7:10 pm
the reason biden would want to face lily aeschylus in garcia or randy weingarten into the cabinet position, god help us, is because they call the shots. i can say as a veteran educator, it would be totally irresponsible and reckless for him to nominate either of those women, or any union activist to have any authority over america's school. if they're given any additional authority, they will completely destroy our schools and our free republic. >> laura: i want to read something that joe biden said, apparently, in a zoom call. this happened yesterday. i'm going to read it with you. with roughly 30 governors he said, i know it's going to be controversial for some of you i'm going to ask that we are going to be able to open schools at the end of 100 days. rebecca, parents across the country are hearing this, okay?
7:11 pm
the thing is, we are not going to make it 100 days. if my kid is not going to make it 100 days. i have children, and they are on and off and online learning. we are very fortunate, but even in my situation, i'm seeing what great cost this is being brought to bear on their learning and their ability to interact with others. this is outrageous. it's actually criminal. it's child abuse. >> it is child abuse and its immoral. i can tell you, what we're seeing here, never let a crisis go to waste. this is what these communists are doing to us. it's time for parents to awaken. you just said so many things, laura, i could go on for an hour. the social and emotional learning they're trying to push in our kids, be aware, that is not safe. they are trying to harm your kids but that, too. the science, the teachers union actually rewrote the scientific

method. they crossed out empirical evidence. they claim that science is when we all agree on the theory, and then they only take the theories of people who have their radical leftist agenda. i live in california, southern california, you mentioned a lot of children are committing suicide in southern california. at that is immoral. i semichecked, exactly zero california children had died from covid. we note children are carriers. >> think there may have been three children who were recorded to have passed away from covid in california. it's not no children, and that's a tragedy but again, children sadly succumb to diseases and the full, we've had children die of the flu. it's absolutely distressing numbers in years past.
7:13 pm

tactics to divide all of us. this is truly attracted to cripple our economy, to damage our educational excellence, edit so they can undermine our free republican. >> laura: rewrite our history and clearly create a whole new generation of screen dependent children who are not able to question their idiocy in the classroom. it rebecca, thank you so much. the teachers unions are fighting for school closures, there also looking to undermine the most fundamental building block of dust the family. it they recently adopted a black lives matter at the school resolution that calls for disrupting the western prescribed nuclear family structure in order to collectively care for one another, and especially our children. turning me now is dave rubin, host of the rubin report bridget dave, our children -- all i can say is they are not getting anywhere near my children.
7:15 pm
they are endorsing basically communal living, putting the state above the individual family unit. >> we are watching every institution and every norm that we have in america disintegrate at the exact same time. what are they talking about, our children? laura, your children, they are not my children. i'm working on having children, and they are not going to be your children. it's up to the parents. at the parents have the children and can raise the children as they see see fit. what really is progress years i thought black lives matter had something to do with police brutality, isn't that why people were out there protesting and rioting and burning things down and everything else? wasn't it about police brutality? now we are finding out this is about destroying the nuclear family? we know there are so many studies on this, we know that a family that has a mother and

father, to parents, this is a basic building block for a functional society so one generation can pass along freedom to another generation end and expand on those freedoms. and now they are telling us that somehow that is the thing they're trying to destroy, and that other people should somehow have responsibility over your children? this is the ever-expanding move that blm and the progressives and marxists are trying to make. there will be nothing left to. every norm, think of a norm in society, whether it's a political norm or cultural norm, and they will come for it. they are showing it to us. it they are not hiding it. i guess you have to admire that. >> and you almost think they are setting the stage to be able to, and i know this sounds extreme, but to take children from their parents. if it's determined or deemed to be a "health threat" good how do they to find health? is it thinking, the way they are being taught, the values are being taught. is it about global warming,
7:17 pm
racial issues, gender issues? you see where i'm going here. >> if you listen to them, it seems like they want to lead us to their utopian future. we know that will ultimately lead us to a dystopian future. when you say that, it sort of sounds -- that's fearmongering or something, it's not that fearmongering. you say, these people are racist. if they are racist because they have outside political views and they don't bow to all of our demands. also, there against lockdowns, and conspiracy theorists. if you believe that the state is god, as so many of these leftists do, why wouldn't you use the state power to save the children? and it doesn't strike me as that crazy. i would say anyone watching this, at this point, it's almost your responsibility to get your kids out of public school because you have no idea what they are learning. this stuff is being imported. we see this across the country. by the way, the democrats are
7:18 pm
not for school choice. they are not for charter school or private schools, even though elizabeth warren's kids go to private school, gavin newsom's kids go to private school put, but they don't want choice for you. why is that? they want to indoctrinate -- >> laura: it's their values are the right values. anything that conflicts with their values, their progressive leftist values as to be -- you don't want to do debate, they want to dominate. that's what it's been about for a long time. great to see you tonight, thanks so much. coming up, a nonpartisan voter turnout ever in georgia is actually something very, very different. plus, two states caught over counting covid deaths, what a shock. the ingraham angle investigates, next. - i didn't know why my body was moving on its own.

