11:00 pm
"live free or die," the impact on this great country, the policies of capitalism versus socialism, secure borders versus lower borders, higher taxes, energy dependent,ce appeasement. amazon.com 40% off let not your heart be troubled, laura hi. >> i checked out biden and an old 50s drive-through meets anemic town hall, okay? it was ridiculous. >> sean: how does anderson not asked the question about hysterical xenophobia and fearmongering? you knowo partnering school immigration and a racial jungle. >> laura: no, no, he didn't debate biden as he did trump
11:01 pm
here there was no debating the candidate, that is only when trumpets involved. we will get back to the rally but sean i enjoyed your show and you did both the analysis and the rally which we will do as great job. thank you so much. i am laura ingraham and this is the ingram an but let's get baco president trump. >> homicides and democrat-controlled cities yet these failed policies nationwide, they asked, what about nationwide what about the fact that you had your democrat national convention whereby the way we had for more abuse millions and millions of more abuse. we had millions more. i thought it was a great thing. did anybody hear herschel walker
11:02 pm
that night? you talk about a good football player, it was some player and what a great guy but all of them, the first lady did great, of anke did great, they did great. and we had some incredible stories, some very sad stories when you see what happened appear at about biden's plan is to appease the demerit domestic terrorists in my plan is to arrest the domestic terrorist. joe biden is a weak person and has always been a weak person and prime time was 25 years ago5 let me tell you, he is not old, i have friends that are 85, 89, 92, 95, and they are 100%. this is just something wrong with joe, he's off off, okay? and i have no problem saying it
11:03 pm
anymore when i watch this information because this is not information, this is fact. if he is elected, his radical supporters will not just be causing mayhem on the streets, they will be running the department of justice, the department of homeland security, the department of education, and most importantly, they will put many judges on the united states supreme court. we can't have that, we will have a totally different country, radical left judges. that has to do with your secondh amendment. that has to do with the right to life. it has to do with so many different things that will turn your world upside down and they will have 1-2-3-4 whoever is the next president and that will beat us, not me, that's us. [cheers and applause] let you know, we put, i put it,
11:04 pm
think of this by the end of the term we will have approximately 300 brand-new great federal judges court of appeal judges, three of them, which is a record. 300! give or take a tiny bit, but nobody thought that was possible. i want to thank president obama. he left us 142 openings. nobody gets left one opening purity federal judges a big deal. nobody leaves openings but he gave us 142 openings. thank you very much. what happened, they thought hillary was going to win. they didn't push it and wait a minute, these polls are getting close at the end. they tried like to get some judges approved but that's what happens, you have to go and actg fast, get it done. we get things done like nobody's ever gotten it done. it was a great president.
11:05 pm
he was great. he left 142 judges for the republicans. he was a great republican and if you are that site of the plate, ideology and a president that left you 14 142 federal judges e i don't think you rate him as doing a good job. hey, look what happened in iraq, look at what happen with ice has look at what happened with the military, look what happened with the veterans, our veterans have been taking care better than the history of the country. but never forget, they are coming after me because i am fighting for you, and that is true, that is true. and t we are winning the fight. we are winning this election. this election, we are doing well. they refuse to say it. they refused to say it. they hate to say it. it drives them crazy. but that is nice, remember?
11:06 pm
they started off saying this will be a short evening for donald trump. and now, it is president trump. i lost all of my friends because of this position. hey, don, let's go to dinner, good, richard. larry, i will meet you at a kestaurant in new york. everybody was like you can have a great conversation. you don't know what we want to talk aboutut because it's none f your business but we were loose. all of us to be president of the united states. and these are a lot of important people. actually the people i liked the best for the people less successful because it makes you feel so powerful. i always say never go out with a successful person. but i know a lot of successful people, very, very successful.no now they call me up, mr. president, sir, would you like to get together sometime? i say loosen up.
11:07 pm
yes, call me donald, you've known me for 30 years. >> thank you president. i lost so many friends because it's respect for the office. it's different. they used to be loose, they used to be great. i'm not a drinker but you could sit back and have a drink, whatever the hell you are drinking and now you can't do that anymore. you can't t do that anymore. so i have to rely on people in congress to be my friend. we just happen to have a couplef tonight and one of them who's been a great warrior and he's doing a fantastic job. i just saw you on television, by the way, brian. does everybody know brian style, brian style, young, handsome, a warrior when the fake impeachment happened, it was a total fake.
