5:01 pm
from their perspective, perspective of those who run the democratic party, the nominee could have been anyone. as long as it was not an economic populous like bernie sanders who would scare their donors, joe biden was fine, whatever. orange man, bad, vote, that has been the campaign. for months that strategy seemed to be working, but not forever, there are signs that voters may be starting to wonder what they would get if they remove the president from office, will things calm down and return to normal if we elect joe biden that this is hope. but would joe biden be president, and how much of his term would he serve, let's get real about it if he did step aside, what then? >> who is this kamala harris? or is it kamala harris. harris cannot seem to decide how to pr pronounces her own name, e

know she is radical, her views are far out of step with the mainstream, it measurable, look at polls, compare them to what she says she believes she is unpopular among those who know her best. she dropped out of democratic primaries before christmas because her own voter done like her -- didn't like her. do we want someone like that, like kamala or kamala harris running this country? judging by last minute movement in polls, there has been quite a bit, a lot of people are wondering that. president trump has been down in the polls for month, he will before be reelected, they have told us that again and again, tonight it looks possible they could be wrong again, if e enthusiasm is any measure, donald trump has a real shot, massive impromptu parades of

significant movement since labor day. and biden gained some ground among seniors and military family, relative to hillary clinton from 4 years ago, but at same time president trump gained significant ground among latino voters in particular southeast fltflorida. that is a bit of a wash all together, there are other factors that i say work slightly to advantage of president trump, among other things democrats not seeing competitive and local races across much of the state of florida, rural areas, the pan handle, with that local races can drive turn out at top of the ticket as well. also, voting history in florida, clearly favors republicans. they have dominated most -- not all but most of the statewide races in the state back to jeb
5:05 pm
in 1998, president trump republicans have made strides in voter reg steak, democrats still out number republicans but republicans have closed that gap for voter re registration, they will tell you they are holding stronger hand, at-this-point a slight advantage for president trump, the number to watch is 94 thousand, 11:00 this morning 94 thousand more democrats than republicans have voted in this state, let's see what is is tomorrow morning. the momentum and the fundamentals may shift at-this-point. looking at turn on the models, republicans slowly day-by-day, chipping away at democratic margins i think that president trump has a lot to be hopeful about. tucker: what is interesting, the outset, we look for a snap shot of coalition change, you said
5:06 pm
that president trump is down some among military families compared to 4 years ago but up some among hispanic voters. not really what anyone would have expected. >> significantly among hispanic voters, one season is get out the vote, in miami-dade county. republicans have been more aggressive, going door-to-door, making contact to land votes, and another part is cuban-americans, who tend to vote republican. but overwhelmingly so, in favor of president trump this year. there are a couple of reasons for, that one, very aggressive advertising, from the trump campaign, and also, keep in mine it was obama and biden that -- relations with cuba, many cuban-americans in florida reviled a cas castro regime.

tucker: i think you are right thank you. >> thank you. tucker: it will be interesting to tackle the numbers, but it will clean that democratic party unapologetic embrace of burglark lives matter it consequences. next tonight to host of show in philadelphia, with update on the state of the race in critical, commonwealth of pennsylvania, don good to see you, how is it looking. >> thank you, tucker, very close, tucker, a few things that happened here, word i would use not just unfuse-- enthusiasm but pure unadulterated joy, volunteers that are willing to work in wee small hours of montgomery county to check on voting and make sure that everything is up and up, republican registrations are up

tremendously across the state. and we have the pittsburgh post gazette endorsing president trump today, democrat paper. first time since 1972. in 1972 they endorsed nixon over mcgovern. i think fracking thing that biden did. he equals mcgovern in minds of this very democrat paper in pittsburgh, i'm told in certain parts of the state that bled red last time, they are squeezing the votes out, i would say? pennsylvania, it is the enthusiasm for trump the charisma. all those the phenomenon it is now buttoned up with an unbelievable ground game, i know our listeners at talk radio 1210 are pent-up to vote oh election day, this is not a early vote

