to talk about it. they don't want to write about it. they don't want to talk about it. you know what? the people understand and you get to see it. you have a small handful of young arrogant obnoxious also brilliant young people, they're worth a lot of money, silicon valley ceos and they're trying to take over our world. not going to happen. let's do this. they said to me, the first election, they said circumstance you can't fight big tech and you can't fight the media and then we won and i said oh, really? now they say it again. you cannot fight big tech and you cannot fight the media. i want to win again, if for no other reason -- if for no other reason. but you can defeat them if you have the right ideas, the right policy. if you have the right thoughts and you have people that are smart and they don't go for fake news because it's fake news. i've been calling it one of the
9:01 am
great -- you know, i hope they give me credit for fake news. that was a great term. now i call it corrupt news because it's gone beyond fake. it's totally corrupt. but vote on november 3rd, you vote. we're going to have an election. you know, i never thought i'd say -- because what we did was incredible four years ago. this is more important. this is going to be the most -- this could be the most important election in the history of our country. because if that side gets in, those maniacs -- aoc plus three, ilhan omar, ilhan omar, they're going to put -- they're going to put ilhan omar in charge of immigration. she will be in charge of immigration. if these people -- they're maniacs, who don't like our country. you think ilhan omar, that's one of the reasons we're going to win minnesota because of ilhan
9:02 am
omar. how the hell did she get elected? she's got a little group of people. didn't she harvest, i heard she ballot harvested, didn't she? where is our justice department. she ballot -- everybody's telling me stories. they have a great writer in minnesota and he writes stories about her volumes and nothing ever happens to her. ilhan omar. she's harvesting ballots. it's illegal, right? they have a story. so where the hell -- why aren't they looking at her? if i did that, they'd be looking at me. they'd be looking at anybody here. it's a disgrace. hon ofestly, it's a disgrace. and aoc, right, aoc, didn't she steal $2 million out of her campaign? didn't aoc steal $2 million out of her campaign? so why aren't they looking at her? why aren't they looking at her? justice department. the justice department. they should be looking at -- she
9:03 am
stole $2 million out of her campaign, aoc plus three, right? it's unbelievable. this election is a choice between the biden depression -- because you will have a depression. he's going to raise your taxes. he's going to put regulation back in. all of those plants that moved in, they're going to close up and say we're going back to japan. these people are crazy. right? or you can have the greatest economy boom in the history of our country. [ cheering and applause ] >> it's a choice between a deadly biden lockdown. he wants to lock it down. and a safe vaccine and you do it without the vaccine too but the vaccine is going to make it quicker. it's coming in a matter of weeks. it's going to be distributed immediately. we're going to start with the seniors. it's going to go very, very quickly. very, very quickly. it's going to be really fantastic. it's going to be -- i think you'll see something that's going to be absolutely amazing. and thanks to our groundbreaking
9:04 am
therapies, here i am, therapy. [ cheering and applause ] >> no it's -- i don't know if it had any impact but i sure as hell felt good the next morning, i can tell you. i like to say no, it's because i'm in perfect physical health. i'm a perfect physical specimen and i'm very, very young. i feel young. i didn't need therapy but i said give it to me anyway, just in case. and we've already reduced the fatality rate by 85%. think of that. the biden plan is to imprison you in your home and -- but that's what you're going through right now with this governor. this governor -- i got to tell you. your governor -- your governor is not doing a good job. she is not doing a good job. think of it. your state -- we have other of states they're opened. florida, look at floor r da. look at texas. look at arizona, the great job
9:05 am
they've done there. they had a spike and they focused on the elderly and this and that, all the things. and they're open and they're doing great. your state is like locked down. and it's your gover governor. you know what's going to happen, on november 4th she'll announce we'll open up the state. by the way, north carolina, right, and let's see, pennsylvania is shut down. it's shut down. locked down. it's all locked down. on the fourth, which one -- new york absolutely. new york has become a ghost town, sister. what they've done, what cuomo has done to new york is unbelievable. it's terrible. it's terrible. what they've done to new york and you take a look at certain things, i mean -- and then with crime. take a look at portland. we want to go to portland so badly. our guys would solve the portland problem in about 12 minutes, right? but we have to be asked because
9:06 am
