it. joe biden promised more of it. masks and quarantine, limits on travel, restrictions on who you can eat with, you can touch, and how. the most intimate details of our lives completely controlled by your leadership. people who used to scream at the politicians keep your hands off my body aren't saying a thing about this. in fact, they're encouraging it. exactly, what is this about? not about science, masks and lockdowns prevented coronavirus infections we would not be seei. but we are seeing it. clearly, the geniuses got it wrong once again. this time, they're not even bothering to point to a legitimate scientific study and the courts continuing the policy because there's not claims to support that. what's going on? the bishop has some idea about it, one of the truth tellers in his church. he made himself deeply unpopular couple years ago by exposing the

complicity in decades of sex abuse. they hated him for it. but he 79 years old and the way that older people stop caring when others think they don't care, so instead he says when he thinks is true. a few weeks ago, he wrote a letter to president donald trump assessing the lock down a perspective you almost never hear in the country. no one, up until last february, when have ever thought that in all of our cities, citizens would be arrested simply for wanting to walk down the street to breathe. up to want to keep their business is open. to want to go to church on sunday. now, it's happening all over the world. the fundamental rights of citizens and believers are being denied in the name of a health emergency. it's revealing itself more and more fully as instrumental to the establishment of a inhuman faceless tyranny. you may not have heard those words before, there's a reason for that. the usual foot soldiers for conformity and our news media did their best to suppress and discredit his letter to the

"this pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset." keep in mind, that's not from qanon, that's a head of state talking. he's not alone. schwab has written a book called "covid-19: the great reset." the book isn't about science or medicine, no. instead it describes "what changes will be needed to create a more inclusive resilience and

sustainable world going forward." what changes is schwab talking about? we don't know. what we are sir enough is that you're going to pay for them and the people in charge will benefit from them. you can bet on that. we can tell how different it is now from the leaders how they were talking when the pandemic began. it started mid-march. at the time, california governor gavin newsom committed 56% of the population, more than 25 million people, would become infected with a virus at the end of eight weeks. of businesses would begin to shut down he acknowledged when he promised it would all be over soon. "this is not a permanent state." newsom assured up. "it's a moment in time." the moment continued indefinitely. produce soup, gavin newsom was telling us who we are allowed to be around and who were allowed to talk to. >> i want to remind you, limit

your mixing with people outside of your household, it's common sense and the data suggests not everybody is practicing common sense. >> tucker: okay. that's in july. gavin newsom told the data suggests. when have we learned about the data since then? as of november 15th, 2.6% of the total state of california has been infected. that's roughly 20 million fewer people than gavin newsom predicted would be infected by may. in some ways, it looks like a victory. it can you declare victory? now. it just the opposite. today, newsom announced that more lockdowns are underway. california is pulling the emergency brake. emergency brake? tonight, 41 counties in the big estate under the most restrictive form of lockdown. churches, gyms, restaurants, et cetera cannot conduct any kind of indoor operation. on what ground is gavin newsom declaring this? scientific grounds, of course.

gavin newsom believes in science but not for himself. personally, as a man, gavin newsom is exempt from the laws of epidemiology. nine days ago, the governor was caught violating his own guidelines eating at one of the state's most expensive restaurant with one dozen other people. he's fine, he didn't die from it. when your god, you don't fear viruses. lockdowns are for mortals. you would think getting caught would first newsom. getting caught ignoring your own rules used to be a major problem for politicians. but it's not anymore. there are no longer humiliated by their own hypocrisy. the point of the exercise is to humiliate the rest of us by forcing us to obey transparently absurd orders. let's see what we can make them do next. okay, health reasons, everyone has to wear a biking hat with horns every wednesday. it's the law, dr. fauci's orde orders. nobody would do that!

they will do, they'd follow the order! in an environment like this, dominated by completely unreasonable demands from the people on top, mediocrities like mayor lee lightfoot thrive. this is a moment created for her and people like her. watch lightfoot x plane on msnbc how she has no personal obligatioobligations that you ce arrested for ignoring. >> we do do mikey mike what you say to those who are criticizing you you were rattling before a massive crowd celebrating joe biden's victory? now your saying how you want to shut down. >> there's times when we do need to have the come together and i feel like i was one of those times. at the crowd was gathered when i was there or not. >> tucker: noticed the complete lack of embarrassment. no shame whatsoever.

