duties in september and trained by the city of detroit and the state of michigan. she was basically trained to cheat. she said i was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mail? dates of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than when they were actually sent in. the supervisor made the announcement for all workers to engage in that fraudulent practice. that's not me saying that. that's an american citizen saying that under oath. jesse: this is a detroit poll worker swearing under penalty of perjury that she was trained to back date balance lots that came until after election day. rudy says she'll testify she was instructed not to verify signatures, not to invalidate bad ballots and not to check voter i.d. she said all the poll workers

around her were instructed to do this. rudy laid out for direct evidence from michigan citizens. somewhat they swear to is at 4:30 in the morning a truck pulled up to the detroit center where they were counting ballots. the people thought it was food so they all ran to the truck. it wasn't food. it was thousands and thousands of ballots. and the balance lots were in garbage cans, they were in paper bags, they were in cardboard boxes and they were taken into the center. they were put on a number of tables. at that time they thought all the rusm can inspectors had left, all but two had, and an employee of dominion. here is what they jointly swear 20. every ballot they could see, everything they could hear, these were ballots for biden. when they saw a ballot, niece

were ballots only for -- these were ballots tomorrow for biden. meaning there was no down ticket. many of them didn't have anything on the outer envelope because these ballots were produced quickly and swiftly, and they are estimated to be minimum 60,000, maximum of 100,000. many of them were triple counted. once, twice, three times. jesse: makes you sick to your stomach to think this could happen. but it gets worse. the president's legal team has hundreds and hundreds of sworn statements testifying to voter fraud. these are deep flu cities run by d these are deep blue cities one by democrats. overvoting, double voting, vote

changing, voter intimidation. back dating. poll inspectors swear they weren't permitted to inspect hundreds of thousands of mail ballots opened in pennsylvania. hundreds swear they were denied access in midge precincts across the country in the early morning of november 4 and beyond while biden chewed away at trump's lead. and 15 people showed up to vote and they were told they already voted when they hadn't. wisconsin sent out tens of thousands of unsolicited ballots against state law. democrats violated the equal protection clause, allowing ballots to be cured in democracies, but not republican

cities. sidney powell says she has whistleblower evidence that show software in the vote machines rigged vote counts for joe. this is an extremely technical and controversial allegation. the "watters' world" producers are looking into it and we'll show what you we found coming up later in the show. the trump case is this. don't certify fraudulent results. let the lawyers present their case in court and let the judges rule. if it goes through the legal constitutionality process, nobody should have an issue with that. it's an uphill battle, but a battle worth fighting. it was a unique election with tens of millions of mail ballots for the first time. trump was ahead. then a stoppage. then the outcome delayed while

biden claude ahead under controversial -- biden clawed ahead under suspicious circumstances. but we are seeing other explanations should be pursued. spare us the outrage when a lawyer filed a lawsuit. let's take a trip down memory lane. remember when hillary said trump stole the election and was an illegitimate president? remember when they pressured electors to not certify trump's election. ' remember when fbi agents were unleashed on trump's administration? all that was the result of a lie

planted by hillary clinton. there is evidence of election obstruction. remember when the mainstream media cared about election integrity. here is a report from abc news demonstrating how dominion voting machines are easily hacked. look at the title of the package. the ease of packing voting machines. dominion, with senators warren and klobuchar wrote a letter raising serious concerns about illegal vote flipping in their machines. who could forget biden bragging about how he had the best voter fraud op ever. >> we put together i think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of american politics. jesse: oops.

perhaps that was just a slip of the tongue. either way, the truth is worth pursuing. voters are owed fair elections in america. millions of americans died defending democracy and died protecting the republic. the country is shot if we can't trust the process on election day. it's our duty to have an accurate tally. don't trust anybody who doesn't want to insure that. keep the faith. we are up against the clock no doubt. whatever happens, happens. and that was meant to be. and always remember this. we can be gracious in victory and humble in defeat, that is, unless they cheat. here with reaction, host of "lou dobbs tonight" and author of "the trump century." lou, what do you think about all thisday chaos post-election?

associates. they were secretly recording the first lady on the phone. they were doxx *ing supporters. they spied on his campaign. they rigged the presidential debates. it's not going to be in person, they are going to make it virtual. all the money that poured in from corporate america the last second. to think that they wouldn't even consider something like this boggles my mind. lou: you and i, and i think nearly all of your viewers and most of the country understand what is at stake here and what is going on here. the left is carrying out what as an a 4 1/2 year long plot and effort to overthrow the president of the united states to block his candidacy and deny him the presidency, once he won the presidency to overthrow his

presidency. it persists to this very day. to think of the meanness of the left is to contemplate 9 abyss. they have done all of this. and i believe they don't care if they have been caught. the president says this time they got caught, and indeed they have. all across the country. stealing, trying to steal an election. and this president is demonstrating he is the wrong guy to cross, the wrong guy to think you can overthrow, up end, and somehow stop with a vicious campaign, whether verbal or physical or it is what we have seen here, a cyber attack on our election, those voting machines and software. this president means to see this to the end. that means to see it to the end

of justice for these people who have decided that they would overthrow our government and overthrow our way of life in this country. and it just damn well isn't going to succeed. jesse: it does fit a pattern. they tried to impeach him during an election year. when they censor everything he says on social media. he does a press conference and the networks don't even take it. cnn blacks it out and they cut in and try to fact check everything he says in real-time. there is a clinton administration between the president and the powers that be. we are seeing the continuation of that vicious collision between a movement and an establishment. i think he takes it as far as he can take it and fights as tough as he can until eventually you run out of ammo.

