executives gave the legal maximum of $2,800 to biden's campaign. fox news did not find any twitter or facebook executives who donated to donald trump's campaign. ftc records revealed dozens of managers or directors and twitter and facebook donated at least $1,000 to buy them. fox only found two facebook employees with those titles donated to donald trump. republican senator josh holly warning what may be to come under a biden administration. >> of joe biden is sworn in as president in january big tech will run this administration just like they did in the obama biden administration. companies, joe biden will do what he they tell him to. >> reporter: social media companies have come under fire for censoring reports about hunter biden's business dealings before the election. the platforms prevented users from sharing links to the

the problem lies when that starts to spill over into your work especially when you are working at one of these companies, do you see this happening? >> reporter: the way certain tech companies suppress the biden controversy may be an example of suppression going on. i caution that every single facebook employee is a biden supporter, certainly those records don't capture small dollar donors, there could have been some trump supporters there but those social media companies have a problem about perception and probably do have a problem when it comes to how they enforce the rules around certain types of content, certain stories and suppression of the hunter biden story may have had some impact on the election cycle. conservatives, look at this, there is something going on here, does that raise to the level of breaking up big tech

and raising antitrust questions, that is the big run. todd: i will follow up on the breakup concept, scroll on the screen the big tech execs that maxed out or did max out donations to the biden campaign. this is exhibit c. jillian's full-screen, are these evidence that section 230 protections which illuminate liability for content on these sites does need to be evaluated? >> reporter: i'm hesitant to say this is the time to do it because people making the rules may be the ones who are not necessarily going to benefit conservatives for example. i think we need to be careful about jumping to saying let's regulate big tech.