inflection and the voice doesn't move. there's times when the rules don't apply to me! okay. no one says anything. what specifically are the times? when don't the rules applied to the people making the roles? well, washington, d.c., mayor muriel bowser described rules do not ascribed to biden's victory. going to the party was absolutely essential and you would have guessed this, official business. so, muriel bowser did not have to quarantine or restrict travel and anyway because it was on behalf of the democratic party. what is the great reset look like? that's what it looks like. where the people in charge can do whatever they want because they are in charge. no principle is universal, no standard is evenly applied. no one's enjoying this more than the governor of washington state. he's not a man of science, he's a lawyer like the rest of us.

short answer to this, what's so maddening about this is we've been through this now twice. we've been through it i in the spring and summer. in the spring, were told lockdowns were going to quickly turn things around and it's going to be 15 days to flatten the curve. none of it turned out to be true. it turns out that lockdowns are in many ways counterproductive because they drive people inside with a log of transmission inside. they don't do anything to help people in nursing homes and care homes were so many deaths occur. masks, the best science, they suggest that they do very little or nothing. perhaps if you have a n95 mask properly fitted, you have a big defense. there's a big study that were waiting on almost four months late now and we assume it's been dumb not because it showed masks work but the people in the establishment are desperate to tell us the masks work.

so they have evidence presumably to show it to us. i can quote you and i can tell you about the navajo nation, which is 170,000 people and 600 deaths in it, possibly the highest death rate of any population group in the world that we know about. the navajo nation has been under week on lockdowns for almost the entire year. if it doesn't seem to have done any good. if you look at sort of big estates, you mention california, california has 40 million people. they've had to deaths of people under 18 still. they've had 18,000 deaths total which is 12,000 people in the states, but to deaths under 18. they've almost had to have the deaths of people over 75. that's the case everywhere, you're hearing about north dakota now. north dakota is supposedly falling into the sea under a wave of coronavirus doubts. guess what, 85% of the coronavirus deaths are people over the age of 80.

we are twisting our society inside out for a virus that we know, better than never affects the very old and very sick. i will say one less thing about gavin newsom. it's funny that gavin newsom went to a restaurant that's a three-star michelin restaurant. it was not funny that gavin newsom's kids get to g go to school in person and your stone. he won't even defend that. >> tucker: it's unbelievable. thank you for calling it out. alex berenson, great to see you. if >> thanks, tucker. >> tucker: for the last eight months, this crisis has been mismanaged in a way that no crisis in our recent history has ever been. you know who's at fault, who were blaming? you. yesterday, new york governor's explain how culpable you really are to this event. >> we will make mistakes in li life. we try not to, but we do.

criminally or civilly for the mistakes that occur during covid. that got him $2 million from the health care industry for his election. but you see, the totalitarian impulse on the part of those on the left is very strong. they are now using covid. this prophylactic that prevents us from exercising our religious freedom, our freedom to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. you can't help some but he who's got a business. were going to shut you down for two or three months in the spring. you know what, in the summer, you just have to live with the protests. too bad the rest of you lost your business and now were going to shut you down for good. the problem is, they are so dictatorial full and hypocritical that nancy pelosi walks into a salon with no mask expecting to get her hair done. lori lightfoot the same thing, i'm in government i need to look good for my city.

what nonsense is this? when someone who's trying to run a salon with a mask goes to ja jail. the hypocrisy is not going to be tolerated for much longer. americans need to be able to live. there religious freedom is the worst. the discrimination and denial of equal protection, when a supreme court justice comes out in the last week and talks about the fact that our religious freedoms are being denied to under cover of covid. then we know that we've got a problem. they are using this to reimagine everything. i'd like to use covid to reimagine that this is the country that our founding fathers said we have the right to free speech, we have the right to freedom of a religion. >> tucker: that's exactly right. as long as we put up with it, that's how long it will continue. judge jeanine gu, great to see . as far as we know, every single

