hey, trace. great three hours. quick look at the dow. more record highs as the operation vaccination continues. >> trace: yeah. great to see you. "outnumbered" starts in three seconds. ♪ >> harris: two. one. there is a growing push on capitol hill for a special counsel investigation. fox news has obtained an e-mail from 2017. it's from hunter biden. reaching out to the chairman of a chinese energy firm. offering best wishes from the entire biden family. hunter biden in the e-mail urging the chinese corporation chairman to quickly wire $10 million to properly fund and operate a joint venture. that part is a quote. this just happened. our own peter doocy, pressed joe biden to respond to the federal tax investigation of hunter biden.
9:01 am
>> did nothing wrong? >> president-elect biden: i'm confident. >> harris: "i'm confident" he told him late yesterday. meanwhile, a number of republicans say the incoming biden administration cannot be trusted to look in to all of this. >> i'm absolutely calling on a special counsel to look at all things hunter biden to see if he presents a conflict for the biden administration regarding his business dealings in ukraine, which is overrun with russian agents and any activity he had with the chinese government. >> harris: this is "outnumbered." i'm harris faulkner. here today, host of "kennedy" on fox business, kennedy. fox business anchor dagen mcdowell. attorney and the fox news contributor emily campagno. and joining us in the center seat on the virtual couch, the "next revolution" host steve hilton is here. and it might feel something like a legal revolution for hunter biden right now, steve.
9:02 am
>> steve: yes. i think that as we talk about this, it is important, harris, we frame it right. of course, hunter biden playing a key role. but this is not the hunter biden scandal. this is the joe biden scandal. let's go back a couple of days to what i thought was a disgraceful remark by mitch mcconnell in the senate. amongst what he said that day talking about biden and the election he said that joe biden had had practically a whole lifestyle devoted to public service. that is not true. if you look at joe biden's career it's nonstop corruption. he acted as a puppet of his donors and more relevantly to this, his family, brother, son, brothers-in-law, all of them have been profiting from joe biden's public role for years. that is at the heart of this. what this really reveals is joe biden scandal is the thickness at the heart of the system. you have the insiders over and over again, washington, d.c.,
9:03 am
all of them, all parties, insiders who sell access to their public role for private gain. as they do it, they act against public interest. that is the sickness at the heart of the swamp as we call it. so not only should yes, there be a special counsel to make sure that this particular example properly investigated we need to go further and have the massive televised hearing revealing this, showing the american people this is what is going on in their name, in washington for decades. joe biden is the best representative of that. as i have been saying for months now, he is the swamp. we need to expose all of it. >> harris: i tell you. if you even approached of that wide ranging in scope of an investigation, dagen, it would definitely be more than a cloud overincoming biden administration.
9:04 am
>> dagen: but to steve's point that this is about joe biden, because when it comes to china, china is our number one enemy. china wants to essentially wipe us off the map. and become the world's number one super power. both militarily and economically. maria bartolomeo talked about this at length. they unleashed a virus that has killed over 1.6 million people worldwide. hundreds of thousands of people here in the united states. so joe biden said in the last debate and they wrote about this in the "wall street journal" earlier in week, joe biden flatly told the american people hunter hadn't made any money in china. so, hunter is a grifty influence peddlers but just bad at it? we know from the chinese executive, that energy company founder, he got a diamond. we don't even know where the diamond is. remember, hunter revealed that

last year. n a "new yorker" profile and he said it was worth $10,000. it might be worth $80,000. but nobody knows where it is. that was part of the justice department investigation. hunter biden gave the interview to "new yorker" in 2019. so we knew just, have good common sense, that they were trying, the biden campaign was trying to get ahead of all the problems that hunter brings. and this is right at his father's feet. >> harris: emily, as i hear dagen recount that story, i'm really plagued by this question. i mean, does no one believe that there is accountability? even hunter biden, i believe in a "60 minutes" interview -- remind me if i'm wrong on that. but i remember him talking about his dad's name. you know, i mean if he used access to his father in any way, shape or form and then just open about yeah, they paid me a diamond.