>> laura: early voting has begun for the georgia senate runoff, a whopping milling and presidents have requested absentee ballots. one reason for this explosion of ballot requests is the massive voter turnout effort that is being led by a group called head count. who are they? according to their website, they are a nonpartisan organization that uses the power of music to
7:24 pm
register voters and promote participation in democracy. if you dig a little deeper, it quickly becomes clear that head counts nonpartisan label is a total sham. for starters, head count web page touts live stream concerts that they host to raise money for two groups, one is called to be georgia coalition for the people's agenda. if that sounds terrible. it goes on to solicit donations to this group, which leads to a website hosted by the democratic fund-raising machine acts blue. it that's the same act blew through which democrats raised billing this past election cycle. head count isn't just focus on registeregistering voters, theyo wanted to legalize pot. if that doesn't raise her eyebrows, earlier this year head count heaped up with the global group global citizen to register young people to vote.
7:25 pm
it democrats are routinely featured guest at global citizens defense, including this man. >> there are many different issues that bring us here tonight, extreme poverty, climate change -- i look out and icac of global citizens. >> laura: joining me now is jessica anderson, executive director at heritage action that's been looking into this group. is there any doubt that headcount is not a nonpartisan group really. it's basically a democrat get out the vote effort. it's because that's exactly right, laura. at the reality is the left does this all the time. they create these pop-up organizations where they fly and somebodies from hollywood to try to engage and by these voters votes. when you look at something like head count, they actually have the wrapper to chains in the state of georgia offering to give away
7:26 pm
free tesla's, the tesla car to any new voters that they register. you and i don't want to interrupt, but an example of what you're talking about, some of the little bribing that's going on in georgia, watch. >> what up its 2chainz in georgia. i want to see everybody vote. i want to know that everybody buddy. what i'm doing is i'm teaming up with headcount and i'm giving away free tesla. >> laura: free tesla? anything else? this is like watching an oprah show. >> it really is, laura. >> laura: is it legal? why are we doing it? >> it's legal only if the voters are actual registered legal voters in the state of georgia. at this close to a larger issue which the left has to rely on efforts like this because their socialist agenda doesn't work for georgians. they resort to these gimmicks, and the conservatives in georgia
7:27 pm
we have been talking to with their phone banks and text messages, they are seen through this. if they see the facade from the left, and they know this is radical. i think it's the work of the ground game and hardworking americans in georgia that's going to turn it out for conservatives, not these free efforts of giving away free cars to private boats based on what celebrities want. it's been on friend of mine got text messages, to every day for the last couple number weeks, at least two, it does get out -- request your mail-in ballot, and you could get free rent for you and a friend for a year. like, wait, aren't they already getting rent forgiveness anyway? free rent, a tesla, and i'm sure lots of other goodies. this from forbes, i'm going to read this to you. 102,000, 609 georgians who did tim vote in the presidential
7:28 pm
race had requested a nail in ba, making up about 6.5% of all mail in requests. just go, as someone who has been looking at politics for a long time, that doesn't give me a great feeling about what can comment on the road for republicans in georgia. what i am missing here? because this is exactly the type of fraud we've been raising the red flags for for months now. we know that the fraud is real, we know that it can be proven, and the reality has come at the left is ceasing this basically as psychological warfare to suppress the vote in georgia. they would like nothing less than force conservative voters to stay home. this is what we're fighting, not only the front to make sure the votes are legal, but the psychological warfare aspect of this to make sure conservatives don't fall to the plight of the left ear. i have to say, i've been thinking about this a lot, what
7:29 pm
do we know about georgia? we know they love baseball. let's use a simple analogy. when the astros won the world series, we knew they won because they cheated. we didn't stay home, the braves didn't stay home the next year and just hinged on the next world series. they went out, fought like crazy, and they ensured that the guys were there. that's what we want to see from georgia for conservatives to show up january 5th. to show up so much that puts us to bed. >> laura: you better show up in big numbers. they are giving away free tesla's and free rent for year. if you think that's going to sustain you and your family for the rest of your life, good lu luck. thanks, jessica. we appreciate it tonight. this show has been mourning all of you now for months how the number of covid that said been inflated. the grand county coroner said to dust were actually due to something quite different. >> these two people had tested
