here, obviously, the snow drifts, that's more than a foot there. but you keep walking and then it becomes, you know, right up to the ankles if not less. looking to about 4 to 66 inches in brook lynn. up to 2 feet of snow in central pennsylvania. new york city experiencing pretty much the most snow it's seen since at least 2016. and the road have been, well, they have been treacherous. on the henry hudson parkway there was a 19-car pileup. 16 people were hurt last night. take a loo look at this video in collier township outside of pittsburgh. a truck slamming into the back of a ambulance. you can see ems personnel are jumping out of the way. they are pleased, you know, use extreme caution. slow down when you are driving on the roads and then the other big thing is really the power outages. right now looking at about 60,000 people without power. 37,000 people in virginia without power. take a listen to this.

piles, up door dining is blocked here. shut down. so we are thinking about them during this weather. guys? brian: absolutely. thanks, brian. appreciate it. let's go out to janice dean to find out what is coming up next around the country at least around the northeast. janice? janice: we got some pretty blockbuster snow totals. so even though the new york city area under performed a little bit because of that rain, sleet, freezing rain mixture, cutting back some of those totals, look at pennsylvania. 40 inches of snow. and it's still, it's still snowing in many so of these regions. parts of upstate new york as well. bing hamton 33 inches. we are definitely surpassing 3 feet of snow in parts of central pennsylvania and upstate new york. the storm is going to be with us so around the new york city area we are getting snow reports right now for the next several hours. snow and blustery winds along the coast.

>> mr. chairman, this is not about airing your grievances. i don't know what rabbit hole you are running down. >> you talked about many russian disinformation. will will brian brian let's bring be in jonathan turley, george washington university law professor. good morning to you. >> good morning. ainsley: this hearing was was supposed to about election irregularities. you will could see senator johnson had a grievance with senator peters and wanted to talk about it. do you think he was right to do that? >> he was right about the accusation. i tweeted immediately when senator peters denied it that they actually did issue that statement that the hunter biden matter was russian disinformation. this was part of a general narrative. adam schiff over at the it house intelligence committee assured the public that this was russian disinformation. and it was coming directly from the kremlin. all of that was demonstrably false. but it was stated before the election. and it served its purpose.
3:07 am
it created some doubt as to whether this laptop and these emails were authentic. there was never any indication that they were true ofly russian disinformation. but, are the democrats are very good at this. they issued 50 former national security figures who said yep, this looks exactly like stuff coming out of the kremlin and the media ran with that story. and it really did work. steve: yeah. brian: it worked. and it hurt the country. even if you are the biggest trump supporter or detractor. it was a distraction. and for two years the world laughed at us and the russians couldn't believe how great they had it as they were the bad guy but the democrats and republicans tore each other apart and we wasted a lot of money and unbelievable amount of time. i thought something else stood out about that hearing and then we will move on. christopher krebs was there and looks like an important guy. a smart guy. but he was there saying there were no problems. and then you have the trump lawyer sitting there saying, excuse me, there is 26,000 people in nevada that voted that
3:08 am
didn't belong there. there is 45,000 that voted twice. and the american people are looking at this going how can this guy with his hair gel sit there and say no problems at all and the other guy say we have huge problems and we can't get a hearing? do you understand, jonathan, the frustration and why people are in the streets in washington? we have two people telling us exact opposite stories. >> well, i actually do understand the frustration. i actually thought the hearing was very interesting on both sides. i thought krebs did a good job in responding to the allegations involving this voting machine and these coded -- these codes that came up. i thought he did a good job on that. i thought that the wisconsin attorney and former judge also did a very good job. i'm surprised that the trump campaign did not use him more significantly before if. but, i think part of the frustration is and this is where i have to give the wisconsin attorney it some credit.
