6:03 pm
in fact in 47 years, in public office, joe biden did not accomplish much. he was more of a follower, and doing bidding of those around him in 7 in 70s, and 80s and 90, and carried water fore i segregationists, that including carrying water for byrd. and he did not kids to go to school that were racial jungles in 90s joe referred to inner industry youth at breadt predatn the streets. and several months ago he berated an african-american radio host screaming, you ain't black unless you vote for him, sorry joe, but you don't own anyone's vote, today joe is surrounded by radical socialists, make no mistake if elected ejoe and his socialist

you have two minutes to go in the game, no time outs, on your own 20. you have a march down the field, 80 yards across th the plain sce touchdown kick that extra point if you top win, if you have that mentality, especially those states, ensure that donald trump will get a 6 term second term, , declining and i would add power grabbing joe biden and radical socialists do what they say they are. no matter how hard we try to stop it. it will be very hard to do. so get to the polls, you will decide. i have one vote in new york it is not worth much. vote for law and order, safety, security, capita capitalism iss, freedom, and way of life your way of life depends on what

happens. here with more, matt, trafalgar group, they are two pollster that accurately predicted 2016, they have it close, literall let me start wia general broad question, must-win states, matt -- >> florida, georgia, north carolina, ohio, arizona, iowa. where do you see president there? >> well i see president up in florida, up in georgia. up in iowa in our poll, up in pennsylvania, so does robert that is most critical state of all. and i will either go with my number or roberts momentum is moving there in direction, i think arizona, it is critical, i have not polled arizona. we needs too poll arizona, if he
6:10 pm
does that and texas ends up in trump column, i see donald trump reelected. i am amazed at watching poll from network and news organization that have president down 10, down 7. 8, 9, and various states, that is sheer folly, we have close races but momentum has shifted in is obvious to anyone in the battle ground states, that is phenomenal with the rallies. tucker: roberts, go to basics, president has to win florida, diswrogeorgia, north carolina, , iowa, arizona. do you have him winning all of those as of now? >> absolutely. unquestiounquestionabley. sean: okay assuming that is the case. , now president needs either michigan, or pennsylvania.
6:11 pm
or a combination of wisconsin, and nevada or nebraska to maine. tell us -- look at robert with you, pennsylvania, you have president up by 2. let's look at michigan, wisconsin. and those and maybe minnesota? >> well, we -- i loo look at pennsylvania, i hung h i think a win by 4 or 5. that is the margin he needs in pennsylvania to survive. sean: you are saying that he will win, but they will steal it? >> i am saying he better win by 4 or 5% to make sure he gets victory there. that is the margin he needs to avoid what they will systematically do.
6:12 pm
sean: i have been told, poll watchers and lawyers on ground, both sides. of those pennsylvania, wisconsin, michigan, minnesota, what states do you have him up in? >> we have him up in michigan, down a little bit in wisconsin, but we will put out another wisconsin poll tomorrow or first thing tuesday morning. -- minnesota we have him a little bit down, but kanye with 3.3% of the vote, without kanye he is winning minnesota, but with kanye it is different, i think when can questio kanye ped up with president, we showed him two down in nevada but it is moving right way in nevada with trump. and with all that. this, people who work in the
6:13 pm
service industry are having second thoughts. sean: matt, pennsylvania, wisconsin, michigan, minnesota. what do you see? >> well, i agree with robert, we have to worry about the sort of playing with the ballots and the like in pennsylvania. i think president's momentum could get him to the 4%, 3%, i think that level, it does not matter what they do, he will carry the state. if he can get there. i like wisconsin. republicans have been outpacing democrats, in the state, and in voting early, there is a good chance there, nevada is possible. it is been late to come to the table, but i agree with robert about unions there but members of unions are not excited about what they see without jobs, and i think that minnesota could be upset special, in polling that i have not polled minnesota but i think that minnesota state has a big independent streak, we could see this again. i am optimistic about where

