complete liability protection. i sponsored a bill in the house that would create a private cause of action for individuals who feel their first amendment rights of free expression, free speech have been censored. a number of americans in my district, examples of being censored by facebook or twitter. if you take the protection away you would see quickly their behavior change because they would be liable for civil penalties and civil action by people who were censored in violation of first amendment rights. jillian: a more generalized question do you think this amount of censorship we have seen happening during the trump administration will continue during a biden administration? >> just like you see in the mainstream media when biden asks questions it is all softball questions from mainstream media, they are not asking questions about hunter biden or china or things he did in the ukraine, of

course not. you will see a change but the problem is that behavior will not change as it relates to conservatives. it is important people have a private cause of action if they are sensitive the only way they will be liable to the american people for what they are doing is liability protection repealed by congress. jillian: the state department is warning the incoming biden administration of china's intends to be a world power and they wrote this saying the chinese communist party's conduct and self-professed those require the united states and other countries to revise assumption and develop a new strategic doctrine and address the china challenge to secure freedom america must refashion its foreign policy, fancy words of saying china is hell-bent on replacing the united states as a world superpower. what would president biden do about this?

dominated by corporate friendly insiders like frederick richmond will not help the president-elect measure in the most progressive democratic administration in generations. we were talking earlier how democrats are you there is no divide in their party but it is like this clearly state two opinions where the party should go and how it should be run. >> so shocked joe biden is running is hard to the left as he can to appease the progressive base of his party. you are seeing in the administration, biden talking about making these appointments but also in the house. if we get to the deck of 212, 214, 260 republican members in the house and there are 6 or 7 members of the progressive squad they will hold everything up and go to nancy pelosi and save you don't put in progressive policies we won't vote for your bills and if the progressive wing of the democratic party doesn't vote for their bills they will not get anything done.

you are seeing all these progressive policies in the far left of their party leveraging their power they had in this election cycle. jillian: you are not in the business of giving joe biden advice bit of this a criticism he will face from his own party and if so what should he do about it? >> if he does succeed after these recounts and lawsuits he is going to have a real challenge on his hands especially, if for some reason we can't hold onto the senate in georgia and it is a democratic senate and democratic house and biden in the white house he will be pulled as far to the left as possible and it will be the progressives dictating what is going on in the house and senate and that is unfortunate for our country. jillian: appreciate you waking up with us, have a good day.

i think i did get the vaccine, double-blind study, don't know if you get placebo or the vaccine but i think i got it. jillian: doctor debbie, pfizer got a safety review and applying for fda approval. sounds like things are really moving. when can we expect to see this vaccine, is it april or has the timeline moved up? >> widespread distribution might be spring but from what is out there, review the dated december eighth, ninth and tenth. what will happen is they start their emergency use distribution of the vaccine. new mexico, rhode island and tennessee to roll out the vaccine and in those areas they try to rank people according to need, whether they are first

responders and get to these populations so they can be protected first. healthcare providers you want them to have a vaccine to treat them and there are logistical issues that need to be looked at. with this vaccine there are two doses. have to make sure whoever gets the first does also get the second dose afterwards and second that there are no logistical issues in terms of temperature. the pfizer vaccine has to be stored at minus 94 degrees which makes it harder for a regular freezer. not that there will be more of a vaccine or they will get more than others but it is used as a model for how to spread it to people whether they are in cities or moral areas or different circumstances. a lot has to be looked at to get the vaccine. what is the buzz on capitol hill? are you confident this will be a successful rollout when the time

comes? >> i am confident. it is unfortunate we have governors in the northeast who are playing politics and unfortunately lots of people believe it will be a safe and effective vaccine. i am confident it will be safe and effective, so confident i put my money where my mouth is and m part of the clinical trial. it is unfortunate they are playing politics but i think it will get rolled out and it will be good. there is no question about that. jillian: the way to beat the virus is with this vaccine. the pfizer vaccine, if given the option, which should we take?

>> we will be lucky to get either of them especially the data we have so far. the moderna vaccine, easier to rollouts, doesn't require the minus 94 temperature. we will need both. we don't need to be picky about it at this point. jillian: congressman, in pennsylvania they just tighten their coronavirus restrictions and one thing they are requiring our people to wear masks even at home when members of other households are in your own house. how do you feel about that? there is a constitutional argument against that being a legal thing pennsylvania lawmakers can do.

understanding that explains why keeping troops in afghanistan on a day-to-day basis, keeps us safe, i'm open to hear it. but, until then, i will respect the president and the information he has and the will of the united states of america who says we don't need to be there with that many people for that long 20 years now. really what i want from this is some sort of action or explanation by congress that seems to really advocate for this every time president trump looks to pull people out. jill. carley: yeah, joing we are hearing that a lot of california democrats. california political groups are headed to georgia. sounds is unlike you are getting new neighbors run off races. the two democratic candidates are getting majority of donations from out of state. do you think that folks from other states will be able to successfully influence the georgia senate races? >> i don't know if they need to.

i mean, the truth is stacey abrams was very successful in our state at registering new voters and ensuring that absentee ballots get sent in. this is a mandate to the georgia g.o.p. to show up. and i believe that probably two thirds of the state is still red but only 45% of them vote then you don't have to have any more than 85% of democrats to vote. so, in other words, the numbers work out that, you know, the democrats did a lot better job in the election to getting people to the polls and getting their absentee ballots. in so what i say to those californians that may move to georgia. hey, come on in i will take you by the gun store on the way in because that's who we're. we are a red state. we believe four personal liberty. if you are moving here just to vote well that is illegal we would rather you stay in california than put you in jail. jillian: run up until the runoff on january 5th. joey, let's talk about this for

a second. this upset a lot of people yesterday to be quite honest with you the annual wreaths across america event at arlington national cemetery was canceled because of concerns over covid-19. and then the army secretary ryan mccarthy came back saying look, can you safely host this events. just talk about the decision, the reversal on that to still be able to have this for all of those families where this means so much. >> i spoke to people on the hill that were in touch with both the secretary of the army's office and wreaths across america yesterday. really what it came down to wreaths across america has worked with the army for months now on a plan to put in place respect covid and social distancing and do this correctly. if you have ever been a part of a wreath especially in arlington, there can be a lot of people show up. if you don't show up on time you might not get to place a wreath as many as they have placed. they really respected that and dialed in who they will bring in and how. they were caught completely blind sided by this decision. the only thing that might have
