duties in september and trained by the city of detroit and the state of michigan. she was basically trained to cheat. she said i was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mail? dates of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than when they were actually sent in. the supervisor made the announcement for all workers to engage in that fraudulent practice. that's not me saying that. that's an american citizen saying that under oath. jesse: this is a detroit poll worker swearing under penalty of perjury that she was trained to back date balance lots that came until after election day. rudy says she'll testify she was instructed not to verify signatures, not to invalidate bad ballots and not to check voter i.d. she said all the poll workers

around her were instructed to do this. rudy laid out for direct evidence from michigan citizens. somewhat they swear to is at 4:30 in the morning a truck pulled up to the detroit center where they were counting ballots. the people thought it was food so they all ran to the truck. it wasn't food. it was thousands and thousands of ballots. and the balance lots were in garbage cans, they were in paper bags, they were in cardboard boxes and they were taken into the center. they were put on a number of tables. at that time they thought all the rusm can inspectors had left, all but two had, and an employee of dominion. here is what they jointly swear 20. every ballot they could see, everything they could hear, these were ballots for biden. when they saw a ballot, niece

changing, voter intimidation. back dating. poll inspectors swear they weren't permitted to inspect hundreds of thousands of mail ballots opened in pennsylvania. hundreds swear they were denied access in midge precincts across the country in the early morning of november 4 and beyond while biden chewed away at trump's lead. and 15 people showed up to vote and they were told they already voted when they hadn't. wisconsin sent out tens of thousands of unsolicited ballots against state law. democrats violated the equal protection clause, allowing ballots to be cured in democracies, but not republican

"watters' world" doesn't have access to sidney powell's catalog. so researchers on our team spent a lot of time going through her claims. we'll tell you what we were able to verify. she says it has the ability to flip votes. there have been a couple of instances we found in this election and other elections where votes were reportedly incorrectly tabulated into the wrong candidate's column. whether this was a small glitch, technical error or human error we have not been able to determine. but democratic senators liz warn

circumstandings evidence that would lead to the inference we need top insure election integrity is preserved and there is something very questionable going on. not only for dominion, but also with all of the election official fraud. that's the basis of our current lawsuit in michigan, pennsylvania and nevada. we also requested a recount in wisconsin and we'll be contemplating that in georgia as well. we are looking into legal options in arizona. this is why we are saying it is widespread election integrity issues. it spans six states. it's important for people to understand not all of the election integrity lawsuits are being brought on behalf of the campaign. even though we share a common interest in protecting and maintaining election integrity on behalf of america. but not all of those are campaign lawsuits.

we asked michigan and pennsylvania and nevada to not certify their election results until we know that they are fair and accurate. every american should want that. that is a procedural stage. and the common question i have gone the since the press conference is why haven't you brought forth evidence. we have, and we'll in court. we have not yet had what the he will process calls and i evidentiary hearing. that's where you go into court and say i have all this evidence, now let me bring forth the witnesses. the direct testimony money of people who saw the events, they heard from election officials who told voters who to vote for or told them to manipulate ballots. and also the circumstantial evidence. all these ballots being delivered late at night. all of that has to come out before what the law calls a trier of fact. somebody who listens to the

credibility of the witnesses and examines the 2e69 money. all the mainstream media that wants to rush to judgment and says you don't have any evidence within they don't understand the legal process. we are not trying this in the court of public opinion. but the american people deserve to know why we are bringing this case and no one should want to rush to certify false results when we are talking about the presidency of the united states. jesse: when do you expect to have an evidentiary hearing? does it go to a county or state judge? and can you get that done soon enough before the certification. or does that matter. would you be able to get this donnell post-certification and kick it up to circuit court judges and the supreme court. >> ultimately it will likely go to the supreme court. one of our most promising cases is in pennsylvania where the

mayor argued against a motion to dismiss. and if that judge does not grant the motion to dismiss and we believe he should not, then we'll get to have the evidentiary hearing. so what is interesting about the particular states, these particular times, we have to win on the lower trial court level. if we don't, and that case is dismissed, then we have to appeal and go through that whole process before ultimately the supreme court could overturn that and then we would get an evidentiary hearing. it often takes years and decades. we are doing this on a tight schedule because of the constitutional restraints. but everybody should want to us get our day 20 in court to bring out the evidence, the facts and the truth to protect the integrity of our election. we do believe president trump won fairly and we intend to

prove that. but everybody should want to make sure the result is the genuine winner and not who the election officials and possible other foreign-owned companies want to put in to office. this is what alexander hamilton warned against when he argued for the constitution with the electoral college so we would have the protections in place to use as deterrents. that's why we have all the legal remedies, the supreme court, the state legislatures, and the u.s. house of representatives as different alternatives to make sure we protect election integrity when the vote is corrupted and come pro miced. america has been prepared for this since 1787. we had other elections that were
