but first, mandates for defeat. that is the focus of tonight's angle. during the campaign, joe biden and his handlers refused to be transparent about basic policy questions including their specific plan for handling covid. on top of that, they lied about joe's opposition of fracking, his timeline for destroying the gas industry, and they knew in their heart of hearts that the nation wasn't nearly as radical as their party had become. so they sold biden as a moderate, amiable, grandfatherly figure. he would help heal the nation's divide and even conquer the virus itself with science and compassion. >> today, i have named a covid-19 transition advisory board comprised of distinguished public health experts. this group will advise on detailed plans, built on a

bedrock of science. and the key compassion, empathy, and care for every american at its core. >> laura: compassion? remember, we told you we need to use biden-all edgy to translate announcements of this type. but look who will be actually making the policy. first doctors rick emanuel, the architect of obamacare. death panels and all. dr. emanuel also just happens to be someone who thinks it is morally problematic for people to live beyond the age of 75. >> i look at somebody five when i look at all the data and the physical disability, dementia, alzheimer's disease, loss of creativity, slowing down of the mind and the body. 75 seems like that albeit somewhat arbitrary moment where you get the maximum chance, he will still be vital, alive, and
7:04 pm
vigorous. >> laura: i wonder if 77-year-old joe knows about these 75-year-old cut off. i wonder what dr. emanuel's real feelings are about covid giving dell not given that according to the cdc most deaths are americans 75 and up. also on the task force is former hhs whistle-blower, rick not so bright who filed a complaint against the trump administrati administration. putting him on the task force is just of indicative purely political move. and if you think biden's virus panel will opt for any optimism or hope, hope of returning to normal any time soon guess again. after all, he's on the task force as well. this is what the good doctor just told cnbc today. >> what america has to understand as we are about to
7:05 pm
enter covid hell. and as such, hospitals are being overrun. the next 3-4 months will be by far the darkest of the pandemic. >> laura: the long, dark winter is back. biden also appointed dr. vivica mercy to cochair the cove at covid task force. this is what mercy did to throw cold water on the idea. >> i think it's very dangerous at this point to get specific dates. you have to be really clear with people about what the distribution plan is for the vaccine. it will take months to get the vaccine out even after optimal circumstances. which is why the facts mean vace campaign has to be executed well. >> laura: i guess he forgot to buy a vowel. unfortunately for the rest of us, that was wrong and trump was right.
7:06 pm
pfizer promising positive results. that's good news, right? while not if you are the governor of new york. >> it's good news and bad news, george. the bad news is that it's about two months before, as joe biden takes over, the trump administration is rolling out the vaccination plan and i believe it's flawed. how can we shape the vaccine plan to fix it or stop it before it does damage. >> laura: okay, this is truly a sick man with a tyrant complex. but then again, preventing covid deaths around the most vulnerable has never been his thing. far better to spend his time harassing a bunch of orthodox jews attending a funeral. social distancing. what about all those science people? what they seem to believe in other words is that a vaccine will only be safe if biden is in
7:07 pm
office. for those of you who thought this was about the science, will guess again. this is about power, my friend. it is about social control, controlling you and it always has been. and does biden made clear today, not even a vaccine will deter them. >> maybe it saves the life of a member of your place of worship. maybe it saves the lives of one of your children's teachers. maybe it saves your life. so please, i implore you, wear a mask. do it for yourself. do it for your neighbor. a mask is not a political statement, but it does a good way to start putting the country together. >> laura: wait a minute. wearing a mask is a good way to start pulling the country together? what is pulling the country together have to do with science or health. get it? the more you hear these guys talk about covid, the more it sounds as though their
7:08 pm
perspectives is truly political. entirely political. americans are happy to cooperate on health measures including masks that will truly benefit our health. yet they are not going to give up their traditional liberties and part of a political effort to start pulling the country together. they have been tearing the country apart for the last three years, four years, five years. in short, the key lesson from today is that biden's cove covin iappears to have no relation to the actual facts. certainly, they ignore the overwhelming evidence that western europe has tried similar policies which have ended in disaster. lockdowns, masks, none of it seemed to stop the virus. meanwhile, in america our economy is roaring back in so long as biden and company doesn't get their hands on it. look, it is too early to tell how the election is ultimately going to come out. but i can tell you this.
