tv Justice With Judge Jeanine FOX News November 28, 2020 9:00pm-10:00pm PST
9:00 pm
world. [♪] [♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to justice, i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. we have a great holiday show lined up with control *, pete helpingette and steve doocy. let's start with florida congressman matt gaetz. in new york we were told by our governor how to celebrate, how many people we could sep celebrate with. and similar guidance was in new
9:01 pm
jersey, even though their governor was caught eating outw and enjoying himself. and we saw the same with governor newsom. will this continue with joe biden is not only certified, but the board of elections save he is actually the president of the united states. >> cuomo, newsom, murphy, who can trust these guys anymore. it would be different if the government was the or ca -- thee of truth on the coronavirus. fauci put in restrictions to give us time to get ahold of this virus. they said masks were not helpful. then they were helpful basketball then they were
9:02 pm
essential and mandatory. even 14 days to slow the spread has rolled into months upon months of lockdowns. andrew cuomo took six people who had coronavirus and put them into nursing homes. i think one of the enduring consequences of this virus has been an erosion in public trust from these officials who tell us to do one thing and they do another. new stomach go out and have his big dish and yet he's putting people out of work who actually work for a living. judge jeanine: this holiday the american people got and said you are not going to tell us not to travel. and airports were busy again. there is a 99% curate and at the
9:03 pm
same time we know to wear a mask and wash our hands. fit worked the first time why is there such a big increase the second time? it very well may be because people are testing more. or more like the flu, there are more consequences. it's just getting around more. i any what we are -- i think what we are going to see is americans saying no you can't tell me i can't support my family. that i'm going to jail. i can't visit my mother. but the joe biden administration, i doubt any of this will end with that if he is indeed the president. >> donald trump in many ways has been the viral president. i see you joe biden aspires to be the virus president. jim clyburn said they could use the coronavirus to execute on
9:04 pm
their will for a new america, i different america. i think joe biden wants to use the coronavirus to reform the healthcare system and use it form a universal basic income. he wants to use it for a trojan horse for every bad idea the democrats have been trying to get through for the last 7 years. there is no government man indictment strong enough. we'll see americans making good choices but making their stone choices and not outsourcing that to some public health bureaucrat trying to seize power. >> when i came in to one of the airports, cuomo literally has the army in a teasing and their black boots questioning us. the next day i get a phone call and they say to me, do you live
9:05 pm
alone? i said that's none of your business. then they want to know whether i have a compromised i miami mean system, and that's none of their business. and they want to know if i'm pregnant. i said i'm going to hang up on me. you just saw my date birth there will be is no way i am presenting nanlt. why are you bothering me other than to get information on me. the american people have had it. but in any events, donald trump it appears is still fighting the fight. they are going into the courts. where are you on that? some republicans said let's just have joe biden be president, things are calm. >> donald trump has an obligation to his party and the movement we built to exclude illegal votes. whether it has an impact on an
9:06 pm
election or arm precinct is less enduring than the consequences of just receiving fraud. in the lead-up to this last election they literally changed the rules more than any name american history. and they did it because when supreme to show up and identify their identity, donald trump gets a vast majority of those votes. we have to keep fighting not just for the 2020 election. but form every election that follows. judge jeanine: you are right, they did change the rules mid-stream using the coronavirus as an excuse. a pennsylvania judge and a georgia secretary of state can't decide to change the election law. the constitution makes it clear that legislature of the states do that. congressman naught gates, good to talk to you.
9:07 pm
we'll talk to you before the christmas holiday. the bind administration is under way. and he has wasted no time stacking his cabinet with the swamp. '. and each frechetti, part of the revolving door. we could go on and on. control * joins me now with his take on the announcement and more. quite the lineup bind is putting together, wouldn't you say? >> i would say i'm surprised by this but i'm note at all. look at the press conference from joe biden where he said it's shameful basically that president trump had this notion of america first. we are not going have that notion any more. we'll have that notion that we'll take care of everybody
9:08 pm
else. you look at the people coming into the bind administration, not one of them will put america first. judge jeanine: when he answered one of the questions he said america is back. i thought to myself. jim mattis a four-star general says we don't want america first anymore. joe biden says america is back. which america is back? the america of barack obama who kowtows. which america is back? the one where they send $150 million to iran? it's frustrating for the average american. many i wrong? maybe i'm wrong. tell me. >> you are not wrong. the america we fought for the
9:09 pm
last four years are the ones where you stand for the flag and neil for god. those are -- and kneel for god. joe biden wants to get us back into the paris climate accord. nato will be the police force of the world. the number one issue facing this world is john kerry's desire to end global climate change. our country is better off because of donald trump's administration. and he's bringing our country home from the endless wars joe biden said he would do a dozen years ago. joe biden wants to make sure our men and women are in harm's way every single day. it's america first which is the philosophy of donald trump. making sure people have safe places to worship.
