is right is possible, make sure the laws are followed, and we as a country, we do know how to do this properly. we need to fix this permanently. we are the united states. have a great weekend, we'll see you back here on monday, let not your heart be troubled, laura is on next. >> laura: this is speech when he went from washington. at joe biden and kamala harris had a big speech planned where they expected to declare victory tonight, but that is suddenly changed. what has our competence so shaken? a few hours ago, a huge ruling was handed down by justice alito at the supreme court, temporarily ordering all ballots received after 8:00 p.m. on election day in pennsylvania to be segregated and secured. now, if those ballots are counted, they must be counted separately. this was already supposed to be happening, but apparently, secretary of state could not confirm that county boards were complying. now, therefore stupid we have much more on that and reaction
7:01 pm
what could be a monumental ruling in a bit. first, winning the future. that's the focus of tonight's angle. four years ago, the american people stuck it to the political elites and their media bootleggers by putting donald trump in the white house. trump rode in on this populist agenda of putting american workers first. his mandate was to take power from the corrupt political class in washington and put it back the hands of the people. >> president trump: ours was not a campaign, but rather an incredible and great movement. it's a movement comprised of americans from all races, religions, backgrounds, and believes who want and expect our government to serve the people and serve the people it will. the forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no
7:02 pm
longer. >> laura: on issue after issue, he delivered. he delivered real reserves. thanks to tax cuts, record unemployment. record increase in median household income, far outpacing obama. obama said he would fix that, but in eight years, he never d did. it took two years of work for trump's team, but the new u.s. nca level the playing field with mexico and canada, it's about time bearded tariffs on china and under huge pressure to back off on tariffs by big business, the president held firm, which brought china to the negotiating table. he forced our nato allies to pay for their own defense. in catch and release, he forced the issue of phony asylum seekers to the floor, and got a good start on that new border
7:03 pm
fence. he put 218 federal judges on the bench, and three solid justices to the supreme court. i could go on and on, i could take the whole hour up on stuff he's done in four years. the important thing to remember, is that he accomplished all of that while under constant assault by forces inside and outside of the government. of course, the deep state, the molar team, the corrupt media, the aggressors an projects, social media ceos, the antifa blm proprietors, ands originated in china. i almost left out the entire personal lies and smears and attacks on his family had to endure. or four years, that did not let up. in the end, about 70 million americans ignored these fibers and voted for trump's policy.
7:04 pm
>> president trump: don't say that, i will start to cry, it wouldn't be good for my image. >> we love trump! we love trump! >> president trump: thank you, and i love you, i do. >> laura: i know how much so many of you might be hurting about how this election played out. at the covid fearmongering, the mail-in ballot fiasco, the fact that days after an american election, we are still counting ballots. the absolute disgrace that is the american press corps and their incurious approach to it all. i know many of you cannot believe that bags of votes, almost all for biotin, show up when fido needs it the most. at the fact is, serious legal arguments are being made against
7:05 pm
and a big win at the supreme court as i mentioned, we will get to that more in a bit. i can't tell you how the courts will ultimately rule or if the remedies would change the outcome, but i will repeat what i said last night. these legal efforts are critical, because the truth does need to come out in order to preserve the integrity and transparency of elections going forward. if there is no path for donald trump's second term, it doesn't mean the end of it the america first movement or his role in leading it. on the contrary, this is only the beginning. for now, it's time to take our games, learned from our defeats, and competently expand one of the greatest political movements for the past 100 years. how do we do this? first, we must ensure that state-by-state we were to overhaul any process that leads to what we've seen play out this week. i don't care how much money it costs, i don't care what we have to study to get there, but we
7:06 pm
must work to eliminate mass mail-in voting and ballot harvesting. if litigation is necessary and it cost big money so it needs to be funded. it big donors, stop giving money to think tanks in washington that i've accomplished next to nothing and start getting moneyo grassroots political and legal efforts to stop this nonsense. doug ducey of arizona assured us that everything would go smoothly on election day. >> in arizona, where going to do it right. it will be free and fair, it will be difficult, if not impossible to cheat, and it will be easy to vote. a 78% of the citizens already vote by mail and arizona. over the course of decades, we have established a system that works and can be trusted. >> laura: hoops. it didn't work out that way. he's not alone, republicans also control georgia.