♪ >> tucker: election day was 13 days ago. we have some of the most populated cities in our country. the vote is still being counted. this morning for example the borough of manhattan, the most densely packed place in the biggest city in america only reported about 60% of the votes cast. that's incredibly dysfunctional. their entire country like brazil that count the entire countries votes within 24 hours. what's wrong with us? why does it take manhattan and pennsylvania, georgia, north carolina so much longer? millions of americans understandably are asking the

question and questions like it. those are real questions. our current system does not inspire confidence. unless they get a real answer, no amount of threats or censorship -- they're getting both -- will make the population shut off. people have legitimate concerns about the integrity of our election. right now, a lot of the concerns are on software that many states use to keep track of ballots. several trump campaign attorneys, prominently sidney powell say they have evidence that certain voting software was rigged. that millions of ballots were changed from donald trump to joe biden. such a shocking claim, but we do not dismiss it out of hand. we are dealing with people who supported third trimester abortion and blm riots. what wouldn't they do? on the other hand, those are very serious charges. you'd better have evidence if you make those charges. of course, we will not endorse the story until we see it

ourselves. we have not yet received it. if it exists, we will see it soon. if there's a timeline on this. pennsylvania, the deadline to certify the election result is november 23rd, 1 week from today. legitimate claims of fraud will be proven by then or they won't be. right now, what's interesting is the total unwillingness of and you want empowered to entertain the idea that there might be something wrong with any of the election software that was used two weeks ago. what's weird about that that worries about election software isn't a conspiracy or bipartis bipartisan. it's long-standing and widely aired a period of four years ago, cnn told us that scientists were convinced there may have been hacking up the software and the 26 election. >> some computer scientists are urging the campaign ask for a recount in many swing states.

they say clinton got fewer votes than she should have been critical counties that used specifically electronic voting machines and the scientists say there could be a pattern there and it could be potentially explosive indicating the machines could have been manipulated or hacked. >> tucker: so, to be totally honest about it, and a lot of trump voters laughed at that. they laughed at it on the show. either way, democrats never approved and happened but they remain deeply concerned about election software. just last year, several leading democrats in the senate, moderate including amy klobuch amy klobuchar, such a letter to the three largest vendors of election systems in our company. it includes dominion voting systems inc. the letter read this way. the integrity of our election is directly tied to machines we vote on, the products you make. there is a lack of meaningful innovation and the election vendor industry and our

democracy is paying the price. republicans share that concern, last year, examiners of the texas secretary of state rejected the idea of using dominion voting systems in texas. they raise concerns whether the system was "safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation." for the past three years, democrats lined up on television to warn exactly that. we say we could be minutes away from a full-scale heck of our democracy itself. >> even hackers with women to prior knowledge, tools, and resources are able to breach voting machines in a matter of minutes. >> research has mistreated that ballot recording machines and other systems are susceptible to tampering. >> arizona, now installed in the state elections website. it voters in georgia and texas saw electronic voting machines deleting votes and switching them to other candidates. >> our election system and our

digital infrastructure are still exceptionally vulnerable to attack. unsecured machines that might as well have the word scrawled on them, "please hacked me, conrad" in russian! >> tucker: russian. put aside the russian, nothing, by the way, no light in our lifo lifetime has done more to make the publisher more frayed than the russian line. people should be accountable for that. but the point here is democrats have been warning about electronic fraud for a long ti time, long before donald trump showed up. 2014, they tweeted that 68% of americans think elections are rigged. the claims are said to be come chief of staff to joe biden agreed with it. it's because they are, he replied. it's fair to ask if ron klain

had a point. let's ge specific buried in geoa it uses dominion's voting system. to be clear, we're not alleging the system was hacked, were not alleged it was written to throw the election to joe biden. but the problems with the system are intrinsic and here's one of them. it doesn't produce a paper trail of the voters decision. instead, the state of georgia it uses something called ballot marking devices. bmd. the machines printed the piece of paper indicating the candidates the machine say the voters chose. that's about to be reassuring, but it's not really evidence of voter intent, is it? now, it's not. according to a paper published in february at princeton, georgia tech, berkeley, ballot marking devices are not secure. "up bmd's are also subject to

hacking, bugs, misconfiguration from the software that prints the marked ballot. most do not review bmd ballots and those who do failed to notice. "there is no action of voter can take to demonstrate to election officials that a bmd altered their express vote." there's no way to check and there's nothing you can do about it. that's not good. who thought the south? it requires a level of faith that we don't have the united states and our system and we need to change that. by the way, not unique to georgia and dominion. philadelphia county for example doesn't use dominion. the county uses election systems and software express vote xl. according to report in "bloomberg news," it caused chaos. "one case or turns out a candidate that the xl show just getting 15 votes had won by a thousand. neither hampton or the vendor knew what went wrong." how did that happen?

