mobilize, joe biden not so much. most of these folks are not going out to vote for biden, they are going to vote against donald trump. todd: the last-minute campaigning we saw yesterday make any difference? >> i think it could. you have people like john legend and lady gaga appealing to african-americans and use, two areas where joe biden trumps the president with voters. i think it could. pennsylvania, it is not a dead heat. latest polls, when you have the various agencies in pennsylvania and on a national level looking at pennsylvania, 7% difference, the difference speaking of differences from 2016 is the pollsters definitely messed up and they know where they messed up and understand the trump support and they reconfigured that to account for that in polling so i don't think we will see what we saw in 2016. my prediction would be it will be opposite, it will be slim for biden.

african-americans who are tired of the democratic party. i wrote in my book last year taken for granted, african american men feel taken for granted by the democratic party and it became so republicans didn't even make a real effort for the black vote and democrats believed it was in their column. now we have individuals in the black community sounding the alarm. if you listen to a post on my instagram just yesterday they talked about the detrimental effect of joe biden's policies have a better mental effective kamala harris policies as a prosecutor. these issues are real, they have impacted the community in a way that people know and this is where education comes to play and i am for once in my life going to vote for republican candidate for president because i think it will make a serious difference in my community.

i will start with you. i'm curious about that because we know there are a lot of silent trump supporters out there. do you think they are going to come out in bulk enough to give him this win this time around? >> not at all. donald trump won by the narrowest margin in 2016, 71,000 votes, that's not going to happen again. if he hasn't expanded his base, there are people who are embarrassed to say they are voting for donald trump but not enough. jillian: how do you know he hasn't expanded his base? >> from all polling we have seen from everything we've seen across the board donald trump has alienated black and brown voters. you can get occasionally different people in those communities to support him but whether you look at polling, his policies have not been better for all america. coronavirus has infected 8000 people, 230,000 deaths.

the economy is worse than it was during the great depression. america is not great again. voters will hold donald trump accountable today. shannon: i assume you will disagree with what was said, we had giano caldwell talk about how a lot of the black community is for donald trump, he has rallies, there are a lot of people who have enthusiasm for the president. what is your take? >> i couldn't disagree more. polling in general like any other industry needs to evolve and if they don't evolve like any other industry they get replaced or go extinct. my feeling is after this election a lot will be going extinct. one of the only pollsters in the last election that had a right was travel guard, their methodology, they understand how

to find the shy trump voter. a lot of people are nervous about showing support for the president, they feel they are going to lose their job, their friends, their family and this is going to be the story of this election. the shy voter is a significant piece to the trump victory and to your other guest's other point, donald trump has expanded his base, surging in the black and hispanic community. everyone who voted for him in 2016 will be voting for him in 2020. anecdotally i can tell you i know hillary clinton voters that will be voting for trump come today. i think there's a significant move with the shy voters at the base. jillian: there are shy voters for both sides but i rest my case there. we have 30 seconds, your must win states for each? >> the blue wall for joe biden,
