that great female deputy put out. she was shot through her jaw. but she is able to get this radio call out. take a listen. >> [radio chatter]. >> [mumbling]:
6:06 pm
>> again that, audio incredible to listen to. it shows what the deputies were going through. you hear a code 998. that's a deputy involved shooting. the suspect still hasn't been identified. he is not in custody. the sheriff himself said the a -team was brought this to track him down. the fbi is helping. 14 homicide detectives are working this. over 100,000 dollars donations came in to find the suspect. and earlier today the sheriff of l.a. county issued a change to the nba superstar lebron james to match that reward money. lebron james hasn't replied yet. we will see what happens.
6:07 pm
>> sean: our thoughts and prayers with them and their families. these two officers were receiving critical aid at the hospital a group of anti-police demonstrators blocked the entrance and the exit to the hospital room screaming we hope they f-ing die. watch this. >> [bleep]. >> [shouting]. >> hey! yo. >> [bleep]. i hope they die! >> sean: pretty disgusting and repulsive. the monster who shot these two offic officers still out there. $100,000 reward for information on the gunman. the sheriff challenged lebron james to patch that reward. joining us with more is the l.a. county sheriff himself alex.
6:08 pm
sir, i watched your emotional press conference the other night. our thoughts and prayers are with your entire team and these officers in particular. any new updates? they are in stable condition? do we know if there will be long-term damage? >> that and the question still has to be answered. they are still in intensive care. unfortunately it will take a while to have the recovery process and gain full control of their extrimities. we will continue to pray for them and support them. hopefully they will make a complete recovery. >> sean: in new york city the mayor cut the budget by $1 million and 150 million cut from the lapd. we have a vice-presidential candidate that praised that cut to the police officers. then we have a presidential