7:09 pm
joe biden and the democrats do not have a mandate from the voters to wreck the economy or take away your civil liberties, my civil liberties in the name of covid. over 71 million patriots voted for president trump. assuming they can win in georgia in january, republicans will hold the senate. republicans can gain seats in the house. the american people didn't vote to the lock themselves down. and i believe they will resist any such effort. i've interviewed governor desantis and lots of other republican officials and i do not think that you will see states governed by republicans destroying themselves, destroying small businesses, restaurants, everything. due to the fear of coven. and i don't think a congress for the republican senate would make them do so. so if biden and his puppeteers try to force us into unnecessary lockdowns, they will find themselves taken to court. and they will lose. i know that the democrats spend
7:10 pm
most of the weekend celebrating. no covid there. but it's important that they understand the truth. whatever happens in this presidential election, you will not have the power to rewrite our constitution, deny our liberties, and locked down our economy. and if you try any of these things, we will fight you day and night. and we will win. the american people have spoken and they have made clear that covid or no covid, the democrats much seek cooperation, not submission from us. for months now i have made it clear that covid is a national tragedy that should have been something that brought us altogether. instead, democrats used it as a political weapon. it was effectively joe biden's running mate. now the election is over. a vaccine is on the way. and they are still using it. what was biden's phrase? start pulling the country together? sorry, democrats. you don't have that kind of power. if you want to pull the country
7:11 pm
together, i'd suggest you start treating the rest of us as free and equal citizens. ordering us around or trying to will only backfire. and that's the angle. joining me now is dr. williams grace and cardiologist extraordinaire and ceo of cardiology. all right, doctor, the entire coven plan seems to be hinging on mandates and a lot of these people on the task force were all for the lock down. what is the science? >> welcome i think the science actually says that lockdowns may actually delay herd immunity and may delay a country's coming back. i think another example, putting aside sweden, is japan. we have got out of japan where half of tokyo has antibodies. and one might say well, don't they do that in japan? well in fact they have two and a half times as much influenza in japan. so i think that what we are seeing -- and japan is a good
7:12 pm
example of this -- is that lockdowns may actually harm, not just the economy, but the health of the country that's locked down locked down. >> laura: when president trump announced that ambitious timeline for the vaccine he was mocked. it was called political. even by the suppose it head of his covid task force. watch. watch. >> we are not going to have a vaccine deployable by at least a year or year and a half. >> to think we have one at the end of 2020 frankly i think is just really unrealistic. >> aspirational he it's the end of the year. realistically it will be 2021. if you listen to the experts, including dr. fauci. >> laura: as far as i could tell they had it in from the start on this. your reaction? >> it certainly academia. they all vote one way. and those who were private practice in trying to care for
7:13 pm
patients who actually pay their salaries, they were all pretty much on the side of trump. but i think when you look at biden's program, the scary part of it is not the scientific part, what they've done is taken all of the successful programs of trump and put sort of a new age academic cliche on it to call it something different. such as a "safe vaccine" as opposed t to a "unsafe vaccine." to have next-generation testing to the testing that's been done now. fourth-generation testing. and then they have evidence based care. all the care in the country. and then they are going to have a pandemic dashboard. we arty have one in johns hopkins. that's not the scary part. the scary part is the social political part where they're going up a program to address the food insecurity during an obesity epidemic. they are going to have a task force to address the food
7:14 pm
insecurity of covid-19. and the effect of covid-19 on affordable housing. you take a look at new york, covid had a great effect on affordable housing for everybody is leaving. so there'll be plenty of affordable housing. and then you take a look at what they are going to do with a diversity health force like the space voice. a diversity health boards. because as you know, only diverse people have been cared for. the people caring for them now are not diverse enough. and then you are going to have a women's caregiving for us on this woman's caregiving force is going to take care of all of these covid to because there is only one sect that can actually be empathetic and offer covid patients. they're terrified they will presumably go over after conservatives because these xenophobic conservatives are going to have -- because the virus came out of asia. which is news to governor cuomo, because he thinks it came out of eda lee. >> laura: that was the best litany i think ever recited in
7:15 pm
the ingraham angle in four years. all right, question about the timing of this vaccine announcement. pfizer had this data, some people wondering about the data. but should we be curious about the timing? >> i think the timing makes perfect sense. you of a president put in an executive order on drug pricing that wasn't delivered. another president who is proposed next to nothing in terms of reining in prices. why would you really stopped and potentially help the president that would help you financially. i think the ceo had a responsibility to its stockholders and i'm sure he will get a bonus with his work on their behalf.