9:10 pm
joe biden doesn't care about that. he's taken advantage of any north community his entire career. judge jeanine: was it bob gates who said there isn't a foreign policy issue that joe biden has ever been right on? i have to disagree with him because joe biden has been on every side of an issue. the amazing part is people look at history with joe biden and his foreign policy with anthony blinken and all that. what happened with the red line in syria where assad used chemical what he phones against his own people. and children dying and gasping for breath. beautiful children in was no red line. it goes on and on. don't you think this is obama's third term? don't you think obama is behind all this?
9:11 pm
>> of course. this is the extension of obama's first two terms in office. when bashar al-assad used chemical weapons, and attacked for their beliefs, that's a far cry of what joe biden and the barack obama have done. it's a return to the swamp thing. it reminds me of that 1989 movie, around the swamp thing. this is the news leading from behind. it's no longer holding our enemies accountable or making sure our enemies respect us. america first is a philosophy people across this country have supported. it doesn't mean it's america alone. but we have problems in our own
9:12 pm
country. this president donald trump was the first one to say in a generation that we'll take care of our people first. and that's something we should be proud of and joe biden doesn't support. judge jeanine: joe biden clearly supports the globalist effort. i think that the sad part about it is even benghazi, everything that he did, biden and obama was as far as i'm concerned a disaster. even joe biden was against going after osama bin laden. saying we could suffer real harm if we go after him. but he is what he is. let's talk about schools. final question. if joe biden is determined to actually be the president and with respect to what is going on with our children in schools, he
9:13 pm
has sold out the union, especially the schools. what is the hope for parents with their own children getting a decent education? >> i will tell you. this is the biggest tragedy of our lifetime. we have children not getting hot meals at school because they are not in the schools. we have children who are being neglected or abused at home because we don't have the teachers to oversee what's happening there. the democrats particularly in the state of new york have came to the teachers union saying the parents have the opportunity and obligation to educate these kids as opposed to being able to go to work and provide for their families. i have four young kids all in public schools. it's hard when you are on zoom calls with these kids trying to learn. their education is suffering because the teachers unions
9:14 pm
refuse to get into the classrooms. even anthony fauci said the safest place for the children are in the school systems. let's open schools and get the education they deserve, judge. judge jeanine: i doubt that's going to happen under joe biden. thank you for being with us. take care. if you hate the liberal lies as much as i do. you need to order your copy of my book, "don't lie to me." still ahead, dr. marc siegel, steve doocy and david bossie. pete hegseth joins me next and he's ready to sound off. when it comes to autism,
9:15 pm
9:18 pm
9:19 pm
as the first ever special envoy on climate. pete hegseth joins me now with reaction to that and more. what is a climate envoy? >> it's the highest mecca of left wing thinking. a position with no accountability or responsibility chasing after the ultimate mechanism through which they can try to control our lives and use international schemes to do so, surrendering our sovereignty and never holding our adversaries accountable the way they should be. they can pollute all they want even though we have to manage all the controls put on by leftists. chinese can do whatever they want. remember when kerry went to france after the terror attacks
9:20 pm
and they sang "you have got a friend in me." there is no taking on of real threats. they love enemies that don't have faces like climate change. they can say the end is nye. and we can all virtue signal feeling better about ourselves. the consequential position unleashed by biden, and america doesn't benefit from this one bit. judge jeanine: you basically say, you are suggesting if not saying it south right, it's the left creating another excuse to create more control over us, more tyranny because of this you are going to have to do that. you won't be able to drive or
9:21 pm
fly in an airplane. we don't even need to get into the hypocrisy. that is assumed. all we have to do is lori lightfoot and nancy with their hair, and governor newsom and murphy with eating out. cuomo is telling senior citizens for thanksgiving, it's okay to be isolated. you can mentally join the global community. are you crazy? these seniors are depressed enough. >> it's a surrender of personal sovereignty meaning the things you can do as a person, an individual, in a free country. and it's a convenient defend our national sovereignty. they will hand over prerogatives to national institutions who believe there should be a global order. they talk about it all the time
9:22 pm
in higher education. this is the biggest issue. every public policy school talks about. it's not america first. this is go sit over there and let the bureaucrats in brussels, and carve out chain a because it's a developing nation which we know is a bunch of garbage. and this is surrender which john kerry is good at. he wants to be liked about it so-called elites. judge jeanine: the sad part of it is john kerry -- wasn't he going to iran as the president was -- as president trump was basically getting out of the iran deal and getting involved as someone without the president's authority to try to renegotiate or tell the iranians, we'll be back, don't worry about it, don't worry about trump, we are coming back.
