the issues that matter. issues that if you knew the truth would prevent you from even considering them as candidates. let's get into all of it. let's start with my first guest, white house chief of staff mark meadows. good evening. >> great to be with you. judge jeanine: 30 seconds before the show started we got something from the ap just released from the white house. according to the white house physicians, the president is no longer considered a covid transmission to others. he's not a transmission risk to others. does that mean he is covid-free? >> that means just like you would normally think of somebody if you come into contact with them who could potentially pick up the virus. the good news is that's no longer the case with the president. he continues to improve.

he's remark intli strong. this is -- he's remarkably strong. he wants to get out and work on behalf of the american people. it's consistent with the cdc guidelines. after 10 days you can get out and live your life as normal again. we are thankful for the american people and all the prayers and well wishes from across the nation. the president as you saw today is ready to get back to work. he's going to get back on the campaign trail. judge jeanine: his doctors are 100% comfortable with him doing three rallies in florida, pennsylvania and iowa. he's going to do all those this week. >> he's going to do all those and a lot more. the president is the one challenging us to make sure we have the schedule ready to go. but it's interesting.

in your lead-up. you mentioned something. he's ready to make the contrast between joe biden. you are talking about packing the courts? what does that mean to the american people? that means joe biden will expand the court by 3 to 5 people, liberals. it means your second amendment rights will be gone. religious liberty will be gone. and they will give support to the illegals who are here through the courts because they can't do it through the american people and congress. judge jeanine: the president looks great. take us through the last couple of days in the white house. what was it like for the president champing at the bit? just a week ago he was in the hot. >> he was at walter reed getting

unbelievable care. but he has been in the oval office this week. he only had one day in the residence. then he came to the oval office and said we have to be serious about the people's business and getting that done. whether it's heads of state calls or working on disaster relief for americans. or making sure that we are working on that tax plan that actually is going to reduce taxes for the american people. he's been all over it. and while joe biden is looking to increase taxes, this president is looking to decrease your taxes. why? because he believes the american people can spend money better for themselves instead of washington, d.c. deciding how best to spend the american taxpayer dollars. judge jeanine: joe biden in lieu of the debate that was planned is doing a town hall thursday. is the president thinking of anything along those lines?

>> he's willing to do a town hall. he's willing to debate. when we have a debate commission that surprises everyone, makes a decision in the morning, and announces they are not going to have a debate when indeed we know that the president is not only negative in terms of his covid -- his covid contagiousness at this point. yet here we are trying to make sure that they hide the football. i'm ready for the president to make his case to the american people, whether it's debate in person or whether it's going on further and taking his message straight to the american people. judge jeanine: it's been incredible to watch the president. he's 74 years old. he was in the hospital. less than a week later, he had a

speech today and he's ready to go. mark meadows, thank you very much. let's keep the conversation going with the former governor of new york city, mayor rudy giuliani. we thank you for taking the time out to be here. you were there helping the president prepare for the last debate before this covid threw everything for a loop. as of now there is no debate thursday. but is there a third debate expected between joe biden and the president? >> i certainly expect it. that's the commitment the biden campaign made. so if the second debate is put off. then the third debate should be the week after that. i think he has done everything he can to avoid a debate. despite the media nonsense, he got destroyed in the debate. it was trump and wallace that

were debating, not biden. the issue for the president was wallace. and i think he handled it well. biden was a non-entity. judge jeanine: the thursday -- they say the president not doing the debate this week only helps biden because it's one less night he can dodge the question that the president can ask him. >> if he's hiding in his basement, some kind of remote location, we know he reads from a teleprompter. we know they give him cue cards. it's suspected he has a thing in his ear. i don't know if that's true. judge jeanine: rudy, what kind of thing in his ear. >> i don't know that that's true. that was a rumor that he had a thing in his ear giving him

signals. he just gets terribly confused and you wonder is that the result of dementia or the result of somebody talking to him. he did the pledge of allegiance last week and he gets confused in the middle of a sentence constantly. if you put him in a sealed chamber with all those people, it's hard to nail him on his inconsistencies. he will be the most pro-abortion president in the history of america. three minutes before the debate -- judge jeanine: i'm aware of that. i want to talk to you for the two minutes i have left on the issue of religion in america. how the left treats religion

differently. governor gavin newsom is being sued in california by a catholic priest saying they are imposing unnecessary restrictions on the church that they are not imposing on other businesses. on the other side of the country governor cuomo and deblasio are limiting the number of people who go to church and stopping synagogues from opening. if biden were to be elected, how would people's religious rights be affected? >> they would be taken away. you read the democratic platform, it's completely anti-religious. starting in 2020 they took god out of their platform in 2012. they took god out of their convention. nancy pelosi is always praying for the president, but she is in favor of killing babe -- willing

babe whichs a minute before they are born. biden wears his religion on his sleeve. but his religion and him, they are at war with each other. this man is endorsing the governor of virginia who believes you can kill babies after they are born. plus what the two governors did is a clear violation that was passed with a unanimous democratic vote. to restore the strict scrutiny clause that the supreme court softened in 1971. any restriction on religion is entitled to strict scrutiny. if you put more restrictions on the church ma -- man black lives

arrogance of thinking you don't have to answer the question. >> both bind and harris are refusing to answer it. kamala, vice president pence asked her four times, she refused to answer it. today joe biden said the voters don't deserve to know an answer. the reason they are doing this is because the answer is yes. they plan to pack the court to politicize it and destroy its independence. it's something fdr tried to do and his own democratic party said no it would destroy the court. that's why i wrote "one vote away," i think the single most important issue on the ballot on election day is the supreme court. the book takes readers inside

