this rig the election. under the president's message twitter added this claim about election fraud is disputed. the trump campaign has filed lawsuits in arizona, michigan, nevada and pennsylvania. a lawsuit in georgia was previously dismissed. one poll worker as you mentioned in nevada claims she witnessed evidence of election fraud. >> i was and i could see these people hand over what appeared to be white envelopes. and as i got closer the envelopes were being torn open two. people bring them open and turning and facin face and markn them. i thought those are ballots. >> joe biden slammed the president for not stepping aside gracefully. >> well, um, i just think it's an embarrassment quite frankly. the only thing that -- how can i say this tackfully. i think it will not help the

north carolina he is up why they stopped count something a big mystery this has got to stop. wisconsin the books have been closed they might get a recount there the president lost by 20,000. arizona is he counting it down every day. it's now down to 12800. even if all these lawsuits that have been filed and it's pretty thick have been filed. some of them dismissed already go through, is it going to be enough to make a difference in the election? now, i'm hesitant to use polls, especially after they have been so wrong. but these are so stark i thought i would share them with you. the politico morning consult poll mail in voting led to. only 26% of republicans believe the 2020 election was fair. only 26%. so you wonder why the bulk of which are still standing with the president. it's only been a week. here is senator marco rubio. >> at the core of our republicans legitimacy comes from people's confidence in the election. and right now you have got half

this country ha has doubts about the veracity of this election. that's why the process that exists in the law. process in the law that exists. after the election before the results are certified. that process has to be allowed to move forward; otherwise, we are going to have a result here that half the country will harvest significant results about. that's bad for the country. steve: we are hearing these stories of one at a time of incidents. and they are being reportedly looked at by the department of justice. the attorney general made it very clear to look at the specific things. one of those things we telling you about yesterday was that postal worker in erie, pennsylvania, who said his bosses showed him how to back date these mail-in ballots. well, that was disputed yesterday because "the washington post" ran a story that said the postal inspectors interviewed that guy and he changed his story. but, what's curious is then later in the day he actually put out a youtube where he said i'm

reading a story on "the washington post" and i did not recant my story. and this guy, by the name of richard hopkins, who was a postal worker in erie, he said i'm going to present more evidence that this actually happened today. which would be wednesday. but nonetheless, there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud at this point. and yesterday, joe biden obliquely addressed that when asked about president trump and his reluck tantsd to concede the election there is only one president at a time and he is the president. the electoral college decides in december and that won't be announced until early january. it seems like at this point is he not going to sue that get that money from the gsa although he is fund raising off it, ainsley. ainsley: yeah, the bottom line is this is about integrity of the election. do we have trust? are we able to go to the polls, fill out our ballot and know

that it's being counted and if there was one illegal ballot, then that canceled out a valid ballot. and last night i was watching sean's show and kayleigh was on there and she had a stack of 234 pages. within the stack of papers she held up in that ream of papers, 60% of a batch of ballots had the same signatures. 35 ballots no voter record but counted anyway. 50 ballots were run multiple times through a tabulation machine and one woman, her son was deceased but somehow he got to vote. so they are definitely looking into this. ronna says she was on last night, too. she said there are 11,000 incident reports they want to get to the bottom of it because this is about the integrity of our election and making sure those 70-plus million voters that voted for donald trump that their votes are not forgotten. yesterday, joe biden was speaking out and he is asking for president trump to step down. you heard lucas say that -- he

they can't make any decisions about the future until the general service administration certifies this election and they're asking for that individual to move quickly and to respect the will of the people of the voter, brian. brian: he gets about 10 million bucks and office space. i'm sure they could do a lot, ainsley. keep in mind, joe biden talking to foreign leaders. i don't think that was good. i thought that was one president at a time. during that time did he bring up to the german president merkel did he say don't worry, i'm going to put those troops back in germany? that would be bad. like michael film maybe saying or not saying something about sanctions don't overreact to sanctions because i'm not looking to i'm i'm i'm not going to look to keep them on you when we get in? was anything brought up with world leaders about future foreign policy? i don't know, besides america first, he says america alone. it was america first but not america alone so he decided to turn that on its head. but it's just very interesting the way it's okay for joe biden. i wonder if the fbi had a chance to listen in on those conversations and make sure they were on the up and up and maybe they will deny it later in a