but it's a fight worth fighting. that's why his supporters have his back, because he doesn't back down for something like this. lou: i think you are right. but i think it goes beyond that. the republicans have to stand with this president. the republican party is watching its death knell. this republican party will be gone and done if they don't stand with this president. if the left were to get away with this. what in hell would they not do to this country, to law abiding citizens, to the republican party not well known for its courage and forthrightness in defense of the working man and woman before donald trump was voted into office and this movement began. this is no longer the party of republican country clubs and big

inviting your family over for the holidays is illegal but crack cocaine isn't. oregon just decriminalized all drugs. new jersey says don't sing inside your home. and no dancing at weddings in ohio. this is ohio congressman jim jordan. that probably works out for you because i heard you are a terrible dancer. >> and i can't sing either. in ohio you have to be in your home by 10:00. in pennsylvania when you are in your home you have to wear a mask. in vermont when you are in your home you don't have to wear a mask because you are not allowed to have friends over to your home. we forget this is america. when the first lockdown happened, the attorney general of the united states sent out a memo to all u.s. attorneys, in the memo he had a great line. he says the constitution is not

jesse: sydney powell who single-handedly turned the flynn case around. here focus is dominion and smartmatics. there has been and lot of controversial swirling around the voting machines. "watters' world" doesn't have access to sidney powell's catalog. so researchers on our team spent a lot of time going through her claims. we'll tell you what we were able to verify. she says it has the ability to flip votes. there have been a couple of instances we found in this election and other elections where votes were reportedly incorrectly tabulated into the wrong candidate's column. whether this was a small glitch, technical error or human error we have not been able to determine. but democratic senators liz warn

and amy klobuchar raised concerns over reports of machines switching votes. furthermore, nbc news ran a package highlighting how vulnerable these vote machine were to hacking. the city of texas has denied the use of the dominion machines for failure to meet security standard. fennel and they can be easily hacked and the software is poorly designed. dominion made a one-time gift to the clinton global initiative, and dominion was slid toed venezuelan government and there was a minor stake in the company

that overlapped. and smartmatic is foreign owned with a controlling interest by a dual spanish venezuelan national. george soros does not have any ownership stake. this is what our team has been able to verify from sidney powell's allegations and we'll continue to look into further developments. >> dominion denied all the allegations made by president trump's legal team. joining me now, attorney for president trump, jenna ellis. everybody watched the press conference earlier in the week. what is the legal avenue specifically that you are pursuing and in what states specifically? >> thank you, jesse. what you just laid out was a very clear case of

circumstandings evidence that would lead to the inference we need top insure election integrity is preserved and there is something very questionable going on. not only for dominion, but also with all of the election official fraud. that's the basis of our current lawsuit in michigan, pennsylvania and nevada. we also requested a recount in wisconsin and we'll be contemplating that in georgia as well. we are looking into legal options in arizona. this is why we are saying it is widespread election integrity issues. it spans six states. it's important for people to understand not all of the election integrity lawsuits are being brought on behalf of the campaign. even though we share a common interest in protecting and maintaining election integrity on behalf of america. but not all of those are campaign lawsuits.

we asked michigan and pennsylvania and nevada to not certify their election results until we know that they are fair and accurate. every american should want that. that is a procedural stage. and the common question i have gone the since the press conference is why haven't you brought forth evidence. we have, and we'll in court. we have not yet had what the he will process calls and i evidentiary hearing. that's where you go into court and say i have all this evidence, now let me bring forth the witnesses. the direct testimony money of people who saw the events, they heard from election officials who told voters who to vote for or told them to manipulate ballots. and also the circumstantial evidence. all these ballots being delivered late at night. all of that has to come out before what the law calls a trier of fact. somebody who listens to the

credibility of the witnesses and examines the 2e69 money. all the mainstream media that wants to rush to judgment and says you don't have any evidence within they don't understand the legal process. we are not trying this in the court of public opinion. but the american people deserve to know why we are bringing this case and no one should want to rush to certify false results when we are talking about the presidency of the united states. jesse: when do you expect to have an evidentiary hearing? does it go to a county or state judge? and can you get that done soon enough before the certification. or does that matter. would you be able to get this donnell post-certification and kick it up to circuit court judges and the supreme court. >> ultimately it will likely go to the supreme court. one of our most promising cases is in pennsylvania where the

mayor argued against a motion to dismiss. and if that judge does not grant the motion to dismiss and we believe he should not, then we'll get to have the evidentiary hearing. so what is interesting about the particular states, these particular times, we have to win on the lower trial court level. if we don't, and that case is dismissed, then we have to appeal and go through that whole process before ultimately the supreme court could overturn that and then we would get an evidentiary hearing. it often takes years and decades. we are doing this on a tight schedule because of the constitutional restraints. but everybody should want to us get our day 20 in court to bring out the evidence, the facts and the truth to protect the integrity of our election. we do believe president trump won fairly and we intend to

prove that. but everybody should want to make sure the result is the genuine winner and not who the election officials and possible other foreign-owned companies want to put in to office. this is what alexander hamilton warned against when he argued for the constitution with the electoral college so we would have the protections in place to use as deterrents. that's why we have all the legal remedies, the supreme court, the state legislatures, and the u.s. house of representatives as different alternatives to make sure we protect election integrity when the vote is corrupted and come pro miced. america has been prepared for this since 1787. we had other elections that were