3:09 am
it is true that the wisconsin supreme court did not look at the underlying allegations. and it this has been a point of contention that the media is reporting that all of these it violations have been reviewed by all of these courts. some of them have reviewed the specific alleged violations. many of them have not including the wisconsin supreme court which really had a division on the court. some of those justices felt that it was wrong to it basically cite what's called latches saying you came to us too late and dismiss these issues. there is frustration in that. i think the press could do a better job in acknowledging that many of these decisions were paced on threshold issues not the underlying violations. steve: suddenly, the press is starting to pay attention be to the hunter biden story. although before the election it was only the "new york post" and the channel that we are on. brian: and him.
3:10 am
steve: and jonathan turley as well. and it was great. and as it turns out, regarding that hearing, it wasn't russian disinformation, there actually was a doj investigation are into him about his dealings. the foxnews.com got ahold of an email from hunter biden to one of those chinese energy companies. the guy who runs it. among other things, it says i hope my letter finds you well. i regret missing you on my last visit to the united states. please accept the best wishes from the entire biden family as well as my partners. we are all hoping to see you again soon in the united states or in shanghai. so that is from apparently the laptop of hunter biden. you know, fox news has been the only ones asking joe biden about his son. finally apparently yesterday, joe biden realized i should probably answer one of the questions with a real answer and he did. listen to this. are recall

loans for small businesses and unemployment aid and all the rest of it. the two outstanding issues were the democrats insistence on money for state and local governments. and the republicans insistence on some kind of limited temporary liability protection. democrats have basically said we would rather not give in on liability than get the $160 billion in state and local aid. they are literally giving up their top priorities because they are so in the pocket of the trial lawyers. brian: just so you know if you like this compromised and getting something done. if those georgia senate races go the way of the democrats, like it or not, this is the last deal we are going to see. everything else is going to be jammed down republicans' throats and maybe your throat. you may not like everything in the democratic agenda. that left wing agenda is going to be america's agenda, unless one of those seats go to a republican. that's what's at stake january 5th. steve: well, according to "the washington post" this morning, apparently scrapping that aid to state and local governments is out and so are the liability protections for small businesses

list. ainsley: all right. if you want to know the real story, peter is on the campaign trail -- not campaign trail anymore but with joe biden assigned to him. steve: he's been with joe biden almost 2 years. ainsley: they are asking what flavor of ice cream this is. aoc is interviewed on podcast and said it's time for nancy pelosi and chuck schumer to go, listen to this. >> i do think that we need new leadership in the democratic party. i think it's easy for someone who say, oh, why don't you run, but the house is extraordinarily complex and i'm not ready. it can't be me. i know that i couldn't do that job. >> are you ready to say, pelosi and schumer need to go? >> i mean, i think so. we need to shift power. we need to make sure that we have a transition of power in the leadership of the democratic party.
5:14 am
brian: that's the problem, they don't have rotation of leadership. the same people get in and stay there for decades, jim clyburn, 70, 820 -- 80 year's old. to her credit, i can't run a body of people. if he does become speaker, they have moderates, left wing, the squad which is added to their numbers, so if she wants to pass something, she actually might neat republicans, newt gingrich has been down this road before and when his own caucus turns against him and when democrats turn on each other. listen to what he told us last hour. >> if aoc is serious, all she and the gang have to do is refuse to vote for pelosi, pelosi doesn't have the votes to become speaker because kevin mccarthy did such a great job,
5:15 am
the house republicans gained so many seats that she literally has too narrow margin and why she can't take swawell off committee, she needs his vote. we will not vote for pelosi, she would have to step down and they'd have to look for somebody else. aoc talks a lot. she has a chance right now to actually do something and my guess is that she will cave. >> steve: newt hit it right on the nose, that is why with her margin so narrow, that is why she cannot take eric swawell off the committee that she put him on even though she knew that he was the target of a chinese influence campaign. brian: hakim jeffres seems to be emerging star on that side but is not moderate in new york. ainsley: we will see if the squad votes against nancy pelosi. they could, they could and she would lose power.
