petition for the recount illegally altered absentee ballots, illegally issued absentee ballots and illegal advice from government officials rega regarding voter id laws. the biden campaign says, after wisconsin voters turned out to cast their ballots in record numbers, a cherry picked and select counselling will not change these results. joe biden leads state-wide by about 20,000 votes. the president will see if in those 800 thousand votes there might be much irregularities to overturn the vote. georgia so far a cab vasss of all of georgia's counties found more than 2600 uncounted votes have been added to the tally, gaining 800 for president trump, 2755 uncounted votes were found in fayette, net gain of 449,

long while. i was 15 at the time. there tends to be a difference in precincts, the sign in list may say 355 people voted and the actual number of votes cast may be 356 so it tends to be sometimes a little bit one or two off. in wayne county it was as big in some instances as 27, a difference of 27 between what the role said and what the machine said. now the republicans eventually voted to certify wayne county results. there were not thousands of these but one or two they're, three or four there, 27 in one precinct. they asked the secretary of state to investigate the voting, see if there were illegal ballots cast and make recommendations how this could be reformed the mail in ballots caused distortion, people didn't know how to handle it. they had a lot of mail-in ballots but the republicans got an agreement that would be a

secretary of state check. georgia three counties, interestingly all three of them are republican the counties, floyd which is over near the alabama border, fayette directly south and slightly west of atlanta, walton which is to the west, east southeast of atlanta, all three republican counties, all of them found groups of ballots which were not counted which gave president trump an advantage and reduced the overall margin. we're likely, we might see one or two more. there are 157 counties in the state. they won't finish counting until later in the afternoon or evening, it's an interesting example of how these things are not necessarily intentional, i'm sure the republicans in all three counties and the democrats who exist in them were trying to do a conscientious job but the irony is all these missing ballots were in three republican counties. >> bill: a lot of breaking news. i mentioned you're the fronting

12:50 pm
50% against the afghan forces since the negotiations have begun. that's making a statement that the taliban is not too serious about having a peace negotiated agreement. if we pull all of our forces out it under cuts any leverage that ourselves and the government of afghanistan may have to force them into a negotiated settlement. the second thing is bill, it's as important as the first, is al qaeda is in residence in afghanistan and so is isis, the taliban has not demonstrated political will or capacity to ensure that presence doesn't elevate to a bonafide sanctuary and we have to deal with another 9/11 experience which has always been our fear from the outset. he's made the decision based on. that i think the 4500 we were at was a better number because it was based on the commander's assessment. the 2500 is based on arbitrary

strategy is the right one. big power competition, russia, china, china number one threat. north korea brandishing nuclear weapons and talking about using them. iran mentioning desire to have nuclear weapons and causing huge mischief in the middle east. they agree on that. likely will not give the trump administration credit for it but there is agreement. the differences will come in the application. first thing i think we're going to see as to world problems like a pandemic that we're dealing with or climate change the biden administration will probably join the global nations in dealing with that problem, get back into the world health organization and get back into the paris climate accord >> bill: are you okay with that? well i want those organizations -- i would use leverage before getting backing in there to fix them. both of those things are broke. and just kneeling down to these
