1:18 am
a ridiculous standard to set. my oldest sister is a police officer, your talk to fire two rounds and reassess the situation, not unleash a hail of bullets into a residence. this level of anger, much of what the ag said does not match what the facts have made public so far. this should have been put before jury for full public trial, people can be confident in the results of that, not decided by grand jury. we do not know what charges were presented to the grand jury or what happened in that room and this is why people are so angry. shannon: do you think we need more information? >> we need a trial. that is the place where you make these decisions and find this information, not in a press

based on what you know about police training should he have been charged? >> looking at it, different states have different laws when you look at these different things and the thing is another charge of something in another state with a felony murder and therefore you did not cause the murder itself but the fact that you may fired so many rounds you still could be charged with felony murder but as the other person sat on the panel, should have been more of an investigation before they came up with this public announcement to look at this to see if something else took place because with a hail of bullets, so many being fire you had to look at it and say what caused this to happen. normally in training we would do two shots and assess the situation but this was a hail of