candidate that police become the enemy. of course we should redirect funds away from the police. then we heard, in the dnc violence was mentioned twice in passing. happening for over 100 days. i will go over the list of how many officers have been murdered. your reaction in terms of a leadership position and of top politicians bashing police on a daily basis. i want your reaction. >> all right. i don't support any elected leader, anyone who is an influencer in society has an obligation to support law and order. i heard things at the local level that is astonishing. they are fanning the flames. pouring gas on the fire. they are not bringing people
6:10 pm
together. they are further dividing people. it's reprehensible. i won't say this is the outcome of that, however they are contributing to the narrative. there will always be one person in the crowd that takes them at face value. they will take independent action on that. people needs to be responsible. words have consequences. this is a prime example of that. >> sean: sheriff, let me ask you more directly. we have seen night after night. 100 plus days, city after city, molatov cocktails. precincts commandeered by anarchists and cops pelted with bricks and rocks and stabbed and shot. 43 officers murdered in the line of duty and thousands have been injured. one party in this country is denying it. saying that's a myth.
6:11 pm
how do you have a convention and not talk about this? only under political pressure do they speak out. a little too late if my mind, sir. i hold them accountable for their rhetoric. >> well, we have to go by facts and not emotion. it's easy to manipulate emotion. it's hard to manipulate facts. in nation average once a week a cop is killed in duty. once a week. i know there is a narrative that people are trying to push out there is a george floyd happening in every department across the nation. that's false and irresponsible and that encourages the mob mentality to storm precincts. law enforcements agency across the nation need to defend their police stations and act
6:12 pm
responsibly with the public and work hand in hand with the community. the mantra everywhere is accountable for law enforcement but it gets lost in the shuffle individual accountability. >> sean: i would like to know about your challenge to lebron james. there were peaceful protesters chanting black lives matter. that's the group chanting what do we want? dead cops? now. >> we had 20,000 protestors outside of my building a few months ago exercising their first amendment right and we were there to defend them exercising that right. when they show up armed like they are going to play nfl football as a linebacker, they are not a peaceful protestor. let's end that nonsense right
6:13 pm
now. anybody with helmets and goggles and frozen water bottles and mortars. they are there to do damage. we won't support that. >> sean: let's see if lebron james takes your challenge. our prayers are with the two officers fighting for their lives. police in this country are under attack. cities are war zones. 2000 cops have been lit on fired and pelted bricks and rocks and stabbed and shot and run over. so far this year 45 police officers have been murdered in the line of constituty. 33 shot. 9 were victims of assault and one beaten to death. -- 8 were the victims of an ambush. more months democrats have done nothing but fan the flames of this destructive rage and denied
6:14 pm
it's happening. we warned liberal democrats this rhetoric is dangerous and would not end well. the dnc convention they barely mentioned the violence. instead democrats across the country were arm in arm with the effort to defund the police department. they prevented local officers from using non-violent tactics to disperse crowds like tear gas and pepper spray. they alreadied law enforcement to stand down as buildings were torched. and police precincts taken over. they joined so called protests that vilify police. biden said police have become the enemy. he would redirect funds away from law enforcement. kamala harris, are you proud of yourself tonight you? cheered the idiotic mayor of los angeles when mayor cut
6:15 pm
150-million dollars from the police fund. kamala harris and joe, look at their manifesto. they want to go to the madness in new york. alexandria ocasio-cortez called for all police funding to be stripped. here is some of the worst rhetoric from top democrats. they have some answering after all of this today. >> military equipment for law enforcement? they don't need that. the last thing you need is an armored humvee coming into a neighborhood. they are supposed to be protecting these people. >> we can redirect some of the funding? >> yes, absolutely. >> [shouting]. we get rid of that cancer. >> we have confused the idea to
6:16 pm
achieve safety, you put more cops on the street. >> the rhetoric is unacceptable. this is a war on police and a war on innocent towns and sees across the country. this rhetoric needs to stop. those that use it need to be held accountable. there were no supportive comments from police from any top democrats for month. only when it showed up in the polls, oh, maybe we will talk about it. when years were police were vilified, you would be hard pressed to find a single democrat defending the police. >> [shouting]. pigs in a blanket. frying like bacon. >> [shouting]. >> [inaudible]. >> [shouting].
6:17 pm
what do we want? dead cops. now. >> that's blm. police are facing demonization from the left and facing a wave of violent crime in all of america's democrat states. for 8 long years, biden and obama saiding in. -- said nothing. 4,000 homicides in obama's hometown of chicago. they didn't lift a finger to help the people in chicago. biden proprosing plans that would make the violence worse. here with reaction dan bongino. geraldo rivera. these cities are war zones. this is a war on police now. basically run up to a car, unsuspecting cops and try to
6:18 pm
assassinate them on the streets. >> it was disgusting. it was outrageous. cops have the same right as anyone else to go home safe to their families at night. there was a 31-year-old mother of a six-year-old and a 24-year-old. both on the job for 14 months. shot in the back. it was absolutely obscene! what is even worse are these people who taunted the cops and cheered on the shooter. then they blocked the emergency room entrances to the local hospital. they were chanting we hope they die! my goodness. how low down and dirty do you get? this is, when you think about it, sean, isn't this the logical end result of this non-stop
6:19 pm
anti-police rhetoric. the police are wrong. >> sean: if you are on the fence on this election, this alone should disqualify biden. >> i didn't say i was on the fence. i am leaning to president trump. don't make me make an endorsement. i am a correspondent at large. >> sean: that's fair. >> what they have done with these cops is absolutely beyond the pale. this is disgusting. >> sean: dan, i know guys that are retiring or are rethinking their career. they want to leave. they know they won't be supported. they can't even use tear gas and pepper spray to disperse the crowd. telling you can't help you if

about light bulbs and electric cars! listen, i don't like joe biden's politics at all. but i have to tell you, i won't vote for him. but i would have supported him if he came out and gave a strong 20 minute speech about the need to fix this broken culture on the greatest country on earth and celebrate our men and women in law enforcement on a day when two were shot in the face. he gives this speech about light bulbs! and electric cars. so completely totally out of touch. >> sean: i have to go. >> the vice-president hasn't deleted the tweet bailing out the bad guy. >> sean: that's kamala harris. preview of coming attractions. watch what is happening in these cities and elect joe and kamala harris. that won't work out well. while the president was on the ground in california being praised by gavin newsom meeting with leaders about the

i want to undress the idea that police officers deserve this because they make an active decision to become police officers. the idea their choice to go out and serve the community means their lives don't count. do you see democrats applying that logic to criminality? because you make the active decision to commit a crime, your life doesn't count? of course not. they would never say that. they are after asolving the criminals of guilt and attack our law enforcement. they want the undoing of our society. americans are seeing through the facade to see this is not about quality. it's about entitlement to loot and burn your neighborhood without any consequences. >> sean: pastor, you foolishly
