4:00 pm
another "fox report." >> i'm not looking for headlines but honest interview to differentiate yourself from your opponent. and may shock the american
4:01 pm
people to know there's actually two candidates. press coverage you but they don't much cover joe biden very much. i want to start with the vaccine. i'm watching the news coverage, and for some reason the media and democrats are hostile for the vaccine and hostile to vaccine coming out quickly they're trying to politicize this. the nine ceo of pharmaceutical companies including pfizer said we're not cutting corners we're following the science. why do you think there's such hostility from the democrat party from my perspective from the media about getting a vaccine in record time? >> they want denigrated start about three weeks ago because they heard this vaccine in superrecord time so instead of saying that's great going to save a lot of lives and people will be protect and this whole thing will end appears. it is going to end anyway. but it is beginning to end
4:02 pm
faster they started denigrating i noticed three weeks they started denigrating it and reason they're doing that is because they think i'll get credit if we have a vaccine. anywhere near the election but certainly before the election, but essentially we're there now ready and ready to distribute rapidly so what they're trying to do is make it like it's not such a big deal and actually it is one of the greatest things that anyone has done an i'm not saying me i'm saying anyone it is so incredible so important. and they've done it in record time. if there were a typical administration this vaccine wouldn't be ready for two or three years because of the fda process. i have totally changed the fda process same safety but the speed is from a different world. and we should have the vaccine approved very soon. up and approved plus, we have many companies doing it. great companies johnson & johnson pfizer, moderna. we have many companies doing it,
4:03 pm
and almost all of them are having so far seemingly very good results. they're in phase three trial that means we're right at the end of the process. really looking good and could be really early. and so all of a sudden, instead of saying this is great news we have a vaccine early, they're saying oh the vaccine is coming out too soon it is beginning to be unsafe it is going to be all of these things. because nothing to do with the safety. these are great companies they're not going to put themselves on the line they would have tremendous liability. so -- so it's a tremendous thing that they've done and that we've all done together. then we're ready to distribute it very quickly and we're do our senior citizens first most vulnerable as you can imagine, because there really turns out disease now most vulnerable are senior citizens by far. especially if they have a problem with a heart or if they have diabetes or something those two in particular, and we'll take care of people and you would think they would be happy, thrilled jumping up and down
4:04 pm
instead they just it is just a terrible situation between that and the fake ballots. all of the different things that are going, this whole ballot thing i call it unsolicited ballots used to say universal but nobody knows what that means. unsoliciting meaning people didn't solicit these ballottings people saying, hey, what's going on i just got a whole patch of ballots they have no idea who they're sending them to you know they're sending them to the wrong people and military got ballots and they put my name i think they put mike pence with -- somebody else. they have it all separated, it's so messed up you have no idea. and they know it. they know it. they want it to be a mess. and it's very sad to see. >> i want to get back to that one bun of the things that troubles me also is -- part of the campaign effort by the harris biden administration as i understand it. by that campaign to blame you for deaths that result from this virus.
4:05 pm
now, i have here memos that went out in march and new york, and michigan, in new jersey, in other states, big populations where governors ordered coronavirus positive patients in the nursing homes into assisted living homes. you didn't order that. they ordered it. the last state i saw says over 40% of the deaths have resulted from that. has joe biden criticized a single one of those governors has joe biden criticized that policy at all? >> no. look you know it, and i know it. joe does not know he's alive if you asked him that question without teleprompters i don't think about he could answer the question and it is a sad thing that's going on. the whole thing is a sad thing. and you said it before. the harris biden administration who would ever say such a thing? i mean i've been here for quite a while now, almost four years you can believe it.