7:07 pm
that confidence and foul play have compromised the integrity of the election results there as well. the democrats stronghold in detroit and philadelphia will be difficult to change, but try we must. for many months the angle warrants that mail-in ballots were going to present serious challenges that the g.o.p. needed to be prepared for. >> you're going to have lawyers all across this country ready to challenge the stuff? >> president trump: they do, they have more lawyers than any human being has ever hired, i don't know who is hiring them, but they have lawyers. where in pennsylvania right now, where in nevada right now, we are in all different states fighting this. >> laura: apparently there weren't nearly enough lawyers to counter what would happen in philly and detroit when the watchers were denied access. number two, it's time to retire of the failed political consultants who blew through
7:08 pm
hundreds of millions of dollars, yet didn't have this legal apparatus stat up to challenge what was coming. why didn't they have a in-place question mike why aren't the best lawyers in america on television night after night explaining the president's legal claims? we saw jay sekulow tonight saying, goodness. if it's time to accept an unfavorable outcome, and we hope it never comes, but if and when this does happen, it trump needs to do it with the same grace and composure he demonstrated at that town hall with savannah guthrie. so many people remarked about his tone and presence, exactly what you needs. losing, especially when you believe the process wasn't fair, it's a gut punch. i'm not conceding anything tonight, by the way, but losing, if that's what happens is awful. resident trump's legacy will only become more significant if he focuses on moving the country forward. then, the love and to prospective supporters feel for him, it's only going to grow
7:09 pm
stronger and his legacy more historically significant. the media knows he will be a g.o.p. kingmaker for 20/20 to enter 2024, no doubt. if they know he's a political hero to tens of billions of americans, and they want to take that from him, too. >> the previou president seeds t in our democracy. >> president trump threatened to tear the country apart. i think that should disqualify him in the minds of fair-minded people. >> donald trump who in his speech not only seems like a dictator, not only seems like it is blatantly racist, but a panicked one. >> laura: there are still on the racist thing even though he expanded votes on minority voters. if they are absolutely buffoons. you should make them all and eat their own words. he should do that for the voters and those who expect their leaders to accept the will of the people.
7:10 pm
to all of you patriots who supported president trump, stand tall and be proud of your efforts and his. it was all worth it. we all helped reshape the national conversation on china, on immigration, on trade and political correctness et cetera, et cetera. we don't have time to bury our heads in crying towels. there are two senate races to win in order to hold the senate. if there is money to be raised, speeches to be written and delivered to, adds to be made, and ballot canvassing events to be organized. the 2020 presidential election will be studied for decades, even centuries to come. historians will note that in this election biden and the left where propped up by a fortune from big businesses who are angry with the president who stood up for the average american. history will also show that at a time when so many intellectuals had given up on this country,
7:11 pm
donald trump and his supporters showed that th the american drem still inspires tens of millions in that billions of dollars worth of propaganda could not persuade us to abandon the fai faith. for myself, i'm confident that our vision of this country will eventually prevail. that is the angle. it joining me now is jon mcglocklin, trump 20/20 polster and chris bradford, senior editor at the federalist. chris, however this shakes out, and i love these legal challenges because we have to get to the bottom of all of this and expose fraud where it occurred. i would much rather be the g.o.p. right now, given the democrat attempt at a coalition. >> the g.o.p. is in a strong place, the exact kind of party that you and other populists have set out to what they wanted at the end of the administration. whether it's now or four years or whether he comes back and runs another time, this is a working-class party, a populist
7:12 pm