5:16 am
steve: remember last time she was really nice to the squad to make sure they voted for her. stay tune on that. brian: last point, they had cooperation in the last ten days, democrats and republicans, maybe this is something new where they tell leadership you are too divisive, we will build this from the middle out or bottom up. ainsley: joe manchin is one of those. brian: murkowski, collins, cassidy as well as senator coons and senator warner. ainsley: joe manchin got in an argument on twitter with aoc say all you do is tweet. brian: they are going at each other's quotes. steve: we will keep you posted on that. in the meantime 8:16 in new york city and jillian joins us with terrible news in north carolina. jillian: north carolina police officer killed in overnight shootout. happened during mall about 30 minutes from charlotte. police say the suspect was also
5:17 am
killed, no names have been released. it's the second north carolina offer death in a week. was shot and killed while responding to a burglary, he was layed to rest earlier this week. fda advisory panel will review moderna's covid-19 vaccine today. nearly 6 million dozes of the covid-19 vaccine will be sent out in the u.s. if the agency approves it for emergency use. this as the u.s. sees its deadliest day of the pandemic, 3700 people have died from covid-19 in 24 hours, the fourth time deaths have exceeded 3,000 in the last week. hospitalizations also setting a new record with more than 111,000 and more than 230,000 more people are infected with the virus. this year's intelligence community assessment entered around foreign election influence will be delayed. officials telling fox news the report was set to be released tomorrow but senior intel analysts are at odds whether china sought to influence the
5:18 am
election. a senior intel official sounding off on where dni john ratcliffe stands saying, quote, all that ratcliffe wants is intelligence to be reflected accurately with regard to china and everything else. that's a look at your headlines, back to you. ainsley: thank you so much, jillian. supreme court victory for religious freedom and a move our in the case guest says will be just the beginning. stick around. if these beautiful idaho potato recipes are just side dishes, then i'm not a real idaho potato farmer. genuine idaho potatoes not just a side dish anymore. always look for the grown in idaho seal.

christopher ferrar, thank you both for being with us. >> thank you for having us on. >> thank you, ainsley. ainsley: how are you feeling this morning, father? >> that's wonderful news. we are grateful to the supreme court taking our kaiser usely -- taking our case seriously. >> the supreme court is serious about applying rules and what's good for cosco is good for church. if you have secular gatherings that don't have capacity limitations or operating at 50%, it's not 100%, the same limits apply to churches. the church is not impressed by the argument that the church is
5:24 am
viral vectors. ainsley: father, many have not gone back to church in person. we miss it and it's wonderful that churches have provided service but we want to be in person and it's such a different more personal experience when you're there in church surrounded by people who you love and your congregation. >> yes. ainsley: what are your thoughts about that? what are the folks that go to your church, what are they saying? >> people are very grateful because other churches have closed with outrageous restrictions and they are coming to us, nearly doubled the size of the perish and we have to double the worship space with downstairs, basement, big screen and another in the library, big screen, so we can have all the new people coming with a little bit of social distancing and they are very grateful. ainsley: i am grateful too, thank you for doing that. christopher, what happens next
5:25 am
here? >> well, what happens is the supreme court has vacated the district courts refusal to grant us injunction against ridiculous restrictions and send back to the court. the fancy term is grant vacater and remand. in other words, supreme court says to the lower court, you it wrong the first time, get it right this time in view of our decision of the brooklyn diocese case. ainsley: does that mean your perish can open up and have people on sunday? >> we will have to have a hearing and pursuing injunctive relief in brooklyn diocese, if you're going to restrict occupancy, even handily as to religious groups and secular like cosco, schools, mass transit vehicles, warehouses and factories and so forth. ainsley: if you want to stay at home, you can.