it's the software. the software in question was so unreliable that a berkeley professor told bloomberg brought demand bluntly that there is no reason to believe the paper trail generated by the xl accurately reflects voter selection. that's still true. it will remain true. no matter how many 32 year old news reporters pop up on your screen and demand you stop worrying about it because everything is fine and the experts say it's all foolproof and impossible to hacked. at best, they've got no idea what they're talking about. at worst, there long. either way, this is a real problem no matter who the president is. increasingly, americans don't trust technology and why would they? they've seen google at work. they know how easily technology can about corruption and they know how often it is, which is a lot. every day. the people who thought about this most, election integrity, believe that had marked paper ballots are the safest way to

go. they inspire the most confidence which is key for the system to work. it democrats like ron, to his credit, argued for paper ballots for years and maybe we ought to listen. we need to do something. and something needs to change and soon. no democracy can survive many more elections like this one. president obama thinks he's got a solution. to decline in confidence our system. get big tech to control the news media. oh, that's not totalitarian or anything. and settle down, barack obama. candace owens here to assess that and also we've been asked a lot recently about the shows feature on this channel and we will tell you what it is. coming up. he's a good musical - hello, i'm michael youssef.

♪ >> tucker: here's something you probably never read a story about. at the same time, something has changed this country in the very basic way. in the last decade, there's been a huge spike in transgender identification among teenage girls. what's this about exactly? one author and a journalist called abigail shroyer wanted to know. she wrote a book about what may be causing the increase in identification. the response tells you everything. they stopped selling the book after a anonymous twitter user said it was trans public. we've heard reviewed the book. then a professor at uc berkeley called grace celebrated the decision. she wrote "i encourage followers to steal abigail shroyer's book and burn it on a pyre."

that's a little much. but here's how the aclu wrote this period of stopping the circulation of the book and the ideas is 100% i will die on. after much public outcry target reversed the decision to ban the book. but this kind of censorship is happening everywhere now, particularly on this topic. why is that? abigail shroyer is the author and were happy to have her on tonigh. thank you so much. >> think you for having me on. >> tucker: let me ask you a question, why do you think the censorship of your book has been so aggressive and so unapologetic out in the open? what is that? >> woke activists have taken the position that were never allowed to question anyone's transition, no matter their age, circumstance, or the incredible lack of adequate medical oversight. i fully support medical

transition for mature adults. my book specifically looked at his side an end alarming spike among teenage girls and i took a hard look at why. >> tucker: i want to ask you why, but why this topic? my senses may be the least defensible position that people feel they have to defend the most aggressively come on baby there's another reason. >> i think it's the sense that anyone's transition is ever question, that they will not be able to issue demands for whatever treatment they want. right now, you have individuals who claim to be gender dysphoric, that have severe discomfort in their biological. they are self diagnosing and doctors are just told to rubber-stamp this. and for these teenage girls, a lot of them really don't have gender dysphoria, so they're unlikely to be held by medical transition. >> tucker: it sounds like they're likely to be hurt by it. give us a sense of the scale of

the change in identifications of gender dysphoria and the reason for its? >> sure. it ain't used to afflict roughly .01% of the total population, so that's one in 10,000 people. i think about .003%, one and 30,000 females were afflicted by it. it only started in childhood. it started with child gender dysphoria and now you're seeing a spike in teenage girls who claim to have this and they have no childhood history at all. we know that this is very strange. it all, we're now seeing 2% of high school students, most of whom are teenage girls claiming to be transgender. we know this is a very, very large spike that doesn't seem to make sense. even stranger, it's clustered in front groups. in teenage girls are coming out with their friends. we know this is socially driven. >> tucker: are some of the medical responses to this --

what do they include? you go to the doctor and you see my 14-year-old has gender dysphoria. what is the physician likely to do next? speak of the age of medical consent is varies. a 15-year-old without her parents permission, she can walk out with the court of testosterone. >> tucker: seriously? >> seriously. >> tucker: what are the long-term effects on teenagers? >> it puts fertility at risk i'm a very serious risk after five years. doctors recommend a prophylactic hysterectomy. it permanently changes your voice, facial features, you can end up with a permanent 5:00 shadow and private and not to be as well. >> tucker: so many cowards stand by while this happens. in so many, you're brave. abigail shroyer, i appreciate you coming out tonight. thank you. >> thank you. >> tucker: trump supporters came to washington on sunday.