4:06 pm
i never said the pence trump administration you don't say that it is like so unnatural. qhold say what he said? you would think that's impossible unless there's something wrong. it was compounded when she went out and said the, you know, she puts her name first always putting her name first. otherwise she's most liberal person in the senate. we've got the most liberal person in the senate. so it's a sad thing that's going on. and hopefully we're going to have a big victory and i think when we have the victory it is going to calm down because they're getting tired of losing. we've been beating every front and they're getting tired of losing. but it's going to be an interesting period of time. i do think and i go back to it all of the time because i go to different states question go to michigan. we go to ohio. we go to every state but the states where they have the ballots which is particularly pennsylvania, and nevada and north carolina where they have this whole tremendous amount of ballots piling in nobody knows where they're being sent i don't think the senators know or maybe
4:07 pm
even worse they probably do know. i think that's going cause a tremendous disruption on november 3rd. mark: let me get into mailin ballots in the states because i've looked at this in years even before now. i notice push for mail-in ballots started april. all of a sudden, all of a sudden mail-in ballots that's the gold state we know state from state from state from state many of them have never experienced it. many of them have never experienced the number. the states can't handle it. so here's my theory, let me get your thoughtings on that. election night comes, and you're the winner. and they're gong to say no he's not the winner they're going to bring these lawsuits from the mail-in ballots we saw them do this in california otherwise. election night, let's say you're behind you say wait a minute we've got l manies of ballots out there you guys put this process in place. now we want to wait to see. then they're going to call you a dictator. so either way they seem to be setting up a narrative but
4:08 pm
aren't they basically undermining the integrity of the electoral process? >> look they know it doesn't work because there have been many races using this over the last 14, 15 months and i heard one yesterday or day before yesterday ballots so mixed up they have millions of ballots going out. on little races like in new york, or one in patterson, new jersey or virginia, or many other locations, and we're now finding out about the one from over the last couple of days. we're talking about numbers like 30% and 40.off. they're not talking 1% too much because you can lose by 1%, 1% is a lot. but they're off by 30, 40% sometimes. ballots are missing, fraud, now they have a new thing where they don't want to verify signatures because that makes it easier to not verify signature you see that one in nevada. it's a very tough sechtion. situation. i will tell you this you go out
4:09 pm
you look at governors and you look at, i mean, i don't to insult anybody. but that i take look at governon charge the ballots. beyond partisan, many cases political hacks, and it's going to be a very sad day. look, people should go now if they have an absentee ballot or you know i call it a solicited ballot where i like the word solicited because people understand it because you have a absentee ballot that's good because you request a ballot the ballot gets sent to you you send it back you have a very good chance that's going to work out just fine. but where they just dump millions of ballots all over the country it is not going to work. it's going to be a disaster, and they know it. they know it's not going to work it doesn't even work when you have 30,000 ballots we're talking about many millions of ballots. it's going to be mayhem it's going to be, and this is what they want. mark: you know mr. president
4:10 pm
there are schemes up front that they've been scheming for months they can gain playing to make sure that you're not president. they are bragging it to the newspaper. you see article after article about a cue against you article after article insurrection burning cities so forth and they're they think even worse too what do you say to the american people about what you're seeing with the democrat party the violence, the media kind of censoring on behalf. >> not kind of -- mark: very much yeah. >> never and i've never seen anything like it -- bad before. >> yeah. but it's got ton a point they're stone call honest and "new york times" stone cold dishonest although i must tell you they gave me great ket credit with bahrain they gave me unbleervel i couldn't have written it better myself. tom friedman gave us great
4:11 pm
credit but outside of that, literally one story and we've done things, i mean, that's very significant. but identify done things possibly much more significant than that they don't give credit to washington post. it is a disaster. you can't get a good story. it's disgusting. and then you go to abc, nbc probably is the worst of all comcast i call it comcast but a con job because they try to protect their name like how good they are. nbc is horrible cbs is a disearn then you go to real beauties that msbnc as we call it and -- , of course, cnn, but at least cnn you know where they're coming from. you know they're stone cold dishonest at least you know that. so it's a -- it's a sad thing. i mean it is a very sad thing. fortunately local press is extremely good i get great local and for speech i do one or two local reporters these are greatest stories it is like
4:12 pm
unbelievable. they cover it so good actually they're -- they're almost more enthusiastic than i am. and so we have that. we have some honest media fox is good but not as good as what it was. they've become politically correct and wonderful more democrats on them with practically than they have republicans i'm complaining about it all of the time with all of that being said, they're doing of better than we did four years ago and there's much more enthusiasm you see boat, truck tractorrer parades nobody has seen nothing like it we have nothing to do with it, and the enthusiasm is much greater and i think that's because we really done a great job. you know we've done things that nobody thought possible. mark: we'll be right back. so what's going on?
4:13 pm
i'm a talking dog. the other issue. oh...i'm scratching like crazy. you've got some allergic itch with skin inflammation. apoquel can work on that itch in as little as 4 hours, whether it's a new or chronic problem. and apoquel's treated over 8 million dogs. nice. and...the talking dog thing? is it bothering you? no...itching like a dog is bothering me. until dogs can speak for themselves, you have to. when allergic itch is a problem, ask for apoquel. apoquel is for the control of itch associated with allergic dermatitis and the control of atopic dermatitis in dogs. do not use apoquel in dogs less than 12 months old or those with serious infections. apoquel may increase the chance of developing serious infections and may cause existing parasitic

4:15 pm
4:16 pm
mark: welcome back, mr. president, let me ask you this, two months ago there was a story of "the new york times" broke quote unquote about bounties. based on head of american soldiers. by people and the general who is looking into this right now said i have no evidence, and i'm now tracking every death in
4:17 pm
afghanistan so far nothing. that went on day after day. the media, the democrats, they all accused you of being a south and not protecting american troops. the story turns out to be an absolute lie. and anybody call you and apologize? >> no. it is all a lie. worst lie of all is that i'm standing over the gray soldiers, many years ago warriors of many years ago, who i cherish who i am very strong on the merle. i love the military and i respect the military and and made up a lie that i call them suckers and losers who is made up the stupid magazine, the atlantic which i don't read, obviously. but most other people don't read it either. and they picked that up, and we disputed it we have so far 27 people that said it never happened 27 they have no people eve this -- they have unsourced.
