is there anything to this? >> this is putting politics over public safety as you point out. this is someone with no independent fact checkers or authority to investigate the veracity of viruses and someone who is trying to make the claim that covid-19 is still such an urgent danger that we had to quarantine people who come to new york from 38 states. still the last big state that is under such strict lockdowns in new york city. if covid-19 is this dangerous we should be really eager to do everything we can to get doses to people as quick as possible and it is surprising and shocking, for many it isn't, that cuomo would be doing something else to prolong the

michigan's election in two weeks, the timeline is not stopping many people from voting specifically in florida. opening-day record for early voting, pennsylvania reaching a record high voter registration. we start with florida, 350,000 people have cast ballots. let's go to pennsylvania and you can see on your screen a lot of people have registered to vote in pennsylvania. i know it is your state. i'm not just saying this because of that. this election is going to come down to pennsylvania on election night or weeks thereafter. shannon: with these numbers, 20,194 million democrats, 3.2 million republicans registered and this is and everything you, 9 million out of 13 million registered, 3.2 million democrats, 3.9 million republicans, 900,000 independents, those numbers are mind-boggling, so many people getting out the vote. let's talk about the supreme

court because the supreme court shutdown a gop effort to block an extended period for ballot counting in pennsylvania so it is done by 4-4, you can see this year, pennsylvania will accept and count the ballots up to 3 days after the election. i was reading about this yesterday and as i was reading is another story came to mind i wanted to share, there's been a lot going on. they been trying to figure out how to get these ballots counted so we can have results on election night, that is not going to happen based on that ruling but county officials wanted to process ballots before election day but a spokesperson for the house republican majority said in a statement they have no plans to consider changes to the election laws that will affect this selection november 3rd. county election officials still pushing for that change because they say with all the millions of votes we have that have already been sent in, mail-in
