individual who is still at larg at this hour attempted assassination of two, police officers in their squad cars in cold blood. again, viewer warty. the video we are about to show you is extremely graphic. it's sad and also something we need to now unite and represent. the surveillance footage shows that perpetrator opening fire on cops and running away like a coward. both officers were shot and both remain in critical condition. one of the l.a. deputies a 31-year-old mother shot in the jaw but look at this. a she is seen rendering aid to her 24-year-old partner shot in the head. this comes after months and months of anti-police protests that the democrats denied in los angeles and months of anti-police rhetoric from liberal democrats across the country.

with their anti-police budget to slash the lapd funding by $150 million. kamala harris praised that cut. more on that coming up. along with the sickening footage of anti-police protestors blocking the emergency room entrance and exit to the hospital where these two officers are in critical condition. they were chanting, we hope they f-ing die. we have the tape. joining us now with the latest from the hospital where the deputies are being treated is bill. what is the latest with these i officers? >> sean, good evening. i have good news. both officers those deputies are in stable condition tonight and expected to make it which is absolutely incredible when you
10:04 pm
take into account they were both shot in the face less than 48 hours ago. both stable and expected to make it. let's talk about how we got here in the first place. the surveillance video we sent to you. this was saturday evening at the compton station. two deputies inside their vehicle looking out for the safety of the public when this coward comes out of nowhere and walks up to the window and pulls out a gun and ambushes these two deputies. he runs away from the scene. this next photo. it's graphic but it's a powerful photo that the families of the deputies and the sheriff himself sgave me permission to show to the public. the female deputies is a mom ofo a six-year-old child. she was shot through the jaw but still got out of the vehicle to help her partner with a tourniquet.
10:05 pm
the male deputy, 24 years old, was shot in the forehead but the bullet did not penetrate his cranial cavity. this photo is incredible. the bravery the female deputy shows. she applies a tourniquet to her mouth. this is hard to listen to. it's a radio call. that brave female deputy put out. she was shot through her jaw. but she is able to get this radio call out. take a listen. >> [radio chatter]. >> [mumbling]:
10:06 pm
>> again that audio incredible to listen to. it shows what the deputies were going through. you hear a code 998. that's a deputy involved shooting. the suspect still hasn't been identified. he is not in custody. the sheriff himself said the a -team was brought in to track him down. the fbi is helping. 14 homicide detectives are working this. over $100,000 donations came in to find the suspect. and earlier today the sheriff of l.a. county issued a change to the nba superstar lebron james to match that reward money. lebron james hasn't replied yet. we will see what happens. >> sean: our thoughts and prayers with them and their families.l

press conference the other night. our thoughts and prayers are with your entire team and these officers in particular. any new updates? they are in stable condition? do we know ifda there will be long-term damage? s >> that is the question that still has to be answered. they are still in intensive care.il unfortunately it will take a while to have the recovery process and gain full control of their extrimities. we will continue to pray for them and support them. hopefully they will make a complete recovery. >> sean: in new york city the mayor cut the budget by $1 million and 150 million cut from the lapd. we have a vice-presidential candidate that praised that cut to police officers. then we have a presidential
10:09 pm
candidate that said police become the enemy.en of course we should redirect funds away from the police. then we heard, in the dnc violence was mentioned twice in passing. it's been happening for over 100 days. i will go over the list of how many officers have been murdered. your reaction in terms of a leadership position and of top politicians bashing police on a daily basis. i want your reaction.. >> all right. oni don't support any elected leader, anyone who is an influencer in society has an obligation to support law and order. i heard things at the local level that is astonishing. they are fanning the flames. pouring gas on the fire. they are not bringing people together. they are further dividing people. it's reprehensible.
10:10 pm
i won't say this is the outcome of that, however, they are contributing to the narrative. there will always be one person in the crowd that takes them at face value. they will take independent action on that. people need to be responsible. words have consequences. this is a prime example of that. >> sean: sheriff, let me ask you more directly.at we have seen night after night, 100 plus days, city after city, molatov cocktails. precincts commandeered by anarchists, and cops pelted with bricks and rocks and stabbed and shot. hit with canes at hockey sticks. 43 officers murdered in the line of duty and thousands have been injured. one party in this country is denying it.ty saying that's a myth. how do you have a convention and not talk about this?
10:11 pm
barely a good word and only under political pressure do they speak out. a little too late in my mind, sir. i hold them accountable for their rhetoric. >> well, we have to go by facts and not emotion. it's easy to manipulate emotionm it's hard to manipulate facts. in nation average once a week a cop is killed in duty. by the felony actions of a suspect. once a week. i know there is a narrative that people are trying to push out there is a george floyd happening in every department across the nation. that's false and irresponsible and that leaves a bad odd outcome and that encourages the mob mentality to storm precincts. law enforcements agency across the nation need to defend theirh police stations and act responsibly with the public anda work hand in hand with the