5:26 am
people can have the choice and if they feel they can do it safely they can go to church hopefully soon because we all like to get back to that. as long as you're doing it safely. merry christmas to beth of you. father, i hope that you have a great christmas and hope you have a great christmas message for your congregation. god bless you both. >> god bless. ainsley: we did reach out to governor murphy's office and we did not hear if him. is she coming around now that stimulus checks are a winning issue in georgia runoff elections? straight ahead. joe biden is confident that hunter biden did nothing wrong. rand paul will react to new survey that should concerned the incoming administration.

5:30 am
brian: let's watch together. a plane just slid off the runway, first responders are helping passengers in spirit airlines plane. authorities believe the plane might have slid after powerful winter storm hit the northeast overnight. a lot of ice. first responders dodging a pickup truck, you see this, as
5:31 am
it loses control and it's caught on camera. meanwhile -- >> ainsley: this is it. they are so lucky. steve: thank goodness. conditions worsening in each passing hour in some locations. in baltimore you saw the sun was out. in highways in new york and pennsylvania at least two people have died in traffic accidents. ainsley: he was 19 year's old from virginia -- from north carolina died in virginia on a roads too. thousands of people are waking up in the dark after an ice storm brought down power lines in virginia. janice dean joins us live with the snow totals that are coming in, hey, jd. janice: yeah, it was a big deal here around the new york city area. last year we had 4.8-inches total for the whole season so we have surpassed that in just one snowstorm. it's pretty early on in the snow season. let's take a lack at it. constituent imagery, any snow that's on the ground could be
5:32 am
blowing snow and that's going to mean poor visibility, really dangerous conditions on the road, so stay off the roads if you can. let the snowplows do their job but look at new york city still recording light snow but as you go up towards new england and parts of upstate new york, we are still getting quite a bit of snow, snowfall totals 3 feet in parts of central pennsylvania up towards new york. we still have winter weather warnings for all of these places including parts of eastern new york up towards new england where boston has received over a foot of snow and there's still more snow to come. you can see the wind gusts in excess of 30, 40 miles per hour along the coast so any of that snow is going to be blowing snow and almost blizzard-like conditions in some areas. the storm will continue to move north and east ward and it will be out of here by later on this afternoon and many kids will be enjoying a snow day with quite a bit of snow especially for those areas in central pennsylvania and parts of upstate new york as well. steve, ainsley and brian, back
5:33 am
to you. brien: thanks so much, janice, appreciate it. let's go out now to kentucky gop senator rand paul, member of homeland security, senator, i kind of feel bad for you after senator peters and johnson screamed at each other. okay, i guess i'm next. you had to jump in. do you feel the same way just handling it differently, is the tension that high on that committee? >> yeah, i think the problem is it's become perm. senator peters accused senator johnson of spreading russian disinformation. it's the same kind of crap that the left has been doing over and over again. you work for putin or moscow, it's insulting because we are thinking of another country first over somehow trader to our country and they don't realize that those are fighting words where i come from and you can see i think chairman johnson justifiably mad. who wants to be accused by someone of not being loyal to your country. that's crazy.