11:08 pm
what did we finish up with the republicans when 97-0. it was a fake impeachment. i got impeached over a perfect phone call of congratulations to the president of ukraine, who i never met before, okay? i mean, if you are going to do something, at least know him a little bit. i never met him. and then they say it was eight times quid pro quo, q adam schi, shifty schiff. except he made it all up. he repeated it and i saidco unfortunately, we had that whole thing essentially recorded. i'm glad i did. but he's a very deceptive, deceiving, sick people. and i said, well, he lied because there was nowa quid pro quo. it was a perfect conversation, but by that time it was too late because they had already embarrass themselves.
11:09 pm
and nancy pelosi was all set, she loves d doing it. she saw the conversation and said to the people, what the hell did you get me into? so they could have dropped it but they said to, let's give him a shot. so we won other than mitt romney where we lost a half a vote. he's another beauty, met romneye come another beauty. he couldn't get elected dog catcher in utah. we have another great one and he's really a friend of mine, solid and loves his country and loves his state, glenn grothman. thank you very much, glenn. and a man who just got elected and he's from an area that i know very well. we did very well, big, fast beautiful contract that produced lots of jobs, but he was taken a legends place and it is never easy to replace a legends place
11:10 pm
and that his stuff in case you wondering. he was running and we did a lot of work for him and he reacted well under pressure. a lot of people don't react well under pressure. they choke, they choke.in he was under a lot of pressure and he ended up winning 18 points now he is your congressman. he's doing a great job and you have to vote for all these people november 3rd, tom tiffany. [cheers and applause] thank you, tom. and we have a great congressional candidate, it derek van horton. derek, good luck. good things, derek and my total support, here very good things. my record is like 222-3 so i don't like to have a loss. i support you 100%, you know that. you have my total endorsement. i hear you.
11:11 pm
and your former congressman, who i hope is making a lot of money in the private sector because he deserves it, especially his wife, rachel deserves it. she is fantastic. he is fantastic because i know he's coming back into government in some form. he can come with us. he can stay here. he could maybe run for governor. do something. [cheers and applause] sean duffy, sean duffy. no, but he was the world champion tree climber. in any time you have a world champion in anything but especially that. i will never forget, i was asking him how was it? he said he broke his backs and numerous times. i said let me ask you a t question, how much harder was it to go up the tree then down? he said it was easy going up with the hard part was down
11:12 pm
because if you miss that is where the danger was, right? many times, world champion. could you still do it today? a little bit heavier he said. caring a little bit more weight. that's all right, that is not a? good sign. great job we love having you, fox & friends and plenty of other places, right? what a personality, what a personality, rachel has been our friend from day one, i think day one and a fantastic family too. tonight we are praying for everyone in the pathev of her hurricane sally working very hard, working in florida, alabama, georgia we have fema and everybody. we just finished take a look we went to louisiana and texas and getting hit by big hurricanes, but we have it under control. the coast guard has been fantastic unbelievable the bravery. they go into the storms.
11:13 pm
they go into the storms and they say how dangerous is it sir? s very dangerous, right, would you like to try it sometime? no thank you come i will take a pass. i think they might have a problem with me doing it. but i will tell you in texas, they save 16,000 people to years ago, the u.s. coast guard. i think there is no brand to me that has gone up more than the coast guard so what is great. we are getting them new ships. the ships are coming from a nice new ones all built in the usa, beautiful. most of them have a right in my administration will be by their sideve through every step. we are working again very, very hard. the panhandle, the panhandle, we love it but they got hit hard. we reverse the horrible damage joe biden inflicted over the last 47 years. we passed record tax cuts and regulation cuts.