community. we have to hold everyone accountable and personal accountable is important. the mantra everywhere is accountable for law enforcement but it gets lost in the shuffle individual accountability. >> sean: i would like to know about your challenge to lebron james. there were peaceful protesters chanting black lives matter. separate and apart from the group "black lives matter". that's the group chanting what do we want? dead cops. when do we want them? now. >> we had 20,000 protestors outside of my building a few months ago exercising their first amendment right and we were there to defend them exercising that right. when they show up armed likeket they are going to play nfl football as a linebacker, they are not a peaceful protestor.li let's end that nonsense right now. anybody with helmets and goggles

and frozen water bottles and mortars, they are there to do damage. we won't support that. >> sean: let's see if lebron james takes your challenge.da our prayers are with the two officers fighting for their lives. police in this country are under attack.. ucities are war zones. 2000 cops have been lit on fired and pelted bricks and rocks and stabbed and shot and run over. so far this year 45 police officers have been murdered in the line of duty. 33 shot. 9 were victims of assault and one beaten to death. 8 were the victims of an ambush. like this attempted assassination. more months democrats have done nothing but fan the flames of this destructive rage and denied it's happening.
10:14 pm
we warned liberal democrats this rhetoric is dangerous and would not end well. the dnc convention, they barely mentioned the violence. instead democrats across the country were arm in arm with the effort to defund the police department. we told you that wouldn't and well. they prevented local officers from using non-violent tactics to disperse crowds like tear gas and pepper spray. they ordered lawe enforcement to stand down as buildings were torched. and police precincts taken over. they joined so called protests that vilify police. biden said police have becomee the enemy. he would redirect funds away from law enforcement. kamala harris, are you proud of yourself tonight? you cheered the idiotic mayor of los angeles when mayor cut
10:15 pm
$150-million from the police fund. kamala harris and joe, look at their manifesto. they want to go to the madness in new york. alexandria ocasio-cortez called for all police funding to be stripped. a mark called for the police everywhere to be dismantled. here is some of the worst rhetoric from top democrats. they have some answering after all of this today. >> military equipment for law enforcement? they don't need that. the last thing you need is an armored humvee coming into a neighborhood. it's like the military invading. they become the enemy.y. they are supposed to be protecting these people. >> we can redirect some of the funding? >> yes, absolutely. >> [shouting]. when we dismantle it, we get rid of that cancer. >> we have confused the idea to
10:16 pm
achieve safety, you put more cops on the street. >> the rhetoric is unacceptable. this is a war on police and a war on innocent towns and cities across the country. this rhetoric needs to stop. those that use it need to be held accountable. there were no supportive comments from police from any top democrats for month. only when it showed up in the polls, oh, maybe we will talk it.t when years were police were vilified, you would be hard pressed to find a single democrat defending the police. >> [shouting]. pigs in a blanket. frying like bacon. >> [shouting]. pigs in a blanket. frying like bacon. >> [shouting]. >> [inaudible].
10:17 pm
what do we want? dead cops. when do we want it? now. >> that's blm. police are facing demonization from the left and facing a wave of violent crime in all of america's democratic states. for 8 long years, biden and obama did and said nothing. 4,000 homicides in obama's hometown of chicago. they didn't lift a finger toic help the people in chicago. biden proprosing plans that would make the violence worse. here with reaction dan bongino. geraldo rivera. these cities are war zones. this is a war on police now. basically run up to a car r unsuspecting cops and try to assassinate them on the streets.
10:18 pm
>> it was disgusting. it was outrageous. cops have the same right as anyone else to go home safe to their families at night. there was a 31-year-old mother of a six-year-old and a 24-year-old.-yx- both on the job for 14 months. shot in the back. it was absolutely obscene! what is even worse are these people who taunted the cops and cheered on the shooter. then they blocked the emergency room entrances to the local hospital. they were chanting we hope they die! my goodness. how low down and dirty do you get? this is, when you think about it, sean, isn't this the logical end result of this non-stop anti-police rhetoric.
10:19 pm
the spewing of the police are wrong. >> sean: if you are on the fence on this election, this alone should disqualify biden. >> i didn't say i was on the fence. i am leaning to president trump. don't make me make an endorsement. i am a correspondent at large. >> sean: that's fair. >> what they have done with these cops is absolutely beyond the pale. this is disgusting. >> sean: dan, i know guys that are retiring or are rethinking their career. like the pleas chief in rochester, they want to leave. they know they won't be supported. they can't even use tear gas and pepper spray to disperse the crowd. carmenen best telling you i can

