>> last wednesday when you were speaking to the attorney general you said that you hope to federal judges were watching what was going on with the ballots, do you hope that amy coney barrett is watching as well. >> i do i'm sure she is, i think everyone is, i think we made a very big issue and it's an issue that the democrats tried to get away with. so many reports now in so many ballots, i don't know that they have been reported before but all of these rallies with thousands of people last night as you know and harrisburg pennsylvania, the night before we were in virginia, those crowds, 35000 or 30000, those crowds are massive. that's on very short notice. all of those people are watching, we have eyes and ears that we would not have had if we did not bring it up. i am sure she is watching and i'm sure everybody is looking at it. i think it is common sense.
2:49 pm
>> a quick follow-up, did you discuss the election with her ? >> no did not. >> would it be appropriate. >> i watched over the years as president with think of you and talk and make a decision within supreme court justice, i'm surprised they would not talk about various things like roe v wade, they don't think it's important to talk about it, i don't know if it's appropriate but i've gone by the custom. >> the kuester, democrats are arguing that acv puts in the danger not only roe v wade but a number of decisions, do you think they are correct? >> no, i think she's going to rule on the law and she's going to be a great justice for many years to come. but i can say they also bring up healthcare, obamacare is terrible, it does not work, we
2:50 pm
made the best of it and we got rid of the individual mandate which is great, we protect people with pre-existing conditions 100%. but if we can and obamacare and come up with a much better healthcare system that is much cheaper, much cheaper and much better which is what we will do, on the other hand if the court rules against, we will manage the system better, don't forget, we already essentially got rid of obamacare because we got rid of the individual mandate and it was all based on that. so we have done a tremendous amount because the individual mandate was the most unpopular aspect of obamacare, you do pay a lot of money for the privilege of not paying for bad healthcare. so that was a terrible thing for people. what we will do if we are fortunate enough to get rid of the little remaining in obamacare, individual mandate,
2:51 pm
that was the central point and we won that, we already one that as you know. by getting rid of that, it's a must enter much different thing. they have manage, here's the story, it is no good, it's too expensive, it's full coverage you don't get your doctor, you don't get your plan, all the things that president obama said you do not get. and biden too, i don't know if he has any understanding of it. you don't get your doctor, 48 times present obama said you get your doctor in your plan and it turned out to be alive. here's what we are doing, they can terminate, we will have a much better plan and you will have your doctor, your plan and a lot of things that you do not get with obamacare. >> you said this numerous times, do you really believe that joe biden will be on any performance-enhancing drug ahead of the debate or are you joking. >> no joking unwilling to take a drug test and i think you should too.
2:52 pm
i watched him with some -- when he was debating pocahontas and harris who treated him so badly. but i watched him and he was out of it, then i watched him against bernie sanders and he was okay, he was not great but he was not terrible, he was okay. a far cry from the way, you know what i am saying, you look at some of those debates, i said there is no way he can continue, he cannot continue and then all the sudden he debated sanders and the truth is he was okay. and i said how did he go from there with the horrible performances to where he was okay, i always joke but he was no winston churchill and debating but he was fine. people said he was on performance-enhancing drugs. a lot of people have said that, a lot of people have written that.
