donald trump's handling, and donald trump had a couple strong answers, on the law and order section where it was clear if you care about violence in the streets, stuff going on now and trump was your guy. the nuanced answer on climate change which many people expected and people painted biden into a corner, split up his base, to allow more moderate stance that would upset the left or vice versa but overall there wasn't all that much left in this debate. jillian: more interesting moments. some would argue there worst moments on defense.

court's too. sean: another key moment was the roe v wade part of the debate. despite them calling a ballot which made no sense because of the controversy but the fact it doesn't appear to be a case in controversy before the court. what was your take on donald trump's response to the question? >> roe versus wade has been an issue since it was issued by the court in 1973 and the democrats use that as fear mongering way to turn the clock back. and one supreme court justice, and you don't know how - or how anthony fauci would pull.

what are your thoughts? do you think either candidate was able to sway undecided voters? >> don't know if either candidate was able to do that. it was pretty chaotic but both president trump and vice president biden have a track record. donald trump has a shorter track record but his actions speak very loudly and his support for law enforcement and will of law on city streets is something i feel confident about going forward and it means a lot to me and i don't understand why vice president biden would be so hesitant to condemn the violence we have seen in many of our streets. jillian: we have a clip on that conversation on law and order. >> the vast majority of police officers are good, decent, honorable men and women. >> cities don't want to talk