cars! listen, i don't like joe biden's politics at all. but i have to tell you, i won't vote for him. there's nothing you can say to change my mind. but i would have supported him if he came out and gave a strong 20 minute speech about the need to fix this broken culture on the greatest country on earth and celebrate our men and women in law enforcement on a day when two were shot in the face. he gives this speech about light bulbs! and electric cars. so completely totally out of touch. >> sean: i have to go. >> the vice-president hasn't deleted the tweet bailing out the bad guy. >> sean: that's kamala harris. preview of coming attractions. watch what is happening in these cities and elect joe and kamala harris. good luck with that, america. that won't work out well. while the president was on the ground in california being praised by gavin newsom meeting with leaders about the b

deliver needed federal support amid the state's out of control wildfires. barely there joe biden camped out safely in his comfortable zone of delaware and took cheap shots at the president, claiming reelecting donald trump would mean communities would be wiped out by super storms. take a look. >> we have four more years of trump's climate denial, how many suburbs will be burned or flooded out or blown away in super storms. why would anyone be surprised when more of america is under water? >> sean: biden giving a speech in front of a whopping 16 people and zero questions as usual. biden fueled more hate and hysteria.
10:29 pm
california governor gavin newsom acknowledged that the trump administration provided needed relief in this time ofknd crisis like he did on covid-19. take a look. is>> i want to thank you and acknowledge the work you have done to be immediate in terms of your response to our question. we were just talking, mark is the head of emergency services. we received and the major disaster you referenced. it was profoundly significant. >> sean: not like trump has a chance of winning california. forest management is an important piece of the puzzle. california's problems with wildfires started before donald trumpim and the issue is more complicated than repeating climate change over and over again.
10:30 pm
they cited controlled burning and logging reform as the reason for this increasing threat. overgrown forests and dead wood that catches fire contributed to these fires. the media mob would rather use the fires as their latest political weapon to attack donald trump. they spin for joe biden. joe biden is the candidate for the media mob. he didn't know where he is waveling to this week. take a look. >> did you do early voting today? >> because i am going to be -- where? where my tomorrow? traveling. >> sean: where i am tomorrow? what office am i running for. owyou may need a teleprompter. here with reaction. i call it the candidate

protection program for a reason. he talked about police becoming the economy. a guy i led on covid-19 but he was afraid china might get mad at us because he said it was fear mongering with the travel ban 10 days after. i don't know how many hundreds of thousands of lives were saved. he didn't lead on covid. now he is saying to people, i never said i was against fracking. yes, he said it twice in debates. he said he would end-all fossil fuels. >> it's in his manifesto. >> yes. the fact he didn't know where he was the next day is baffling. i will be in georgia tomorrow. my father has been in the country all over. north carolina and minnesota and michigan and my father left nevada and california.
10:32 pm
this guy hasn't gone past the mississippi in the last 30 days. it's not like the guy has a jam-packed schedule. he literally doesn't leave his basement. this climate change position. at leaves i give gavin newsom credit. he said you have done a wonderful job for california, mr. trump. biden is talking about a state burning. but there are suburbs burning. you have portland burning and seattle burning and minneapolis is burning and chicago burning. the democrats have not done a damn thing about it. those suburbs are burning. they are defunding the police and goingde after the police and not condemning the violence. they burn churches. blm and other antifa groups burn churches in washington, d.c. you didn't see kamala harris or joe biden come out against them. they came out against cops and
10:33 pm
want to defund law enforcement. they are responsible for the burning of the suburbs. to make this into a climate change thing is an utter joke. >> sean: barack obama's hometown of chicago. 2009-2016. 4,000 homicides. almost 20,000 people shot in the city of chicago. president and vice-president.t. they barely mentioned it. they want to defund the police or redirect funds to the police. police become the enemy. at what point does their rhetoric cause them to be aiding and abetting. you won't turn criminals over to "ice" because you believe inin sanctuary cities. at what point do they become responsible for not following the law?
10:34 pm
>> that's the difference between my father and these politicians. they are all talk and no action. my father is the exact opposite. tremendous action. chicago, obamasi didn't even go back to chicago. he literally was never there and never mentioned the violence and never tried to help. never offered federal assistant or send in the military. the guy was not present anymore. he abandoned his city. as you said, 4,000 people died. you look at the state of so many of these cities. look at homelessness in san francisco and drug abuse and the needles all over the streets. kamala harris was not doing a anything either. where was joe biden. these politicians are full of wind. they get into office and promise great things and don't do anything.'t if they did a phenomenal job, my father would not have been