4:18 pm
so they end up taig that and making it television commercial out of it. it is very sad to see when they can take something like that which is a total lie which was very successfully disputed they make a television commercial out of it and i can't do anything from the stand point of liable because that liable law is so pathetic lawyers good lawyers they say sir you'll just -- they'll throw it out even though even though you have it 100%. they'll throw it out. so they have this commercial. i see it all of the time i see it with the drug companies. so i did something that nobody thought anybody would ever do because drug companies are the biggest lobby -- and very powerful spent hundreds of millions of dollars. they take care of everybody i executed favor nation clause that's a killer nobody ever thought i would do that. i execute the right to do it nobody has ever done it no president has done it that that means germany for 10 cents and we're paying 3 for the sail bill and you have those kind of
4:19 pm
differences as you probably have heard. we get it for ten cents we get it for same as whoever with the largest purchaser of prescription drugs of the world by far. so we have certain powers. you know having that kind of a buying situation. so i executed a favored nation and executed rebate clause where purchasers get money back and right now money goes to the wealthy people have to be pulled you've heard of middle man for years right and that right now that money goes to middlemen. then i executed a third one that we can buy our drugs from foreign countries because if question go to canada as example and buy drugs iftion doing this with ron desantis great governor from florida. i said he came to me he said you know canada is buying drugs the same exact drugs. johnson & johnson made same plant everything else. same technicians everything
4:20 pm
identical, we can buy it in florida from canada for one-half of the price that we have to pay if we buy it from the united states. i said go ahead and buy it. he said we can't because the law is against it so i changed law so now florida and other states can go to canada or wherever and buy drugs at lower price. but soon they won't have to because we're the favored nation kicks in that's better. so adds into the trump is going to raise the price of medicare no just the opposite. it is beginning to -- things are going to come falling down then i signed a transparency clause so that people can actually go out to get out you know they don't have the right to go to drugstore and ask them prices of other drugs and most unbelievable thing. so i got rid of it and what do i get for it most incredible advertising campaign i've ever seen which is all false by the drug company. so the advantages that have a lot of people on social media like over 200 million people, and i put out statements when
4:21 pm
you see bad ads about me from the drug companies, please remember that means that your drug prices are going to be substantially lowered, and by the way i'm not talking about like 2%, 1%, and you know, we are the, we did something that nobody has done and 53 years drug prices have never come down we got it down last year. with actually went down very little but they went down first time first time in 53 years. now, you have a situation where they're going come down at numbers like 50%, 60%, 70%. but i can see why people didn't do it because the drug companies and ads they're putting out are unbelievable totally false and there's nothing you can do about it. i would love to strengthen up liable laws. so when "the new york times" writes one of many fake stories, you can sue them and have a, you know, a substantial chance of winning. i agree with you. >> for those of you listening that used to be the case. until "the new york times"
4:22 pm
versus sullivan decision in the 1960s changed everything and immunize media. >> try to look at that. so out of control, we should have the right when somebody makes false statement, we should have some right you have no chance. i mean, they can say anything they want and if you're famous, especially if you're famous but if you're famous, you have absolutely no chance. there's nothing you can do legally. they should look at that, they should relook at that i saw what clarence thomas said an article, said it is time that we relook at sullivan because it is totally out of control. mark: i want to ask you about the economy i have this document. this 110 page manifesto. massive tax increases, individual income tax increases, massive corporate tax increases, massive capital gain tax increases, slams the inheritance tax, have you ever heard of an economy growing creating jobs by
4:23 pm
massive taxes and what would that do to america's competition with the rest of the world when we're driving up prices? >> so the manifesto is what you're referring to the agreement that bernie sanders and aoc all of these people made with sleepy joe biden. flow, i thought it would be their view and then you're going to go right or towards the center. that's the way it normally would work. but it isn't it is their view and went left. because bernie never said half of the things in there -- half of that is far left of where bernie i've heard bernie for a long time crazy bernie heard what he said but that manifesto that biden agreed to is a disaster what they have. also, no fracking now he says we're going track. he doesn't city it stronger but we're going track and you know he's losing left now because he's saying things like he never mentions word law and order. all of this crime, all of this problem whether there's chicago,
4:24 pm
or portland portland is different that's anarchist we can put that down so quickly minutes minutes like we did in minneapolis. we what we did in -- minneapolis was incredible. you know -- the national guard. >> them in we have that thing put out in half of an hour it was over, in a half an hour. portland would be easier we can do that so fast in seattle say we're going in next morning and essentially cleared out because they knew we were going in the next morning. i said we're going in i don't it care and every one of the cities that have problem is run by democrats. mark: we'll be right back. use a single hr software? nope.
