11:00 pm
hannity.com, amazon.com. 40% off. deep discounts as costco and wal-mart. let not your heart be troubled. laura ingraham, your show is on target every night. doing a great job. >> laura: back at you. >> sean: sincerely. not a don't-be hand-off. >> laura: i was thinking about you today because the hypocrisy that you pointed out on the radio and tv for all of these years of the news networks. the other channels that run biden -- any biden event in its entirety. trump has an actual covid briefing and they don't carry it at all. it's like they don't even -- thc pretense of any shed of objectivity is gone. >> sean: laura, state-run newspapers, state-run conspirace
11:01 pm
tv news channel, fake news. everybody knows it., american people see through the charade now. thank god. >> laura: no credibility. fantastic show, sean. >> sean: have a great show. >> laura: i'm laura ingraham. this is "the ingraham angle." joe biden made it as clear ass can be today, under his administration, he will mandate lockdowns and masks nationwide. our medicine cabinet with a twist breaks it all down. also, is the left going to regret the devil's bargain with the black lives matters movement? candice owens is here. an raymond arroyo hit the m streets of florida. that's in seen and unseen ahead. first, the comeback kid. that's the focus of today's angle. now, you'd never know it if you just checked out facebook or you scrolled or watched the other
11:02 pm
networks that sean and i were just talking about. right now we're in the midst of the great american comeback. now, remember not long ago what the media was predicting for our economy because of covid? >> the handling of the coronavirus pandemic is not good for the president. that is bad news for the economy. >> just decimated our economy. >> great depression era levels of unemployment. >> what happened to this being the best economy in the world? the economy's world drop ever. ever! okay? >> laura: okay. thankfully the experts doom and gloom scenario hasn't come to fruition. why is that? because president trump made the smart decision to allow states to make their own reopening decisions. because as treasury secretary m pushed through the covid stimulus package. now america's economy is recovering again. you won't see this anywhere else. at an impressive pace. here's the new projections from member nations.
11:03 pm
you can see from the left that despite taking a slight hit, we do far better than other g-7 nations. now, imagine how much better the u.s.' numbers would have been if new york and california weren't slow-rolling their reopening or imagine how much worse off we would have been if biden were in charge and no states were allowed to open under his national guidelines.e this afternoon biden was asked about the good news on the economy. >> a quick question on the economy. the fed today announced that their projections for unemployment are going to be lower than expected. in polling, we see time and again that president trump has an edge over you on the economy. why do you think that is?ag >> well, because i don't think -- i've been out of offica for four years. i they don't -- it's a long time. four years ago. i >> laura: is he kidding me?
11:04 pm
actually, we remember quite well, joe. by the time obama and biden left office, average median income had gone up. that only meant that the income levels had returned to the year 2000 levels. t meaning they barely got us to the clinton levels of prosperity. not the case with trump's numbers. c the census just reported that the united states median wagest broke a record in 2019. the highest recorded since they began tracking it. this means that trump's policies were working for the average family. the poverty rate that hit an all-time low as well. income was going up across the board. increasing 7% from the year prior to more than 68,700 from 64,324. that is a $4,000 raise. real money to real people.. among the highest increases ever recorded. okay.
