operation in history of voter operations. the possibility of reaching 200,000 voters, 20 million voter contracts today. it is all for the president but i am a little biased. donald trump spending his final campaign hours, his final rally of the campaign season in michigan holding two rallies in a final push to win the battleground state. let's look at numbers with regard to michigan, close to 3 million early votes in michigan. let's look at 2016, donald trump barely eking out a victory in michigan. conservative pollsters say the president has an uphill battle in michigan. what are you in the campaign seeing in michigan, so many resources in the closing hours of this campaign? >> one thing we see across the battleground states is close the

gap in voter registration, 176,000, over 176,000 compared with 46,000 in 2016. there is early voting but republicans have been turning out in early voting too, no longer democrats only who enjoy early voting, everyone is doing it, we are seeing enthusiasm for the president, we see numbers at the rallies and on stage and how many rallies he is doing. is showing the american people not only does he not give up on americans but he's in the game until the very last moment the polls are open. is asking for the vote, he's energetic, enthusiastic, his plans of worked for four years and they will work for four more years. we are seeing enthusiasm and a response to the president's message and that could mean a win for us tonight. >> the president ending his campaign rallies leading up to election day in grand rapids, michigan where he did in 2016. thank you for joining us.

you are focusing on luzern county, pennsylvania. a lot of people focused on erie county, pennsylvania, 20 electoral votes up for grabs. >> in pennsylvania we are starting with donald trump's core base of support, white, non-college-educated working-class voters in luzern county, emblematic of that, accounting for half of donald trump's winning vote margin in 2016. it is core to that, we are following them closely and also following voters age 45 and up so seeing if there's any weakness in the polls, donald trump is able to maintain strength in that group and places like luzern county i think he will carry the state and i think he will carry the state. jillian: let's go to florida where 29 electoral votes are up for grabs. what are you watching in florida? >> all eyes are on florida for

good reason. it is a wonderful illustration of the dichotomy of lopsided support the trump exhibited in rural counties in america as well as the lopsided support clinton received in those urban spaces like miami and the same is playing out with joe biden. we are looking for the same extremely lopsided support, 80% support trump, big turnout in rural counties, they are turning out large, that bodes well for the president, also looking at latino support that all the president has to do is maintain proportional support he had in 2016 to carry the state. i think he does. >> let's go to ohio, 18 up for grabs in the farm belt. one of the big questions is will farmers come out for donald trump the way they supported in the last four years. >> absolutely, some people say the farming community has been stubbornly supportive of the president because they have been hurt by the trade policies but

they've had remarkably high support for the president in the past 4 years and we are looking for the farming communities to turn out. if they turn out that bodes well for the president, this is the third state that does go to donald trump. >> you don't say that for michigan where ten electoral votes are up for grabs. why do you say michigan does. ? >> michigan is such a complex date. one of the so-called blue wall states the crumbling 2016, michigan is going to go biden. what we are looking for here is proportion of the black vote and if blacks turnout in greater proportion than they did in 2016 that will lean towards biden. we are also looking at the exit polls to see if we will see a softening of support among white voters and that dual combination happens, makes it a difficult race for donald trump to win and in my opinion ultimately michigan will vote for biden. >> as we wrap things up how difficult do you think it will be for donald trump to take wisconsin with its 16 electoral votes?

contradictory messages from democrats was on the one hand, we need joe biden to unify us, the only person who can unite the country but on the other hand if you don't elect joe biden we could be experiencing months of civil unrest or is congresswoman waters but she will never forgive the black community, you can't have it both ways. if you genuinely care about unifying the country you have to care about unifying the country regardless of whose party is in power and so it is so important especially in this election that we safeguard our election integrity and also ensure peaceful transfer of power. that is the hallmark of our democracy and so important that all leaders elected or otherwise emphasize that, that makes us who we are as americans. todd: let's get the president's policies that have benefited black americans, new jobs, opportunity zones, record low

incorrect, i wonder what the courts will look like in coming days and weeks, what the legal process looks like. looking at bush versus gore again? what can we relate to? >> hopefully -- we will not experience bush versus gore again. no one wants to experience that again, so much work has been done on the front end. it has been where caramel this entire time with states doing rogue laws, extension where you can take your ballots in. we have been battling this on the front end from day one. the democrats said they are going to try to delegitimize this election, there is no way donald trump will get elected, no way we will know tonight so they are going to do what they can to stop him but we are prepared. every lawyer in every state is prepared to take it up to an emergency hearing in every state

my biggest latino population in the little havana. you know where these signs were? not on homes but every business because latinos care about the same things we all care about, they care about keeping their businesses open and we all know under a biden economy, every business would be shutdown. they say women don't support trump. every rally i have been to, all over miami yesterday, there are as many if not more women and these events and there are democrats. i knew so many democrats in the audience at that rally two nights ago. and florida and the hispanic population, they love our president and nothing i've seen before that. >> live on a big morning, thank you.

how will history remember this day in 2020? >> it will be a wild one. there is a wide expectation on wall street, markets indicate donald trump wins. as the market sees more clarity in terms of who will be victorious on the presidential level we will see the markets trade that way. if we see donald trump's policies continue in place we expect a good rally in stocks, a sizable rally at the end of the night in the next several weeks, the opposite with joe biden. over the near-term because of the taxes he wants to implement, that will send the markets lower but it is about the balance of power in the senate and the house. if it were a joe biden when a republican senate and house that

would be a positive for the markets because that would mean he won't get the tax increases through, the senate will block it. you have to look at the different scenarios. we will have some indication and markets will trade that way, they want to see a divided government or positive policies for the economy and the markets between low taxes and low government. hard to assess where markets will be tomorrow without having some clarity where the balance of power goes. >> markets love certainty but what did the markets like yesterday. dow up 423, s&p a 46, they saw something leading up to the election, what do you think it was? >> they are seeing a turn, donald trump's policies in place and he is winning, des moines, iowa poll shows donald trump up 7 points was the first sign that

the president is closing this in and clinching the victory. that is what markets are telling us, we will see these policies in place and donald trump will get a second term. he's talking about lowering middle class taxes saying we want to continue to illuminate big regulation, lower regulation, he will continue to open up the oil spigot which means more jobs. when you look at pennsylvania, wisconsin, texas where they are oil-rich will resonate. what you saw little by little investors say i don't think this is going to change, that was behind the gain yesterday. >> we have a big show this morning because we will talk with donald trump junior and a

he started out by saying i'm the most progressive candidate in the race. remember, in the debate he said it's my party now. i beat those other guys. bernie sanders got his nose under the tent. brought in the rest of the squad, the progressives. the more liberal wing, kamala harris and others. and they are now in the center of the tent. so biden can't push them out because he needs them and their votes as he loses other blocks of voters less percentage of blacks likely to vote for him. latinos not all for the democrats in this election. so they need to shore up the progressive base. but once he gets in there, if god forbid biden gets in there, he will have no choice but to give in to all the others because what matters to him is being president. jillian: we have 45 seconds left. you just mentioned her. when we have these conversations it is important to talk about how progressive kamala harris is because, you know, for argument's sake if he does win the presidency she could have the most impact. >> she will.