we play nice nowadays. we have to be asked by the governor. we keep asking her, you want us to go in? no, sir, let a few more stores burn down. that's antifa. that's a anarchists. look at chicago. we're talking about all democrat-run cities. all run by the left or the radical left. and these are the problem areas. the republican cities -- they're all doing great. we're doing great, the republican cities. that's why you can't have a radical left -- and joe's not really radical left. he's shot. it doesn't matter. he's shot. let's face it. i mean, let's face it. oh, of by the way, those slips, those are the easy ones. we didn't want to go any worse. they're much worse than that. they're actually -- you know, they're so bad that they're not even funny. the biden lockdown will mean no school, no graduations, no
9:07 am
weddings for you, no thanksgivings, no easters, no christmases, no 4th of july and no future. other than that, i think he's doing quite a good job, right? under biden's lockdown you will be living in a prison state. they want to lock it down. let's lock our country down for a couple years and let it go away. by the way, those are the people that do the worst. they're the ones doing the worst. europe imposed draconian lockdowns and cases were surging and deaths were surging but think of it, draconian. now they have to do it all over again. what the hell are they doing? i think i'll go over and explain it to them. they're locking down parts of europe again. when you think about it, in all fairness, look what china has done to the world. okay. look, i made a great trade deal with them. two weeks ago they ordered the largest order of corn, the
9:08 am
largest order of soybeans, the largest order of beef ever in the history of our country. you know what? it doesn't matter to me anymore. it's like as if it doesn't matter to me anymore. obviously they did a big order. it was the biggest order ever so the farmers should love trump. they should love trump with what i did with ethanol. and a great poll came out in iowa, you saw that, right, des moines register, trump is winning by a lot. by a lot. but -- i mean, great. i got china to give the farmers $28 billion because china targeted the farmers. and all of that stuff. but look at what china has done to the world. forget us. it's us and europe and the world. look at -- when you see europe is draconian, shutdowns and they're chutin chute -- shuttind they're surging. it came out of china. they could have stopped it. they stopped it from going to the rest of china. they stopped it at the wuhan province. they stopped it.
9:09 am
but it came to us and it came to europe and it went to 188 countries are suffering. i mean, look at what china -- just think of it. look at what china has done to the world. look at you with the masks and everything else. look at what china -- today you should wear them anyway, probably. look at what china -- look at what china has done to the world. and we're not forgetting it. we're not forgetting it. and the reason they ordered the corn and the reason -- you know why? because they now figured out we're going to win. we're going to win. that's the only reason. [ cheering and applause ] >> and if biden ever won, china will own the united states of america. because he has no clue. he's not a smart person. and a in prime time he wasn't a smart person. he was always known as the dummy. he was always known as a dummy. and that was 20, 25 years ago. and now he's a dummy and-a-half.
9:10 am
biden will trap you in a dark -- remember during the debate, it will be a dark winter. oh, how inspiring, how wonderful. harry, let's watch the debate tonight. i want to be inspired by the person running against president trump. this will be a dark winter. oh, great. that's wonderful. harry, let's vote for trump, please. [ cheering and applause ] >> i mean, we had the greatest economy in the history of the world. we were beating everybody. china was -- we were going like a rocket ship up from china. if you read your books over the last -- if you were into this world, for 10 years they said 2019 china will eclipse the united states as the number one biggest economy in the world. i was going like this. but then we got hit with the plague from china. we then got hit with the plague. but now we're -- when you see one -- when you see the number that was released on thursday,
9:11 am
you say wow, trump was right. and that number could only be -- i mean, who ever thought of that? 33%. 33.1% increase. it beat the number. second place was 19, 52 and the number was less than half. we got it going. but you know what? we've gone through a lot. we've gone through the lot. the whole world has gone through a lot. for what? why have we done it? so i'm delivering the great american comeback and we're not having any lockdowns, okay. that i can tell you. there's no lockdowns. [ cheering and applause ] >> joining us today are congressional candidates lisa mcclain. where's lisa? i heard you're doing well. do well. are you cold enough? you're just fine. thank you. good luck. and michigan gop chairwoman who
9:12 am
is doing a fantastic job, laura cox. laura. how's it going, laura? good? we going to win? i think so. i hear we're going to win. and michigan gop co-chair, terry bowman. terry, thank you. thank you, terry. good job. we could have picked a little better day. for 47 years, joe biden viciously attacked african-americans. we know that. he shipped away your jobs, it's estimated the black middle class and flooded your cities with foreign labor gangs and drugs. he openly called -- i think everyone knows this -- he openly called young black men super predators. in 1994, the crime bill, he definitdevastated black familien places like philadelphia, atlanta, mill walky, detroit.