state. tucker: 4 years ago, democrat speaker, in trouble in pennsylvania is there a sense they are concerned about the state? >> yes, "washington posted" a lieutenant governor, others smarter people, actually said that tucker, extends -- ebbs extensive article you have a sense they are worried about african-american voter particularly wonder not just showing up but, showing up for trump. it appears to be beyond precaution. tucker: that is interesting thank you, don. >> thank you, tucker. tucker: critical state of ohio kevin cork is there in state capital of columbus. reporter: good evening biden campaign is actually coming back to the buckeye state tomorrow, at a time when their candidate is in a tie with president
5:10 pm
according to latest realpolitiks roll average of polls, take you inside of numbers. they statistical dead heat, this date has been really the bellwether with presidential politicians and positions, they picked the winner in every electstion for last 50 years to 1964, both camps have crisscrossed that state for some time. tomorrow's event is a big one for biden folks, you could say a political misdirection play or you might think they really think this state is in play. the president won hereby 8 points in 2016, we have driven all over this state. the number trump yard signs and flags, has been unlike anything
5:11 pm
i have seen. given the massive crowds we've seen for the president at events lately, there appears to be some building momentum for him here. that is on top of antifracking and antifossil fuel positions by biden and kamala harris in the past, early voting in the state is popular, unlike other states where democrats have a massive lead in early voting here g.o.p. are holding their own, if they turn out in big numbers oh elecn day it will be difficult for biden folks to flip from red to blue. tucker: interesting, thank you, kevin. >> ohio, pennsylvania, florida, 3 states we're watching tuesday, we go to brett baier who is our chief political anchor here at fox, in the seat on election night.
5:12 pm
thank you for coming on. two weeks ago -- i was told, by people who are following, there could be a blowout for joe biden on election night, i am not hearing people predicting that right now. >> it has changed. the picture has changed, president trump supporters said they knew this, they say it will be a blowout the other way, i don't see that either, i see a national race that may have you know some separation, if you look at the corners of the nation, but in the battle ground states it is narrowing, and narrowing fast, if you look at 2016 as a template. if you are within margin of error, donald trump has outperformed that in the past, there is some indication that it is not going to be different. they are seeing movement in florida, if he holds florida, georgia, north carolina and arizona that comes down to pennsylvania. tucker: it does.
5:13 pm
the numbers out of arizona were striking. there seems to be movement in final days, whoevers how much. but what -- where is that coming from? his barnstorming and whipping up the vote, this is not just we hate donald trump, this -- you go in and you make a choice. either you choose the trump administration or biden and harris, or trump and pence, when you get to that choice, no longer just a re referendum on e guy that half country does not like. i think donald trump has done an interesting job focusing on the economy. and you look at joe biden, trying to shore up some of the that vote, they had an amazing turn out in early vote and mail in vote, but question can donald trump on election day meet the numbers to overcome the biden early advantage, some of those
5:14 pm
early advantage states did not turn out as big as democrats hoped. tucker: really quicklying , i sa snap shot of polls who voted early versus who is voting tuesday, seems to be a huge divide, do you have some sense of that? yeah about 80 plus percent trump voters oh, lurktioelection day, and 65ish r absentee, they are deep democratic roots they have vot voted. that is why you see concern about voter is u sep vote i -- 5 million people who have voted, that is astonishing. we'll see right away how that vote turns out on election night. >> amazing brett baier thank