party, an american, patriotic party. those concerns don't know any skin color. they know wealth and access to power. these woke values at the center of the democratic party are the luxury of the ultra rich and ultra-elite. they can't be afforded by people who care about the country and are trying to take care of their family. voter fraud -- he has the means to take care of this. he has to treat philadelphia and other cities like the mob. if you going with federal agents and start talking to people over the next few months promising them five years in jail if they lied, they will roll over very weakly. you go up and up and up and to deconstruct it like they are doing in philadelphia to get johnny dawkins mob uncovering voter fraud accidentally along the way. >> laura: at jon mcglocklin, you've been pulling for trump for years. to those who say the trump brand is not going to be as
7:13 pm
influential going forward, the trump political branch. what has your polling told you? because that's ridiculous, 95% of these republicans approve of the job the president string. in a postelection poll, the voters who voted gave him a 53% national job approval. if the republicans it was 95. we ask the questions, looking forward to the future, 2024 primary, who would you be voting for? top two people were 30% for mike pence, 20% for donald trump jr. this is a party of donald trump. if they support policy, they think they are better off with his policies. this is donald trump's party. they don't believe he has lost. in fact, most of these voters think he has won the election, they think it's being stolen from them. >> laura: we talk about
7:14 pm
america first and trump so oft often. it matters. it if you want definitive proof, it's how desperate china was for biden to win. look no further than this headline. on top of that, a chinese state media official tweeted, i believe i won't tweet nearly as much in the past two years starting on january 20th, because i don't have to reply to trump and pompeo's daily slander on china. i don't expect biden and the future secretary of state to be that type of lowlife. what does that tell us about the ccp and biden? >> it shows you they're not worried about joe biden. i don't know why they would be. they might have undressed her to him, but he's not a strong adversary in the international stage. his policy that he's offered as well as his policies on covid and other aspects of his policies, including when he was talking about trade deals and
7:15 pm
protections are simply a faint echo of a lot of the policies of donald trump. the president of the last four years. not to compare any person to any person, but those are men who really shapes their party in the way it went forward. they had a major impact in the future of their party. i think that's going to continue with donald trump, there a lot of people were going to try and come in and claim to bring it back to the bush g.o.p. >> laura: good luck with that. it jon mcglocklin, another point is that nancy pelosi came out today babbling incoherently to talk about the mandate that she has after losing seats. watch. >> what happened with democrats and congress help contribute to the body and success. we are going to be part of that mandate. >> she is worse with the mask on, i can't understand her.
7:16 pm
>> is less than 100,000 votes in five states with 63 electoral votes, let's get those votes counted, let's get the recounts done, because we may see surprises again that you may see a second term of donald trump where speaker pelosi will be our best friend with her negatives in the public opposition. >> laura: let all of the legal challenges go forward. great to see you both. joe biden hasn't even officially won the election, they're already calling for trump officials to be punished. at cnn may declare the job prospects for trumpeters are grim. because there are people in the president inner circle, hope hicks, dans giving us, focused on managing the president's anger. there a lot of other people who are not particularly close to the president trying to figure out what their next job is going to be, what's it going to be and what's it like going into the
7:17 pm
job market not from a normal white house where typically you got a lot of offers, but coming from the trump white house? >> laura: even more alarming, squad leader aoc made this deranged call to action. is anyone archiving beach i'm sick of sins for when they try to deny their complicity in the future? obama official indulged her noting key and former buddha dig efforts were starting a trump accountability list. a political hit list, blacklist of sorts courtesy of the party of tolerance. conservative commentator, the blacklist, you've been writing about this for decades. the left has always had one. >> they have created this is a tyrannical impulse. it's ironic because they keep accusing trump of being a tyrant, but ultimately, these are people that they had their wish, they would ostracize their opponents, they would have them fired from their jobs, they would have them digitally
7:18 pm
