and lies unfold. we should not have to spend every day fighting for what has already been fought for over 200 years ago. but then again, ronald reagan reminded us that freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. face it, at every turn the left progressives with joe and kamala harris at the helm are fighting freedom loving and liberty loving americans. they want to control every aspect of our lives, irrespective of the constitution. right down to what we can say, how we can say it, whether we can say it at all, whether we can go to church or synagogue or whether we can have a gun so the choice in 72 hours is yours. they laughed at the prospect of donald trump becoming president and they spied on him, they framed him, they impeached him for legitimate phone call when, in truth, joe biden should be prosecuted for his role in ukraine and since when does the

vice president withhold 1 billion american dollars unless the prosecutor investigating his son's company is fired? that's corruption, folks. this guy says he's running on character, what character? how does a man who signs only the back of a government check for 47 years, whose wife is a teacher able to afford multiple lavished homes around the country? the question for joe biden who is running on character is white tony belinsky said he met joe in a dark bar to discuss his son hunter's business. why did hunter negotiate $10 million annual fee for introductions? with a 10% for the big guy and why would the chinese give hunter biden a troubled individual of $5 million on unsecured interest-free loans? and 100,000 spending spree? what was china buying? wide with the wife of the mayor

of moscow give hunter $3.5 million? what was russia buying? the answer, folks, is access and blackmail on the potential future president whose son is a playbook example of a comp to say the least. at the leftist socialist had their way with joe biden at the helm and kamala harris breathlessly waiting to take over we would still be locked down in our basements waiting for government subsidy to buy groceries and waiting for a green light to go outside. can someone please tell me why the left is so determined to control us? mr. cool and his sunglasses goes even further by limiting his rallies to cars in a parking lot as he screams of the cars and they scream back by blowing their horns. biden actually had his own deplorable moment calling from supporters chumps and ugly.

really, joe? as it joe biden proposes the biggest tax increase, $6500 estimated for middle americans increased regulation, essentially shutting down the economy in factories, bringing in socialized medicine, defunding police, globalist trade deals, the limitation of oil and fracking, president donald trump is raised the middle class income by more than $6000 in three years and that does not even include the energy savings. but most important, president trump has kept his promises to the american people, unlike the two-faced parasites in washington who are in it for themselves. donald trump truly wanted to make america great again and he did. in the beginning he took on the media and they said it was suicide but he was right and we saw it for ourselves. he was right about big tack as we watched it control what we

communicate to each other. that my friends is socialism and fascism. 2016 donald trump talked about law and order and little did we know how much the leftist spies despises law and order. joe biden said nothing for 100 days as businesses and cities were burning and police and others killed but joe biden, you know, he wanted bill back better and what will he build back better? does he have 47 years and never built anything other than jails to incarcerate a whole generation of young blacks he called predators. joe biden is a part of the gang that will not, will not defend your religious freedom. he will not fight for your right to go to church at a house of worship or a synagogue and on the other hand as a christian, donald trump took on those who made believers feel uncomfortable and he was the first president who actually moved the embassy to jerusalem

and the first president to nominate a supreme court justice who actually admitted during confirmation that she was pro-life. all the talk of the president and the last 47 years since roe versus wade was decided, this president is the only one who actually walked the walk for christians and evangelicals. which, is why that community overwhelmingly, by more than 80% supports president donald trump. this president is a man of his word and is kept his promise to america bringing us the greatest economy in the history of our nation. he has broug brought us freedom, prosperity, judicial restraint, security and law and order. he believes in god and believes in country. he believes in law and he believes in order. he believes in you and he believes in me. this election is a choice.