7:16 pm
>> laura: all i will say is president trumpeted more to address than any president i can remember. and that's not good for big pharma. i guess we will hear why they delayed the announcement. but who knows it would've made a difference, but it might have? it might have, especially with suburban women. thanks guys. just a week ago, this is how they referred to trump campaign rallies and white house events. >> just last night on his covid spreader tour it -- i mean, he's a super spreader. to speak of what he's doing is irresponsible, dangerous, holding super spreader events. it doubly events. >> creating super spreader events just to appease his ego. >> we could've had another super spreader event at the white house this week.
7:17 pm
>> they are all super spreading maneuver and what they are same. what did they say about the celebrations for biden and kamala this past week in? >> i called it unbridled exuberance. the countries having a nationwide block party. >> only thing i concur to is the admission to take out usama bin laden. to speak of the whole celebration -- everything i have seen across the country so inspiring. what you saw today erupting in the streets was people daring to hope again. >> laura: oh, my god. someone call hallmark greeting cards for that in-depth analysis. joining me now, ari fleischer. only eight super spreader. ari, the hypocrisy is so obvious that it's almost boring. but it does beg the question, how much political capital will biden really have to try to enforce lockdowns early part of
7:18 pm
the year given the fact that his task force members, number of them, have been very open to reinstituting. >> first, i want to go back a second. you shouldn't have me on the show, you should have another doctor but, because clearly covid knows the cause. if you are liberal, pro-biden, covid bounces off of you. if you are a conservative, covid gets you. that's what we know from the screen grabs. as for the mandate -- look, joe biden i do think has a legitimate mandate to do two things. one is to wear a mask. he ran on that. and he's right, we should all wear masks. two, it is between glass. that is the extent of his mandate. if there was a mandate on any ideological grounds, the democrats would have gained seats in the house, one governor shift in state houses, none of that happened. >> laura: all say, ari, i disagree with you on the masks thing. and the reason i say that's in this crowds of people -- as you
7:19 pm
noticed -- there were a lot of people wearing masks, but they are pulling them down, they are touching them, moving them, taking them off, putting them on. and they are right up next to each other. at jump events and rallies, that wasn't good enough. so i don't buy any of it. i think all of it is for them, the masks represent the threat. you have to go pro-government as dr. gray said. all the food security and diversity and medicine. that all stems from covid. so when covid is dealt with, perhaps with a vaccine, it becomes harder to make all of these cases that they want to make the case for. >> i do think we should all wear a mask. i think that was his only good point when it came to anything he's going to do. >> laura: he's not serious about it though. that's what i'm saying. the crowd itself -- you are not supposed to be in close quarters with each other. period.
7:20 pm
that's what they said. >> when he gets to the crowds, this is where the huge hypocrisy is that you pointed out. the reason it's about to see is because the press takes side. and they take the sides of the democrats. they've done it for my entire lifetime. it's just accelerated, it's gone off a cliff. and none of us should ever forget it, laura. when you look back the next four years -- they are now asking for healing. what did they do for four years? they resisted the election, they wanted to overturn the electoral college, they boycotted the inaugural, they surveilled trump people, they unmask the national security advisor, leaked the president's calls, impeached him, and now they ask for healing? where were they for the last four years? >> laura: they are throwing acid on every wind out there. let's have a kumbaya moment. and then we will have an enemies list. the enemies list -- they are --
