maricopa county to remain competitive to where he could win the state of arizona. he hit that number in the first wave. also watching pennsylvania. let not your heart be troubled. laura ingraham, here we request. -- go. it's like a bad dream. counting votes and pimples and dimples. i am worried about pennsylvania. >> laura: china gave us the virus and the virus gave democrats the edge and they pushed through in mail-in ballots. that could give us an election result that otherwise would not have occurred. >> sean: changing deadlines. >> laura: unverifiable dumps of
7:01 pm
votes. 100 feet away or 50 feet away. it's incumbent on the democrats if they win for political reasons to tell the american people and explain how this is a legitimate vote. if they won fair and square, that's fine. >> sean: i agree. >> laura: too many questions right now. >> sean: too many questions. not like not letting poll watchers watch the counting and ballots in waste paper baskets. that's corruption. >> laura: i enjoyed ron desantis. i am laura ingraham and the "the ingraham angle" from d.c. results outstanding in pennsylvania, north carolina and nevada. is the fix already in? the president leads in 3 of the 4 states but in pennsylvania that lead continues to shrink. newt gingrich and molly hemming
7:02 pm
way and tom have reaction and analysis. first the blue wave fizzled. that's the focus of the tonight's "angle." i know a lot of conservatives for distress about the past 24 hours and the past 10 months. the propaganda in the media and the lies again this president and the swirl of controversy with the mail-in ballots. with the conservative message of donald trump, republicans flipped 7 seats in the house and looks like they will hold on to the senate. whatever happens in the presidential race, i think there are some main take aways. number 1, the gop outperformed and the experts failed miserably. all of the fat cat consultants and pollsters. i told you all along that the
7:03 pm
people who are neither experts nor trustworthy get all of this air time. they should go into another line of work. we should not give most of them the time of day ever again. i think a flash back is in order. >> texas. >> susan collins in maine in deep trouble. >> a close ally of trump is fighting for her political life. >> south carolina senate seat is a toss up. this is something i never thought i would see in my lifetime. >> there have been complaints from republicans when it comes it polling? >> they are a bunch of bs to be honest. >> laura: liberal big donors poured $300 million into defeating lindsey graham and susan collins and mitch mcconnell. they won by double digits.
7:04 pm
the billionaires and basnkers banking the democrats they don't know the country at all. republicans did much better than ever expert predicted. but no group failed as much as the grifters at the lincoln project. they were former republicans funded by wealth liberals. they didn't move a single vote away from donald trump. trump got 63 million votes in 2016 and already close to 68 million despite enduring years of attacks. 68 million votes in 2020. if the media elevated these hateful people from the lincoln project. david brooks no trump fan was right. he tweeted our job is to capture reality so people are not
7:05 pm
surprised. a massive failure. we are still not good at capturing the right ward half of the country." the hundreds of millions shoved into futile campaigns worked out great. how did it work out for the democrats? it's unreal that the dems fell hear these frauds again and again. number 2 the president is fighting for every legal vote and a fair process. last night i spoke to the president directly about this. he is commited to ensuring that there has been a complete and accurate account of each legal vote in each state that hangs in the balance. all day long and late last night, the media was itching to declare a trump win an impossibility. in other words, that could never happen.
7:06 pm
it might be the case that donald trump ends up losing, but conservatives were rightly irate last night at how trump's wins were declared in florida and texas by the media. i shared that frustration. i trust that the trump campaign and his lawyers will do the right thing in all of these challenges. the president was right when he questioned mail-in ballots all of those months ago. they undermine the public's faith in results because of this late counting. what we know tonight, looking at philadelphia. doesn't it remind you of what happened in palm beach county in 2000? we are the world's leading democracy and we can't declare a victor on election night? that's absurd and toxic. number 3, the democrat's fragile coalition. it may seem like things are coming up roses for joe biden.
7:07 pm
the democrats coalition is not sustainable. it consists of hard left progressives and the multi-national corporations that want to shift jobs overseas. the squad won last night. do you think they will be content with the donors who push against more covid lockdowns with compromise with the republicans in the senate? not likely. in this election, republicans demonstrated they have a fantastic and diverse base of supporters. trump lost star county the most hispanic by 60 points and only down 5 points this time around. a 55 point improvement. in a neighboring country he won by 5 points.