9:06 am
it could be worth $10,000, $80,000. we don't really know. now where is that diamond? that smacks of no one really worries about having to explain anything. >> emily: they don't, harris. you are absolutely right. there hasn't been demonstrated accountability by anyone in the past. and that is why hunter and also representative swalwell, they are just faces to the frankly countless statistics building up for decades. i would like to speak about the 30,000 eye view for the incoming administration landscape of china. the question really isn't whether china is a threat or how deep the insidious measures have taken root in the country. the question is what is the next administration going to do about it? ironically, they don't have to do anything. they actually just have to sit back and green light the fact that the table has already been laid for them. the department of justice has a present china initiative.
9:07 am
it's only two years old. but in the last two years they have logged dozens of charges and the prosecutions and convictions, countering china's formal methods of to dagen mcdowell's point achieving world domination of espyianage and sab staj of the american interest. the prosecution and the convictions and plea deals from multiple industries, academia, economic espionage, physical breaches and military intelligence. the list goes on. this has been going on for decades. the incoming administration, if they would keep the china initiative going it would demonstrate to the chinese we are serious about maintaining formal protection measures. otherwise we are just capitulating and it is a rerun of the obama administration. >> harris: all right. kennedy, before i get to you. emily just mentioned congressman eric swalwell. this has come in now and i want to show it to everybody. new video of the democratic congressman eric swalwell

buddy. in terms of hunter biden, if you think that your dad is going to run for president, it's pretty audacious of you to start sending missives to powerful chinese billionaires to ask them for $10,000 a pop. if your dad doesn't know anything about that and there is an investigation, it could really derail his political career. if he is elected the presidency. unless he is in on it. you have three choices. either hunter biden is really dumb. really sick. or his dad knew about everything he was doing. if that is the case the latter is the most problematic of all and we have to get answers to that. >> dagen: can i add one thing? >> harris: sure. go ahead. >> dagen: we know he is good of art. this is the cover of hunter. "the one thing i have art." he is lining up an art exhibit. >> kennedy: he left an "f" off that word. >> harris: my goodness. i'm not sure what that means. steve, bring you back in the conversation in this way. i mentioned the distraction, the cloud going forward. special counsel comes in to this and it won't go away no matter what president-elect joe biden tries or says or does. as far as we understand. he has already said he is not going to get involved in the prosecution or the exoneration of anyone. he is going to let the d.o.j. do its job. >> steve: yeah, but that is exactly why i think we have to have the special counsel. the argument made against the special counsel is always well, the problem is, you know you appoint it to one thing and it goes broader. to my earlier point that is exactly what we need in this case. we need it to go broader.
9:11 am
because exactly as they have said correctly this china infiltration of our core institution has been going on for so long and it is so dangerous. we need to have someone really set loose looking in to that. and also as i was saying earlier, in to the business model of the swamp. which is peddling influence. a special counsel that goes not on a fishing expedition but a trawling expedition. it would be a public service for country. i'm fully supportive of that. not just about making sure that this particular investigation is protected in terms of the conflict of interest. this is about all our interest that the matters that have been covered up. because everyone in the swamp has bought into this. democrats, republicans. they all go in for this influence peddling. they have all gone in for the suckup to china that has gone on for decades until president trump came along. >> harris: yeah. it's so interesting. i remember over a year ago we were having conversations

u.s. senate gangsters just for voting to cut taxes on families and businesses in the peach state. where david perdue and kelly loeffler support our military, i meaned are call liberal raphael warnock alone has demeaned our military. he has repeatedly defended the antisemitic rhetoric of reverend jeremiah wright. and raphael warnock called the strong ally jewish state of israel and apartheid state and he compared their law enforcement to the east german storm troopers. well, i couldn't be more proud with the strong support of kelly loeffler and david perdue to serve alongside of a president who moved the american embassy to jerusalem. and has stood without apology for the jaw wis jewish state of
9:47 am
israel. and where jon ossoff and raphael warnock support abortion on demand and taxpayers funding of abortion all the way up to the moment of birth, david perdue, kelly loeffler, president trump and mike pence will always stand for the right to life. you all know what the stakes are here in georgia. chuck schumer said it the other day. it couldn't be clearer. he said now we take georgia. then we change america. let's send a message to chuck schumer and those washington democrats. we are going to keep georgia. we're going to save the senate. then we are going to save america! [cheers & applause] you know, i saw joe biden was in atlanta just the other day.