9:13 am
-- milwaukee, detroit. i reversed that with the landmark criminal justice reform. nobody else could have gotten it but me. obama never even tried. nobody tried. biden said that if black americans don't vote for him, you ain't black. which is a famous, famous thing. but that's not -- that's not nearly as bad as other things he did. so i have a message for every african-american voter in michigan and across america. tuesday is your chance to show joe -- you know that, right? tuesday's your big -- tuesday is our big deal as a country. show joe biden and the democrat party what you think of their decades a of betrayal and abuse. >> usa! usa! usa! usa! usa! usa! usa! usa! >> tuesday is your chance to show joe biden what you think of
9:14 am
his decision to mistreat, abuse and wrongly imprison so many african-americans. that's what he did. that crime bill was a disgrace. and you know, that's what's happening in florida. so we're doing well with african-americans, we're doing very well. but a lot of them just aren't showing up because they don't want to vote for this guy. typically, they vote democrat. it's changing a lot. it's changing really fast. and by the way, john james is a very good guy. i hope you're going to be voting for him. john james. very good guy. and he's running against a guy -- nobody even knows who he is. peters. i was there three years, i said who is peters. oh, he's a senator, he's a senator from michigan. nobody knows who peters is. he does nothing. he's a puppet for schumer. you should vote john james. he's a great young guy. a great young man, west point,
9:15 am
great military background, did well in business. he wants to do this and he's doing us a favor. i think he could be a star. i hope michigan goes for john james. to every black american, i'm asking you for your vote. i'm asking you to send a message to the corrupt democrat establishment, and it is corrupt. we welcome you to the republican party. by the way, it happens to be the party of the late, great abraham lincoln, right? can't do better than that. under our platinum plan, you heard about that, we'll create 3 million new jobs for black americans, increase access to capital and deliver school of choice to every family. we invested $2.5 trillion in the u.s. military. we also passed va choice and va accountability, which is incredible for our great veterans. we had a 91% approval factor, rating the other day from the

veterans. highest ever. we killed the leader of isis. [ cheering and applause ] >> you know who that is? al baghdadi. they've been looking for him for a long time. we took out the mass murderer of u.s. troops and many other troops and many other people, somsolemeni is dead also. i withdraw from the last administration's disastrous iran nuclear deal. i recognized the capital of israel and opened the american embassy in jerusalem. i also recognized israeli sovereignity over the golan heights. 52 years they worked on that. i got it done in two hours. and instead of endless war in the middle east, peace is breaking out. we're signing -- countries are lined up. they're all lined up. we're signing them one by one. biden will plunge america --
9:17 am
what? oh, that's very good. let me see that. good. thank you. thank you, sweetheart. thank you. biden will plunge america and the world into one ridiculous war after another. you know, he thinks he's a duff guy. remember what he said a year ago, i'd like to take him behind the bar. you know what? i just -- ding, he's gone. he's a tough guy, right? with his sunglasses. his new deal is his sunglasses. his new deal is those sunglasses. he was very agitated, right? see him? and then you'd have like two cars honk. honk, honk. we have more in the ten feet of the front row than he had yesterday. and i hate to say it. obama doesn't draw any better.

they went as a two-some and they had less people. a vote for me and the republican party is a vote for the american dream. [ cheering and applause ] >> and in conclusion, over the next four years we will make america -- it's getting warmer now. did you notice? i don't -- let's stay here longer. i don't -- i came here for the worst -- you now it's getting good and i'm supposed to leave. i'm not leaving. over the next four years, we will make america into the manufacturing super power of the world. and we will end our reliance on china, that's already happening. we will hire more police, increase penalties for assault on law enforcement and we will ban deadly sanctuary cities. we will defend the right to

we love you! we love you! we love you! we love you! >> thank you very much. i love you too. [ cheering and applause ] >> i do. two days from now, you have the power, with your vote, the to save the american dream. to save our country from what could happen to it. you look at venezuela, you look at so many other countries, 20 years ago venezuela was a strong company, it was one of the richest countries. today they have no water, they interest no food, they have no medicine that, have nothing. this is the same ideology that you're seeing trying to come in. we can't let it happen. this country -- and i said it many times -- will never be a socialist country. this will never be. but you have to go out and vote. on november 3rd, we must finish the job, drain the swamp. the swamp is deeper and stronger and more vicious than ever. but we've done a hell of a job
9:22 am
and they cannot believe that we're in this position. we're now leading. look, we're leading in florida. we're leading in georgia. we're leading -- forget texas. we're leading -- how about texas. you go to texas, this guy says yeah, we're against oil, right. we're against god. and we're against guns. we're going to take away your guns. we're in texas. you can't have any more oil, no more oil wells, we'll take all the oil wells away. so no oil. no god. no guns. and you're in texas. then they say it's a very close race in texas. i don't think so. they did that four years ago and i won in a landslide. right? they say texas is too close to call, the door's closed. donald trump has won texas. they said it with utah. remember they said the guy came in, nobody ever heard of i'm, h. he was supposed to be great.