series of hearings. meanwhile keep in mind when joe biden talks about foreign policy he has experience but he doesn't have a lot of success. one of the most successful in our country worked for democrat and republican administrations including barack obama. defense secretary robert gates said this in his book duty. he said quote i think joe biden has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue for the past four decades. and one thing is kind of curious. the saudi arabia leader king has called joe biden. the russian vladimir putin has not. neither has china president xi has not called joe biden. he says i hear they're still counting votes. along with the mexican leader who is actually very, believe it or not, as socialist leaning as he is, has been a great ally to this country and to president trump, steve. steve: well, brian, you mentioned maybe they will have some hearings. they did is v. a hearing on capitol hill kind of. it was one of those virtual things. the senate judiciary committee had, you know, they are trying to figure out under the leadership of lindsey graham of

ainsley's state of south carolina. trying to figure out exactly why the fbi launched crossfire hurricane. that was the operation of looking into the origins of the russian meddling allegations from 2016 which led to the mueller probe. he also wants to know exactly what the heck was going on with these agents who were presenting stuff that was wrong to the fisa courts that allowed them to spy essentially on the trump campaign and then administration as well. if you missed it, it was throughout the day right here on the fox news channel. and mr. mccabe had kind of a rough day. watch. is it. >> if you knew then what you know now would have you signed the will warrant against carter page. >> no, sir. >> did you mislead the fisa court. >> i signed a package that included enumerous factual errors. >> general flynn has been will

prosecuted for lying to the fbi. you lied to the fbi and you aren't being prosecuted. >> general flynn's situation and mine have absolutely nothing in common. i never ever intentionally mislead the fbi. >> you were fired for lying. were you not? >> i was fired as the result of a deeply unfair and flawed ig investigation. steve: and because of that he is fighting to get his job back. one of the puzzling questions though is why would they have warned hillary clinton given her a defensive meeting saying look, we are worried about this regarding what happened in 2016. mccabe said they didn't want to tip off the suspect they felt there were russian monthlies in the campaign. he said he had no new answers things we had heard before but he made it very clear, ainsley, he had no regrets about what he

did as the number two guy at the fbi. ainsley: well, he was fired for lying under oath. and fired for lying not under oath as well. think about what this did to the country though for basically three or four years, what it did to the campaign to carter page's life. how many million of tax dollars were spent trying to investigate this. steve: and the reputation of the fbi. ainsley: exactly. to that point mike lee talked about that. we drastically need to overhaul the fbi. listen to this for me it isn't about crossfire hurricane it's broader than that i have been working for the last 10 years on trying to shed light on the foreign intelligence surveillance act or fisa as it's commonly known. and the long term chronic potential for abuse. surveillance, warrantless surveillance of american citizens by the u.s. government.

this is not okay. we need to scrap fisa and we need to drastically overhaul and reform the fbi. its credibility has been severely and i think unfairly diminished by a few very bad, bad apples starting at the top levels of the fbi. ainsley: many people want to do away with the fisa courts because it's so secretive and everything that pretty much goes in front of the court gets approved. and then in this case shouldn't have been, brian. brian: right. big story, there was a memo. came out in the summer that said hillary clinton's campaign is looking to deflect interest in her emails by making up a story linking donald trump to russia. and it turns out the deputy director well it wasn't addressed to me. it was addressed to peter strzok and james comey. comey is-like i don't remember seeing that peter strzok is i don't remember seeing that the problem is you can't be on the other side. because the other side doesn't agree their stories conflict. that's the issue unless they are shoulder to shoulder in front and no appetite to look at 2016

army veteran and florida congressman brian mast joins us now. hey, brian. good morning to you, congressman. >> always good to see you. ainsley: always good to see you too. congratulations on winning again. what do you say to the people who went out to the polls and voted for you? >> thank you. that's true goes to be the number one thing. it's an honorable. reflecting on veterans day to say, listen, i will serve you the way that i served in combat. and that's to remember the people that i served alongside and do it in a i think that hopefully honors them every second of the day to remember that the decisions that i make they affect the people to my left and right. the people that i ask to represent. just like the decisions that i made on the battlefield. they affect people directly and in very life and death ways and to remember the leadersed that i in the military which is to say this about them. all the best leadersed that i, they never asked me or any of the other men that they had serving underneath them to do anything that they wouldn't do themselves or that they hadn't already done themselves.

at this point and ainsley, was there something you wanted to say about this? ainsley: you are sweet to let me talk about this topic. doug collins appealing. last night watching ronna mcdaniel she talks about when you validate one illegal vote you cancel out your at home your vote you went and did the right thing. s would there anything illegal? they're looking through that right now to your question earlier is there enough illegality if there is anything i will three change the direction of this election? probably not. but, the president, the g.o.p. feels like they owe it to the 70-plus million people that went out to the polls to vote for him and that supported him. and we all just want to know the truth. we'll want to be able to go to the polls and trust the election. but the politico poll says 70% of republicans now say they don't believe the 2020 election was free and fair and the majority of those republicans say that they do not trust the mail-in voting.