7:08 pm
hillary clinton won this by 33 points in 2016. it wasn't just texas. trump won more non-white votes than any gop presidential candidate in 60 years. they called him a racist and a xenophobic. rick scott and ron desantis and rubio built a dynamic coalition. they brought in farmers and suburbanites with hispanic voters. the question how to replicate that up and down the east coast and across the nation? from this day forward, republicans need to focus on building a 50 state coalition. no more starting in the hole with all of new england, california and new york. the campaign for 2022 starts
7:09 pm
now. number 4, whatever happens, donald trump is the current and future leader of the republican party. certainly until someone else comes along with his stamina, charisma and drive. no one else could have done what he's done. he demonstrated that he brings more prosperity and worked on the peace front. it would have been easier for him to sell us out on wall street but he refused to that. -- to do that. i met so many incredible patriots. you can tell your kids and grandkids at one point in time we had a president who fought for the little guy. they threw everything at us and
7:10 pm
he still grew support for his movement. he has 2 million more votes than hillary clinton got in 2016. this year's presidential election is too close to call. not the outcome the experts anticipated. they have been wrong a lot and i expect them to get it wrong during the next 4. during that time we will continue to spread president trump's message of fairness, freedom and economic opportunity for average americans. we will stand up to the hard left people who despise this country and its people and resist people who want to rig the election and fight for our traditional values and defend american heritage. we are an army of tens of millions of americans. if we continue to grow this movement and the democrats bumle
7:11 pm
along with their current leadership, 4 years from now we won't be sweating it out with legal challenges. we will celebrate a landslide victory. that's the "angle." molly, i think the media never got the story of the election right it and not now. >> david brooks said it seems that the news organizations need to understands this right half of the country. the last plausible time you could say that news organizations needed to reflect on their failures was in november 2016 when they learned this lesson that time. they responded to this
7:12 pm
realization they failed in that campaign. i don't anticipate they will get better. i think what they did was intentional intentionally -- the media polls were off. a few pollsters got things right. the media narrative that this was an impossible win for donald trump and the senate was going to the democrats and the democrats would gain more strength in the house. every part of that was wrong. i think it's time for people to stop treating them seriously. treat them like they are reading tea leaves. >> laura: who knows how many votes were surpressed by all of these false prognostications.
7:13 pm
tom the "new york times" pollsters nate cohen took a shot at you. tweeting one small casualty of the election. tom, you have a before response. "new york times" overestimated biden support by plus 6 in florida and 6 in michigan and 10 in wisconsin and in iowa. why are they still in the polling business? >> that's a good question. there has to be accountability. molly is right. there were 2 sets of pollsters. 2 different world views.
7:14 pm
the trafalgar saw this race as close and donald trump's support as solid. and another set of pollsters who saw the idea it was a biden blow out. he was up. they misjudged the electorate. then throw on top of that the media and the pundits who made the same mistake as in 2016 to ignore the information they didn't agree with and glom on to the data points that fit into their preconceived narrative. we heard 2020 is not 2016. every data point that reenforced that donald trump could not wins how we got to the point where the blue wave never materialized. >> laura: everyone in the country has to understand. looking at the top line where trump will get the votes in arizona.
7:15 pm
we have a narrative building in this country. misleading the american public from when we determine who wins a state to who is the real racist? this has real elector consequences. molly, this could affect the way states turnout with the final vote. who knows how it affects other people? we don't know. we have to have integrity in the vote and the process or what is it worth in the end, period? >> we need to think about how the media are the largest political activists in the country. a lot of it is about the years leading it up to. there are many ways the media can rig an election. downplaying the negatives for their candidate and ignoring the
7:16 pm
positive of their disfavored candidate and inventing false narratives like the russian collusion hoax or like last week. all of these things rig elections. >> laura: people are pointing the fingers in the wrong direction with accountability. we hope we get. it i won't hold my breath. thanks it both of you. still no winner in key battleground states. and big vote dumps still happening. fox news bill hemmer standing by at the election billboard to walk us through it all. >> bill: laura, good evening to you. this is in real time. it can change on the fly. biden at 264 and trump at 214.