11:14 pm
nobody's ever done more than anybody else has done to keep our family farms and we virtually eliminated the unfair state tax known as the death tax so if you die 100 years from now and you have children who you love as opposed to children you can't stand, it does anybody have children that they don't't like or perhaps can't stand? if you do, don't listen to the rest of this. but if you have a family you love to have a small business, farm, whatever, they were being put out of business to go and have to borrow the money to pay the estate tax, death tax, and it was a terrible thing. we got rid of it so now you can leave your farm, your small business to your family. and just hope they remember you every once in a while. it's always a difficult situation, but it was, it was running farms. they would have to go out and
11:15 pm
sell the farm. they would have to cope get partnerships and borrow money a from banks and all of a sudden they are in foreclosure proceedings and they've never doneor that before. they don't have to worry about that. you love your family and that is a big deal. they've been trying to get that, sean, what, 30 years? especially for the farmers because that's a great business. day-to-day a bad crop and all of a sudden you can't pay interest on a loan to pay a state taxpayer they lose the farm but we will not have that anymore. we achieved american energy and independence for the first time, totally independent. we don't have to be in the faraway places unless we want to be. biden pledge to abolish american oil from american clean coal and natural gas. he said the fracking, i told you that, but we will not let him get away. we will bring that up on occasion. for 47 years, joe biden crushed
11:16 pm
the dreams of wisconsin workers and enriched foreign countries peer that is what happened. before i got here what was happening with japan we paid deep respects to prime minister of japan, a great friend of mine. he's going to be leaving office very soon my like in a matter of a day. he was a great gentleman. he's a tough negotiator, i willt tell you that. he made really good deals s against the united states, but he will be missed. he is a great gentleman. he championed every special interest by every special interest and sold out traded, sold out almost nobody ever before. promise to american workers when we ended the nafta nightmare and signed the brand-new u.s. mexico canada agreement into law. i save the u.s. auto industry by
11:17 pm
withdrawing the last administration's job killing catastrophe, the trans-pacific partnership. did you ever hear that? that would have hit you. in 2017 i signed a historic executive order making government policy to buy america anand i am erica. i'm watching biden and a sign by america. i've been saying it for 20 years. where the hill has this guy been pushed mark they are actually accusing him of plagiarism. i also took the toughest evero action to stand up to china's rapid theft of wisconsin jobs. all jobs, but you got hit particularly hard. biden removed those tariffs andc allowed china to resume its pillaging. he wants to take the tariffs off that are paying us tens of billions of dollars a year. i fought like to keep them into the china deal he wants to
11:18 pm
remove them. so tens of billions of dollars, billions of billions i give it to the farmers and a lot of people but i gave most of it by far to the u.s. treasury. he wants to take -- let me just ask you a very innocent question. there is a young man about 40 years old that can give the answer, who do you think and how do you think china would feel about this election? in one case they would save billions and billions of dollars to them u.s. from months. we never got $0.10 from china but the other case, he said we would take them off. i think they might be inclined to go to sleep you joe. this is a dream for china. joe biden's agenda is made in china. my agenda is made in the usa. [cheers and applause] >> laura: president trump speaking in wisconsin tonight come a huge crowd and we will go dip in and out throughout the
11:19 pm
hour. joining me now is laura logan, no agenda on fox nation and mollie hemingway and fox news contributor, molly, the difference tonight between the very scripted biden event and what you are saying in wisconsin with this massive crowd and the president doing some stand up in the middle of a lot of substance on china is a good comparison of the energy of both campaigns and what the people will be voting for in november. >> it is also actually a good example of what they both excelled at. donald trump in front of a large crowd, having fun and going through a list of policy achievements and desires for a second term, but joe biden is in his sort of safe place which is a friendly media outlet asking questions to give an opportunity to talk about the basis of his campaign which is dislike of
11:20 pm
donald trump, friendly audience but we haven't seen a lot of campaigning from joe biden. this is the closest we got what he did tonight. donald trump seems to be doing more what was so four years ago that worked out so well for him them. >> laura: laura logan, what was interesting in the biden event tonight was there wasn't the moderator debating the canada like you had at abc where george stephanopoulos is interjecting, oh, no you said this two years ago and wait a second whaton about this? you didn't have any of that but fairly straightforward questions and minimal follow-up. did you notice that? >> well, laura, that has been consistent, right, how it has been for some time now with every single interview. not just this interview. what i'm really struck by because i've been a journalist for more than 35 years. i've never seen a press corps treat a president the way this president has been treated. you know, people get up in arms
11:21 pm