brian: let's talk about something else that was happening yesterday. a typical day with so many different plates are in the air. one of which was around midday or i would say starting around 10:30 the chairman of the judiciary committee who hopes to keep a chairmanship and majority in the senate lindsey graham, he was out asking andy mccabe questions. mccabe was deputy director of the fbi. he was fired for not telling the truth. yesterday he was bobbing and weaving like muhammed ali in his when he was called cash shut clay. did line up with peter strzok and sally yates as well as his former boss james comey. a bunch of people looking into the russia probe. he had a problem with michael horowitz report. he has a problem with the fact that he believes actually the president was working with russia to win an election. and that's why they did not tell the president ahead of time that

that to some senate democrats who say this is an old story. >> i think, mr. chairman, it's time to turn the page on crossfire hurricane. >> it's time to stop relet gating issues of the last election. it's time finally to put behind us the divisiveness and vitriol of the trump era. steve: while the republican senators asked some spectacularly pointed questions aimed at getting new information, mr. mccabe said nothing new for the most part. but he did make very clear that he had no regrets, ainsley, of what he did when he was the assistant to mr. james comey. ainsley: i think we all want this story to be over. but you can't move on unless you find out if something was done illegally. that's why they are in front of these committees. that's why they are being asked questions. steve: that's what we want to

know. ainsley: exactly. we don't trust the elections. have you all these republicans saying they don't trust the elections. now people saying they don't trust what happened in the fbi in our intelligence community. i mean the field offices are amazing. but, comey running the fbi and people don't trust him. this is what brett toll manuel said about the trust of our intelligence community. listen to this. this is a prime example of somebody that is -- has inconsistencies, lies, deception during a period of time that's been uncovered and then trying to keep it all straight. i mean, this testimony was a disaster. i'm proud of my time in the department of justice. did i not know that we could systematically endure what we have both on the individual level, people's lives were destroyed. but also on the organizational level. and right now the fbi is reeling still from 2016 and the country has lost absolutely lost its confidence that the fbi won't be political going forward.

steve: let's talk about the race. balance of power in the u.s. senate likely coming down to two run off races in the state of georgia. our next guest predicts a surprising factor in the election day results may ultimately reveal the winner. radio host and the resurgent editor. >> eric: son joins us from macon, georgia. good morning to you, eric. >> good morning. steve: good to have you. you are down there in georgia. what do you think is going to be the secret element to some sort of a win for somebody? >> >> if you look at the turnout from november. the president actually fell less than david perdue who almost got to 50%. look at all the statewide races. the republicans got 53% of the statewide vote for the state house, 54% for the state senate.

51% for the congressional race and then you had about 21 candidates in that special election for the senate that ultimately wound up with kelly loeffler and warnock and -- georgia is still a republican state. despite what stacey abrams and the democrats might have you believe. steve: i have been reading that stacey abrams has been motivating her side of the base and she has raised at least $6 million so far for this special election. but it's curious. you said that david perdue actually out performed the president. he got more votes than donald trump did. but jon ossoff actually got fewer votes than joe biden. >> right. steve: the question is, erick, if joe biden is not on this particular ballot and he is not. it's between these two. do people show up? >> i think republicans definitely show up. republicans in georgia tend to have advantage in the run-off election they turn out better. the democrats have certainly

tried mobilize themself and activate the urban corps. upper northern counties outside of atlanta. hugely republican. always reliably turn out. they will this time. republicans motivated to keep chuck schumer from being the majority leader in the senate. >> i read one you said you said the libertarians may actually show up and vote for david perdue because of his support for the second amendment. >> in georgia, libertarians really are a second amendment group. they got 2% of the vote. if they weren't there david perdue would have gotten over 50%. typically half of them won't show up. even if half of the bib terrence show back up that puts perdue. jon ossoff doesn't resonate outside of the area. you got to get 30% of the black vote in georgia to be competitive and ossoff couldn't poll that off. steve: let's switch geers and talk about joe biden. ever since what was it saturday night that big show out in the parking lot in wilmington, delaware.