7:17 pm
a run on the map to see where we are coming up on the 10:30 east coast hour. watching arizona. this hasn't changed over the last hour. a dump at 9 o'clock east coast time. nothing has changed since then. another dump around midnight. the president's last marginiot him within 79,000 votes of joe biden. -- a lot of data throughout the night and tomorrow morning. nevada, no more votes tonight. they will announce tomorrow at noon eastern their next watch of ballots. right now you have a joe biden lead of 8,000 votes on donald trump in nevada. it's that tight. i would encourage all of our viewers at 9 a.m. tomorrow or the east coast at noon. we will let you know when the

next ballots come there and where they break. georgia now. i have watched this the last couple of hours. less than a point trump over biden. it dropped in the last 90 minutes. i am not sure where that vote is coming from. just about 2% outstanding in georgia. north carolina, i not have seen this move in 24 hours. 94% of the vote and republicans feel good about holding north carolina. pennsylvania. watching this. 14% outstanding vote. about a 3 point advantage now for the president in pennsylvania. i think is kind of an interesting story. hasn't been talked about a lot. balance of power in the senate. it is very tight and very interesting too. 48 democrats and 48 republicans
7:19 pm
and north carolina tonight. tom tillis continues to hang on to a 2 point lead in that race in the tar heels state. we talked about that with kyle cunningham. in georgia 2 senate races. david perdue needs to keep this above 5.0% and avoids a runoff. hanging on in georgia. why is that important? because the other senate race is headed for a runoff to the fifth of january. laura, over the next 2 months, 60 days, from will not be a race in america that people will give more focus on than that one in georgia. with the balance of power hanging out in the u.s. senate in early january, dan sullivan looks to win in alaska. haven't called it yet but a comfortable margin -- i
7:20 pm
mispunched here. my apologies. i bet a buck this is the most expensive senate race in the history of american politics. 51-48 after the night tonight favoring republicans. it will be right on the nice edge going into the new year in january. >> laura: bill, you can get that president trump will be down there rallying and campaigning for her. big trump rallies from now through 2022. bill, you were up all night. did you a great job. president trump's sounding victory in florida was only possible because of the diverse and committed coalition he managed to attraction including latinos, african-americans and women. it's a broad base of support
7:21 pm
that many see as the new goop. -- gop. joining me now the woman who unse unseated the incumbent democrat. what about the america first agenda? what is it attracting so many hispanic hispanics? >> well, because we have the same values that are entrenched in the gop. law-abiding, god-fearing, family oriented. we love this country. fighting socialism is one of the most important points on the agenda and enjoying the morning dream. we know the great economy we had in march and april. that's what hispanics want. i am happy you are doing this segment. i think it's about time for the

7:28 pm
>> laura: the trump campaign is rightly challenging a bevy of voting irregularities in georgia, michigan and pennsylvania to stop vote counting in those states and called for a recount in wisconsin. we go to two lawyers involved in the fight. a civil rights attorney. take the audience through the process and what you hope to achieve. people are confused about specifically what is happening in pennsylvania. >> sure. at a high level, we are still counting the votes in many states because of the covid extended return periods. some states allowed ballots to be received several days after. that's happening in pennsylvania
7:29 pm
and the u.s. supreme court right before your show started asked the state of pennsylvania to respond to the president's attempt to intervene in that pending lawsuit about the 3 day lag period. if other states, we are talking about challenging the fact that republicans have not been allowed to monitor to see whether signatures match. in pennsylvania another lawsuit was filed concerning the secretary of state ignoring state law and allowing people to have 3 more days to prove their voter i.d. making laws up on the fly is the basis of a lot of these challenges and blocking the constitutional right of the parties to monitor the voting. >> laura: a tweet earlier tonight.
7:30 pm
two more batches of pennsylvania votes were reported. all for biden. [laughing] trump got zero votes? >> any other year that would be unacceptable. this is unprecedented. we have massive private big tech money that poured through government election offices to alter the election. this include philadelphia. zuckerberg money paying the salaries of the election judges. in pennsylvania also worksy have clerks and county commissioners blowing the whistle on the late minute change she spoke about that allowed democrat ballots to be handled differently than republican ballots. in michigan, right now if detroit, we have a democrat election clerk hiring democratic
7:31 pm
officials to complete the ballots for other people without republicans being present. all together this impacts tens of thousands of ballots. nationally you have certain people running up to the line of scrimmage to spike the ball before any gets a replay look to make sure the election fair. the bed rock of this nation is we are all equal before the law so all votes should be treated equally and with respect. we won't get that unless we take that second look. >> laura: i want to applaud that. we had the governor of pennsylvania feeling the heat about this process in pennsylvania. governor wolf responded and he spoke out as well as the pennsylvania secretary of state. watch. >> we have seen efforts across the country to undermine this
7:32 pm
election and block the counting of votes. these attempts to subvert the democratic process are disgraceful. i will fight like hell to protect the vote of every pennsylvanian. >> governor wolf talked about how much we cherish about every person's right to vote, i think about the sufferages. >> every time you see democrats talking about the rights of people they are gas lighting. they are blocking the right of american citizens to witness what is what's happening. they have bicycle barriers keeping your election observers in pennsylvania and philadelphia 30 feet away. how can you see whether signatures are tabulated. you can't.