censored, who knows question mike they might be willing to imprison them. the historian david blight from yale recently spoke about trump and the g.o.p. is the new confederacy. this is a poisonous accusation. a member of the party of the confederacy is accusing of being a confederate. he was trying to sow the kind of hatred that makes from supporters into enemies of the country, and to than this licenses in the name of tolerance a wave of anger and retribution against these people not of people who are wrong or need to be persuaded, but of enemies who need to be taken o out. >> laura: it also opens the door to physical attacks. the left is always claiming that right wing rhetoric inspires this or that group, but what about their rhetoric? if you are truly like hitler, stalin, mao, whatever they are
7:19 pm
comparison is there like mass murderers who support trump. that's where this goes, logically. >> i think in the old communist state, is simply the state that carried out ultimately the violence. at the left seems to be counting on the kind of alliance of med media, digital moguls, corporate sponsors, to work together with the left so ultimately they can expose people, target them, get them kicked off and made into public nonpersons. at the end of the day, who knows? unleash the deep state against them perhaps bearded >> laura: they are artie doing this. they have artie waged their war you're not going to get a promotion in most schools if you are a well-known trump supporter. you're not going give it tenure or elevation in the military in some cases if you are known to believe in certain traditional
7:20 pm
values. a lot of this is happening, but she's just being very vocal about it. >> absolutely. i sat across from obama prosecutors, if they could, they would lock me up for ten years on a minor technicality because they didn't see me as a critic. they saw me ultimately has an enemy, and that's a kind of poisonous mentality that the left is putting into the public discourse, even justifying it, just justifying it in academia, media, and ultimately carries over to the government. >> laura: thank you very much. our legals way and on the pennsylvania boat tonight, stay there. so what's going on?

i'm a talking dog. the other issue. oh...i'm scratching like crazy. you've got some allergic itch with skin inflammation. apoquel can work on that itch in as little as 4 hours, whether it's a new or chronic problem. and apoquel's treated over 8 million dogs. nice. and...the talking dog thing? is it bothering you? no...itching like a dog is bothering me. until dogs can speak for themselves, you have to. when allergic itch is a problem, ask for apoquel. apoquel is for the control of itch associated with allergic dermatitis and the control of atopic dermatitis in dogs. do not use apoquel in dogs less than 12 months old or those with serious infections. apoquel may increase the chance of developing serious infections and may cause existing parasitic skin infestations or pre-existing cancers to worsen. do not use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. most common side effects are vomiting and diarrhea.

we be skeptical of her claim customer joining me our two lawyers involved in the trump campaign's legal battle. director of the stud project along me is harmeet dhillon and the lawyers for trump national cochair philip, why is this important, and what are the next steps question mike >> what has been happening, it's like if we were in a game of poker, and deep i called you and you lay down your cards, and i say, i have one, i took the money without showing my cards, you would have a problem with that. the united states supreme court says democrats cannot do this in secret any longer. that only applies to part of the ballots. you want to court order one of our lawsuits that applies statewide where they treated to a different ballot improperly and allowing democrats and strongholds to secure their ballots while in republican counties, the voters weren't allowed to. there's another order to
7:27 pm
segregate ballots as well. were only beginning to see this, and never investigated a guilty person who wanted me to see the evidence. i've never investigated an innocent person who didn't want me to see the evidence of innocence in their hands. why are they blocking the door to these counts? >> laura: we don't know exactly what the supreme court will do, but there is precedent for courts overturning the results of election. back in 1994, a u.s. district judge avoided the results of a philadelphia state senate election and don't grow or dictate to the because rampant democrat fraud. it was a consequential race, too. it's enough enough to flip control. everyone is talking remedies, here. even if you find some of these ballots were invalid or improperly processed, is that enough to change the results? what is the remedy? what could the court even consider doing?