2:53 pm
take a look, check out the internet. you will see, plenty of people say it. whether he is or not does not matter but i would love to take a test and he can take a test to. >> before the debate, obviously it's coming up, how are you preparing, is somebody playing joe biden in the debate with you are you doing prep at all. >> these two gentlemen have been helping. >> who plays biden for you. >> i would say making a combination of these two in either one of them is about five times smarter than sleepy joe but we had a little debate prep before we came here. i think this whole thing is the debate prep, i do it every day, taking questions from you people all the time, i've taken a lot of questions for you over the last number of years. and he does not. i watch the way he was treated on ms pnc on friday, he didn't
2:54 pm
live, it was disgraceful, it was an embarrassment i know her and she's a pretty tough reporter and the way she was helping him along, so obvious what was going on, she was helping him, she was getting him a question and helping them to answer the question, i know her very well she does not do that, it was embarrassing and people don't talk about it, play some of the clips and those answers the answers were he was not able to give an answer and she is pushing him, they never do that with me, i tell you but i don't have the kind of problems he has. >> how many hours would you say? >> a lot of time, not a lot, i'm running a country, i don't have the luxury i watched other people over the years, i watched him fairly recently not too long ago going to a cabin, lock himself into a cabin and he came out was not effective, he had so many things going on, sometimes you can go too much into that
2:55 pm
stuff, sometimes you can go too much. i've never debated before but then i debated a lot four years ago and if you look at the pol polls, those polls are coming out, hundreds of thousands of people in time magazine and all of the different polls, i think it was seven or eight of them, according to the polls i want every sige single debate. this is the polls. you had time magazine poll, you had this and that, i guess they take them off the internet and you get phone calls or something. but according to the i want every debate. and i felt that i did. but i understand the subject, chris is tough, i hope you will be equally tough on joe biden but i watched the lady, i will not say her name, it was
2:56 pm
embarrassing the way she was getting him alone, i asked the question about drugs, because you cannot have a president that needs that kind of help. >> if you do have a president that needs that kind of help when you got a deal with putin and president sheet o presidentd kim jong-un in one week after it came to be president, they thought it was going to happen immediately. no war. that is saving perhaps millions of lives, they were saying 50000, no millions and millions of people could have died. >> everybody has talked about the new york times story that came an hour ago that when you came into the white house you are paying $750 a year in federal income tax, they are not publishing the tax turf, they are not showing that out there,
2:57 pm
to protect their sources, and your tax returns does that sound right you are paying a couple hundred dollars year. >> that is fake news that is totally fake news, made-up, fa fake, we will do the same stories you can ask me the same question four years ago i had to litigate this and talk about it. totally fake news. actually i pay tax, you will see that as soon as my tax returns, it's under audit, it's been under audit for a long time, the irs does not treat me well, they treat me like the tea party and they never treat me well, they treat me very badly. you have people in the irs, they treat me very, very badly but they are under audit. and when they are not i will be proud to show it. that is fake news, the new york times tried the same thing, they want to create a little story, do anything they can, not only that that's the least of it. the stories that i read are so
2:58 pm
fake. >> do you know when this will come out today. >> no did not. >> i think somebody said they were going to do negative stories. they always do negative stories. anyways used to get good stories from the near times when i ran for office used to be conservative republican. i don't think we've had a good story they predict in my lost four years ago and now apologize for the bad reporting. then they predicted the fbi in all of these things, is proven to be a hoax a complete hoax, they got pulitzer prize along with the washington post, they can give all of those back because everything was wrong, there reporter was so bad, it was exactly the opposite, the people that should get pulitzer prize they are not in the business but sean hannity got it right, lou dobbs, laura, tucker got it right, summoning people that got it right.
2:59 pm
i don't know what they get other than a great salary and great ratings. >> jordan go ahead. >> on the new york times story, you have to understand that americans read that you may have paid only a few hundred dollars in federal income tax per year, that seems very low for someone who is a billionaire. >> basically here saying they had nothing. >> basically -- first of all i paid a lot of paid a lot of state income taxes two, the new york state charges a lot and i paid a lot of money at stake. it will all be revealed, it's going to come out they are doing the assessment, we've been negotiating for a long time, things get settled like an irs right now in your under audit, you do not do that, we are under audit but the story is a total fake and all of this, we have
3:00 pm
the same exact questions asked by the same people and that took place four years ago, this was so well litigated, it is incredible. if you look at the filings that i have, and 108 pages of filings for all of these companies that do very well, obviously because the filings, nobody talks about that. you will learn much more if you look at the filings. we have to file every single year. you would learn much more if you look at the filings. their complete, very big and very powerful. they are very accurate. those are the filings that you will learn much more, when it is done, when you are under audit, you just do not release them. again they treat me, they treat me. >> what in japan federal taxes. >> i am talking to him, you should be more respectful of this gentleman, you are very rude to him. i look forward to releasing