11:05 pm
now, that's all well and good but what about trump's record in international affairs? i mean that was supposed to be failing, right? i remember all the foreign policy experts and what they were predicting in this arena. >> this kind of policy unilateral decision will basically wreck the middle easts >> what he's done is thrown a diplomatic bomb in the middle east peace process. >> it's not looked good for jared kushner's middle east plan. >> how could kushner lead middle east peace efforts? >> laura: oh, my god. those are the best. i didn't see those before now. those were good. these people have a perfect record of failing in predictions about the trump presidency. the covid models gave us more accurate forecasts than those moron. remember how bad they were? really bad. the signing of the abrahamra accord negotiated by the trumpmp team included jared kushner was great news for everyone that
11:06 pm
claimed to care about peace on earth. of course, for the media, true to form, that whole peace on earth thing is secondary to beating trump., >> today's ceremony showcased the president's continued defiance of the very coronaviru guidelines, his white house recommends. >> hundreds of guests were packed on the south lawn with h little social distancing and optional masks. >> this deal is a bit uncomfortable for a lot of observers to watch because it seems so transactional. >> it's more of a business deal than a peace accord. >> it's not middle east peace. >> and i still remember when wolf blitzer claimed to care a lot about international news. >> why does the white house and the trump campaign refuse to follow the administration's own health guidelines? >> so i was watching as i was waiting to come on the show herg and all the clips you showed of people without masks were peoplt in the front rows. those were administration officials that were tested --
11:07 pm
>> don't you think, jared, the president and the top advisers t should set an example for the american public? >> the people have a first amendment right and that's somebody that cnn has argued for.pu i didn't hear you and cnn being that worried when you saw people out there doing protests in different ways.i >> this is cnn, the most trusted name in news. >> laura: okay. that is funny. where does james earl jones get to have his voiceover return to him? the great news isn't really happening on the economic andng foreign policy fronts. president trump has a magic touch for football as well. now, a few weeks ago, i asked him about the big 10 cancelling their season. >> i'm the football guy. i'm the one that wants to have football. i t i put it out all the time. i'm very upset with big 10. they should have opened it. i want football back, by the way. are you watching? i want football. okay? >> laura: players, families and fans were outraged by the big 10's attempt to cancel fall
11:08 pm
sports, so trump made a few phone calls and in speeches he encouraged the league to reverso their decision. that's what the big 10 did. this is great news for the state and local economies, the players that dedicated their lives to the sport and for the national psyche. we all love football. now, wouldn't they have reversed course if trump didn't intervene? doubtful. the sports media predicted it wouldn't happen.ru they didn't want football to restart. it's a strange thing, sports media. it's shameful. the democrats and their croniesr and the press underestimated donald trump in 2016. we all remember that. they seem to be repeating their mistake in 2020. from the economy to foreign policy, to sports. he's on a roll. and that is not just good news for his chances in november. it's good for america.
11:09 pm
the trump resistance is always wondering why are these people so loyal to trump? why do they stand in line for hours and even days sometimes to see his rallies? why do thousands of boats linee up for the trump water parades?o because his policies put money in those people's pockets. he respects their freedoms, too. that's why. that's the angle. on the issue of appreciating freedom, my next guest has just picked up his entire operation and moved it out of california. joining me now is ben shapiro the daily wire editor and chief and author of "how to destroy america in three easy steps." ben, i think your move comes at an interesting time as my angle noted this country is seeing two distinct visions of the country and freedom seems to be the central dividing point. is that what you're seeing?nt >> that's right. i spent my entire life in californias all 36 years of my t life with three years taken oute for law school.
11:10 pm
all spent in california. i love the state, grew up in the state, married in the state and had children there. my parents move there. we're out. taking our 75 employees and moving to nashville. bad governance has consequences. when you raise taxes and threaten to raise them more when quality of live degrades undermine the police, prevent them from enforcing the law when you allow 66,000 homelessss people that are drug addicted to sleep on the streets in l.a. county and declare yourselves freer and better, real compensation for all of this is that you can put a dumb lawn sign because it says black lives matter. that is not a great place to raise children and not a great place to build a company. we did sided we're moving and most of our employees are thrilled about it. >> laura: i need to get toe' breaking news tonight. do you remember back in june when kamala harris promoted that bail fund? i know you talked about it and then 13 biden staffers donated
11:11 pm
to the same fund. the daily caller news foundation now reported just moments ago that the bail fund helped a man accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl get out of jail in july. the donation page that kamala harris tweeted out for this bail fund is still active and i'll still has her image on the side. your reaction. t >> i don't know why this is a shock at all. the same kamala harris that decided it's worth while to visit jacob blake and said she was proud of jacob blake, an alleged rapist. he was only shot because he showed up, resists arrest and assaults the police officers. he has a knife on the floorboard and kamala harris and joe biden decided to side with the criminal. he attempted to walk that stuff back.