9:23 pm
a lot of people viewed that as anti-american to say the least. >> absolutely. john kerry is black back dooring the iranians who have american blood on their hands. what is president trump doing? dropping bombs on quassem soleimani in baghdad. john kerry will slink back in with 2.0 obama-types and surrender putting our allies under the bus. we'll see it. judge jeanine: let's talk about your book for a second. modern warriors, american crusade. i love the title. tell us about the book. >> modern warriors is about service and sacrifice.
9:24 pm
green berets, seals, snipers, bomb techs. it tells their stories in a candid way. it's raw and real. it's not politically correct. and be inspired about it fortitude these guys had. they talk about their fears. they talk about sacrifice, losing their friends, and why they put the uniform on in the first place. we talk about the elites. the real elites are the 1% who put their lives on the line for this country. you will love this book modern warriors. you hear from them in their own voice. judge jeanine: certainly timely and certainly exciting. and something i think our viewers would be most interested in. we support the military.
9:25 pm
and even in my book "don't lie to me," i talk about a couple of warriors and their stories. these are all heroes. your book "modern warriors" go out and get. we love you. >> thank you, judge. love you, too. judge jeanine: will the dems try to undone tear down all of president trump's policies? david bossie reacts next.

[♪] ashley: live from america's news headquarters. i'm ashley strohmier. president trump is set to campaign in georgia next saturday. election for both seats are in the national eye with control 69 senate at stake -- control of the senate at stake. georgia was one of two states
9:30 pm
joe biden was able to flip in the recent election. a ceremony at the vatican was marked from start to finish by the coronavirus. two of the new cardinals were not there because of travel restrictions. all the cardinals adhered to social distancing and did wear facemasks. you are watching the most powerful name in news, fox news channel. [♪] judge jeanine: president trump continues to fight. and why not? he had a remarkable first term in office with accomplishments the mainstream media and liberals worked overtime to ignore. but he can't be forgotten. let's talk about it with my next guest, author of the book,
9:31 pm
"trump, america first." dave bossie. what stands out to you as the president's biggest accomplishment? >> there is just so many to name. if you are trying to come up with the president's accomplishments the last four years. operation warp speed where this president put the biggest public-private partnership since world war ii into play. creating a vaccine for this virus that was not known about 10 years ago. this president put the full force of the american entrepreneurs, our scientists, medical experts. just in a room and made sure they did everything they could to create a vaccine. we'll be seeing that within weeks here. it's an incredible accomplishment. the supreme court. three supreme court justices in four years. some presidents don't get one.