5:20 pm
tucker: well democratic voters have been energized this season, they have not hidden it, they spent last 6 months setting fire too things, fast-food franchises, courthouses, stores, tertizing people in their -- terrorizing people in their homes, why? they are mad they are not in charge. it is obvious, you are supposed to pretend with michelle obama
5:21 pm
it is donald trump's fault and hidden trump supremacist. led by the russians. of course,. in places like l.a., and portland and seattle, business owners know what is going on. they know what joe biden's voters will do if their candidate loses, they spent the weekend getting ready for the violence of the democratic left, as if they are preparing for a category 5 hurricane. >> ahead of election day, businesses in downtown los angeles, are boarding up as a precaution. some downtown stores have been boarded for weeks. >> university office of student's right and responsibilities releasing this campus advisory t to to student, don't allow strangers in buildings, take shelter, as you because of possible unrest. reporter: many businesses prepare for what we saw in 2016.
5:22 pm
earlier this summer. in their preparation, more businesses are hiring security. like other nearby businesses zach has boarded up windows ahead of elect shin day, his store has been looting 4 times in last 5 months. he estimates thieves made up with $140,000 worst of merchandise -- worth of merchandise. tucker: unrest who that is causing this? a mystery. look at places it happening in portland, washington d.c. seattle, look at places it is not happening, let's see waco, texas, west coast of florida, redding, california. notice a theme? the places where there are no conservatives at all. that are bracing for unrest. because it is not conservatives who are doing this no, not white supremacists, not the russians,
5:23 pm
it is joe biden voters who are in effect threatening to burn it down if they don't get what they want, the same people who tell you that. there you will never accept the outcome of the election imply they will not accept the outcome of the election if it does not go their way. everyone knows this. everyone accepts this. >> only good cob i koch is -- cd cop. [bleep] i hope all your children -- [bleep] tucker: yeah. just well balanced, eemotionally healthy people, we're not going to repeat it, it is ugly, you are not seeing it on other channels they don't want you to see that. jude hernandez does not care
5:24 pm
what they want, he waded into the crowd and shot that video, he is an investigative reporter drew thank you. tell us what you saw. >> today, tucker, thank you, today black lives matter, trying to counter protest, the president trump caravan, that was actually supposed to be at the park with madison square park, but they went to the cuomo bridge, it seems that trump supporters finessed antifa and black lives matter today, when in a found it out, black lives matter and antifa began to mobilize through chelsea and and an overpass, when they got to the overpass there was a lot of infighting, some more radical leftists and antifa and blm, could not decide when way the revolution would go, some noticed a police presence, and
5:25 pm
they said maybe we should go away but some wanted to stand their ground, because they are fighting against scary fascist nazis, as they began to march again, they were marching down the street, some of them actually were getting really violent. police, nypd gave multiple warnings to disperse peacefully, they did not listen they stood their ground, a big brawl broke out. and there were multiple arrests, then you see there in the footage, it is ridiculous. tucker: it is ridiculous. only because if you and people like you do we know who these people really are? not unrest, it is individuals with a specific agenda terrorizing the rest of the country thank you again drew hernandez for recording if. >> thank you, let the world know, antifa is on record with video evidence, calling for
5:26 pm
murder and rape of children. thank you and let that be known, this is what we're voting against. tucker: that is what they are, this is not a third world country, we need to take it back from these animals, that is what they are. >> absolutely. >> beneath the noise and screaming there is an actual political realig realignment. in the country, they tell you it is a race war it not, it is about economics and class. it is an amazing story, we'll tell it to you after the break.
5:31 pm
5:32 pm
>> "it's complicated." tucker, i will take a tour. 4 different states, 4 different laws, tuesday night. now in florida, they have close to 9 million votes that have been cast early. they are doing there based on state law, they are processing the votes, not for trump or biden, but to make sure they are legit and count, this is they will release tuesday night. polls close 7:00 in florida, 8:00 in panhandle, most of those votes more than likelihood be for joe biden, republicans like to vote in person. north carolina, 4.5 million votes to tally up with polls close, and that process started over 5 weeks ago, 7:30, you get a good dump of data in north carolina an early indication to the race.
5:33 pm
however, again we caution, they could skew democratically, ohio didoes not start processing ther 2.4 million until election day, they will release those starting 7:30 in evening in ohio. pennsylvania a different wicket. similar to ohio, start on election morning. here is what you should think about here, pennsylvania, north carolina, ohio, iowa, nevada, look at current state law. on calendar. pennsylvania will take your absentee ballot if it arrives tuesday night 8:00. it will count friday if received. and iowa, minnesota, nevada, north carolina, ohio with similar laws if close, the -- it smells like florida from 20 years ago. we shall see. tucker: i am glad you are good at math.
5:34 pm
>> thank you. tucker: so some smoke clears, we'll see two different parties, republican, long have known is party of rich people, oh, but not any more. among zip codes with median household income of at least 100 granted, joe biden out raised donald trump by 300 million so far. what? >> parties have inverted. no one is mentioning it, one who is, from the hill, great to see you. >> thank you. tucker: what -- the parties are not the parties we imagined they were 10 years ago. >> joe joe biden likes to pretend he cranston versus park avenue, he is the person that park avenue wants to become president of the united states, richest people in america, not just in new york city, which donated more money to joe biden than any other state but for california. every -- almost every zip code
5:35 pm
with median household over 100 thousand, gave to joe biden. 3/4 are donald trump's money, comes from zip codes with less than a median household of 100 thousand. donald trump is transformed the republican party to party of the works class, nobody in media wants to tell you this one of the least racialize the elections. that we'll have, this is a great thing, this is a class election. tucker: it is just the most interesting thing i have seen so long, you are one of very few who noted it. thank you saggar . >> thank you. tucker: kirstie alley is under attack by cable news network. we'lwe'll. >> and mark steyn, here to
5:41 pm
tucker: other news channels wiped their normal coverage in favor of fear, spreading fear, amplifying fear, making you terrified, friday actress kirstie alley noticed, that she wrote to cnn on twitter, she wrote: >> she added this: >> finally someone said it. that all true by the way, because it is true, cnn lost control. prdepartment at news network wrote this back:
5:42 pm
tucker: all pretty amusing, when it they get s so lecturey? >> why so touchy? kirstie alley is joining us, what is this about? cnn attacking you? >> i don't know. you know. they got that wrong. when they attacked veronica's closet, it was in the top 10, they just had to google that. i am like the poster girl for covid correctness, i wear a mask. tucker: covid correctness. >> i do social distance, i wash my hands until they are raw, almost been secluded for 8 months, not like i'm the girl who is out there saying, don't do this. but i don't know, i guess i thought it was clever,s thing
5:43 pm
that made me mad, and makes me mad with them, they are terrifying people 24/7, but they deadon't have any additional preventives. they say, the same thing, we heard it. 3 same things we heard for 8 months, many people do that, they still get it i don't know what mystery is. but, if they were coming up with new preventives, i would be happy to listen or god forbid we come up with any new what are they called therapeutics. shoot them all down. tucker: you make such a rational point. here you doing what you asked, you are not coughing on anyone. >> and i until never say don't wear a mask. tucker: right. why are they doing these things?
5:44 pm
>> why? about me? or broadcasting terror. tucker: nicely put, why are they broadcasting terror. >> it is a de"political-- defleh and biden. is he in cahoots with the ukraine? people say instead, a couple of friends of mine said you should watch cnn instead of fox, i said okay, i would are horrified to walk out of the house, did now nobody any good. we all know, we're not deaf, we can hear and we can see, just because we vote republicans does not mean that we can't hear or see. we know there is this death challenge, but they want to stand there and try to you know town square, and bring out the dead, bridge out the dead. -- bring out the dead, they
5:45 pm
alike only people who get this disease are democrats. and i don't know, has been taken a poll of that? seems insane. but all these polls are insane, why not i say, take a poll about that. tucker: it is a health crisis, not a political matter, but it has been politicized from the beginning. they don't want to talk about -- >> they don't want to talk about what meeting big news -- might be big news, i have two friends who almost died, i'm not downplaying it, i'm just saying what good is it if you provoke terror, in it makes people g commit suicide or not go to the doctor if they have cancer god forbid or pneumonia, they won't show up at the hospital. because they are afraid of