elected. now he is elected because he stands up and the man has tremendous backbone. he is willing to fight and support what is right. >> sean: donald trump fights. i would say guilty as charged. fights for better trade deals that joe and barack obama didn't fight for. fought for police reform and set record after record and fought to get the border wall money. fights against institutions that don't pay their fair share like nato. yes, your dad is a fighter. i like a fighter. he is in the candidate protection program by the media. they protect him 24/7, joe. >> he answered a question from a young girl and needed a teleprompter to answer a question.. what will he do when he is talking to the leaders of china and putin. they will eat his lunch.
10:36 pm
he can't answer a basic question from a young student without a teleprompter. it's unbelievable. it's why my father will win. i'm so proud of him. >> sean: i hope so.op lot of forces again him. they are protecting joe biden. it's thean candidate protection program. thank you, eric trump.n more developments in the quest for equal justice. senator graham teasing a major development and the possibilityr of an internal report prior to the election. here to explain is fox news contributor sarah carter. what is the latest? >> a lot of speculation in washington. with 50 days left until election day. there is a belief that john durham will issue an interim report because ofrh the resignation of one of his top aids. nora, she was working with durham on the report.
10:37 pm
durham kept this very close. little has leaked from his office. with her resignation there is speculation that a report will comefi out. some people believe she resigned because she didn't want to be pressured into releasing a report too soon. they are suggesting this won't bee complete but will be an interim report. others are concerned. after a number of years information exposed on your show and throughout congress that there was incredible malfeasance within the fbi. we only have one indictment right now. that's kevin clinesmith and he pled guilty to lying. he altered the email submitted for intelligence surveillance omitting the fact that carter page was an asset of the cia. we know there is an explosive report from judicial watch.
10:38 pm
27 members of robert mueller's team wiped their phones clean. we knew two years ago that peter strzok and lisa page had done that.rs we had no idea that 27 others wiped their phones clean. expect that to be in the report as well. >> sean: all right. john durham hasn't done anyone a favor taking so long with the information we now have. overwhelming evidence. frauds in a fisa court. it should have been released prior to this summer. sarah carter, thanks. tonight the president continues to see rising support among latino americans in several key swing states. especially in florida. here's the president in phoenix earlier this evening.sw let's take a look. >> hispanic-americans strengthen our nation beyond description and protect our nation as brave members of the military and law enforcement.
10:39 pm
great, great numbers of law enforcement. you uplift the communities and promote shared values of faith, family, community, hard work and patriotism. you are an amazing group of people. i love you. we are taking care of you and i am never letting you down. >> sean: with reaction. fox news contributor sarah sanders with trump campaign mercedes schlap. mercedes, let me begin with you. we see 3 or 4 polls showing african-american between 19 and 24%. the president got 8% running on the platform what do you have to lose? we know his record with african-americans and every minority group in the country. record low unemployment. now we see a dramatic increase in support in the polls for the president. do these translate into votes?re
10:40 pm
that would be a game changer politically speaking? >> absolutely.y. there is huge support among latinos and black voters. they're clearly seeing that not only has the president delivered on ensuring there is economic prosperity and opportunity for our minority communities, but contrast that with joe biden who is selling a socialist manifesto. it creates fear among the cubans and venezuelans who suffered under oppression. they know what is when the government takes control of their lives. it is why they are pushing away from the democrats. they don't view them as being moderates anymore. that's why the president has delivered. it's why you are seeing this shift happen with latino voters not only in florida but in places like arizona and nevada.
10:41 pm
>> sean: sarah sanders, all of these institutional forces led by your friends and the mediaa mob, literally running defense for joe biden. i call it the joe biden candidate protection program. a witness protection program and we have a candidate protection program.ro theym. will let him get away wih taking every 3 days off and not answering questions. they get away with every single major -- they would never allow any other candidate to get away with this. llwhy? >> well, i think because they dislike this president so much. what they missed is how smart thedi american people are. they see through the media. i feel good about where the president is. joe biden is unfit for office not just because he hasn't demonstrated the ability to govern the country but moved so far to the left. it's controlled by the radical

left and the liberal mob. i spent a chapter in my booknd writing about this. it's so important. it's one of the consequential moments that will impact this election. we have a candidate talking about law and order and the other candidate their running mate has run raised to bail these people out of jail. the contrast is clear. the president has been strong in standing up to the liberal mob. pushing back and demonstrating he is ready to lead. joe biden not only is he unable to lead, but if he got in control, it would be absolutely disastrous for so many different communities across the country. not just on safety and security but also on the things that mercedes was talking about. people don't want america to look like a socialist country. we live in the greatest countryt