7:30 pm
positive for covid. there's a gunshot wound that killed them. i had not even finished my investigation, these people did not die from covid. >> laura: in washington, new analysis from freedom foundation that state might be drastically over counting covid dust. to some of them included in 99-year-old who died after losing her balance and falling, a 71-year-old who died from blunt force injuries, and a 64-year-old who died after overdosing on heroin. it joining me now is a man who uncovered this, max nelson, labor policy director for the freedom foundation. if they've taken steps to amend to the numbers -- these are just the cases that have been discovered. from what i'm hearing, this is just a tiny slice of how incorrectly these deaths are being tallied.
7:31 pm
>> correct. there's a lot of issues with the data out here in washington state. unfortunately, our state department of health has not been very transparent when it comes to releasing the data and allowing for third-party review. we've worked for the last six months after we first discovered that washingon state was counting any person who died after testing positive as a covid to death. even if there was nothing -- even if covid didn't play a role in their death. we knew that method was going to result in over counting the debts. it's taken us six months now, but we finally got an actual death certificate data from the department of health. that's where we started discovering that 170 cases there was no reference to covid at all on the death certificate, and inductance of others, it's very clear that something other than covid was responsible for these people's death. >> laura: as we've been talking about since about april,
7:32 pm
we started talking about this. people are dying with covid, but not the primary cause not being covid. correct in many cases. >> i would go further than that. and some of the cases we come across just recently with this latest report, some of the death certificates had a reference to covid, but it was to clarify that the people had recovered from it, or they'd repeatedly tested negative before they died. it these are people that aren't even dying with covid from some other cause. these are also people who died after recovering from covid. so it gets even worse. >> laura: here's what the washington department of health aside about the revised numbers. at 214 previously reported deaths will be removed from the dashboard paired we expect approximately 152 of those reported deaths will be added back once the cause of death is investigated. they are saying that may be, i guess in the end, 50 or so were
7:33 pm
incorrectly attributed to covid. is that in your estimation, correct? >> pending down the exaction number is exceedingly difficult. even the analysis that we are able to do this week is only current as of the reported covid deaths of september 4th. it takes so long to get responsive data from the department of health. if i don't know that i can sit here and give you precise number for the actual amount is, but i can say that the review we conducted suggests there's a lot more than just the 50 or so that the state is saying. >> laura: i'm sorry, everyone's asking a basic question is there watching this interview. i believe they are thinking to themselves, what the objective standard? we're talking about medicine. they can be contributing causes, but how do you -- what is the determination here? if you are a covid death, what had to have had happened to you cussed mike how do you attribute it? a primary cause of death, a contributing cause, just having
7:34 pm
it and falling off a ladder? to me, the fact there is not an objective way of determining this seems like the problem. >> it's very concerning. after the first research back in april and may as you mentioned uncovered the systematic problems. at the state at the time said, okay, that's great. we will remove the gunshot victims and they promised us that they would start reporting these dust into different categories. confirmed cases, where covid was listed as part of the direct chain of events that lead to death and probable and suspected, but they've never done it. >> laura: everyone knows because we said this from the very beginning, every death due to covid is horrific. it's tragic to every family. we don't wish it on anyone. if this should never have happened in this country, but her policy has to be dictated on
7:35 pm
actual reliable statistics. we believe in science, that means the data has to follow the science. americans need to know the actual count. the recently uncovered chinese espionage efforts in the u.s. are just the tip of the iceberg. that's according to my next guest, senator marco rubio is here, he will explain it, stay here. i am a good parent. jared? i'm hearing the most awful things, people shouting at me. it's ok. when you live with schizophrenia like us, it can feel like you're living in a different world. you should definitely talk to your doctor and ask about fanapt. ok. fanapt is approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults. in clinical trials, fanapt significantly improved symptoms of schizophrenia compared to placebo. cynthia, are you ok?