7:33 pm
the same thing is happening in detroit. the election workers are putting up physical barriers of cardboard to block the view of observers. if you switched the parties and it was republicans blocking the democrats you would have the aclu and the naacp. >> laura: if the rules were reversed. 100% of a dump went for trump what would the democrats be saying? >> i don't have to answer this question. you know the answer. we will be in a whole different ballgame and the media would cover this much differently. serious questions need to be investigations about the operation of this election. >> laura: john roberts, it's at the u.s. supreme court it's a shock what he did in not

books. joining me newt gingrich. author of trump and the american future. your thoughts of where we set tonight and why 150 years from now people of study this president and his accomplishments and they tried to do to him? >> i think that we are at the beginning of the second presidential campaign of 2020. just as andrew jackson responded in 1824 by tearing apart the establishment and winning the presidency in 1828 and just as lincoln rejected the slave ownering democrats and preserved the union in 1860. i think the millions of americans who went out to rallies and formed boat parades

have kicked out the observers. the democrats have hidden what they are doing. they are breaking the law in every possible way. fine, none of those votes count. if you are corrupt and illegal, we don't have to count your votes. that means automatically in pennsylvania, in michigan, in wisconsin, in georgia, that trump will carry every single state by a surprising margin. >> laura: how big of a mistake for the democrats to have a burn it all down approach? destroy the integrity of our election process with mail in day of registration and dumping batches of votes and making a martyr out of donald trump.
7:43 pm
how powerful will trump be? if they manage to succeed how powerful is donald trump in the next 2 and 4 year period? >> president trump will be forced by his own supporters and by the reality of the truth and the facts that are coming out, he will be forced like jackson and lincoln. he has to fight and protect america or surround to corrupt sources starting with the biden family corruption going on to the corruption of the "new york times." let's be clear. there a corrupt overload of america trying to impose to the rest of us their view of what we should be allowed to. >> laura: people won't take it. they won't stand for this. they will make trump more
7:44 pm
powerful. this movement much more powerful. >> that's right. he will be bigger. >> laura: much bigger. great to see you tonight. still ahead the real loser. wasn't just republicans or democrats? it was the media. if biden wins, the last 24 hours paint a worriysome picture of his ability to governor. raymond arroyo explains it all next. our retirement plan with voya gives us confidence. they help us with achievable steps along the way... ...so we can spend a bit today, knowing we're prepared for tomorrow. wow dad, do you think you overdid it maybe? i don't think so... what do you think, peanut? nope! honey, do you think we overdid it? overdid what? see? we don't think so, son. technically, grandparents can't overdo it. it's impossible. well planned, well invested, well protected. voya. be confident to and through retirement.

with all votes counted, we have won wisconsin by 20,000 votes. we are campaigning as a democrat but this won't be my victory alone or our victory alone. >> gaffes aside. the media adulation was immediate. >> he spoke with a presidential tone. >> joe biden and kamala harris were confident enough to walk pout and say, guys we have this. >> his reason for running was to give a speech like this was in the hopes of being a potential president. the fact he wants to have a book end is interesting and telling and very, very joe biden. >> very joe biden. the reason he needed to be elected was to give this speech. this is why i say the big loser in this election will be the media. they took sides and displayed
7:51 pm
very little curiosity and allowed biden to escape scrutiny. what speech were they watching? this is the same confused speech biden has given for months. urging unity and claiming trump is a racist. too many in the media carried water for him on these stories and repeated them without challenge and without context. that was wrong. i hope we all do better in the days ahead. >> laura: i don't know if they can do any better. [laughing] just kidding. aren't we always perfect? >> we can always do better. >> laura: it's a joke. the question of biden's mental fitness was never explored or reported by the media. >> not at all. we were one of the only shows that covered biden's speeches at length. joe's mental acueitty should