and war and ragee when i say tht kind of thing. i'm some kind of judy is so scary it and how can i betray the media b by saying that and f course, the responses donald trump did that to himself. but i justms wasn't raised that way, right? i was raised this is the office of the president. this isn't justld about donald trump.. the from the beginning look at donald trump and all the terrible things he does and says, you know and just focus on him. don't notice what we are doing in the meantime to the country. and that is pretty revealing when you look at what is happening in many of these cities like minneapolis where the police have been defunded and in austin where rezoning single-family home areas because they say those systemically racist -- there is a lot of quiet erosion of the principles upon which america was founded that is been going on while everybody is so focused on whether donald trump is to tandoor not or if he saidot
11:22 pm
something to someone. >> laura: and they have done these town hall events this week. i thought it was important that we compare the types of questions thatf were asked. this is how cnn laid out the h red carpet for >> laura: 18. >> how will you get the proper messaging out to all america to keep them informed how to properly protect themselves? >> i look up to you and there is a middle class health care worker. do you have any plans to stand up for the health care workers? how would you handle russian involvement with trump? >> silly girls are the best. >> laura: compare that to how abc o shows their questions to president trump? >> why did you throw for noble people like me under the bus? >> why don't you support a mandate for mask wearing? why would you downplay a pandemic known disproportionately to harm
11:23 pm
low-income families and minority communities? >> should pre-existing conditions obamacare brought into fruition be removed? >> no. >> please stop and let me finish my question, sir. >> laura: wow! mollie night and day and biden gets the softballs and his campaign slipped cnn one of the questioners and a list of supporters to ask. trump is debating the liberal questioners and one of the questioners tonight on cnn was actually on twitter with multiple photos of himself with campaign posters of joe biden, supporting joe biden. so obviously supporters are asking favorable questions of biden. >> it is beyond propaganda what you are seeing with how the media are treating the two different campaigns. it used to be say the media acted as a public relations for
11:24 pm
the democrat party but i think it is much easier to understand as essentially running the biden campaign with the trouble that biden is having with typical campaigning. less of a problem for donald trump i think in that he seems to thrive with the hostile media audience but something republicans i do think need to think about whether to allow themselves to be treated like second class citizens by so mans people in the media. it is interesting despite the media claiming about donald trump and you look at the headlines and the questions they pick for these debates or whatnot and they betray him as this evil monster, a racist and whatnot and at the same time, donald trump is doing better than he did in 2016 with various minority voters. it doesn't matter so much with the media are saying because i think they were so extreme, people are having trouble believing anything they have to say. >> laura: and i know you've done so much of this on fox nation and new special on fox nation and we have seen the
11:25 pm
rise of antifa and extremist on the left but nancy pelosi comes out today to condemn the violence three and a half months in. what is that all about, poles, or something else? >> it is obvious what that is about, right? so many americans looking at the situation on the streets and they are concerned what it means for them. walking through and saying out of your house onto the streets, people are being attacked for the color of their skin. we are returning to a time in this country which is by the way in the rearview mirror. the scene is going backwards where the color of your skin will not define you. it concerns people. quite honestly, laura, it is hypocritical and quite nauseating. i have to agree with mollie. it is beyond reprehensible at this point. if you imagine you are a democrat supporter now, you actually think the violence in the cities that trump supports,
11:26 pm
finding any evidence and every thing of significance like guilty pleas from fbi attorneys to falsifying evidence and none of that matters or is significant. the alternative universe they created for people who if they are not looking for any outside view and they keep putting people forward like adam schifff who lied and lied and lied, john brennan, peter strzok, on the things they are complicit and possibly broken the law. it is really quite astonishing. but in spite of all of that,gh mollie is right. people are not falling for it. you know, things to a group of young reporters out there risking their lives on the front line of antifa's war against america who we know the truth about so many of the things that are happening on the streets. because honestly, the media andn end many of those places are not doing their job. some of them are but it is remarkable on a national scale
11:27 pm
they are still lying about this and downplaying it. the fbi director has to come out to say what he said today, even he seemed reluctant. so there is a real issue here at the heart of this about why the left and so many in law enforcement downplay this threat. because it is fundamentally dishonest and at odds with the fact. >> laura: i think they know end hopes donald trump and they don't want to do anything helping donald trump eras with a sacrifice law and order, they will do it. let's get back to president trump and musk wisconsin on the campaign trail. periods before they clean your tphones so they don't have any information. that is a big problem with them i would imagine. it is a disgrace that they can do it, h but when you go back my hillary, acid wash, right? did you ever -- and she also used it with a hammer, but we forget that right? let's see what happens with all of that stuff.