9:23 am
i won by 22 points or so. crazy hillary, crooked hillary came in. here we go. watch. watch. they always blame me. i mention her name -- >> lock her up! lock her up! lock her up! lock her up! lock her up! >> i didn't do anything. they say it with your governor, every time i mention her name, they say things like -- they say he's inciting. i'm inciting. on tuesday, michigan is going to make history once again. you made history. i weren't your president. i can tell you that. and you have plenty more coming. for generations, america's destiny was made, forged and won in places like midland, mackinaw, grand rapids. grand rapids, that's where i made my last speech. i made my last speech. 32,000 people showed up at 1:00 in the morning. and i said -- i said we're not losing. we had a crowd, you wouldn't believe it. 1:00 in the morning. it was now election day because it had gone over. 1:00. 32,000 people, grand rapids. i'll never forget it. and i said this doesn't feel like i'm coming in second place and guess what? we didn't. battle creek and macomb county. together with the incredible people of michigan, we have made america powerful again. our military, our military's so powerful. we have made america wealthy again. look at what's happened. 401-ks are doing very well. we have made america strong again. we have made america proud again. we have made america safe again. and we will make america great again. thank you very much, michigan. thank you. [ cheering and applause ] ♪ >> we have been watching the president of the united states on a chilly day in michigan talk to a crowd that he said just moments ago, he won here. he won here last time. and he asks are you happy with your choice? and a roaring response from that
9:27 am
crowd in washington, michigan today. perhaps a variation on the theme of are you better off now than you were four years ago. the president really -- and we've seen this signature dance moves from the president. he's working it out there. but really making an outreach to black voters today as well. a vote for me, he said overall, is a vote for the american dream. and now you are watching outnumbered. i'm harris faulkner. joining us for a special preelection coverage, kennedy, lisa boot boothe, lawrence joned leslie marshall. kennedy, you and i have been on the program quite a bit together. the roar of the crowd, all of this is feeding in the last few days and the message changing a little bit. what are you hearing? >> in places like florida, his favorability ratings are going
9:28 am
up. if you look at this crowd, the president addressed how cold it is and how uncomfortable it is but there is so much enthusiasm. so what we're waiting to see now is how that enthusiasm translates into votes on election day. because here he is down more in michigan than he is in pennsylvania and florida. and other states, other battleground states biden's lead has narrowed. what you're entering into is the last final days and the president is pushing this crescendo. >> we're going to work on your microphone for just a second. lawrence jones, kennedy mentioned the weather there. look, for those of us who lived in that part of the country, michigan, minnesota, the dakotas, 35 degrees, falling temperatures, know while the president's talking, the whipping wind can be like an april day. it's cold if you're not used to it. the crowd was out there long
9:29 am
before he showed up. >> it was cold in nebraska earlier this week as well and the president had people waiting in lines as well. you know, as you know, harris, i've been on the campaign trail in a different city and state every single day. and the way they decided to run these campaigns, it's polar opposite. you have joe biden that has depended on a digital platform to really operate his campaign as well as doing these town halls that are digitally based via skype and zoom and then he's dependent on his surrogates to get out his message when it comes to the tv air waves. he's not doing interviews really. donald trump has done something different with his campaign strategy. not only are they doing a digital platform campaign but they have door knockers and they have rallies and sometimes he's doing three rallies, he'll be doing five rallies today. the big question is, if you believe in the polling, will we come back and say joe biden did
9:30 am
the right thing by staying in his basement and sitting on his lead. but if the polling is wrong, this may be the thing that puts the president above the total when it comes to these swing states. you know when i'm on the ground, one thing i hear from people -- i understand we're in tumultuous times when it comes to dealing with covid and learning how to navigate around it. but voters want to see the candidate. they want to be able to have this dialogue back and forth and i quite frankly think that is something that is going to hurt joe biden going into this election. i don't know who is going to win but i know voters want to hear from the candidate, especially in those swing states. they really don't get that opportunity. >> you know, it's interesting because that was going to be my follow-up to you. because republicans had an early advantage on the ground game anyway. we knew that from chairwoman of the rnc, ronna mcdaniel, lawrence. we knew they had a ground game
9:31 am