11:12 pm
right now it's going to be of little avail. >> laura: earlier in the summerh the minneapolis city council voted to abolish their police force as we all remember. the council president was all in favor of it. t watch. >> a lot of us were asking if we could imagine a future without police. i answered question to that question. stop investing so much money in this militarized police force and instead investing in the things that our community needs. >> laura: reimagining didn't go so well. now ben, she's having second thoughts. >> i also hear from constituents that rank and file officers on the street are telling them thas they're not enforcing crime. people don't understand. trust in our department and our city is deeply eroded and this is not helping. >> laura: i was in minneapolis earlier this summer. it's a -- it's become a complete and utter dangerous joke. why are these people surprised? why do they still keep getting
11:13 pm
re-elected? >> it's unbelievable. from what i understand, the same city manager that went to national television and asked if she was worried that she would have the call cops because of crime. she said she would have to check our privilege. the privilege is back in now and she realizes when somebody is committing a crime, it's a badk thing for city businesses are fleeing minneapolis, fleeing california, businesses are fleeing oregon. this will continue. you'll see people who earn people that have the capacity to get out will leave badly governed areas.. bad governance has consequences this will happen across the country and it's fun and games until everybody that pays the taxes takes off. >> laura: if joe biden is president, there's no escaping. there will be national mandates. no escaping. you won't escape to states. it's all going to be one standard for dealing with covid and one standard of lockdowns. that's the concern. ben, great to see you tonight. good luck on the move if we don't talk to you beforehand. while the white house and senate take up much of the oxygen
11:14 pm
should nancy pelosi be worried about her house majority?sh she calls herself a master legislator. but the last few years, she led her caucus from one political quagmire to the other. now she's blocked billions in aid. but don't worry. she's genuinely heart broken. >> when it comes to the coronavirus, they have contempt for science. that's why we lost almost 200,000 people, that will lose their lives by the end of the week. a 200,000 people. that is why it's contempt for science as to what the climate crisis is. >> laura: the award goes to? the best drama. how authentic, nance. she should be praying. according to politco, there's grumblings from the dems about the need to cut a deal on the stimulus. none of them will challenge t pelosi in public because they don't care about their constituents. they only care about not getting primaried by an aoc-approved candidate. the fact is, how democrats especially those in swing states still need two things to survive. cash from nancy and the party establishment and again avoiding getting challenged by the left. so they sit quietly while pelosi lets the radicals go wild. if you're a swing voter, why would you grant another majority
11:15 pm
to the democrat party with no moderates, at least none that speak out and no accomplishments? let's not forget that the house democrats have accomplished zero on the issues that they claim to care about. because they don't want to work with donald trump. yesterday nancy pelosi just said oh, forget about him. when she was asked do you regret not meeting him for a year. they did the impeachment drama which was shameful and have a bitter attitude about everything else.
11:16 pm
but they're going to try to claim credit for the usmcah which was all trump. joining us now, kevin mccarthy of course the house minority leader. he will join us now. congressman mccarthy, i don't think retaking the house is a pipe dream anymore. i thought it was a few months ago. but not anymore. >> it's not. do you know that there are fewer democrats in the house since nancy pelosi held the gavel? at that moment we needed 19 seats to win the majority. today we need 17.pe we won every special election we played in, and that was in democrat seats. the democrats won by nine points and happened to be in california. the real question is, what are the results of the democrats? they should be embarrassed howre much they have embraced the socialists. name me one problem this democrat majority has solved? there isn't one. you know what the republicans have done? we rolled out a commitment to america.
11:17 pm
all you have to do is go commitmenttoamerica.com and you can see for yourself. we're going to rebuild the biggest economy we have ever f seen. added 10 million new jobs. going to restore our way of life. you know what we're going to do? we're going to end covid. we're going to create a safe ana effective vaccine. we protect pre-existing conditions. you know what? we don't defund the cops. we add 1.75 billion. to make more police training. community policing and more importantly, 500,000 body cameras. >> laura: congressman, let me jump in here. when is the last time you had a substantive in depthhe conversation with nancy pelosi about anything? >> you know, i'm around her many times and many meetings but i can't say i have a substantive talk with her in more than aca year. think for a moment, yesterday we watched world peace happen for the middle east on the steps inside the white house. you know what nancy pelosi did?
