and based on so far president-elect biden has forecast in terms of the way he will govern and what policies he will make most prevalent when he starts, what does that tell you in terms of where the market may go. >> i think is very interested in protecting the consumer and protecting the average shareholder versus worrying about the bankers at the moment. however, when you look at the people, the deputy director of the consumer financial protection bureau which she did serve for a short time under president trump but it was not a pleasant time, president trump was not a supporter of the agency and they really stopped throwing fines on anybody once mick mulvaney was put into place and you're looking at people like that who make it a priority, let's put it this way of protecting the consumer.