liberal bias in all 10 or 9 out of te -- 10 search results we sw more liberal bias in google content going to conservatives than to liberals. liberals. that is what censorship and propaganda and manipulation looks like in 2020, they use their monopolies, granted to them by congress, to determine what information you can use to cast your vote. doj, a antitrust lawsuit against google. will that have a positive affect for public, senator josh hawley has followed this more closely than almost anyone, he is joining us with an update, senator thank you. >> do you. we're getting closer to some kind of a regulatory or

legislative answer to this crisis. >> yes, i don't so tucker, the antitrust suit that trump justice department filed is a big deal, that concerns me most about a biden victory, they will either shut that antitrust probe all the way down or make it toothless they have spent enormous amount of the money for joe biden, they contributed millions of millions to biden/harris, that is not for nothing, that is my biggest fear they will shut down the antitrust investigation, and congress has to do something, tucker. they have to get off its back side, and that includes republican,. and we have to pass legislation that will stop google from abusing its monopoly in this way. tucker: i don't think i read a single news story about the
5:58 pm
extent to which big tech is supporting joe biden, why do you think that is. >> a well the because they control the information. -- a lot is because they control the information, you have perfect sensors in big tech. they control the news we read. you know like the robber "barron's" from a century ago, they kill the story. if they don't like it. one reason that reporters are not saying much about tech investing in joe biden, they know they will get punished biotech, all more reason for congress to take action, attack this monopoly, break it up, take away the special immunity they get from government. tucker: if teddy roosevelt did not break up the trust, people would have lost faith in capitalism, we would have gone socialist years ago, i think we face that now.
5:59 pm
>> that is right. that analogy is right. roosevelt understood you have to confront the trust it is about democracy, it is either the people, every day normal americans they run the country or corporation and monopolies, that is our choice today is big tech going to run the country or voters of america, big tech has been brazen about this, they want to buy presidency, control the news, control what we say, and run this country. we cannot let them. tucker: that is right, democracy is keeps thins from exploding if we short circuit it we flirt with revolution, senator hawley i appreciate you coming on. >> thank you. tucker: tomorrow is election eve, monday before national election. we've been talking about for over a year, a lot is at take stake. we hear that every 4 years this year it is real, we will explain