11:18 pm
she turned down the invitation and held votes in the floor of the house trying to make memberd not go there and witness bahrain and the uae, represent and acknowledge israel. >> laura: congressman, i want your reaction.an breaking news just reported by politco. fox news confirmed it. the freedom caucus is pressing you to launch long shot bid to oust here, a procedural gambet. has no chance of success but could force vulnerable democrats to align with the speaker ahead of the election. are you in favor of it? >> i'm in favor of defeating nancy pelosi and jerry nadler and others. the real challenge would be we're four weeks away from election.ld these democrats could vote against nancy pelosi, use it in their campaigns to say they're
11:19 pm
not with her even though they vote with her 95% of the time. she doesn't -- >> laura: so you're not going to do it? are you going to do it or not? >> i don't think it's the best move at this moment.o the best move is when 218 seats and that defeats nancy pelosi. you know what else it defeats? nadler, maxine waters, adam schiff and the others that is the best play right now. >> laura: do you agree with me there's two things at play, one which all of you do, you need to raise money. two, when you're a democrat and you thought you were a moderate you just petrified of getting primaried by the aoc plus three. so you are caught between raising money from the establishment, pelosi and not getting primaried, so you basically shut up. >> yeah, you watched aoc primary and beat people this year. they're all afraid. aoc is the one that got pelosi to impeach -- do impeachment. she went out starting primarying people for them to do that.
11:20 pm
there was no basis for it. that's what they wasted their majority on. look at the democrat majority what have they stood for? defunding the police dismantling of this nation because they want to go with impeachment. >> laura: open borders. >> open borders. they want to raise taxes on the very first day regardless ofof where this economy is at. they have not built new jobs they have not lowered the drug price. if you renew the nation, restore our way of life. you know what happens? you reunite this nation. that's what the commitment to america is about. >> laura: thanks, congressman for joining us. we appreciate it.. coming up, joe biden said the quiet part out loud. his administration would call for covid restrictions that would end up locking you down and controlling almost every aspect of your life. well into next year. is that constitutional? will it make any medical difference? we find out next.
11:21 pm
the worst genocide in human history
11:22 pm
also destroyed the lives of thousands of jewish survivors still suffering today. god calls on people who believe in him to act on his word. "comfort ye, comfort my people." when i come here and i sit with lilia i realize what she needs right now is food. these elderly jews are weak and they're sick. they're living on $2 a day which is impossible. this now, is how god's children are living. take this time to send a survival food box to these forgotten jews. the international fellowship of christians and jews urgently need your gift of $25 now to help provide one survival food box with all of the essentials they critically need for their diet for one month.
11:23 pm
no vitamins and no protein so my legs and hands are very weak. oh, oh, oh let's make sure that we bring them just a little bit of hope. by bringing them a little bit of food. become a part of the fellowship today by reaching out to bless these precious people of god. for just $25, you can help supply the essential foods they desperately need for one month. that's less than a dollar a day. i just want to encourage all of you to join with yael eckstein and the wonderful work of the international fellowship of christians and jews. god tells us to take care of them, to feed the hungry. and i pray holocaust survivors will be given the basic needs that they so desperately pray for to survive. that they so desperately pray for to survive.
11:24 pm
11:25 pm
>> laura: joe biden made it clear today, if you were watching, that he would allow unelected health officials to dictate your life under covid. >> just concluded 1 1/2 hour long briefing with seven of our nation's top public health
11:26 pm
experts. i spoke to the experts today ani i also spoke to the experts thip morning and i'll support rather than tear down the experts based on the proposal laid out by the experts. >> laura: remember who these experts are.e. they're the ones whose model said new york would need what? 45,000 ventilators? they're also the ones that said we would see what? two million dead and promise that flattening the curve was about saving hospitals? they haven't been consistent on the efficacy of masks. so shouldn't it alarm people that biden would basically turng over key government decisions to unelected experts? joining me now, alex barren author. and dr. rafsci. shouldn't americans demand that they be held accountable for all
11:27 pm
of their own screwups? >> i think that would be a good place to start. it's quite clear that, you know the move to lockdowns in march and april was made out of panic. it contradicted decades of public health advice and there's very little evidence that it did anything to help -- to help slow -- may have slowed the spread of the virus but didn't change the course of the virus as we can now see based on what's happening in spain and europe. what it did is crush the economies of regions or countries that locked down hard. so i think an honest discussion about that would be a good place to star. >> laura: doctor, i want to play this from dr. redfield's response and the president's response. >> i might go so far to say that this face mask is more guaranteed to protect me against covid than when i take a covid
11:28 pm
vaccine. >> the mask is not as important as the vaccine. when i called up robert today, i said to him, what is with theote mask? he said i think i answered that question incorrectly. >> laura: redfield walked back his comments on twitter tonight saying he is 100% believes in the importance of the vaccine. what is going on here with the cross-messaging? >> it's hard to tell. i'm not a mind reader. we have decades of medical science, controlled studies that show for respiratory viruses masks do nothing. there's really no -- i remain puzzled as to why we keep pushing mask mandates when we have exactly the hawaii experience where they put in the harshest mandates anywhere in the united states. they saw case numbers jump eight to ten times. it's not really a pandemic we're seeing.
