some illegalities going on in the presidential race on november 3rd so we are hoping the recount in georgia will be going well and the american people have rejected socialism, patriotic americans don't want open borders, defunding the police or single-payer socialized medicine. i think that has been proven in this election especially on house members. jillian: we mentioned the recount evident big news on that front, nearly 2600 ballots were unearthed in floyd county, georgia, that were not originally counted the original photos of this gives donald trump 800 more votes, still joe biden in the lead in georgia but this speaks to overall frustration among voters and confusion. is there vote going to count. do you think there should be congressional action on this front, congress stepping in and figuring out a way to make sure every single vote counts.

2:20 am
again, i think the american people have spoken. we won back a number of seats, knocked off a bunch of democrat incumbents. every one of our incumbents are coming back in the house was i think we are going to win the senate, retain the senate. i think donald trump still has a great shot at this if it is done in the right way but let me tell you it will be interesting to see what happens in the two wings of the democratic party but quite frankly what i am seeing, the radical socialist wing of it is one that is prevailing. >> it is apparently currently divided. it will be interesting to see if that is a sign of things to come for nancy pelosi, appreciate you coming on. 20 minutes after the hour, governor gavin newsom forced to apologize for breaking his own covid-19 restriction. did his apology go far enough? that story next.