that was fierce with the millions of door knocks they were doing already, long before the pa pandemic. you're suggestin suggest even -e suggesting even with the pandemic, who wins the ground game. >> it's almost a step back with the democratic party. you remember, in 2008, obama really had this new strategy that he put out there for the democratic party. it wasn't just a digital campaign. he had all these young people knocking on doors. because of that, you saw this energy on the ground. it's an energy that i always tell people is similar to the donald trump energy. the only candidate i've seen that had some type of energy like that was bernie sanders. as you know, he's not the nominee. the question is, is this the same when it comes to people turning out to vote. we don't know that yet. again, it's very hard for me, being on the campaign trail, seeing what i'm seeing and to say that joe biden has this huge lead. i just don't see that on the ground. >> we will have to wait until
9:32 am
election day because a lot of people in some of these states have not voted yet. i know we have huge early vote numbers but they're not concentrated on one or two states. they're spread out across the country. we'll have to see what that looks like. you know, leslie, when you hear the president talking about what he'll do in places where joe biden has tried to tap in if you will, like texas a, i mean, winning in texas would be like watching a unicorn ride the back of an invisible man, i suppose, it would be really rare. i'm wondering when you hear him say no oil, no god, no guns, he says they're going to win texas again. >> look, i'm a democrat and a lot of my democratic friends in california have guns so that's not true. no god is offensive. i believe in god. i'm a democrat. this idea that we're all non--- no gun owner of, no god believing, and then joe biden has talked about renewable
9:33 am
energy sources going forward for the future. and of course there are a lot of people that jumped on oh, he's going to take away oil tonight, tomorrow, you know, overnight and the jobs and of course if i were his opponent like donald trump is i would jump on that as well. harris, look, i'm not a betting person. i'm a pessimist. even though it's neck and neck, i'm going to be very surprised this election -- i would be very surprised this election cycle quite frankly if texas goes to joe biden. however, this morning, just for fun because i forgot to set my clock back, i was up an hour early. so after doing all my prep i said let's just for giggles look at a tracker and put it in different things and no joke, when i gave donald trump texas, florida, ohio, pennsylvania, and arizona, with joe biden having all the democratic known wins in his column, adding michigan and wisconsin, joe biden hit 270,
9:34 am
well before donald trump. so even without texas -- >> that's interesting. >> joe biden could still get to 270, easily, because it's not going to be about texas. it's going to be about pennsylvania. >> so i know how many times you and i just recently on your radio show have talked about how you don't buy into polling so i'll just let that sit right there. lisa boothe, we are so close now and the messaging as i said to kennedy previously is changing a little bit from both these candidates. it's becoming crisper. one of the things the president has needed to do is yo address coronavirus. how's he doing? >> i think he did a great job in the previous debate when he really made the case of, look, i was there early. i was there with the travel ban with china, i've been working with public/private partnerships to get therapeutics to the market and even the new york times has praised president trump on operation warp speed for the investment they've made,
9:35 am
that $11 billion investment they've made in the vaccine candidates, trying to get the vaccine through the trial phase and to market. even the new york times said that it's been working with remarkable efficiency. i think he's done a good job. also painting the fact that joe biden can't do this job. his own chief of staff said their response on h1n1 was essentially you a disaster and they got lucky. here's something that a lot of people aren't talking about, harris. even if you look at the facts, president trump has 31% of the black vote. i don't think he's going to get 31%. let's say he got half of that, let's say he got 11 or 12% with black voters that's basically game over for joe biden. you add onto the fact that he's doing better with hispanics this election cycle than he did in 2016. so i think that president trump's victory on tuesday could be fueled by minority voters which is entirely ironic considering the fact that the media and the left have worked overcharged to try to paint this
9:36 am
president as a racist as well as his supporters which i can tell you as someone who went to the redding rally in pennsylvania yesterday is absolutely not the case. i have never in my life seen that level of support for anyone, whether it be a political candidate or anyone or that many people in one event of all different walks of life and race as well. >> all right. kennedy, i promise to come to you first. we're going to talk pa, democrats, reportedly growing concern over joe biden's chances in pennsylvania as he mounts a campaign blitz in philadelphia today. the president is hammering him on fracking. stay with us.