11:28 pm
i think bill barr is doing an excellent job my have to tell you. [cheers and applause] and he is fighting a very bad establishment in washington, some bad apples and that whole deal. but if you think that biden opposed the mission to take out usama bin laden, he was against it. he opposed the killing of him and the rise of isis, what a mistake. m and he chaired the rise of china as they positively developed for america. i don't think so. i don't think so. it's not been too positive. the corrupt sleepy joe biden and he would be alive. isis would still be on the rampage in china would now be the dominant power in the world and they are not even close, i will tell you. we have weaponry the likes of which nobody has seen. $2.5 trillion, good stuff especially when we have the
11:29 pm
finest scientific minds in military minds in the world. we have weapons, the likes of which nobody has seen and just hope to god we never have to use them. i say that and i say that strongly. hope we never have to use it. my attitude is and i learned this a long time ago, by having them, we keep ourselves out of wars as opposed to bringing ourselves in wars. we have built and created weapons the likes of which this world has never seen before. and we don't have to talk about it too much. nor do i really want to talk about it. when i band travel from china, biden called it hysterical and xenophobic. what does that mean, joe, tell me? biden opposed my plan to ban europe. i saw what was happening in france, spain, italy and highly infected we ban europe. if we have not listened --
11:30 pm
insisted on listening to joe and which is you don't have to do the ban, hundreds of thousands of more americans would have died from the plague. biden was willing to sacrifice american lives on the altar of open borders and now, he should have followed me. you know, this guy did the swine flu, right? it was a catastrophe. the man that headed up the swine flu, i won't use his name because i like to have a nice evening because i can't imagine the democrats are thrilled. he said it was a horrible job. we had no idea what we were doing. it was a disaster. he said it was a disaster and now biden is telling us how to do what we are doing so well on, what other countries are calling me in congratulating me on the incredible job. i have sleepy joe biden trying to tell me how to do it. his own man that headed it up swine flu, h1n1's swine flu.
11:31 pm
i keep saying joe, joe, it is h1n1, right? it is easy to remember because age comes before end. but he can't do it. and you saw what he said the other day under harris, biden administration, that was a i never said under a pence/home administration. he said underer harris/biden administration. and she said the same thing. sean, did you hear that? they are a disaster together. through our historic relief programs, we save more than 1 million wisconsin jobs and 87,000 wisconsin businesses. that's not too bad. [cheers and applause] and biden would demolish all of those and we have done several
11:32 pm
other things. he would destroy your social security, totally destroy it and destroy protections for pre-existing conditions. they want to go to social medicine. they want to go to social. you know that right? they want social health care where you don't remember -- obama 28 times and you can keep your doctor, keep your plan. that didn't work out, right? why haven't they looked into that? under medicare for all but basically socialized health care, you will never have a doctor. you will never have a plan. w you will have horrible health care. and he wants to wipe out 180 million private health care plans that people love, 180 million plans. >> laura: trump addressed the covert response of the rally but there are many troubling developments about how local leaders are reporting numbers.n i want to can disturbing out of
11:33 pm
nashville. emails exposing a sinister covid cover appear this was done by city officials. now the email shows the office of mayor john cooper, a democrat hit data that undermine the rationale for keeping the city locked down mainly that contact tracers were only able to link a small, small fraction of covid cases to bars and restaurants. of course, that had been destroyedur in nashville. only 22 out of thousands of cases were tied to bars and restaurants. now, despite knowing this a inconvenient truth as early as june 30th, the mayor issued stricter lockdownf measures ahd of the july 4th weekend. the mayor's office knew it was not true, why did they say it? steve glover called out the mayor's office. >> i don't trust a thing they say going forward. nothing. >> we raise taxes 34% and put literally hundreds of thousands of people out of work that are now worryingap about losing ther harm come apartments and
11:34 pm
et cetera. we did it off of fulsome information and bogus data. that should be illegal. >> laura: 2 20 menell phil kerpen, the committee to unleash prosperity. phil this is something you would expect from communist china, soviet russia but not an american city. my concern is if this is happening in nashville, i mean our other sanity's line too? i was dealing with this earlier in texas where the governor of texas have these artificially low restrictions on restaurants, even though i think the same deal. they can't really trace these infectionsns back to restaurant. killing restaurant industries across the country, frankly and i we have proof in nashville. >> it is a pretty remarkable story, laura, we know and the date at the time the mayor of nashville walked out and said, we know from our contact tracing
11:35 pm
it is the bars and the restaurants and the clusters are going up sharply. five clusters and 20 cases total from restaurants and a thousand cases from nursing homes and health care transmission, over a thousand from construction sites and somehow the city extremely dependent on tourism, bars, restaurants decided to lockdown the bars, close them completely cut restaurants back to 50%, and then they said we have no money for the government andit need to raise property taxes 34%. this has about as bad as it gets into your point this is not the only place this is happening. this is one of the only places you have really good local activist pushing back. there is a great group of nashville who push back and able to obtain these emails. i heard h they have other stuff coming. we need efforts like that everywhere in the country because i think they are only basically two cogovernments once lying and the ones i own to don't understand the data.