11:29 pm
we're saying a casedemic. masks have nothing to do with any of this. >> laura: biden reminded us that the states, alex, are not going to have much power in his covid response.uc watch. >> great. >> uniform national guidelines.. we need national guidance as of the basis on which you can open up. there's no national criteria.na what is the national criteria for opening schools?l they still don't have one. we have to have this national d mandate. >> alex, this is code for widespread lockdowns, rolling lockdowns, is it not? >> i don't know how he thinks he's going to do that. is he going to declare martial law? if the last six months proved anything -- really, i mean it. there's still a lot of federalism in this country.. still a lot of power at theli state and local level.
11:30 pm
the white house couldn't get schools opened. they wanted to get them open and they couldn't do it. i just want to add one thing about the masks. it's fascinating. i looked up before we came on. you can go back to 1919 more than a century ago. in california, they looked at whether or not masks had done anything. they called them gauze masks then. you can find this online. the conclusion of an epidemiologist in san francisco was that masks made no difference in the course of the epidemic. that was during 1919 and true in 2020. >> laura: biden is claiming guys, that he follows the science. only the science. so it was a shock to hear him make this wild prediction. >> cases and deaths are going to spike this november and an additional by 215,000 americans they say will die. if there's universal masking these deaths could be cut in half.
11:31 pm
>> laura: doctor, first of all it takes your breath away. >> it's ridiculous, laura. if i thought joe biden came upup with his on his own and not being given this by his minders i would take it as prima fascia evidence. he has no scientific basis to say this.. it's dying away through natural herd immunity. where the science is, believe me, it will never be able toto produce any reliable sources except the journal of irreproducible results. it's absurd.ll >> laura: alex, we hear this phrase, well, we can get back to some semblance of normalcy when. but this is -- the goal posts are always moving. really quick, close it out for us. >> sure. i mean, first of all, biden is talking about the university of washington models.
11:32 pm
those people have been wrong since march. and they continue to be wrong to this day. you know, i mean, if an asteroiu hits the earth in december, a million people might die. that is about as likely as what he is predicting right now.in you know, if you look -- the reason that this post november prediction is being made is because it's unfalsifiable before the election. right now cases are down hospitalizations are down deaths are down. so the people are trying to panic the country for six months.nt they have to point to something that they won't be able to falsify before the election. >> laura: they're running out of time here. gentleman, thanks so much. coming up before he told americans he would take away b their freedom, biden left the basement for florida this week. raymond arroyo breaks it down with a sobering visit. and what the voters of florida told him about the race. seen and unseen next.t. race.
11:33 pm

11:36 pm
11:37 pm
11:38 pm
>> laura: it's time for the seen and unseen segment. joining us with the details raymond arroyo, fox news contributor, author of "the spider that saved christmas." biden made a big florida push with not great results the other day. you spoke to some voters in the state. >> i did. biden's first event was a roundtable with exactly six veterans in tampa, florida. he attempted to libel trouble with the atlantic story and then freelanced about employment opportunities for veterans. i think. >> if you could take care -- if you were a quarter master, you can sure as hell take care of running a department store thing -- where -- and a second floor of the ladies department. you know what i mean? >> i'm not sure anyone knows what he means. this event could not have been more bizarre.
