more votes. unbelievable. this comes as no surprise that all over philly gop attorneys observing polls put a block from ballot counting. what are they hiding. out west things are just as troubling. two days ago the attorney general from arizona found 18 unopened ballots hidden under a rock. those ballots have since been returned but shows how vulnerable mail in boating is. if that doesn't convince you check out what is happening in nevada. clark county officials have counted thousands of mail in ballots did people from people who no longer live there. thousands of complaints from voters including jill stogie who claimed this happened to her. >> in person, this time they mailed out the ballots and

election integrity fund offered training, i need to see this firsthand. after voting in my local precinct i drove two hours, parked my car, got my certification, went in and registered and got on the polling process and what i saw at first looked very orderly and conventional but as i looked more closely i saw the problems, a room of two or three football fields, might be as large as 100,000 square feet, adequate number of people to witness what was going on in the adjudication of questionable ballots of which there were many thousands and there weren't enough people which is required by michigan election law, one from each major party, to be there for witnessing and signing off on the duplication process. there were many times this process went on, the duplication process went on without anybody being there to witness this.

the entire political spectrum would be concerned about this. shannon: what is the duplication process? >> the duplication process involves a number of examples where it is unclear what about indicated so people look at, they adjudicate it by determining what were the marks that were meant to be here. there shouldn't be people with markings on the floor at all. this should be done in a way that is not permanent and cannot be fraudulently applied but think of thousands and thousands, we had seen a of independents, people have their own ideological -- we were there is independents and -- shannon: you couldn't witness it from where you were standing adequately, there weren't enough people but it seemed to you that

sharpy markers. i specifically said i don't want to use a sharpy marker, do you have a regular pen, she said no, i only have a sharpy marker, use it, what it. through to the other side, she said don't worry about it, we've been doing it all day, not a big deal. we went ahead and use sharpy markers, you run into the machine at the end and what happens in arizona is you can go to a website to track the ballots and from what i have seen, not just me, it is all of -- i have groups of neighbors and friends, what happens is now when you go to check our ballot it says it is -- for me personally says i'm not even a registered voter now and a lot of people said their ballot hasn't been good, hasn't been counted. laura: all the people behind you, they had a similar issue? >> these are my neighbors. >> you were told to use a sharpy. the state ag says it is all

going to work out, this has been blown off but it is on the state website that you are not supposed to use it and that is the only thing you are given and we understand that democrats were given actual pens, the other writing instruments that are allowed under state law. that seems really bizarre. is it a coincidence? all of this could be a coincidence but i am glad you are all there. on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most corrupt how would you rate your polling station? >> most of the people were trying to do a good and honest job, they were generally congenial but people get tired, have their day and night shift, the problem is the wholesale lack of chain of custody understanding. the package was sent by fedex, ups or amazon everybody should be concerned about this and i'm glad i got to witness the problems there but i don't think

flight, former kansas attorney general. this is pretty astounding from nevada. they aren't the only ones. >> those who assured in the summer of lawlessness know us have an election without law and the law and will of law has lost its grip on the election process and the most successful democracy in human history and that is a tragedy. the rule of law helped us achieve that success. i've never seen such open defiance of court orders and the law since george wallace stood in the schoolhouse. we have to look closely at philadelphia. the trump campaign obtained a court order allowing people as the law allows to watch accounting process. the counting process should be transparent, open to all americans to see how their ballots are counted.

they have defied the court order, still refusing to allow republicans to gain access to see how the count is going. we have a prosecutor in philadelphia who threatened the president with jail if he shows up. the county next door, we have a prosecutor who threatened to arrest the person who was hired to put video cameras above the drop boxes which is required by law so we make sure people aren't shoveling multiple ballots into the dropbox. laura: the excuse the secretary of state gave for taking so long to count all the votes. >> counties are continuing to count, the final results are not certified until 20 days after the election, there is no final result "happening now" anyway. what is "happening now" is having enough ballots counted to see who the winner is, the farther apart that is the easier

president's legal relief, you talked about a number of suits and some have promise but i would tell them especially if you are in those states that have republican legislatures like pennsylvania and michigan and all these places call your state representatives and state senators. under article 2 of the constitution, presidential electors are done by legislatures and the schemes they create and the framework and if thursday pressure from that, if they are not following law, ignoring law then they can provide remedies as well. i would exhaust every option to make sure we have a panel. laura: this idea that standing up and saying wait a second, days after the election, in georgia they are not going to have a full vote until november 12th. >> in florida we have the votes have to be in on election day.

we have absentee voting, not mass mailing, you have to request it but all the votes are in and then you know how many votes are there. we track as every voter comes into that or submits, we know the universe, you counted and produce a result. a place like pennsylvania they can accept ballots after the election, don't even have to have a postmark and they can accept them. a lot of these places don't know how many ballots are out there it is you mentioned you will get of 4:00 am dump of massive votes for one candidate is almost none for the other and people look at that and just scratch their heads. people need to have confidence in the process and the way it has been done in a lot of these states has been incredibly chaotic. when you ban observers which should be there what are people supposed to think? what is wrong with having someone there to ensure the integrity of the process? it laura: we are checking videos where poll workers are filling in ballots. maybe there's a reason for that.