11:36 pm
>> laura: and yet, phil, the same old stale lines are recirculated day after day. trump is antiscience, oh, if you question the lockdown, you are antiscience. and joe biden tonight in his town hall said to come i don't trust trump but i'd trust dr. fauci, which dr. fauci, that said we don't need mask or o dr. fauci that says you have to wear a mask? so it's always which expert, you know you hold up on a pedestal to reinforce the conclusion you want. >> this is what is so dangerous about biden and other liberals are doing. they act as if the policies they refer are the only ones based on science when you and i know there are huge disagreement with scientists on all these issues, essentially contested and a lot of evidence the lockdowns did not work and no positive effect and massive economic cost associated with them. they say, well, you know
11:37 pm
stanford or oxford it doesn't count as science. only harvard or imperial college. only the scientist saying what we want to hear does it count as science. and we exclude you and when you take that mentality along with a guy that says if science tells middle lockdown come i will lockdown,, the science he will choose will say national lockdown. so that is very frightening to :o back to that. >> laura: phil, tonight at the town hall drive-in, an old 50s style drive-in town hall with joe biden, there was a moment he was talking to a teacher that had ms, muscular dystrophy i believe and so underlying condition. this is how the conversation went about going back into the classroom. >> you should be able to be in a position where you are behind plastic, and a sanitized circumstance and teaching. i would not take a chancee even if everyone had been vaccinated because of your compromised
11:38 pm
immune system.te by the way, some teachers have already died. >> laura: okay, they are operative point here is he saying that a teacher with an underlying issue shouldn't go back to the classroom, even if there is a vaccine? what are we talking about here, phil come i don't even know if he knows what he's talking about at this point. >> i think he is saying we want schools closed forever where you we want to pay for that man's retirement and transfer into administrative remote support kind of role. look, if you have teachers who generally have serious medical conditions but can't do the job, then they probably shouldn't be in the classroom anyway because there are a lot of potential exposures and not just coronavirus and the school. in fact a lot of things kids are more contagious within that so if they have that kind of serious condition, we should move them to a different role or another position. what we are getting from democrats like biden, kind of like, it's never going to be
11:39 pm
safe. it's not safe now and not safe with a vaccine. so is this forever? >> laura: there is always -- i'm sorry to interrupt, but there is always a reason the left will want to take your freedom away. there was always a justification for stealing your freedom. that is it. it's never safe enough and you hit the nail on the head, phil, always great to see you. thank you so much tonight. the national they are convincing even some of his liberal buddies to back trump this fall. country music star national resident genre also the host of "the pursuit" on the nation. the bar and restaurant scene is critical of nashville's health. what is it like now? >> it is a disaster. it is good it appeared mayor john cooper betrayed our town.
11:40 pm
he has betrayed music city. he is a judas of this town and he is noww the de blasio of the south. that is what he is. he has lied to our town for months and months on end back, and there are real casualties with this, laura. i forget some of the big companies that have lost a lot of money. let's talk about musicians. let's talk about bartenders, servers, security guards, all the people that worked downtown in nashville that were targeted by this judas of a mayor john cooper who claims he loves nashville and loves music city, yet he has the information at his fingertips that told him broadway music scene is what is creating the covid-19 problem in nashville and yet, he decided not to display that information to us. instead week after week lied to us and kept us under control, brought this town to its knees
11:41 pm
