taken their business, i couldn't stand the silence any more to say how i feel even though it might affect my business and speak out and say donald trump's policies are helping my community, helping latinos, and should vote for the future of the country. jillian: were you afraid to say that before? >> yes i was. todd: you mentioned you are a young individual but it is not just florida where the young latino voters going to be huge but is something we need to watch, look at these numbers and you can see 40% of eligible hispanic voters are between 18-35. 32 million eligible to vote nationwide and make up 13% of all eligible voters. the last two are the hispanic vote overall but let's focus on the young people for a moment.

$500 billion and create 500,000 new black-owned businesses and 3 million new jobs. how important is a plan like this? >> we must continue to build our business ownership, we must continue to talk about building credit scores, we must talk about how we can build generational wealth among the black community, this plan is talking about how we can make black america great again, how we can make black america wealthy and that is so important, that is why it is so receptive to people like little wayne and ice cube and so many others because it is talking about prominent actual solutions they can save our community. we are not talking about painting black lives matter on the street and symbolism. we are talking about solutions, how we can to get the build america and in that plan we talk about how the president talks

seeing that v-shaped recovery. we went all the way down with a 30% contraction and now we are coming back up and very much indicates the consumer was strong to the pandemic, business spending showing strength, automobile production of 12%, business spending, the consumer is so strong even though we are not seeing additional stimulus, this tells me the gdp is in place to show growth in the fourth quarter and we have a strong 2021 because somewhere in the last 7 months we got used to this new normal and went back to the patterns we were at before the pandemic, we were shopping, buying cars, and the consumer is leading it partly because interest rates were at such rock-bottom levels it is a great time to get a mortgage, haven't seen these levels in a long time and they will stay this way until 2024 if the federal

reserve is telling us the accurate description. i think this number is strong and indicates we are very much in a recovery right now. todd: jillian mentioned critics from one of those critics, joe biden. here is what he wrote about the record employment growth, quote, we are in a deep hole, donald trump's failure to act has been q3 growth wasn't nearly enough to get us out, recovery a slowing of not stalling of the recovery that is happening is helping those at the top while leaving tens of millions of working families and small businesses behind. would joe biden have done a better job getting us out of the covid-19 hole based on what we know about the joe biden economic approach? >> he wants to raise taxes by $4 trillion and wants to tighten regulation so it has to say no, the president's recipe of lower taxes, lower regulation, opening

the spigot on energy and getting tough on trade obviously is working, it has worked. i don't know what joe biden is looking at but doesn't look like we're looking at the same report. this indicates an incredible recovery has begun and we are seeing growth in the fourth quarter. if we see these policies should joe biden win the presidency we will take a step back, we will look at taxes he wants to raise this will hit middle america, the capital gains tax, the rich tax, anybody who stops to pay capital gains knows if you want to sell your home you are talking a 40% tax under a 44% tax under joe biden, 23.8%, he wants to take that to 43.6%. that is a huge hit if you are going to sell your home, your stock, 28%, 21%, one of the tools the president used to get things moving again, cutting the

corporate tax made the tax savings at all income levels because corporations, gave promotions, this is not the time to look at those policies where you see tighter regulation and tighter taxes. jillian: your new book of the cost, china, american revival. one of the things you were telling us about was you focus a few chapters on china and what we have learned in the last four years during this trump administration and how important it is that we know these things. >> it really is, china made no secret, the superpower, they are not doing innovation and hard work the way we are, they are stealing intellectual property, and and this is the first president he put consequences in place.

during the covid-19 disaster china got more aggressive, inundating countries, invading india, that territory by the himalayas was chinese, moved into hong kong with new rules and regulations, breaking promises on the world stage coming in the south china sea, all these things are not good for the world, and i think this president pushed back on china very effectively, that would be a difference should joe biden get into the presidency. an enormous amount of resistance from inside, it is pretty incredible what we've seen in the last four years. rob: no matter what side of the political aisle you are on we owe you a debt of gratitude for the attention you have focused on china.

what do you think about what he had to say because he is not really a fan of trump. >> well, listen, as a georgia sports fan i know about all giving up a substantial lead coming out of halftime. every team we have done here has done it in phenomenal fashion from 10 to 1 loss to 28-3. i have been all over the state of texas. south dakota to maine to new mexico. to colorado and i live here in georgia. all in the last several weeks. and enthusiasm is up much more than it was in any of those places than i was the last several weeks for the last two weeks now president trump has really done very well on the campaign trail with the hunter biden story and the news coming out of the economy. the trump voters are enthusiastic and people are feeling good about voting for him. he has a very great late surge. especially here in georgia and over in texas. the unknown is of those 40, 45 million early votes how many

of them were new voters and how many went towards biden and so we have to wait and see. anybody should make a lot more money than they do or they are just pulling from things that they see. i don't see how you could predict this campaign in any substantial way especially using the same methods they tried last time. jillian: extremely wild, that's for sure. todd: joey, i want to go a different topic focus on the middle east. new photos showing construction in a nuclear site in iran with joe biden vowing to rejoin the iran nuclear deal if he is elected. joey, what's going to happen to our position in the middle east if we do rejoin that deal? >> i'm not sure as far as joining that deal. yoto identify imagine that the historic landmark deal that president trump is getting signed or agreed to now all over the middle east in part is because of leverage we gained by pulling back from that deal. and saying no we are going to go at it in a different way. i think what president trump is

doing is the right thing to do, creating pressure in the entire region where iran has very little opportunity outside of getting rid of this nuclear program and joining the free world. and i think that that's the right way to go. there is really only two paths forward, to turn a blind eye which is what i think this deal would do or to attack it head on, which is what i think president trump is doing. neither one of them of guaranteed. neither one of them can promise us a nuclear free iran. the one president trump the path that he is on gives us the best chance in what i think the most honest chance. there is nothing saying iran wouldn't be doing some of these you same things maybe a little more covertly even under that agreement. the consensus that agreement bought time. it didn't create a definitive solution. i think what president trump is doing is pushing us more towards a definitive solution. jillian: joey jones, thank you have a good day. >> thank you. jillian: don't miss a special election edition of "fox &