in exchange, our university has melted stomach taken about 370,000 chinese students every year. now, this is a huge and great deal for the tcp, but it's a disaster for us. as congressman eric swalwell has learned, some of these students may have ulterior motives. joining me now is senator marco rubio, senator, i think you save these latest revelations of china's espionage, it's all just at the tip of the iceberg. what should we be looking for down the road? >> first, awareness. we've been talking about this for a long time. i remember four years ago when i started going against -- we got a lot of pushback spirit it that it's just a group that teaches chinese language, or these are people with sponsorships. when you cling to people that the chinese are the most holistic whole of society threat that this country has ever faced

in terms of espionage. they will try to create relationships with the small town mayor who they think may be going up to be a senator. they will cultivate business relationships, they use business people, they let them make money and a leash them in the u.s. and use them as lobbyists and their interests and against our national interest. if they are in academia, you talk about students at the graduate level, a lot of these students spying don't consider themselves spies. many are linked to the military. a route are researchers. american researchers who have openly sold to their research and often times leaving to china with it. other times, just selling it to them. in many cases, it was an illegal or prosecuted. this is a big challenge, we have a lot of work ahead of us. >> laura: and john bradley cooper, director of national intelligence is quoted as issuing content down my

concern what might be happening with election meddling coming from china. we heard about russian election meddling for years, but now the concerns are fueled by fresh intelligence of what china's leaders either did or plan to do to keep trump from being reelected. at some analysts say that china's efforts to influence u.s. elections was far more extensive and previously supported. now, senator, has your committee to the extent you can tell us, seen anything to back this up? >> let me just say, months ago we started saying the fact that china wanted to or had intentions to at least be in a position to interfere in elections -- i mean by that everything from putting out narratives that divide us against each other. we also know that they had people out there trying to work and inject things in the public discourse. obviously, like you said i'm not in a position to do all of it.
7:44 pm
the chinese are capable of doing anything, and i would argue they have the ability to do far more. the russians are proficient in cyber warfare, hacking, and disinformation and propaganda. at the chinese can do all of that plus they actually have reporters. they actually have people in the media and academia and in think tanks that will further their narrative, that will further the chinese narrative because they are funded by them, because they've been co-opted from years of travel to china, you name it. i think their capabilities are greater than any other country in the world. messing around with it, not just in our elections, but in everything. >> laura: in other news tonight, quite significant, hackers purportedly -- again, i take this with a grain of salt. they are tied to russia -- going back to russia. they attacked the national nuclear security administration as well as microsoft in three states. do we know for sure was russia?
7:45 pm
eric swalwell is tweeting about it, we will put it up on the screen. americans have heard this before, they might be a little bit skeptical. he saying while republicans are losing their minds, the u.s. government is being hacked. it does anyone want to tell the president to protect our country? this is from a guy who was compromised by a chinese madams five. >> by the way, "the new york times" barely covered it on most of the networks. it just another example of how every single day the national media by and large, for the most part, will further narratives that are -- generate that stomach headlines that are bad for republicans. this is what we know so far. in a company with the solar and wind, they are a private company, provides a lot of security -- online security. a lot of agencies through the government including at the state and local level. that was the method by which