4:25 pm
4:26 pm
4:27 pm

>> live from america eases news headquarters i'm jon scott in new york. president trump makes his first public appearance since his release from the hospital where he was treated for covid-19. the president addressed hundreds of supporters this afternoon from the white house's blue room balcony. he told the crowd he feels great but the gathering has raised concerns among some health officials. how many supporters wore masks they did not observe social distancing. and the white house has yet to confirm that the president is no longer contagious. democratic opponent joe biden meantime was in battleground erie, county pennsylvania, former vice president hammered president trump on administration handling of the pandemic and its economic fallout.
4:29 pm
along democratic flipped to republican in 2016 i'm jon scott now back to "life, liberty & levin." ♪ mark: welcome back america, mr. president, you look at these cities. democrats it is a disaster. >> every one of them. a disaster. mark: you look at coronavirus democrats now campaigning against the vaccine. democratic governors forced corona positive patients in nursing homes cause a significant death toll. you look at california, as you've talked they won't manage their farce and timber areas they've been told to do it they won't. democrats, they blame you for what's going on in democrat cities, they blame you for what's going on in democrat

states. they attack you for coming up with a vaccine that will soon be out quicker than anybody else. what exactly is it that they would do about the rioting? if they don't support the national guard and federal authority, if they're not trying to do the manageable of the timber areas that they need to do or in fair of a vaccine what exactly does this party stand for? >> so let's talk -- as you know california i met with the governor, and he and honestly has been very nice with words and there's a good. but i said we have to manage this. it is a management thing. he said no it is global warming. and i said when the leaves fill up and you have a floor of leaves, and the trees fall down and you don't remove them because the environmental don't want you to touch -- within 18 months that tree gets to be like a match stick it gets to be unbelievably flammable i meet with foreign leaders of
4:31 pm
countries, and they have an expression sir we are a forest nation. but they say we have trees that are far more explosive than trees in california. we don't understand how a thing like that could happen. you have to manage your forest. you have to do cuts and they sell those trees for a lot of money but they have to do cuts in between sections so that it is a fire over here that doesn't burn down 500,000 acres. because you have a cut, and they water that cut very strongly. and the fire can't go you know it's width of a football field or less, i mean, frankly much less. but you have cut but they don't do that because environmentalists don't want them to do it when a tree comes down you have to take that tree out immediately. there's one first comes down it is wet. sucking up the water. but then it gets very dry then it gets really dry, then it starts to rot and then it catches on fire. the leaves you have to do something about it. you can't have leaves that are so dry somebody takes a cigarette they throw that's the

4:33 pm
down from the snow and all beautiful nice clean water, they send it out because there's a tiny little fish that they're trying to save that's doing very poorly by the way. and tiny little fish. very poorly doing much worst now without the water you think better with the water. but they have this massive valve and they turn this massive makes whole day turn it. and all that water comes and it comes pouring and you know where it goes into the pacific? kevin mccarthy says do you think you can work on the water can't get any water for the farms this, you drive through farm areas. where i was been, you have this beautiful patch of little green, and i would say why is this beautiful patch and why is everything else like just barren? horrible? they say we don't have any water. why? you have a drought no, why don't you because it is sent out into

the pacific why? state and federal regulation. i said i will solve the federal problem. department of commerce, i had it solved within a month. i got rid of every obligation. all we need is one signature from the govan. and this is we're talking about now los angeles goes all the way down to los angeles, los angeles you can't even water your grass not allowed to water your grass you have a home for 25 million can't water the grass. so i said so -- why would you do this, they don't know why, it is but other reasons. some saying to myself, i got them all hard one is the federal. gone got it all done federal no problem. but i say why aren't they doing this? and just can't get governor to sign it and so much water in california you would be able all of those fields that are open. i've never seen anything you're driving down highway and everything really terrible looking. and then you have this gorgeous