you can spend the next four years in the dark depressed with police defunded with beto o'rourke coming for your guns and elizabeth warren in charge of the treasury with kamala harris the most left-handed in the senate who is pro- criminal and anti- police paying more taxes and less money and that is assuming you even have a job or they let you go to the job. or you can vote for the man who was delivered on criminal justice reform, on opportunity zones, on police reform, on school choice, on building the wall, on destroying the isis caliphate, and bringing us and growing this economy and on bringing our troops home, on insisting on religious freedom again, speech that is free again. in protecting our second moment right to bear arms. he is a true american who believes in god and country. our last quarter's economic

growth was the best ever recorded by more than double in history. a gdp of 33.1% and he said it would happen and it did. donald trump put together his own rainbow coalition of african-american and hispanics and asians, people of all colors with more jobs than the people to fill them. he has reawakened our american spirit and he has reignited the flame of liberty and he is a man whose philosophy is based, not on politics, but on reason. he has prioritized law and order and the safety of american citizens. the first president to actually do something about the southern border in the first president who understands that we are born with certain natural rights that come, not from the government, but from god and that government wields power only with the consent of the governed and that is us. the choice is yours.

a freefall and you see that we don't want that but you see what's going on with covid or the china virus or the china plague and there's about 21 different names, we are creating the world's greatest economic powerhouse. next year it will be one of the greatest years, may be the best year we've ever had based on what's happening in a recent gallup poll found 56% of americans say they are better off today than they were four years ago with obama and biden. [cheering and applause] that is rounding the turn of a pandemic, 56% and that's a record number. fifty-six, you're better off today than you were four years ago with obama and i watched them today and they draw flies for both of them. i thought maybe they put them together and they drew a couple of horns and most of them are are people that are taunting. can anyone see the picture of the crazy bus driving down the highway started by hundreds of

cars and they are all trump flags all over the place? [cheering and applause] it's like a hot thing. that's number one trending. they won't put that but that's number one trending. they come up with number one trending it says but it's not a trend but it's whatever they want to do. you look at big tech and what's been happening lately, right? look at the media where they refused to cover one of the biggest scandals, no, but the biggest scandal is we caught them spying on our campaign. we caught them trying to overthrow a duly elected commonly known as me, president of the united states and let's see what happens. let's see what happens. very dishonest people. on that you are right. there are a lot of people that call that treason and that's

out with the des moines register poll and did you see it? we are way ahead in iowa and we are way ahead in florida and we are way ahead in ohio, way ahead in ohio. we are doing great in georgia. texas, you know they are saying texas but they said the same thing four years ago. jeanine: we will hear more from the president through the hour but here now with reaction with my open and to discuss what may be the most important presidential election of our lifetime former speaker of house and fox news contributor, newt gingrich. new, great to have you on justice and it's a very exciting weekend. what are your feelings right now about the election? >> well, the institute of democracy which is a joint british american operation has a poll that will be out in the morning showing the president actually winning the popular vote, winning all the closely held states by about 50-45 and shows biden fading very rapidly

and that des moines poll which showed joe and senate seat reelection and showed the president carrying iowa and it's typical of what is going on. i think in the last five, six days between the biden family corruption and the realization that cognitively died and is incapable of being president in the realization that kamala harris is a radical san francisco democrat who stands for almost nothing that normal americans stand for and all that has come together and then the president frankly has been amazing. biden hides in the basement and the president does four, five events a day in the country gets it. one guy has the energy to be president and the other guy has the energy to go home. they sort of know which one is which. jeanine: you know, it really is stunning because the polls and

all the talking heads were so convinced that joe biden had the lead and yet, you know, so many americans cannot believe it but, you know, every vote obviously we are still 72 hours away we got to get the vote out there and so far 80 million votes have been cast. what does that tell you? >> i think this is the most intense election and certainly of our lifetime and may be the most intense election since the 1860s during the civil war. i think the people on the right who favor donald trump are the people who, you know, stand there and chant we love you. in my lifetime i don't remember any politician having people chant we love you but on the other hand if you are a biden supporter it's not because you are for biden but it's because you are so deeply, bitterly opposed to trump. this is the most polarizing

election i think since lincoln's reelection of 1864 and, as a result, you have huge levels of energy out there and both sides but i would say you have three, four times as much energy on trump's side. look around the country and it's a fascinating experience with these spontaneous parades and vote parades and organized get-togethers, not done by the campaign but just people who are so energized that they got to do something so they are out there doing it everything will day. jeanine: well, it is stunning. what is even more stunning is what was just trending and that was there's a biden bus and it surrounded by pickup trucks on a highway all with trump's signs. it is ordinary americans just taking this election into their own hands and getting out there and being real clear on what they stand for. >> yep. i just did a newsletter on the

