since we got what he did tonight. the donald trump seems to be doing more stuff four years ago that worked out so well for him, then. >> laura: what is interesting in the biden event, was that there was not the moderator debating like you had at abc where they are constantly interjecting and saying, no, you said this. oh wait a second, what about this? didn't have any of that for questions and minimal follow-up. to did notice that? >> that has been consistent, right, it's how it's been for some time now. it's not just this interview. when i am struck by, because i have been a journalist for more than 35 years, and i've never seen a press forward treat a president the way this president has been treated. people get up in arms, they were

in outrage when i say that kind of thing. you know, i'm cast as some kind of judas hysteric. how could i betray the media by saying that? of course the response as always, donald trump did that to himself. i was raised at that this is about the office of the president. this isn't just about donald trump. from the beginning, the focus is always been, look at donald trump doing all the terrible things he does and says and how annoying he is. focus on him, don't promote us, academic notice but we are doing in the country. that's revealing and when you look what's happening in many of these cities like where police have been funded and they are re-zoning single-family home areas because they say those are systemically racist. there's a lot of quiet erosion of the principles upon which america has been founded that have been going on while everyone has been so focused on whether donald trump is too tanned or not or whether he said something that offended someone. it's going to both trump and

>> should pre-existing conditions, which obamacare brought into fruition be remov removed? >> no. >> please stop and let me finish my question, sir. we want to wow. well, it's night and day. i think it's all of the softballs. his campaign slipped cnn a list of supporters to ask. trump debating stephanopoulos and the liberal questioners, and one of the questioners tonight on cnn was actually on twitter with multiple photos of himself with campaign posters of dominic supporting joe biden. obviously, supporters are coming and asking favorable questions of biden. >> it is beyond propaganda what you're saying without the media are treating the two different campaigns. it used to be said that the media acted as a public relations arm of the democratic party.

i think it's much easier to just understand them as essentially running the biden campaign, particularly with the trouble that biden is having in terms of typical campaigning. less of a problem for donald trump i think, and he seems to thrive with a hostile media audience. something republicans have to think about. whether they want to be treated like second-class citizens by so many people in the media. it's also interesting that despite what the media are claiming about donald trump, you look at the headlines in the questions that they pick for the debates or what might, they portray him as an evil monster who is a racist and whatnot. at the same time, donald trump is doing better than he did in 2016 various minority voters. it doesn't matter so much with the media are saying, because i think they are so extreme people are having trouble believing anything that happens today. >> and i know you did this a lot on fox nation, we've seen the rise of anti-food, these

extremist organizations on the left. and nancy pelosi finally comes out today to condemn the violence three and a half months in. what is that all about? polls or something else? >> it's obvious what that is about. so many americans are looking at the situations. if they are concerned about what it means for them. out of your house, into the street. they are being attacked for the color of their skin. we are returning for a time in this country which is, by the way, in the rearview mirror. it's seen as going backwards for the color of your skin is what defines you. it concerns people. quite honestly, laura, it's critical that it's really quite nauseating. i have to agree with mollie. it has become beyond reprehensible at this point. if you imagine, if you are democratic supporter right now, if you think the violence is trumps fault, that russia

collusion -- even though that mueller didn't find evidence. guilty claims for falsifying evidence, you're saying none of that matters or was significant. this is the alternative universe they have created for people who, if they're not looking for any outside view -- they keep putting people for like adam schiff who have lied and lied and lied. john brennan, they left comments on things on which there implicit and possibly broken the law. it's really quite astonishing. she's right, people aren't falling for. you know, it's really thanks for a group for young reporters risking their lives on the front lies of antifa's war against america that we know the truth about so many things that are happening on the streets. honestly, the media and many of those places are not doing their jobs. some of them are, but it's remarkable how on a national scale, they are still lying about this and downplaying it.

with the fbi, he has to come out and say what he has today. even he seemed to reluctant. if there is a real issue here at the heart of this about why the left and so many in law enforcement downplays the threat. because it's fundamentally dishonest. >> laura: i think it's -- they note that talking about the threat helps donald trump. they don't want to do anything that helps them. if the main thing that is sacrificing law and order, they will do it. let's get back into president trump in wisconsin on the campaign trail. >> president trump: they clean it so you don't have any information. if that is a big problem for them, i would imagine. it is a disgrace if they can do that. if you go back, hilary got -- she deleted and acid washed. it did you ever acid wash? she banked it with a hammer, we forget that right? let's see what happens with all that stuff. i think bill barr is doing an excellent job.

he is fighting a very bad establishment in washington and some bad apples and that whole deal. if you think that biden opposed the mission to take out usama bin laden, he was against it. he was against the killing, he oversaw the rise of isis. what a mistake. he cheered the rise of china as a positive development for america and the world. i don't think so. do not too positive. we are up to sleepy joe biden. isis would still be on the rampage, and china would now be the dominant power in the world, and stay or not even close, i will tell you. we have weaponry the likes of which nobody has seen. at 25, you see some good stuff. especially when we have the

there were five clusters and over 1,000 cases from nursing homes and health care transmissions. over 1,000 cases from construction sites. for some reason, a city that's extremely dependent on tourism, bars, restaurants, decided to lock down the bars, close them completely, cut restaurants back to 50% greater than they said, we don't have any monitoring, we need to raise property taxes. this is as bad as it gets. to your point, this can't be the only place this kind of things happening. as one of the only places where you have really good local activist that are pushing back. if there's a great group that's behind a lot of these efforts to push back and obtain these emails. i heard they have other stuff coming. we need efforts like that everywhere because i think they are only two kinds of governments. the one that's kind lying, and ones that don't understand it.

>> laura: still, the same old stale lines are recirculated every day. it trump antiscience. if you question the lockdown, you are antiscience. to joe biden tonight said i don't trust trump, but i just apology. which algae? the one who said we don't need masks or the one that says we have to. which expert do you hold on a pedestal to reinforce the conclusion you want? because they are acting as if the policies they preferred are the only ones that are based on science. you and i know that there are huge disagreement amongst scientists on all of these issues that are contested. there's a lot of evidence that lockdown did not work, had no positive factor, and had massive health and economic costs associated with them. they said, if it stanford or ebbets oxford, it doesn't count as science.

only if it's irate or imperial . otherwise you are antiscience and we exclude you. when you take that mentality. the science he is going to choose is going to say national lockdown. it that's really frightening that we can go back to that. >> laura: tonight, at the town hall drive-in, old 50s style drive-in town hall with joe biden, there was a moment where he was talking to a teacher that had ms. i believe it was muscular dystrophy. they had underlying conditions. at this is how the conversation went about going back into the classroom. >> you should be able to be in a position where you are behind elastic, you are in a sanitized circumstance and you are teaching. i would not take the chance, even if everyone had been vaccinated because of your compromised immune system. by the way, some teachers have

already died. >> laura: okay. the point here is, he is saying a teacher with an underlying issue shouldn't go back to the classroom even if there is a vaccine. what are we talking about here? i don't know if he understands what he's even saying at this point. >> i think he's either saying we want school closed forever or we want to pay for that man's retirement or transition him to a administrative role, if you have teachers who genuinely had serious medical conditions that they can't do the job, than they probably shouldn't be in that cm anyway. there's a lot of potential exposures, not just coronavirus, if you're in that school. in fact, there are a lot of other things that children are much more contagious with that and with that. if stone has that kind of serious condition, maybe we should look into moving him into a different role or position. and what were getting from democrats like biden, et cetera going to be safe. it's not safe now, it's all going to be safe.