harris: joe biden is holding two campaign events in
9:41 am
philadelphia today, they come amid reports that democrats are growing anxious over his standing in pennsylvania. president trump at one of his four rallies in the key swing state yesterday announced that he signed the memo to protect against a ban on fracking there. joe biden has said he would only ban new fracking on federal land. however, the president did not miss the chance to go after him on the issue. >> a vote for biden and harris is a vote to ban fracking, ban mining and completely destroy pennsylvania. a vote for me is a vote to remain energy -- we're energy independent now, think of that, energy independent. our economy is now growing at the fastest rate ever recorded, 33.1%. harris: meanwhile, the biden campaign is insisting the race is a lot closer than its positive poll numbers over the last few months would suggest and in fact a new abc washington post poll out last night shows
9:42 am
the former vice president leading in pennsylvania, 51-44, down from 54-45 so it is tightening, the lead in the same poll last month. pennsylvania's democratic lieutenant governor admitting to the post the president has a very strong sturdy base here and what he's doing is juicing turnout in those small counties. leslie, i come to you. how much of a problem is this for joe biden, that the people in the streets as lawrence has been talking about, that ground game, is so fierce in pa? >> look, he's not in his basement because the basement is not in die philadelphia. lawrence, love you, but you're wrong on that. democrats are right to be concerned not just because of what happened with polling in 2016, but as i said before the break i believe it's going to come down to the state of pennsylvania. you mentioned washington post,
9:43 am
biden up 7%. right now, the votership that's coming out from democrats, the number is lower than the expectation. but we do have a couple of things. one thing that could hurt joe biden is if the rural areas have a surge in voting in these next few days. that will definitely benefit the president. but one thing that may not benefit the president, if we see -- which we've seen historically in urban areas in the state of pennsylvania, also in the state of florida, african-americans tend to not vote early and tend to come out, majority in these areas, to vote on election day. so this weekend, tuesday could definitely make pennsylvania a stronger possibility for either candidate. >> one word, it can sound like 10 words if you're joe biden and it's fracking. here's senator graham. >> fracing is a big issue in pennsylvania, it's a big issue in texas, in ohio. i think it's the biggest mistake
9:44 am
biden's made. most people want to be energy independent, not depend on the mideast. harris: kennedy, is this going to hurt joe biden as much as the president says it is? >> yes, in those rural areas that we have been talking about and the president has been holding strategic rallies in order to really energize those voters who are going to decide to head to the polls in person on tuesday. what you also have is a shrinking majority of suburban women who have overwhelmingly in the double digits been going for joe biden. that lead has been cut in half. the president's negativity, that deficit the president has cut in half just in the last couple of weeks. you also have the riots. we saw in philadelphia. so between the riots and the optics and the personal safety and the job security of fracking, an entire industry, the threat of that being eliminated, those two things could work at a very critical
9:45 am
time in the president's favor. real clear politics had biden up by 4 in pennsylvania, not the 7% that the abc poll we just showed has him. harris: what you're talking about is closer to the margin of error too, which on any given day that 4% can feel like a tie. you know, lawrence, when you talk about a man who came from scranton and he says it as often as he does, my goodness, how do you not do better overall in pennsylvania? >> well, do well and actually know what your energy policy is going to be. and just to thread that needle, it's about how the energy policy will affect the jobs in pennsylvania. you know, that poll cites some stuff. you've got the overall poll. when you look at the president's approval when it comes to the economy, it's at 54%. where the president starts to get into some gray area is the disapproval when it comes to covid-19 and how that affects those voters there.
