school. given the direction universities are going i am sure that doesn't surprise you. >> it doesn't surprise me at all. the knight foundation found 41% of students said they don't support first amendment protected hate speech. if you look at what hate speech is they say conservative thought. they are trying to silence people with whom they disagree. i have seen this happening with my own eyes. i had the opportunity to speak last month and there was a girl who came there, antifa accident who kept tackling me and trying to shut down the event. according to her i was promoting violence and hate speech. the topic of my speech was how to stop political violence. the students of harvard are not trying to protect democracy or republic, they are trying to censor people with whom they disagree.

those who are watching, convicted of killing philadelphia police officer daniel faulkner in 1981, he pulled over his younger brother and that is when as the story goes, he shot and killed officer falconer. he is serving a life sentence after a death sentence was overturned in december of 2011. colin kaepernick maintains his innocence, claiming he was framed. what is your take on this and colin kaepernick's involvement? >> we have to remember who colin kaepernick is. he made the comments himself, when we think back on the kneeling debate he started, cops being displayed as pigs on his socks. this is a quarterback who at the time playing for the 49ers was looked upon and idolized by kids

across america, wanted to depict cops as pigs. we know where this man is coming from, as christians, as americans we have to decipher between light and darkness and in my opinion colin kaepernick comes with a lot of darkness. i don't know the specifics of this case, i advocate for prisoners across america who are wrongfully convicted, for prisoners across america who have sentences that are too long according to the crime they committed. i have a former inmate in my house who just got out 30 days ago, a former student of mine in prison where i teach across america but that doesn't mean you stand up for cop killers, colin kaepernick's voice at some point needs to be muted, he's done enough to divide this nation. of black lives mattered, all lives matter.
