and then the way tha the tech -e government gave them special protection. the way they close down anybody, they banned "the new york post" unit can you believe "the new york post"? no, it's amazing. in an interview that aired last night, biden says he opposes letting young americans resume their lives, even though most are at extremely low risk. 99.99. now, as an example, i had it, and here i am. my wife had it. but the legendary barron trump adage. they say sir, your son, barron tested positive. a few minutes later, how is he? he is fine here they are

stronger. they have an immune system. i don't know what the hell it is. how is he doing? 15 minutes, he is fine. barron, are you feeling okay? nothing wrong with me, dad. he had the sniffles. barely. 99.9% of those under the age of 50 fully recover, but sleepy joe wants to keep the whole country locked down keep them in their homes while letting rioters and looters run wild. you know, we call these protest -- this is not -- we call them protest. you know why? because the only thing you can do in pennsylvania to protest -- you can't go to church. you can pray to your god. you can talk with your pastors, priests, rabbis. none of that. none of that. you can't go shopping. you can't open your stores. but if you want to protest and burn the hell out of your city, no problem. you can do that.

so, when i was told a couple of months ago about pennsylvania and others -- minnesota too. we are going to win because we saved minneapolis. i sent in the national guard. it took about a half an hour. but when you think about it, you can do anything, and then "unless you are protesting." i said good, these are no longer protest. these are friendly protests. when the china virus arrived, we moved heaven and earth to fight the disease. we ban to travel from china and europe. sleepy joe didn't want to. he said oh, you shouldn't do that. your xenophobe. he called me racist. he still thought he was right. then he had to apologize. then he runs, and he says -- no, think of it.

the fake news doesn't want to report that. so in january, i wanted to, but in march, he thought i should have never done it. same with pelosi. she was dancing in the streets. nancy pelosi. sitting practically empty all the time. if you would have used the ship, and if you would have use the convention center for seniors, you would have had no problem. we reduced the fatality rate 85%. think of that. that's because of what we have come up with over the last little while. as they said before, here i am, right? saved over 2 million american lives. people were projecting that it could be as many as 2.2 million, right? by shutting down, by doing what we did, learning about the disease, and now we have therapies. therapeutics. we have all of the different things. i really think we saved 2 million lives. they never say that. the fake news will never say that. and we will deliver 100 million doses of a safe vaccine before the hands of the year. seniors will be first in line for the vaccine because they are the most vulnerable, as you know.

we learned that. we must take the virus seriously. we must keep our people safe, but we must not give into panic and fear. everybody -- everybody, please. we don't want to do that. well happy birthday, darling. he against three and a half million dollars from russia. from the wife of the mayor of moscow. three and a half million dollars. what the hell did he do for that? no income, no job. no nothing. and then you've got a $1.5 billion. he's a great manager of money. he has no job, no money, no nothing. $1.5 billion to manage which is millions and millions of dollars from china. i said to a friend of mine, the biggest on wall street, is that possible? it's not possible. approximately 10 minutes. and then there was the big one. $10 million a year for introductory purposes. and when i say it, they go but you have no proof. but we do. then they have a new excuse. a new excuse. russia. it was russia.

for the last four years, you have seen me fight for you, and now i am relying on you to deliver another historic victory for our country. field by where they send people to give speeches in the closing days. the fact that they sent barack obama down to florida shows that they think they can win florida, and the fact that donald trump went down there feels like he is defending it. you will see a lot of barack obama and a bunch of other democrats, but this is the final push to the finish, and you saw that with president trump. and president trump's closing argument today was part going after joe biden. not a lot of focus on the biggest issues, as you mention. huge spikes in coronavirus cases. >> harris: emily, as i come to you, i want to point out a couple of things. what marie may be referencing, the real clear politics today have at about five points. that means just outside of the margin of error.

and so it may be less about president trump defending. maybe it is just like barack obama and florida. this is within sniffing distance those close to the election to be that close to margin of error, and i just threw in one more thing. forgive me for over talking he here. if you add in the vote that was wrong in 2016, if you take the percentage that was wrong and added to those, they are almost even. and so, it may not be as dire for trump as marie is saying. what do you think? >> emily: that's exactly right, harris, and the acknowledgment that there has been a surge of prevoting happening right now, that is not yet an intercoder of the "red with" that is expected on actual voting day. we have to look at trends which shows the biden cap markedly decreasing throughout to the timeline here.

and also the trump campaign surging. just as important. and finally, the registrations that are up. that too is a huge indicator. first time registered voters often times, they turn out to the polls 97% of the time. so in these battleground states, we have over 30 white voters that are registering for the first time, and they are registering republican. that's a huge indicator as well. >> harris: kennedy? >> kennedy: yet, there are some intangibles here that make the race feel very much neck and neck. if you just counted the ballots that have already come in, the 60 million americans who have already voted, i think joe biden would have an overwhelming win on his hands, but then you look at those republican voters. emily talked about the newly registered republican voters. there are more of them then

there are newly registered democrats, and that could be huge for the president if all of these people show up and vote on election day. there are analysts who look at these rallies, and they try and figure out when you've got this many people attending with this much passion and fervor, why is and that translating to some of the polls that we are seeing? the president is still behind. no doubt about that. still behind in some critical battleground states. only a couple things. one that deal with what they just signed it. number two, better than performance, and amy coney barrett will more than likely be confirmed to the supreme court and sworn in tonight. yes, we only have eight days until election day, but it is 2020, self between now and next tuesday, 700 things that happen. and that may influence the people who have not voted yet who are going to vote in person.

that may be just enough to swing things in the president's direction. >> harris: all right. one thing that is absolutely going to happen, the president is going to continue storming pennsylvania. he was just with american workers in allentown. the maga victory rally, he will rounded out in altoona. again, make america great again victory rallies, and we will be covering it here on fox. one of the big conversations topping the list of headlines as fracking. we are going to get into that after the commercial break. some interesting numbers about job losses if fracking goes away between now and 2025 that i will share with you. we will be right back. ♪ we're at the movies and we need to silence our phone.

or is this not a winner for him, marie? >> marie: well, you can read very clearly he does not want new oil or gas projects on public land, so i don't donald trump is trying to spin what he said in the debate the other neck, but joe biden said we need to transition away from an oil-based economy. the companies that are actually leading the way in many ways in doing that is oil companies. bp, exxon. they know we have to start transitioning to renewables. and joe biden said we should not keep giving subsidies to the oil companies view the majority of americans agree that we need a transition. he's actually on the side of the american people here, joe biden is. >> harris: he appeared he had to clean up after the last debate and said it was federal lands to try to get it in. you can hear it in the audio in the debate. but you are right. we will have to go to the website because we will not see him in pennsylvania. at least not today. all of you, good to see you. i am going to come back with