president trump: thank you. in 2016 pennsylvania voted to fire this corrupt political establishment and you elected an outsider as president who is finally putting america first. that's okay, right? [cheering and applause] if i don't sound like a typical washington politician it is because i'm not a politician. i guess that is why i got elected. if i don't always play by the rules of washington and the washington establishment it is because i was elected to fight for you and i fight harder for you than any president than ever before. one of the most important issues in this election is law and order and you know about it well and you see what is going on in your large city and it is not good. you've great police but they're not allowed to do their job. this week violent mobs of biden

supporters ransacked philadelphia and now for members of the city council are pushing very hard to defund the philadelphia police. they are defunding the police. [crowd boos] president trump: they are pushing very hard and it could happen. we are watching. i don't think we will let it happen and at some point we can't let it happen but if biden and harris are elected they will pass legislation to / police funding and they are already trying to do it all over the country and well, except in republican cities and states which are running beautifully without crime and our opponents stand with the, take a look at it, the rioters and anarchists and the looters. we stand with the heroes of law enforcement. [cheering and applause] we've been endorsed by almost every major law enforcement group in the country, florida, texas, new york's finest endorsed us in the first time they've ever endorsed of presidential candidate. the chicago police and that's

not easy to do. they endorsed. we have endorsements from everybody and during the debate i said joe, what law group, any police group, anybody looking for law and order, can anyone endorse you and he could not answer the question and then was bailed out by the anchor, right? bailed out. joe, say the words, law and order but he wouldn't do it. he did not want to lose the radical left. i'm not just running against joe biden but running against the left wing media come of the big tech giants, the rhinos and you know what a rino is right? republican in name only and we got a couple of them and there aren't too many of them left. they are on respirators actually. the washington swamp which is much deeper and much more vicious than we ever thought it would be possible. on tuesday november 3 and maybe you do it sooner but i think this group wants november 3 -- [cheering and applause]

now that are united states up in court has delayed everything and will be an interesting evening and i wonder what happens during that time of delight the balance and they wonder? will they mysteriously find more ballots, mr. congressman? will they find more ballots and can you imagine what happens and can you imagine, just be very careful, be vigilant and watch and report whatever you see because, you know, the state we love it. i went to college and we love it but strange things have been known to happen, especially in philadelphia. send them a message that they will never forget and this election is a choice between a biden depression and a trump super boom. we will have the greatest economy ever. it's a choice between a deadly biden lockdown. jeanine: more for the president coming up and no one knows better than my next guest how

much president trump loves our country and the amazing people who live here, eric trump himself taking a few minutes off the campaign trail to join me now good eric, thank you for being here tonight. i know you've been on the campaign trail just like your dad and argue, are you exhausted yet or do you have your dad's energy? >> there is no exhaustion. we are just getting warmed up. we are having so much fun out there. i was in jacksonville beach and there must've been 3000 people out there and all chanting we love you and you said it best. that's not us. that's not a political campaign but a movement of love and i am watching all day when my father is doing and did you see that rally in butler, pennsylvania? 30000 people, 40000 people, sees of people and judge this is a movement. this is a moment where people do love this country, love our flag and our constitution, love our supreme court, love faith in america and love our pledge of allegiance and will not stand for people burning the american flag or desecrating who we are

as a country and will not apologize for this nation and it's a beautiful thing to see. i've never been more proud of the man in my life. jeanine: we are seeing now in real-time and in real life what all the talking head said was not possible that joe biden had the ten-point lead in the nine-point lead and these are real americans and the energy is palpable. this man is 74 years old and had covid a few weeks ago it is out on the trail and the other guy is on a single bus traveling along by himself but in 2020 right before the pandemic, eric, there was a poll taken by gallup and it said that 90% of americans were happier than they had ever been and not just in terms of personal life but in terms of their economic prospects and that was an incredible moment that your dad can be proud of and i think

