are the things you are learning now, or maybe suspicions that you had that are now getting corroborated more and more,y where do you see where you were then in verses where you are now? >> sean, i've seen a lot of interesting developments. we always believed that the chinese were trying to curry favor with the bidens, and the bidens were willing to play. we certainly had the money flow, we have the deals. now, with the laptop, with the emails, that includes emails from hunter biden's business partners, but also hunter biden emails himself. we realize how the biden family actually operates in this commercial space. what i mean, sean, it's pretty clear in hunter's own words and some of these emails that he is receiving this money from overseas, but he's also paying a lot of the family's bills,
10:13 pm
including his fathers and mothers foreign gains, these foreign funds. the point is, this is not just about hunteril biden getting wealthy, it's not just a question of the intelligence and national security threat, this is an issue of enrichment involving joe biden himself. that's part of what needs to be investigated here. joe biden is being supportive of his son, but he's also kind of distancing himself from his son. that's just not how the family is operated. that needs to remain front and center as we look at the biden fadministration coming ahead. >> sean: all of these little connection, not the text messages that came out tonight that we've acquired here at fox news, they all corroborate a level of knowledge that biden denied that was not previously known, and number two, to me it shows a level that he had to know.. there's no he didn't know. just like when he's bragging,

he -- that prosecutor who is investigating his son was being paid millions with no sexperience. >> exactly right. they're using the tools of the vice presidency to get these deals. hunter flew over on air force to to beijing. you know, you don't think on the 20 hour flight that father and son didn't have a conversation about what hunter was doing there, and when hunter introduced him to his chinese business partner on that trip,. there were no questions asked? of course there were. all you have to do is look at joe biden's statements over the years, over the decades, of how close the family is. and at joe biden's statements that hunter is the heartbeat of the family. it starts to create this picture. i applaud the fact that the bidens are a close-knit family,
10:15 pm
but you can't say you are a close-knit family and to be a close-knit family, but then pretend that these commercial dealss y are never discussed, there's no conversation, there was no interaction. that's where i think the needs to goen next. >> sean: the last question, the chinese are good at espionage, my question is -- i've got to assume that they probably already have hunter's laptop and what i'm being told is on there -- this is going to get very ugly very fast. what were the chinese likely have on both joe and hunter? do we have to assume a lot? >> you probably do. it's anyone's guess, the assumption is -- when you're thinking about someone as dangerous as china you have to assume the worst. it is not just documents and emails, we have an eyewitness. you had him on the network, tucker interviewed him.
10:16 pm
bobulinksy was an eyewitness. he said himself, the big guy is a reference to joe biden. he was part of this arrangement, saw where it was headed, and got out. you have an eyewitness to it all and still the mainstream press refuses to cover a bid that to me is so wrong and so wrong for the american people not to be able to have the information and for the press not to cover real stories. >> sean: thank you, we will stay on it. here with more is kayleigh mcenany. before we get to that between swalwell, the bidens andre to china, may be a little bit ironic considering impeachment and to prussia, russia, russia, but have very different treatment from a media that i believe you know very well. >> and the fact that they did not cover this, it is journalistic malpractice to say the absolute least. if you add joe biden in the early stages of the primary say that china iss not a strategic threat to this country, we all raised our eyebrows that he said that. now we know why, because it was for the big guy. joe biden was getting involved in the china funds coming into his family.
10:17 pm
you had a dereliction of duty in the press did not even cover this, not ask a question, gump, calling it it's disinformation. it is simply remarkable, it should enrage every american, it should enrage the 14% who said they wanted to voted for joe biden if they had known about this. >> sean: it's those two runoff races in georgia -- we had a ruling in georgia today, a little bit -- let's just say bizarre to me. on the one hand, the judges claiming that the claim wasn't right. on the other hand, i you are a little latee interviewing at halftime. with all of that noise in the background, it's imperative that people go out and vote in this whole thing. why would you have two signature