9:48 am
he said that we didn't need to send kelly loeffler and david perdue back to washington. because he said we don't need two senators that are, "just going to get in the way." well, georgia, that is exactly what we need in the united states senate. [applause] we need david perdue and kelly loeffler to get in the way of higher taxes. we need david perdue and kelly loeffler to get in the way of open borders, socialized med sun, a green new deal. packing the courts. are you with me? [applause] we need two georgia senators who will get in the way of the radical agenda of the democratic party. and fight for georgia every
9:49 am
day. that is why we need georgia to say no to ossoff and warnock and yes to david perdue and kelly loeffler on january 5. i came here today with one message. it all comes down to georgia. so stay in the fight. stay in the fight for integrity in our elections. stay in the fight to defend the republican majority in the senate. until the polls close on january 5, you stay in the fight until we send purdue pharma and kelly loeffler back to washington, d.c. we need to keep america, that is on the line.
9:50 am
preserve our liberty. we need you to vote, georgia. we need you to vote to send david perdue and kelly loeffler back to washington, d.c. that is what i came to ask you to do. tell all of your neighbors and friends. take your opportunity to vote early. vote by mail or make your plans to be there on january 5. i am told you can request an absentee ballot. you can do that until december 31. i want you to be confident about your vote. right, david? our great g.o.p. state chairman and the senators will tell you. you request a ballot. we are on them this time. we are watching. we are going to secure our poles. secure our drop boxes. you can be confident. you mail in that absentee ballot, every one of them will be counted.
9:51 am
if you don't want to vote by mail, in-person voting already started. you checked on my way in. you still have time today. two and a half miles down the road. go to columbus technical college. 92al manchester expressway. it's right across from the walmart and the pizza hut. open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. you got all the time in the world. go and vote today to send david perdue and kelly loeffler back to washington, d.c. and remember, friends don't friends vote alone. bring a family member. bring a neighbor. vote to hold the line, georgia. do it today!
9:52 am
>> hold the line! hold the line! >> vice president pence: i know we all have doubts about the last election. that is why we're going to keep right on fighting. but i got to tell you, and i hear some people saying down here in georgia, you are frustrated about the last election, just don't vote. my fellow americans, i can say from my heart you've got to remember. if you don't vote, they win. if you don't vote, there could be nothing to stop chuck schumer and nancy pelosi from advancing their radical left agenda. cutting the military, raising taxes. trampling on our values. so for all we've done and for all we have yet to do, for our president. for our future.
9:53 am
for georgia and for america. cast another vote for all that president trump has accomplished. cast the vote to send david perdue and kelly loeffler back to washington, d.c. i promise you, we will keep fighting. we can fight for our president. we can fight for more republicans in the united states senate at the same time. we have been doing both. we will keep doing both. we are going to keep making america great again. [applause] so here is the deal, georgia. it might all come down to you. so georgia, we need you to step up. i got a feeling looking at all you hardy people out here, this looks like a win coming on january 5 to me. i don't know about you. [applause] because i got faith.