lieutenant governor of texas dan patrick offered up to a million dollars, encouraging people to report voting fraud from anywhere in the country. he said if you know of it yourself, report it to your local law enforcement because that's how things like this would be uncovered. he's putting some money there. "the new york times" this morning has got an item where they contacted officials in 46 states, and they interviewed either the governor or the secretary of state, and they asked them if they had any evidence of voter fraud, ainsley. and not one of them in 46 states saw any voter fraud. ainsley: all right. well, that's actually good news, isn't it? because we don't want fraud. we want to be able to trust these elections. but kayleigh, with the administration, she was on last night, and she said in wayne county, michigan, alone, she held up a stack of papers when she was on tv, 234 pages of evidence of sworn affidavits, signed by notaries. she said 60% of the ballots add

had the same signatures, 60%. 35 ballots no voter record but counted anyway, 50 ballots were run several times through the tabulation machines. ronna mcdaniel said, you know, that is -- if this is, if they find out there is a legal -- that is stealing. she said stealing faith in the election process and these 70 plus million voters deserve to know that they're not forgotten. look, will it be enough if they find out there is anything illegal or nefarious? probably not for a win for president trump when you look at the numbers. but we need to know because we need to fix the problems before there's another election. and i hate to break it to you, brian, but we're going to be talking about another presidential election in about three more years, if not sooner. brian: yeah. ainsley: we've got to figure out the problem. brian: yeah. we've got to stop with the

real. i feel confident that we're going to be able to put america back in a place of respect that it had before. brian: right. we'll see. in south korea it's mixed. he's more popular than donald trump in south korea, but in terms of the south korean leader, he goes i know more attention's going to be given to north korea, and they're nervous about that. russia has not called, china has not called. i just think it's such a double standard to say it's okay to have conversations. in those conversations did you talk about a policy switch, maybe to germany when he talks to the german leader? hey, don't worry about it, i'm not pulling too troops occupant? is that insubordination? meanwhile about his track record, robert gates who's been working for democrats and republicans including president obama as secretary of di defense says this, remember in his memoirs, i think he's been wrong

on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the last four decades. i, for one, am hoping he breaks that streak because that does not give me a great sense that he has a great sense about our foreign policy. steve: well, joe biden, yesterday he was trying to -- he did not want to directly address the legal challenges and things like that. he said, look, there's only one president at a time, and he's the president right now. he said the electoral college is going to meet in december and then certify the national election in january. and it sounded like he was okay with that. ainsley, it's interesting because we made a lot about how the gsa has not turned over $6.3 million in biden campaign -- to the biden campaign to start their operation. and he said, you know what? we're going to be okay with that too. the problem is by the gsa not recognizing the incoming administration, it is impossible for them to do background checks on people who will be in the cabinet. ainsley: right.

a lo gist ines very different ally -- logistics very differently. as steve said, we moved a lot of our people to tampa, and so we didn't have everything new york-centric. we had our front office in the main hubs -- new york, san francisco, dallas. texas is very, it's a great state to do business, and it's even becoming a better state because of what's happening in austin and dallas where so many young people, which, by the way, mabley democrats -- mainly democrats, have moved there, and the recruiting has been incredible for companies. you have great tax, you have, as steve said, not a lot of regulation. but you also have a great pipeline of recruits which is incredibly important. you have great schools out there. i'm not a non-texas guy or a non-florida guy. business can go to all 50 states, you have to do what's the best. secondly, i've never been 1230r9ive of -- supportive of financial transaction taxes. i don't think it makes sense. it's an over the counter market, you don't need to add a tax to

quit. that's a 25% increase of all of last year. so it is a run for the exits because they get no support from this terrible mayor. and if it was so bad, why didn't jim clyburn say this earlier? it would have meant a lot for the country. yesterday, the judiciary chairman, lindsey graham, asked andy mccabe to come in and explain himself to what he was up to during the russia probe in the 2016 election. here's a little of what he gave and what he received. >> if you knew then what you know now, would you have signed the warrant application in june of 2017 against carter page? >> no, sir. >> did you mislead the fisa court? >> i signed a package that included numerous factual errors. >> general flynn's been prosecuted for lying to the fbi. you lied to the fbi, and you aren't being with prosecuted. >> general flynn's situation and mine have absolutely nothing in

steve: well, joe biden's tax plan, if enacted, could have some people in blue states heading for redder pastures, as we have been talking about this morning. ainsley: grady trimble from our sister network, fox business, is live in chicago with just how high the rates could get. hey, grady. >> reporter: hey, steve, ainsley and brian, good morning to you. for the highest of earners, income, payroll and capital gains taxes would all go up. so let's take a look at the numbers here. that would mean the top tax rate in some states would be close to 55%. in the highest taxed states, they would be more than 60%. fox business has talked to financial planners who say that increase could expedite the big city exodus we've been seeing. we know with the freedom of working from home, millions of americans are considering moving or already have moved to more