president is if you are to his side of aisle, but on biden side, i would be nervous, i see african-american vote continue to grow for trump, younger voters moves to president, something no one expected, particularly with youngest voters whoure so th -- who are t about risk of another coffee covcovidlockdown. >> if it defies logic considering polling companies, got it so wrong in 2016. i would have thought they would make some adjustments, their desire would to be say, i got it right. am i wrong? are they made no adjustment to polls models they are using? do they use the same played methods they used in 2016? , robert? >> they say they made adjustments, but, if they really have made an adjustment, first they would not be denying that
6:15 pm
existing hidden or shy voters, why did they get it wrong in florida in 2018, the next time we had a voter vote. you can say what you', they had a little test on this, a dress rehearsal they failed. sean: matt. >> well, difficulty is this, they have to use cell phone data for long surveys, many of them last betwee -- 20 or 30 minutesu can can't do that with a normal cell phone recipient, they will not answer it they go to massive panels people who agree to take a cell phone interview, they get their data they don't know, that they are hyper political people they lean left, they are more democrat, that is why you have problem regardless of what other changes they made in the systems. sean: even those you are right in 2016, i'm saying, assume that robert and matt are wrong.
6:16 pm
assume that the guys that were all wrong in 2016 are right this year, you better get out and vote, assume that you your vote will matter, get out and vote with urgency to go with that, that is meant not as -- not meant as i support other pollsters by the way. i am hoping you are right, fascinating information thank you, both. sean: even though election is tuesday days, over 90 million americans have already voted. breaking early vote records in pretty much state after state for condition -- context. and joining us now, with more analysis, former rnc chair. reince priebus, you are a good numbers guy, you look at all date av early states and voting
6:17 pm
trends that we've seen, what are you learning and where do you think that race is today? >> sean, thank you. well, just for everyone, kind of start with the basics, 3 buckets that votes go into. absentee ballot mail, early vote and election day voting, these 3 buckets combined is what we're talking about. for this we're talk about two buckets, i think that trump campaign, rnc they have donees everything they need to do to put campaign in place so elect you shoulelection day operationn it for them, i think they will. an example, in wisconsin today, were probably -- there is a little bit of guesswork, but date isa sophisticated, we might be 100,000 votes down with 1.5
6:18 pm
million people voting with maybe 1.3 million people voting on election day. the republican tend to way over perform on election day, making up 100 thousand votes, 1.8 million more votes to go. that is not something that the republicans should be afraid of, they look really good for president trump in wisconsin. take arizona, 80% of people. >> arizona vote before election day, 4 days ago of course trump campaign was down about 150 thousands votes. two days later down 100, today they are down by less than 30,000 votes in arizona. granted most will vote before elect you shoulelection day, bu% of 2.4 million, and rural arizona coming out to vote, president trump is in great
6:19 pm
shape in arizona. the state that i think is closest of all states looking at early vote and and election dayh carolina, this is surprisingly close, of day trump campaign closes that early vote gap, and so, the trump campaign has at least 300 thousands votes to the good. on election day in north carolina, democrat don't have -- sean: can i interpret this? in every state that matter here, can i interpret this as, day of voting for republicans, is critical. is that a fair statement? >> 100%. it is a fair statement. it is a fair statement, that the other fair statement that the trump campaign is put this race in play so that if oh election y the people who support president come out and vote, he will win
6:20 pm
all of those critical base states he needs to win. then he needs to get one of those other states that you. talking about, in midwest, wisconsin, michigan, pennsylvania maybe a combination of a minnesota, and i think that they are looking very good, maybe part is that we live through 2016. we know that we don't have to rely on the polls, but, i am feeling very optimistic. sean: i think that pennsylvania, for the president is the tipping point state. do you agree? >> certainly. sean: the president wins all states we talked about then pennsylvania or michigan he wins, if he wins wisconsin he has to win pick up at least two more i think two more electoral votes. >> if the president wins all those other states, to be in play with rest of the states, he
6:21 pm
will win, we can't have a hiccup in those states, you. but craze thing about pennsylvania, the democrats voting in droves early vote, 90% of republicans in pennsylvania, 90%, are going to vote on election day, the wild thing no one talking about pennsylvania, about 20% of democracy that requested a mail in ballot they did not turn them in, they will have to spoil their ballot, oh, election day if they think they will show up at poll to vote. they have added this extra stuff on their side of aisle that will be a wild situation. and who knows how that will play out. but i think that if -- lawyers will be needed in pennsylvania, democrat will go to court, and petition the court to extend the date by which post mark can be on the ballot, and try to you know like they do with the times of polls places, they will toodo same thing in thow all other sts