5:34 am
brian: the president fired him when he said there was no fraud at all. the cleanest election ever and and proven wrong at the senate hearing in the fraudulent 2020 election, massive fraud took place with machines, people voting from out of state, illegals, dead people and much more. we did hear lawyers say that and krebs took the other side on that. what did you get from this? who is right? >> i think i think krebs still doesn't understand what he's trying to say. if he's simply saying it was a good election because there wasn't foreign interference, i could accept that but he didn't look at absentee ballots, he didn't look to see if dead people voted or noncitizens voted, or people voted twice, he didn't look at that. from the very beginning he should have clarified statement to say it was the safest election with regard to what i've been charge of which is interference through the internet and actually don't think that any election votes in 2016 or 2020 were changed by
5:35 am
some nefarious third party in another country, i don't think that happened. do i think there was fraud in this, absolutely. there's a history of these kinds of problems in the country and the only way to deter you have to put people in jail so there has to be an investigation of people who voted illegally, people who voted twice or wrong address, they need to be purged from the roles and we need to make sure it doesn't happen again but we can't keep it under the rug, 1700 people in georgia voted twice, are we going to let them vote twice in two weeks? ainsley: let's talk about hunter biden, something that the rest of america if you're not watching fox learned about after the election and steve doocy's son peter who has been on the campaign trail and now he's with what they're calling the president-elect biden and he's asking the tough questions. no one else is. fox is the only one, that are asking the tough questions
5:36 am
thanks to peter and peter asked him yesterday, do you think that your son did anything wrong, listen to this. >> are you confident your son hunter did nothing wrong? >> i'm confident. ainsley: that's the only time he's answered the question about it. what's your reaction? >> if he's confident, she should leave in place the u.s. attorney who is investigating hunter biden. there's a u.s. attorney in delaware doing this. traditionally when a new president comes in they fire all u.s. attorneys, if he wants to show that this would be up right, upstanding biden administration and that they're going to actually let the cards lie where the cards lie on hunter biden, he needs to leave the u.s. attorney in place. if u.s. attorney is fired in the first weeks of the administration and if the investigation goes to a biden appointee, you can tell the fix is in and there's not going to be justice. hunter biden deserves the same justice that paul manafort got, nothing less, nothing more. steve: speaking of the fix is
5:37 am
in, there's a new report poll that came out and they asked people all across the country, people who are are voters, what they thought about the situation with hunter biden where we heard about it afterwards, you can see right there, 52% right there of all u.s. voters think the media ignored the hunter biden story to help joe biden win the presidency. now 78% of republicans think the media deliberately hid the story until after election day and then -- this is jaw-dropping right here. 73% of republicans think that biden profited, joe biden that is to say, profited from hunter biden's business dealings. people go, well, you know hunter biden is the son of the former vice president, but if you think that the president-elect is involved in these deals, there could be a problem for the president elect. >> when you look at the sources,
5:38 am
the sources have gotten one sided and completely ignoring it, not only ignoring but branding it or labeling it as being misinformation. that's become the new thing. even the associated press which once upon a time was thought to be objective would write stories and then say no evidence. when my wife and i were attacked in new york, they said rand paul says he was attack despite no evidence except for 200 videos of my wife and i become attacked in dc and a police officer being injured while trying to help us and getting stitches above his eye, oh, no, nobody was attacked, nothing to see here, no evidence. that's the problem, it's not just ignoring the news, they are saying that what we are saying is misinformation until it becomes so big they can't contain it. but this only happened because there were some good people in the department of justice who said, look, if we are going to investigate pal manafort and throw the book at him, shouldn't we be fair and do the same thing to hunter biden? ainsley: some of concerned who joe biden's ag will be and lindsay sea gram calling for
5:39 am
outsider to investigate hunter biden. if you believe a special counsel for trump and russia how can you say there's no need of special counsel -- >> i didn't want a special counsel for manafort. and so what i would say, i don't like special counsels. if i had a special counsel, i can investigate anybody in the world. i can investigate the deacon at your church who has never committed a crime and put him to jail. i'm not for it even in this case. brian: you think the election was stolen, you tweeted out? >> absolutely. i think there's a great deal of fraud and it's not the first time. you know the famous story of lbj, scotch in one hand, illegal votes and show box in other and turns them at midnight and opponent turns 2 hours later and