third book. let's talk about the state of the race. four years ago you had republicans telling the president to leave the race. you were 10 points down and you still won. i believe the polls are more inaccurate than they were four years ago. and admitting they support the president, what say you about the state of the race. i will start with you, david bossie, since you haven't been on in a long time. >> thanks for having us, judge. the people in america are not being honest. there is an undervote like we mad in 2016. the polling methodology is garbage. we look at the news in the "washington post" and "new york times." they come out with the polls showing the president way down to suppress our vote. that's not going to happen. this president is out there and he's going to work incredibly

hard between now and election day. he beat covid. incredibly. he's such a strong guy. and he's a strong campaigner, and he will beat joe biden object election day. judge jeanine: i believe the way the president handled covid is pretty much a metaphor for the way he handles this country. you don't hide in the basement. you come out and stare it down and you defeat it. he was told to shut the country down, and now they want to shut it down again. but the president right now is out there, he's got three weeks left. what do you expect to accomplish in the next three weeks? >> this president is going to talk to the american people. we know that he's going to talk to the american people about the promises he made four years ago and all the promises he kept. the left doesn't want to talk

about it. but ohio and texas where he four years we hear they will have a change in texas. those states are now off the map. north carolina. when you start looking at this map, the american people have seen what this president is going to be able to accomplish. we are getting down to a few battleground states. pennsylvania and michigan will be battleground states. but he will be the first republican to win the state of minnesota since reagans election. judge jeanine: why minnesota. >> we have self states, minnesota one of them we are on offense in. minnesota we just barely lost in 2016. if you look at these antifa criminals burning down minneapolis and other places in minnesota, what they are doing

is driving -- they are making sure that the republicans and independents in that state and wisconsin and michigan all see exactly the difference. one is defund the police and anarchy in the streets, and president trump is about law and order and supporting the men and women in blue. it's what ronald reagan -- judge jeanine: corey, i want to go to you on that. the democrats are blaming donald trump, saying this is president trump's america, yet they are the ones creating all the violence. >> the president has been clear. call us into the northwest part of the country where we have seen 100 days of violence and we'll have the problem solved. wisconsin, the governor called the president, and no more riots taking place. when we have law and order and

soviet national anthem. let's be crystal clear object this. the biden campaign for presidency is the biggest connecticut job in the history of presidential campaigns. he's managing to lie to both sides of the aisle. he's telling the liberals with a wink and a nod, don't worry i got you. i will do this this and this. he looks at the moderates in the party, don't worry, i got you, too, ignore the crazy liberals. here is a perfect example how biden is conning them. the libs are like great more money for the government. then he's telling the moderates i am not going to hike middle class taxes. both of those things can't be true because the trump tax cuts

judge jeanine: 17-year-old kyle rittenhouse remains in an illinois jail cell facing homicide charge. prosecutors say he brazenly killed two men and injured a third while targeting rioters protesting a police shooting. but many witnesses including a video that was released are telling a different story. a young boy who tried to help people that night and was forced to defend himself. one of those people defending

him the loudest is kyle's own mother. i spoke with wendy righten house and her son's to be in an exclusive. wendy, you are in a situation that no mother wants to find herself in. it must be very difficult for you. i guess the first question i ask is, tell us about kyle. >> kyle is a typical young man, young boy. he enjoyed helping people out. he was a police explore and a fire cadet and a lifeguard. judge jeanine: tell us about his experience and training as a medic. >> he's cpr trained. he has worked at the ymca. then he started working at the place in kenosha a couple weeks

before this happened. he works in kenosha. he has family in kenosha. he was at a friend's house that day. they went to clean graffiti up before everything happened. judge jeanine: when he went to clean up the graffiti, did you have a" with him, say what's going on, that he should be careful? what was your understanding of what he would be doing in kenosha? >> i knew he was there to clean up the graffiti. he wanted to help. and that's all he was there to do. judge jeanine: had he said anything about the riots that had gone on the night before? >> no one should have been at the riots. it's a more be thing that happened. it's just hard on everybody. no one should have been there. if they were going to protest,

they should have done it peacefully. judge jeanine: should kyle have been there, wendy? >> i think like any mother, judge, it's very, very tough for wendy. judge jeanine: we have seen the video. i am sure you have seen it also. the prosecutor made the decision within 48 hours to charge your son with intentional homicide and various other charges. so the prosecutor doesn't think that self-defense is relevant here. what in the video convinces you that kyle acted in self-defense? >> he was getting chased by a bunch of mobs. and he was trying to get away as a parent you don't want to see that. i barely can watch the video of

him. it breaks down he time. judge jeanine: if kyle hadn't defended himself what would have happened? >> he would have been dead. >> the first shooting of rosenbaum. what do you know about that? it's not as clear. >> i just see this guy chasing my son. and my son -- i can tell on his face he was scared. as a mother, if i was there, i would protect my son. but i wasn't there. judge jeanine: what about the claim, people are saying kyle is the member of a militia. has he ever been the member of a militia or white supremacist

group? >> no. my son is not a racist. he's not in any of those groups whatsoever. judge jeanine: how do you feel about the fact that apparently even biden's campaign made reference to kyle with a picture as being a white supremacist in a militia and all the hate that's gone on. how are you handling that? is kyle aware of what's going on? >> i'm angry about that. and i spoke to him a little bit about it. and like i said. he's not a racist. he's not a white supremacist. if you know kyle, he would give the shirt off his back for you. if you were hurt, he would be there for you. vice president biden saying this or putting on his ad about it --