11:39 pm
if you're trying to win over vets, it's best not to portray them and our returning heros as homicidal killers as biden didem in this uncrypted moment. listen. >> a million veterans that wered deployed six times if my memory is correct. i saw a woman walking a dog, ran over her, killed her. killed the dog. put her in the back of his pickup, took her down to i-95 where there was the -- all sand pile for emergencies. molested her. put her back in the truck, came home. >> laura: what an uplifting -- no, no. what an uplifting story that is. did he say if my memory serves me correct? i think we know that is not the case. >> well, veterans are deeply offended by this that i spoke to
11:40 pm
today. he's basically saying after a long deployment, you come home and kill people. this is unbelievable. it's so inappropriate if you're trying to win over veterans it's wrong in my event. >> laura: the throngs of six that were attending that. according to the nbc marist poll, biden is trailing trump by four points among hispanics in florida.en so he tried this routine at a hispanic heritage month event. >> i just have one thing to say. hang on here. >> there you go. dance, joe.. \m/m >> laura, living laviti loco would have been more appropriate. given biden's history, this is a weird song choice. the lyrics say slowly i want to breathe you neck slowly. let me murmur things in your hear. i want to see your hair dance. this are not images you want to conjure up when joe biden is around.
11:41 pm
i spoke to voters in boca raton to see how this is playing. >> who are you leaning toward in this election and why? >> president donald trump. he's put through everything that he's said he's going to do. our economy is fabulous. i'm living in florida because of that economy. and he's trustworthy. >> i am voting for biden-harris. >> okay. >> because bernie sanders isn't on the ticket. i wish we had more options. but i believe we need to get the current sitting president out of office because of supreme court nominations, because of climate change. i've owned many small businesses in boca raton. >> you believe biden will be better for small businesses? his promised to raise taxes and ensure that obamacare is fully implemented once more.
11:42 pm
>> absolutely. if that means -- it's hard on small businesses in that way. it benefits more people in the long run. >> there's no leaning. i've falling way over for the president in 2016. so we're all set with that. >> why? >> he absolutely has delivered on what he promised. he's focused. tremendous success. doesn't take [bleep] from anybody. what do you want? a senile old man walking around that doesn't know if he's asleep or awake? >> joe biden is making and empathy play. that is targeted toward women. does that empathy play work for you? >> no, it does not. >> why not? >> because he really doesn't empathize. i don't believe him. i don't believe a word he says. everything he says is completely scripted.. all of my women friends are voting for donald trump. every single one of them and i have a lot of women friends.
11:43 pm
>> laura: well, it's a tight race in florida, raymond. >> it is indeed.ew >> the one guy looks like he came from the bronx down to florida. >> there are a lot of new york transplants. they said they like trump's strength, they like the economic resilience and strength in security, safety is a big issue for these floridians. >> laura: thanks, raymond. great work. more from florida on friday andd the black lives matter movement has seen its popularity plummet in the past few months. so what is caused that? candice owens chimes in next.

11:48 pm
>> laura: in the last 24 hours in philadelphia, we've seen the >> laura: in the last 24 hours in philadelphia, we've seen the depravity of black lives matter movement and reared its ugly u head. they hurled obscenities at police and trump supporters. >> here we see blm and anti-trump protesters kneeling in an active intersection. blocking productive citizens trying to support their families.
11:49 pm
to cap it off, they harassed a bunch of diners. >> laura: with acts like that occurring every night in the united states, there's no wonder why the support has blocked. joining me now, candice owens the author of "black-out." candice, will democrats regret aligning themselves with this group at some point? >> absolutely. we're seeing it right now. they havover played their hand. they gave it too much time. in the beginning, americans were apprehensive. they weren't sure.oo maybe this was really about police brutality. maybe this really was america striving towards equality. now the truth is standing in everybody's face. the black lives matter movement is not striving for equality. they're striving for entitlement.
11:50 pm
they want white people to stop and raise their fists in the air and salute them as if it's the 1950s. the things that we would see white racists doing we are seeing black lives matters people doing at cafes. people are waking up to this movement is about marxism, the undoing of america. they just want to disrupt. that's all it's about. they want to disrupt, cause hate and rapidly spread it and then point the finger somehow at trump and say this is only happening because of trump's america. >> laura: right. candice, this all comes out when we have a discussion about really to help people that are in need, including african americans. school choice or educational freedom as we like to call it is at the heart of this. real school choice. biden has never been for it. watch. >> nea members are pushed back against misguided school reforms
11:51 pm