5:40 am
comes back 1 years later, we are not turning illegal votes in until opponent's illegal votes are turned in. that's what we are fighting now. that's the way it's always been. you have to go back and elect the secretary of state who won't lie, cheap, steal and change the election law. these are things that you have to do and you have to prevent illegal aliens from voting, et cetera. brian: they didn't do that. senator rand paul, thank you so much. steve: 20 minutes before the top there and we have fox news alert on thursday morning. jobless claims released. that is more than was predicted. they were expecting 815,000 which is still a gigantic number. here with reaction fox news contributor and former obama economic adviser robert wolf,
5:41 am
screen left right there and white house economic recovery task force member steve moore. steve, since you are involved with this administration, let's start with you. that's not a good number. steve: no, it isn't, steve, it's heartbreaking because we have the best recovery going on in the history of the united states getting the unemployment rate down so rapidly, very, very rapid growth, we had the 33% growth and third quarter we were growing at really rapid pace until about the start of december. what happened is that all over the country these blue state governors from cuomo the newsom out on the left coast shut down economies, you're seeing the tragedy of the restaurants that are going bankrupt right now even though we know that shutdowns and lockdowns to the economy have no impact on the pandemic. obviously if you shutdown businesses, steve, you will see people lose their jobs. it's a tragedy, we should stop the shutdowns. obviously stop the spread of the
5:42 am
virus but this is a strategy that has not worked and many businesses are in jeopardy. as you know the 21 club in new york is bankrupt now because of these insane lockdowns. steve: robert, the problem with the lockdowns is if the state is going to ask somebody to shut down, there's -- you have to be able to pay the people. that's what the ppp was all about and congress, you know, the senate and the house have sat on their hands for the last number of months waiting to do something, it sounds like now people are going to wind up with stimulus checks directly paid to people, either 6 or 700 bucks, $300 per week in jobless benefits and it sounds like a quarter of a trillion dollars in ppp funding that's going to help people who are actually at those restaurants, mr. wolf. >> yes. the super v-shaped recovery that my friend steve moore has talked
5:43 am
about has been a complete hoax. we have 10 million more people -- >> steve: i think we are past that. >> goes to your point, 11 million people that have continually have been coming every week with new jobless claim. one in five restaurants, small businesses. it's time for the cares act 2.0, the 900 plus billion to be passed. but the way steve is predicting and saying it's a blue state versus a red state, the 900,000 people that came for jobless claims for first time today, trust me, those are in the united states. steve is making this political. this is not political. when we have 13 million more people unemployed it's not political. this is not the best recovery ever. it's far from it. it's one of the worst ever and that's why trump in 30 days will not be in office because he didn't know how to handle the pandemic. that's just facts. we can point fingers but at the end of the day, look how many people have died and look at how many people are unemployed and it's about time congress is
5:44 am
passing a damn bill that we have been actually both sides proposing for months to just get done. steve: you know, robert makes good points on the metrics of how many people have -- the number of people who have entered poverty for the first time in their lives is heartbreaking but at the same time the disconnect is wall street, the stock exchange is near all-time high. so it's like look at the number, it's really good. in fact, if you look at the futures right now, we are in the green for today, they open at 9:30 but still there's all the poverty in the country right now. steve: well, look, this is a really important point and robert is wrong on the facts. robert, i was in florida weeks ago, florida is open for business, they have not shut down their businesses, it's new york, it's california, it's connecticut. it's new jersey, the ten state that have locked down economies have democratic governors. guess what, robert, the people signing up for unemployment are
5:45 am
in those states, states that shut down businesses? >> i have to challenge you -- >> steve: hold on, robert. steve: states like georgia, texas and tennessee and utah. why doesn't the city of new york start opening up its businesses so people can go back to work? steve: good point. all right, robert, final word. >> let's be clear, one it's not accurate. we are losing unemployment throughout the country. and steve knows 40% of hospitality and leisure employment, that's throughout the entire nation including florida, okay, has been devastated. this is not a blue-red state thing. the economy is being hit for all and if steve is so sure and president is so sure and you want to give stimulus checks to the blue state people, go right ahead, my guess is people in georgia are glad stimulus check is being passed. steve: governor desantis in