americans are remembering that now. it was only when china sent a virus in the left just pounced on locking us down that all of this craziness started. >> judge, remember when my father has done. zoom out. greatest economy in the lowest on the plummet, lowest hispanic on the planet, lowest female unappointed, 401k's through the roof, stock markets through the roof, rebuilt our military, best military in the history of the world and fixed rba which was total disaster on the last administration cost through the 10000 lives of veterans and criminal justice reform, for peace deals in the middle east and last for weeks and alone. moving the embassy to jerusalem, made us energy independent. build almost 400, 400 miles of southern wall and i mean i can go on and on, lowest illegal immigration and lowest amount of human trafficking and drugs coming into the country, restored faith in the nation, protected our second amendment,

but three's supporting court justices on the bench and judge, i could go on for another ten minutes. there has never been a president in u.s. history that is done more than my father has done for this country and then you look at biden who called the lid on it at 8:30 a.m. on a monday and did not emerge from his cave until thursday afternoon. you've got a guy that wants to increase taxes by $4 trillion and a guy that wants to socialize healthcare and you've got a guy who wants to attack law enforcement duty from them and they are more concerned about impeaching my father and banning plastic straws than they are about fixing the country and that's why america loves donald trump. jeanine: you know, the freedom of religion, the even the indelible's, the questions they are so many communities i suspect in terms of african-americans, latinos that we will see a real coalition this time, eric. >> absolute coalition. i sought today in florida and i see it every day and i spoken

african american churches in south philadelphia a week ago and you would not believe the support that we have. people who loved this country, love the american flag, love the constitution and love who we are as americans. jeanine: i think they will show their love for your dad but we've got to make sure everybody gets out to vote. eric trump, thank you for joining me now. we are now going to continue the conversation with ohio congressman jim and jordan. all right jim, you have been with the president on the trail and is the energy that we are seeing tonight typical of wherever he goes? >> you see it everywhere. you see it at events even when the president is not there. i think the speaker talked about this and you have these vote parade i've not seen a vote parade and you will have five circles at biden's event and you can only find four people he can't even fill up the circles but when the president has an event or a surrogate for the president you see huge crowds

because they know what eric just said, they know this president has done more what he said he would do than any president in our lifetime. he said he would cut taxes and he said he would reduce regulations, he said he would have the best economy in history and we do and the economy is rolling back as we stop at the numbers and he said he would get out and put the embassy in jerusalem and he did and he said he built the wall, he did and most importantly he said he would put out a list of qualified people and he put on the highest court in our nation and then selected from the list mr. gore said, mr. kavanagh and just this week amy coney barrett went on the coat and sure biden won't tell us what he will do and he'd won even tell us if you pack the court and we know he will if they win but all those reasons or people will come out in a big way and i think the president and you can feel it building and i thank you will win big. jeanine: well, folks, we got to make sure everybody gets out there and vote but clearly this president has been a man of his word and he says what he means and means what he says and yet people like nancy pelosi and

schumer and schiff they spend their lives trying to tear him down and the amazing part of it is he is standing stronger than ever and i thank you are right, congressman. i think we will have a great day but let's just hope that it doesn't go on forever but let's just hope that we can get a president on tuesday. what do you think of the chances of that are? >> first time in history you have a major political party trying to win the election after the election and that has ever happened in our nations history. you're supposed to have the election to determine that night. and maybe in the morning or wednesday morning but we always, even in 2000 and remember gore conceded to bush and then tried to steal it back but this was the first time we had -. jeanine: but -- >> we will not let it happen. jeanine: how will you not let it happen with sources telling surgeons asa got three days, five days, six days to count the ballots? >> i think the margin will be so strong it will be a no doubt.

remember, americans understand this election and the end is about freedom. look at what we've been through the last several months with democratic mayors telling americans they cannot go to church or to work or to school and cannot go to a loved one's funeral but it was fine to protest, riot and loot. now we got governor newsom say you can't even have thanksgiving the way you want to have thanksgiving and we got joe biden talking about the biden dark winter and locking down our economy. americans appreciate the freedom we enjoy as citizens and that is what will guide them to the polls where the president will win big. jeanine: we appreciate you, congressman jordan paid more for the president trump valley in pennsylvania. president trump: these are great people. incredible people. ♪