9:54 am
i got faith. i truly do. you know, in my house we don't know what the future holds. but we know who holds the future. so while you get out there every day and remember right across from the walmart and the pizza hut you can go vote today, you get out and vote. you get your neighbors and friends out to vote. you talk to everybody about everything that is on the line and why georgia needs to hold the line. i would encourage you if you of a mind to bow the head and bend the knee from time to time, now would be a good time to do it. i truly do believe. i truly do believe in this challenging time in the life of our nation it's never been more important. for to us go to that well spring of strength that has seen our people through much
9:55 am
more challenging times even than which we live today. when you pray, pray with confidence. claim that ancient verse. that if his people who are called by his name will humble themselves and pray and turn, that he will do like he has always done, in the long and storied history of america, he will hear from heaven and he will heal this land. this one nation undergod, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. so pray for america. pray, georgia. it will matter. i just know if all of us do all that we need to do between now and january 5 to vote, to speak up, and to pray, i know we will have a great victory on on january 5.
9:56 am
when georgia sends david perdue and kelly loeffler back to a republican majority in the united states senate. georgia will have done more than your part to keep america great. so with confidence in all of you, with confidence in these two great senators and on behalf of the president of the united states of america, let's go get it done, georgia. let's send kelly loeffler and david perdue back to washington, d.c.! [cheers] >> harris: the vice president of the united states mike pence in columbus, georgia, today with assuredly one liners that people will be
9:57 am
mentioning all day long. go vote between the walmart and the pizza hut. go get it done he said. you are going to safe the senate. you are going to keep georgia. you are going to save america. steve hilton, the vice president, is he doing it down in georgia maybe better than anybody has so far? he is having to get people to the polls. >> steve: i think that you can't fault the substance of his message. he was very clear about the stakes. he was very clear about how importantly it is on the issue of confirming judges and clear about the negative qualities of the people running on the democratic side; particularly, warnock. and i thought it was interesting how directly the vice president addressed the concerns that people have. he said look, i know you have big questions about the election. you are worried your vote won't count. i promise you, you could stull vote despite the concerns. we'll make sure it counts.
9:58 am
that was really important. the other observation i had watching him, you know, i don't know whether this is a compliment or not. this is a fact. he is such a classic politician. what it really reminded me of is how much and why people love president trump. he is completely different. he doesn't come across like a normal politician. i thought that while the substance of pence's message was excellent, i don't know. it's not really the kind of style that i warm to. >> harris: emily, quickly? >> emily: i thought it was an extremely effective from a content perspective. however, he came out with that overall message and he said that georgia, it comes down to you. defend the majority. then he hammered out a litany of things that are either in jeopardy or crucial to georgians and the nation. everything from veterans benefits to religious worship, election integrity, taxes and the like. i thought it was an effective way. he reminded them at the end, go out and vote. don't vote alone. >> harris: less than a
9:59 am
minute. kennedy? >> kennedy: i have a soft spot for indiana politicians so i'm going to take exception with steve hilton's framing of the speech. i think it's a fiery mike pence like we have never seen him before and i think he might have future aspirations. he did a good job of laying everything out. go divided government! >> harris: 30 seconds, dagen? >> dagen: i think in the closing weeks and days toward the runoff you are going to hear that phrase from chuck schumer over and over again. "first we take georgia. then we change america." also, major issue for all gauzens is their guns and the second amendment. you start talking about joe biden's policies, potentially taxing some weapon. gun confiscation. you will hear about that. >> harris: yeah. you heard the vice president tell those people in georgia "friend don't let friends go vote alone." great to see everybody today. i'm going to scoot and start "outnumbered overtime" now. and thank you for watching
10:00 am
"outnumbered." we'll begin with a fox news alert. the battle heating up on capitol hill over the hunter biden investigation and the 2020 election. "outnumbered overtime" now. i'm harris faulkner. fox news has obtained a june 2017 correspondence between hunter biden and the chair of a chinese energy company. hunter jo biden in the e-mail offers quote/unquote "best wishes for the entire biden family" and asks for $10 million to be quickly wired to properly fund and operate the now bankrupt joint venture. sean hannity with his take. >> are the bidens, joe and hunter, compromised by these countries? and particularly, by the communist chinese? the chinese nationals, what were they looking for?