7:28 pm
>> the court would probably look, given the timing and to the fact that this order comes down on the last day in which the three days where the secretary of state extended the voting. we don't know how many ballots are affected by that. we should know that answer, but it seems very shady how they are keeping track. a court would look at, let's assume this mistake occurred and does make a difference. if there are 300,000 ballots that came in after election day and the margin is 100,000, that makes a difference, but if it is 100,000 ballots and the margin is 300,000, it may not make a difference. you're going to look at that practicality to see if it would've made a difference. piling on with some of the other errors that we've seen, it may be sufficient enough, or the court may be unhappy that pennsylvania authorities have simply ignored their order. that's why this order came down tonight, they weren't doing what they're artie supposed to be doing.
7:29 pm
>> laura: they say there's no evidence of fraud. i don't see anything, show it to me, i don't -- i'm thinking, aren't you guys reporters? aren't you at all interested in investigating and did knowing the results? i'm going to play this quickly, an announcement from the michigan g.o.p. chairwoman that she made today. watch. >> in antrim county, ballots were counted for democrats that were meant for republicans. causing a 6,000 votes wing against her candidates. the county clerk came forward and said tabulating software alleged and caused a miscalculation of the vote. since then, we have now discovered that 47 counties use the same software in the same capacity. >> laura: is there nothing to see here at all? no concern? >> were supposed to accept that
7:30 pm
glitch in 47 counties potentially without figuring out the truth? this is concerning for your viewers. we get to the recount stage, the recount just validates the fraud. what is happening right now in many areas, democrats are actually claiming the right to complete ballots without anybody watching them. they will fill out the ballot, casted and, that's happening in michigan. they will counted to, no one needs to look. when you get to the recount, it validates the broad. they need to open the doors now. these courts need to get serious about allowing the law to be followed, which means a republican, democrat, everybody with a vested interest in this game gets to see how the ballots are counted. that's been a rule for over a century in this nation. i don't understand why we can just dispense a bit now. >> laura: ben ginsberg, well-known election lawyer, no fan of the president when he
7:31 pm
spoke out today in the same vein as i was referencing earlier. look, republicans -- it's all smoke and mirrors here on the fraud issue, watch. >> evidence simply is not there to claim our elections are rigged, the results are fraudulent, that there is cheating going on. my real disappointment with the republican party has been that it's standard, the president has said that her basic institution of elections is fraudulent without the proof to back that up, that's harmful to the country. >> laura: harming others, chris christie has said the same thing, your reaction? >> that is classic gaslighting. how are we supposed to come forward with the evidence when you're locked out of the room where the shenanigans are occurring and to wear dust when you complain, they give you some binoculars and treated like a birdwatching expedition. that is un-american, that is not
7:32 pm
how our election is run in this country. if they are using covid -- they are using covid as an excuse to lock observers out. that's outrageous. the software glitch, that same software is being used in almost all of the battleground states. this could be a more widespread problem. i would like all americans to be able to accept the outcome of the selection whatever it is, but if we have this type of shenanigans going on, and we have republican lawyers who for many years paid their mortgages with rnc money turn on the president and cover it up, that's unacceptable. the president should fight, he should reach a conclusion, and the lawyers are out there doing that. you're never going to feel comfortable with the results of this election and lessers transparency. at that to occurred. >> laura: thank you so much. biden's nonannouncement turned into a celebrity tailgate. plus nancy losey trying to spin

sometimes the truth. at this is clearly the truth you trump administration is trying to make, whether it was voter fraud or not, one thing is clea, joe biden will not be a transformative president. you heard weekend at bernie's, this will be one term at biden's. it look, we have to admit, any fair-minded watcher, he is not vigorous, he is not mentally agile enough to move a robust agenda. i also think the more people see him, the more they will see his true state. we will see him in moments of justice crowd. >> the motorcade is now approaching. look, this is late. at this is late in the evening. we don't usually see joe biden out this late, i think they want to go and plant a flag and call this a victory, despite the fact that you are only supposed to have .3% of ballots spoilage in pennsylvania, and there could have been as much as 3% of