9:32 pm
this president put three constitutional conservatives who will change america for generations. 300 federal judges that are going to make constitutional grounded decisions over the next 30 or 40 years. the economy, what he did to build the economy. rebuild the stagnant economy that he took over from obama, bind. record-low unemployment, record employment. ream wage growth for the first time in a decade. the list just goes on and on and on. i'm so proud of this president to just -- of what he set his mind to. he taught this republican party to fight, and we are never going to go back. that's the one thing this president has done. he taught the republican party to fight the democrats every minute of every day, and that'sy
9:33 pm
what we are going to continue to do. judge jeanine: that's an interesting comment. i think we have three vaccines about to be rolled out. that's unbelievable. it took a businessman to do that. the idea of fighting, the republicans were always proper and the democrats come out. they fight on the streets. they fight through antifa, they fight through their progressive left. they don't give up fighting. i think this president taught the republicans how to do that. and i think not only is that important. but i think the whole concept of people feeling proud of their being american. of recognizing who we are from whence we come and we are a nation under god. >> 100% judge. let's go back in 2016.
9:34 pm
the obama administration was investigating the incoming administration. they didn't attend, no democrat attended his inauguration. they said he's not a legitimate president. they refused to work with him. e fought with him over everything he did and the mainstream media went right along with it. all these accomplishments he had has been up against a backdrop of people forget. we are not done here yet fighting over 2020. but joe biden has a long way to go. and he's going to have to pay for a lot of the sins for the last four years. judge jeanine: david bossie, always good to have you on justice. steve doocy is ahead with holiday cheer and recipes to share. could the covid vaccine make it possible for life to go back to
9:39 pm
>> 40 million doses of vaccine before the end of the year. that's enough to vaccinate 20 million people. it will continue in january and february and by march we'll see vaccine available to the general public. judge jeanine: positive news from the cdc director offering up a possible rollout time for the vaccine in the u.s. as cases continue to surge across the country. but will people really take the vaccine? dr. mark seeing many, author of the book, "co-credit, the politics of fear and the power of science."
9:40 pm
>> good to see you, judge. judge jeanine: how many vaccines are going to be rolled out? i understand there are three. >> the first one will be the pfizer vaccine. it looks like it will get emergency approval december 10. and will be rolled out december 11. david bossie was making the point that the president doesn't get credit for his business accu men. a public-private partnership. they say that to every company involved. guess show is rolling out the vaccine? the united states military? what do you think they are good at? deployment. when pfizer gets that approval the distribution starts. so i think when the cdc director says 40 million doses of the pfizer are vaccine and perhaps
9:41 pm
the astrazeneca vaccine by the ends of the year. they will give it to people in nursing homes. we have been covering that story about how at risk they are. and healthcare workers. judge jeanine: what about those governors like cuomo who say if it's a trump vaccine i don't want it. or a kamala harris who said i won't take it if donald trump. this is the trump vaccine. they ought to call it the trump vaccine. >> it is. and this is the politics of fear i wrote about. let's put the vaccine into. the virus can do a lot more damage to somebody in a high risk group than this vaccine ever could. the pfizer vaccine is out of your system a couple of hours. and it might give you some fatigue or a headache. but that lasts a day. we have to encourage people to
9:42 pm
take this vaccine to slow the spread of covid. judge jeanine: are those the worst side effects, fatigue and headaches? people are worried about the side effects. >> and fever. those are the worst side effects. the most they last is 24 hours. we are giving them to high risk groups first. but that's not -- i don't want to downplay that side effect. but covid can do a lot more to 2 than transient fatigue or fever. judge jeanine: do you see the vaccines being given to children or are they too strong for children? >> they have been tested in children at the university of cincinnati. the children's hospital has given it to kids over the age of 12. we'll give it to under the age
9:43 pm
of 12 after high risk groups have been covered. all it does is take your body to make the virus protein. it's just a messenger. it's a brilliant vaccine. judge jeanine: some of the airlines like qantas in australia said you will have to prove you have had the vaccine before you can fly. how can they tell if you have actually had the vaccine in is there a physical way to tell or is it just a card. >> it's a card. but i get nervous when i hear the regulations like the mayor of los angeles shutting down outdoor dining. do i never one * should get these vaccines? yes. it will prevent spread and tamp this down.