[laughter] i'm running out there to catch them, yeah. steve: all right. so we've got 20 vets today age 22-92 making tandem jumps. each of them is -- abby: that's right. steve: -- strapped to a pro skydiver, right? abby: that's right. and we talked to one earlier who actually jumped with george h.w. bush. so he was originally supposed to be with johnny joey jones. things changed, but he still is up there, he still is jumping, and i should mention this -- they jumped out of a twin-row to have plane, they were originally going to jump out of a military plane from world war ii and then a different one from the vietnam war but, unfortunately, because of covid, that wasn't able to happen. we are going to walk to joey, but of course, we have to make sure that you can still hear me. steve: we can see you. go ahead.

abby: -- nobody lands on top of me. he's just hang out. i think joey's taking a break. doesn't joey know he has to work, you guys? [laughter] steve: just run over there. you've got a wireless microphone. abby: all right. we're just going to go. i'm getting the no, but i'm going to go anyway. i'm going to go anyway. hopefully, you can hear me. if you guys lose me at any time, we're going to to go get joey -- steve steve you've got 30 seconds. abby: all right. you know, i'm going to run into a jog. this is why i was an athlete in college, guys. hey, joey, are you just going to stay here forever or what? >> oh, man. i'm still soaking it in. abby: how was it up there? >> that was just amazing. i mean, zero gravity -- abby: i'm going to take a seat next to you. >> yeah, have a seat. when i got out of the plane, my legs were kind of turned around backwards, so my feet were pointed the wrong way. abby: oh, no.

>> did it on purpose to get out of the plane. and so, yeah, like, when the wind first took ahold of us, we took a roll. and i'm like, well, i'm kind of facing up towards the sun, this was the most amazing thing ever. and then when we final lu got turned around where we needed to be, she took over and just made it so easy. abby: was he a good, good person to tandem with or difficult? >> he was excellent. he's done this before, it's like he never stopped. [laughter] abby: what was it like there up in the plane with these generations of veterans who are dating back to world world war ? >> you know, i had a korean war veteran right beside me, and the smile never left his face. he was smiling before he got on the plane, smiling on the plane, and you could see the look on his face, he wasn't worried about anything. he was just ready to go. and, you know, they had a little trouble because it's like fitting an elephant into a she box -- [laughter] and he was just along for the rude. and, my en, the -- i mean, the smile on his face took the worry

out of mine. abby: i love that. and four branches of military, correct? was there any smack talk? >> i think we were all kind of on the same team for that one. we'll do the smack talk on the ground, be friends up in the air. abby: fantastic x. how long have you been doing this? >> i've been jumping for 10 years. during my career i've been pretty much jumping out of airplanes. abby: and how does today rank amongst those times that you've jumped out of these airplanes? >> well, to be veterans day at the world war ii, the national world war i monument and i moo seem and to be with generations of veterans date back to world war ii, this tops the cake. this is the best jump -- >> she's one of the best in the world, right? world class here. she made it so easy and talked me through it. i'll tell you, or i don't know if you can pay for an experience with someone like her, but if you can, write the check -- abby: i want to hop up there next were you saying something, guys? if. steve: i was. introduce us to the person that joey was strapped on to for that

tandem jump as another one, can you see? somebody else in a red, white and blue parachute's heading your. abby: oh, yes. we do have someone else, and you just say your name and sure service as well? >> jenny espy e nose saw, i'm in the united states army. abby: thank you so much for your service. everything you guys are doing here is absolutely incredible. what is this green smoke coming out over here? >> to show the jumpers where thewinds are at on the ground. abby: everything run smoothly, because i'm looking at you guys expertly land over here. >> about as smooth as it was going to get. we all worked as a team. it wasn't different branches, we were all veterans there, and we made it work together. brian: abby, quick question -- >> my legs are duct taped to my jump suit, so if they come off me, they don't leave me. that tape works, i guess. brian: abby, can you ask johnny

joey jones if this is the first jump since his accident in iraq? abby: is in your first jump since your accident in iraq? brian kilmeade wants to know. >> yeah, i used to jump solo. it was a lot different when you're not in charge of what you're doing. knowing her experience, it kind of made it easy. i actually got to be along for the ride, and i didn't have to work too much. she made me work a little bit. abby: well, thank you for your service, johnny joey jones, thank you for your service and all the veterans out there, thank you for your service, this day is for you. guys? steve: all right. there they are on the grounds of the national world war i museum and me e moral in kansas city. if you're in the area today, admission is free for vets and active duty military personnel through sunday, and general admission, brian, for the public is half price today. so check it out on this veterans day, 2020. brian: right. that'll do it for us today. for steve and ainsley, we thank you so much for watching, now