5:46 am
florida said that he would not shut down the hospitality industry, so let's see what happens. >> but they are. steve: not in florida. >> 40% of lost jobs. steve: robert, you're right about that but the businesses are open. robert, steven, we thank you very much. the border wall can be in jeopardy when biden is sworn in, we are live with the changes that could be coming. get ready for football. 3 major conference championships for this weekend, fox sports analyst previews big games. first preview of 9:00 o'clock eastern hour, here is sandra. sandra: hey, steve, good morning to you. brand-new revelations in hunter biden probe. brutal storm sweeping the east coast. it is a big thursday morning

grady trmeble with more on the arizona border and the wall's construction, hey, grady. >> you can see where the newly constructed wall ends and the old fence begins, the old fence is to be replaced but that might not happen under a biden presidency. joe biden says he wants to stop construction of the wall completely and that's part of the reason as you said crews are working around the clock to get as much of the wall done as possible. they expect to complete at least 450 miles by the end of the year, we traveled about 15 miles along the border yesterday to a remote part of arizona. you can see where the wall stops and construction is ongoing. the federal government has enough to complete 200 additional miles of the wall. mark morgan says terminating existing contracts would be extremely costly. >> joe biden has said he will not build another foot of wall,
5:52 am
quote. that's very disturbing. look, they have that -- they can do that. it's called a termination for convenience. they can terminate the contract for building the wall, but, steve, that's going to cost taxpayers billions of dollars. >> biden has said he wants to focus on high-tech solution and ports of entry, but it's worth pointing out that back in 2006 he did vote in favor of the secure pence act, ainsley. ainsley: thank you so much, grady, brian, over to you. brian: college football teams are gearing up for championship weekend and we have must-see matchups on fox, our next guest with fox kickoff team. let's bring in ncaa champion himself. >> good to see you, brian. brian: big agenda. first, what is the logo on your shirt, what are you wearing? >> well, that's gg, my daughter,
5:53 am
online training company, physical training, mental training and she's doing great. i'm repping her as much as i can. brian: parents, beast is a complement. we have the pack 12 championship, usc against oregon and big ten, ohio against northwestern and san josé against boise state. gets a special pass. does northwestern have a chance? >> i think they have an excellent coach on both sides, they don't have the talent to match up with ohio state, however, they play a scheme that makes it hard and keep everything in front of them. i think they can keep it close and beat ohio state. brian: uc and oregon.
5:54 am
when they were 3-0, people thought they had a chance to get into the championship, usc comes undefeated with major significant wins. >> uusc is one of the most under rated teams in the country. i think they are talented and they have an offense and quarterback and receivers that will be hard to stop. brian: san josé and boise state. notre dame playing college football. notre dame and north carolina and clemsen, does that mean clemsen wins? >> clemsen has to win because if they lose they are out. they will allow texas a&m to enter. i think trevor lawrence and clemsen beats them.
5:55 am
brian: the ncaa, the supreme court will pay the ncaa compensating players at the highest level, how do you feel about that? >> i struggle with it. i think that airs out the balloon. opting out and transfer portal is going to change the gameever. for right or wrong, i think that's our future will see, we can evaluate that down the road but i'm very concerned. do i think it's wrong, i didn't say that, the game we all know and love, it's going to change. brian: i would just love the coaches and people on the outside to play a role if there's a compensation package. i would love the people who live and breathe the game to decide how to do it so we can keep competitive aspect on it. brian: regulation, brian, will be a key to this thing. when you talk about college sports, it begins with recruiting and ends with recruiting. that's my biggest concern. brian: thanks so much. always great to talk to you.
5:56 am
keep in mind, too -- >> ainsley: brian and i fought for you. he won. brian: giving away $3 million and there's still time left for your chance at a hundred thousand dollars. download app. terry bradshaw's money, he's almost out of cash. special thanks to coach urban meyer my psoriasis, clearer... cosentyx works on all of this. four years and counting. so watch out. i got this! watch me. real people with active psoriatic arthritis look and feel better with cosentyx. cosentyx works fast for results that can last. it treats the multiple symptoms of psoriatic arthritis, like joint pain and tenderness, back pain,