9:44 pm
judge jeanine: but at some point we'll have herd immunity before everyone has it. >> we'll have herd immunity because of these vaccines by the spring if all goes well. by the spring we'll have enough people vaccinated if we can overcome re-is terrance to have herd -- overcome resistance if it goes according to plan. judge jeanine: dr. marc siegel thank you very much. you have been doing incredible work during this whole disaster. >> let's give the trump administration credit for this. they deserve it. judge jeanine: i agree. it's beginning to look a lot like christmas. steve doocy is here with some recipes you are not going to want to miss. [ whispering ]
9:47 pm
what's this? oh, are we kicking karly out? we live with at&t. it was a lapse in judgment. at&t, we called this house meeting because you advertise gig-speed internet, but we can't sign up for that here. yeah, but i'm just like warming up to those speeds. you've lived here two years. the personal attacks aren't helping, karly. don't you have like a hot pilates class to get to or something? 9:49 pm
>> you have got leftover pumpkin pie, don't you. as a public service i will show you how to turn this into this. this is the left inover pumpkin pie from our happy in a hurry cookbook. judge jeanine: home for the holidays has taken on a different meaning for many. but it doesn't mean you can't make happy memories in the kitchen for those you love. i'm sitting here and i must tell you, i have your book right here. and i'm going through it. i always look for my recipes
9:50 pm
because they are always in your book. >> you are on page 62. judge jeanine: i am in front dana perino's grandma's. sean hannity made it ahead of us. mac and cheese egg rolls. >> he was seen last time because he was way in the back in the holiday section. the holiday section is fantastic. he said i have to be ahead of everybody. so i said then you have to be an appetizer. we happened to be at dinner at the time, and he said it's right here, mac and cheese on a stick. judge jeanine: mac and cheese egg rolls.
9:51 pm
that's amazing inside an egg roll. i see what you did with the leftover pumpkin pie. my problem is there is never leftover pumpkin pie. >> the reason we call it a grown-ups. you flash? a little bourbon. the waiter on a saturday night, maybe the more bourbon you put it in -- not for the kids obviously. judge jeanine: you wait for the kids to go to bed. i remember those days long gone. the lasagna soup looks so fantastic. everybody loves lasagna. but sometimes it's too thick and heavy. tell me about that. >> the story behind the happy cookbook series.
9:52 pm
the foods that remind you of happy times in your life. that's why you told me 9 story about your mom's lentil soup. there are certain foods when you have them, they trigger something in the nostalgia part of your brain and it takes you back to those happy times. in these covid times we need happy in a hurry when you can get it. people love lasagna. my wife made me lasagna on our first date. i had gone out with her one time. i said you may think i'm crazy, but some day we'll be married. 42 days later we were engaged. i always has happy memories for lasagna. and i thought how do you make lasagna fast. you don't make lasagna. you make lasagna soup.
9:53 pm
it has the same taste. but everybody loves the lasagna soup. they say i can't believe i have never thought of soup lasagna. but it's amazing. judge jeanine: for christmas. give us an idea what you have in this cookbook and why it's important. give us a quick 30-second on your book. >> dessertwise, i would make the pavlova. during the pandemic, that's a picture of it. it's like a cloud and it has fresh berries on the top. so many people are baking these days because they have nothing else to do. this is my favorite recipe. this is marcus luttrell's
9:54 pm
mother's prime rib. there it is. it is so good. she has a storey -- once they had a photographer at their house. they were cook that in the kitchen. he said i'm a vegetarian but that smells good. can i just get a plate. marcus luttrell's mother bragged she was able to turn this vegetarian into a meat eater, it's knot that good. it will have you happy in a hurry. judge jeanine: thanks so as much and we'll be right back. when it comes to autism, finding the right words can be tough. finding understanding doesn't have to be. we can create a kinder, more inclusive world for the millions of people on the autism spectrum. go to autismspeaks.org.

>> pelosi what would you buy her for christmas? >> a trip out of town. >> any particular town? >> anywhere far from here. >> what would you buy a speaker pelosi? >> i would get her one of those ornaments of trump tower. i think that would be great. how appropriate? she you can hang it on a tree. judge jeanine: what would you buy president trump and what would you buy nancy pelosi for christmas? >> president trump a bible and pelosi i don't know. that's a good question. judge jeanine: i like that, thank you. i really miss being on the streets during the christmas season with the bustling crowds shooting my street justice. once we are back to normal you can bet i'll be back there again right in your face remember to buy my book don't lie to me for anyone who loves christmas. i'm jeannine pirro abdicating for truth justice and the american way. i am on cameo.