[crowd boos] you too can have a developed right alongside your house. now, it's no good but no good. it will bring a lot of problems. it is already done but if you looked out the country where it has been done and i terminated it paid they wanted to amend it and ben carson is a wonderful guy and he came in and said, wonderful guy. he is. he ran a good race bird great guy. nice guy but great guy. he's done a terrific job came and said we can amended a little bit and make it tougher and i said ben, we've got to terminate it. then i hear the women of suburbia don't like me but i think they love me. i think they do. [cheering and applause] when i said that the other day i said women of suburbia, i hope you love me. sixty minutes he said you were begging for the level women and

i said no i wasn't. but you were begging. i say women of suburbia you must love me after what i did but i cut the regulation part you don't know what the regulation was. [chanting] 's pc. president trump: i love you too. get out and vote. do what's right and the biden plant this guy had so many years to do this and all he does is complain. we'll what did you do you just left three and half years ago sold the biden plan will open the floodgates to radical islamic terrorism and you know that, take a look. i called president macron of france and it's terrible what's been happening over there the last week. you've seen what happened and we don't mind i'd rather not have it happen over here. is that okay? do i have everybody's approval on that? i'm keeping the hair arrests out of our country and when they come back in we are getting them the hell out of our country and we invested 2.5 trillion, with a t, trillion with the u.s. military when i took over bread four years ago, can you believe it? four years ago our military wasn't depleted for more all these wars and all the stuff in the places so far away and lands that are so far away and we were depleted. a very highly overrated general and you heard me say this, extraordinarily overrated came into my office and said at the beginning sir, we have no ammunition and i said no president should ever have that said to him again. we built a brand-new military with new planes and new rockets. [cheering and applause] hypersonic that's seven times faster than our very fast one. so fast you can't see it. can't do anything with it. if it is aimed in the wrong

direction you've got problems but i tell you that. and some marines and all of the things we've never had anything like it but we are the envy of the world. russia, china, north korea, we are the envy of the world and of the greatest equipment in the world and we used to have planes, fighter jets, they go to the desert where they have what they called the graveyard, plain graveyard and take parts off old planes and bring them in and now we have brand-new f35. many of us and it's amazing but we've rebuilt our military and it's been so good. we never had equipment like this. the best equipment anywhere in the world by far. we saved a place called the philadelphia shipyard. i don't think you've heard of that. biden, if he comes in, he will shut it down but he shut down a lot of this stuff. we passed va choice and be a accountability and that is pretty great, right? [cheering and applause] they been trying to get that done for 40 some odd years and

last night in my direction the united states military conducted a successful operation to rescue an american hostage who was kidnapped just a short while ago. u.s. special forces brilliantly executed a daring nighttime movement and it was incredible. i've seen it. it was incredible. [cheering and applause] we had no casualties, no injuries. [chanting] usa!. president trump: we had no casualties, no injuries, no nothing. these are incredible people and these are incredible people and they love our country but they went in and the other side did have a lot of casualties. we got our citizen and our american citizen out and on the way here and it was an

incredible operation bird people said that can't be done. these guys looked at me like sir, this is easy. it's a different kind of person. different kind of person paid over the last four years we rescued a record 55 hostages in detainees and more than 24 countries and we don't pay. once you pay, once you pay it will go up 100 fold. you can't pay. you have to go get them but yes, it is operation to serve as a stark warning to terrorists and thugs who try to connect our people, kidnap our citizens and you cannot escape the long reach of american justice and that is what happens. [cheering and applause] we killed the leader of isis el baghadai and they been looking for him for 18 years and we took

out the mass murder of troops and general sola maney is dead, number one terrorist. i withdrew from the last ministration disastrous iran nuclear deal, $150 billion and we got nothing. we got nothing. i recognized the capital of israel and opened the american embassy in jerusalem. i also recognized israeli sovereignty over the golan heights, 52 years they've been negotiating that and i did it in two hours. [cheering and applause] every president wanted to do this stuff. every president. jerusalem they all wanted to do it and they all said they would do it but they got into office and they never had the guts to pull the trigger and do it. i got the building built to, by the way. i got it built for a tiny fraction of what people thought it would cost for a tiny fraction but it's too cold to be talking about this. the heck with it, right? instead of endless wars we are