9:46 am
but again, as i said, in pennsylvania there are a lot of moderate democrats that are on the ground there that are showing up to those rallies, not because they just love the president but it's because of their pocketbooks and this election especially when it comes to pennsylvania is going to come down to this. are people going to choose their pocketbooks over the rhetoric of the president and the tone they may not like or will they say that the president's response to covid-19 wasn't the best and they'll vote for joe biden based on that. again, i would caution people to really look at the polling when it comes to the economy aspect of pennsylvania because they care about their jobs. another thing which you've seen with the black community and a lot of minority communities, people are trying to get people to go out to vote today. it is the to the polls. a lot of democrat officials are trying to get them to the polls. that means they're worried right now. >> harris? harris: yes. >> harris, can i just -- one, i think the polling is ultimately
9:47 am
going to be garbage this election cycle. i wouldn't put so much weight into it. i think that's the right place to focus. ultimately, working class voters defected from the democrat party because they based eight years of a war on coal and a war on working class voters. joe biden has chosen to double down on that war by repeatedly being on the record saying he's going to ban fossil fuels, going to ban fracking, going to transition away from the oil industry. this issue alone if joe biden loses pennsylvania, this is the reason why. so why would you take a failed policy that led to working class voters defecting and double down on it? harris: it's interesting. because energy is also big in texas and some other states, ohio, oklahoma. if what you're saying is you true, we'll watch the forecast and see what happens but if what you're saying is you true, that could be difficult for joe biden. all right. we'll move to this. with early voting on pace to set records across america, a federal judge is ordering the

harris: more than 91 million americans have already voted in the 2020 election, that's about 65% of all votes cast in 2016. many of those votes, use know, were cast by mail. and on friday a federal judge ordered the u.s. postal service to take, quote, extraordinary measures to deliver mail-in ballots on time in most of wisconsin and around detroit, michigan. courts in those states have ruled that ballots delivered after november 3rd will not count. meanwhile, federal authorities are looking into a pileup of mail at a miami post office. postal investigators found six completed ballots and 42 blank ones inside those stacks. we bring it out to our co-hosts today. kennedy, i come to you. we are down to the stretch here, 91 million votes, a lot of people knew what they wanted. i wonder how many undecides and how many people still are yet to vote. we won't know until tuesday. 91 is a huge number. million. >> yes, and some of the states
9:53 am
you just listed you can go and change your vote. sometimes you have to talk to your county clerk and make your case, but for many people who have voted, the post office is doing whatever they can to follow those federal orders from a couple of different judges to make sure, they're now using priority express mail. if you go to the post office, it's about 26 bucks in order to send just one piece of mail and they may have to do that because in places like michigan, they're only at 74% capacity, having delivered those ballots. they should be well into the 90s. and they're not there yet. so they're having a hard time in michigan getting enough postal employees to work. so that's part of the issue. harris: leslie, do you know what's going on in michigan? i know you do a podcast, a radio show, you talk to a whole lot of folks, michigan on your list. what's happening? >> michigan seems to be going
9:54 am
very well for biden, the problem is the state, not just michigan, but more sew a state like wisconsin, there is confusion among the voters and the confusion comes down to people do their taxes, they get it postmarked by april 15th. some people feel that as long as they get their ballot postmarked by election day, they're okay. but in some states, like wisconsin, like i mentioned, they can't have it postmarked. it has to be delivered by that date. there is some confusion, one. there are those if you go back to miami-dade, where 42 ballots were found and they did get those delivered, but that -- would they have been delivered if it hadn't been discovered and last week with regard to that, it's very unsettling there, will the mail be able to be delivered and sorted and delivered in time on tuesday by election day in some of these states. that's concerning. >> that's what kennedy was alluding to, they're having a hard time getting people to work for various reasons, i would
9:55 am
imagine. lawrence jones, i'm wondering as we go into tuesday, what you're watching for. >> we're going to be watching for those mail-in ballots. i think that's going to affect the election and there's statements saying that staffing issues and increased package volumes was the cause of this, i find to be very ridiculous. first of all, this is holiday season. second of all, we're in the middle of a pandemic. more people are shopping online. they should have been prepared for this. i don't understand how anyone can trust government agencies when they can't even deliver mail we literally have just a few seconds, lisa. i want to hear the sound of your voice to close us out. >> i'm less concerned about the post office and more concerned about election officials and these states not being set up for the volume and the increase of mail-in ballots that they're going to see. the secretary of state in washington state said it took five years to transition into mail-in voting so these states just aren't set up, even just