forging peace in the middle east and we have already three countries and many more lined up and no more blood in the sand, no more crazy money spent all over the place. no, we did it the opposite way that john kerry and his people there were not smart and in fact they were grossly incompetent. i said you know how i started? i said how did kerry do it this way and whatever he did, do the opposite. it worked. we have a lot of them all lined up. peace in the middle east and no blood. no blood in the sand. blood all over that sand but no blood in the sand and i'm proud to be the first president in decades who has started note new wars. no new wars. citizens united president and co-author of trump, america first, david joined me now. david, the past is 270 and is it possible for the president to make that on tuesday night or are there certain states like pennsylvania there won't be counted wednesday night and we definitely have to wait for it? spirit judge, the president will win reelection and he will get two to 70 and do it decisively. look, and 2016 judge we got 306 electoral college votes and you only need 270 as you mention. the spine of the selection will be built on the backs of florida and georgia and north carolina, ohio, iowa and arizona. president trump is now has taken the lead in every one of those states and he is on a path to victory. from there he is within reach of that 270 number and all he has

of these states. let me just add -. jeanine: david, let me ask you. of the 90 million votes that have been cast you can tell how many are republican and how many are democrat? is that correct? >> we can. of course, we also know how many are from california and illinois and new york and new jersey and solid democrats struggled that are not battleground states so they are delivering a lot of votes and they are not going to matter in the presidential election and for the presidents path to 270. in florida we did the must win state for the president will carry florida by a greater margin that he won in 2016. in north carolina we are far ahead of where we were this day in 2016. this election is going donald trump's way. we must turn out every single voter must turn out. if you care about the american way of life you must turn out because joe biden wants to turn

to a dark winter and have a socialist america and that is not who donald trump is and his voters know it and have to turn out at all costs. jeanine: alright, david bossi. thank you for being here tonight. let's bring in my next guest north carolina center tom tillis paid senator, thank you for being here. we just heard from david bossi and he says good things are happening in north carolina and they know that you were in that senate race in north carolina and of course they predicted doom and gloom but it appears that north carolina is in president trump's, possibly, strong column at this point. you are running against an individual who i understand isn't even talking to the press and isn't coming out and is being investigated by the armies so what is going on in north carolina? >> judge, was at an event with nikki haley this morning and there were two little girls there and unicorn outfits and i saw more unicorns over the

course of the last day than i've seen of cal cunningham over the last month or he's not done any interviews, under investigation with the u.s. army and best case as he gets a letter of reprimand the worst case is he gets a court-martial. he is awol and not running in the president is doing well here and we are doing well here and we will win on tuesday in the present will win on tuesday. jeanine: for those who think that your opponent is in the lead they were saying that for the longest time but what are they basing that on? >> i think there were a lot of poles earlier that always trend and the benefit for democrats. same thing happened in 2014. i was never more than two points away from my incumbent who had a two-one advantage on the money being spent in the most expensive race and history in 2014, $118 million. this year it will be the most

expensive race in history again, 250 million dollars but at the end of the date we have president who will be here tomorrow and hickory and on monday in fayetteville and the enthusiasm we have the enthusiasm and we have the resolve in the president has fulfilled every promise he has made and that is why we will w win. jeanine: and in the end, in north carolina if you are able to keep that seat how does the senate look for republicans? >> well, north carolina and the reason why our state is the most expensive state in history again is because north carolina has the firewall against chuck schumer getting the gavel. i believe if we went north carolina and we will win north carolina we will probably be able to say that we save the senate. we have other races that we are watching but the north carolina, the electoral map of the president and the map for us for

mitch mcconnell with the majority leader and republican of the senate comes right to our state we are working hard and we've got a lot of volunteers out there getting votes in and i really feel confident that on tuesday night we will win the day. jeanine: what have you been experiencing in north carolina what a lot of america has been experiencing with the violence and rioting in the burning and the anarchy? >> we have. we had asheville due from the police and we have raleigh just last night have another protest against the police so for the most part north carolina really respects police officers and they love what they do and they keep our communities safe but i do think a lot of people across the state a lot of people across the country are worried about democrats like cal cunningham, cal cunningham about two months ago when protesters in raleigh were saying abolish the police he tweeted out, i join you in
