but it's a very serious situation we are in today. look at this election. you have people saying they don't have legal basis, you have court docket left and right. democrats went into these states a plan. the plan was to destroy the safety and security measures in virtually every state but particularly battleground states but they did in pennsylvania is a disgrace for rope cream court, they illuminated signature requirements, postal requirements, extended voting period. those safeguards in place in pennsylvania for decades were removed. why would the democrats want to remove them? institutionalized corruption and fraud, that's why. they did the same thing in georgia when the secretary of state entered into a consent agree with stacy abrams who wants to destroy all for publicans. weakening signature requirement which had an enormous effect in georgia and you can go through

the various states and see the democrat party, the biden campaign and their lawyers, state-by-state, went into these areas for the purpose, not a strengthening the vote, strengthening safety to ensure that people who are voting should be voting but the opposite. why would a political party do that? why would a political party want to eliminate the safeguards to the franchise? the reason is, institutionalized fraud. a few months ago, votes in pennsylvania and georgia based on these changes would have been thrown out, they would have been fraud. there's other things that have taken place so that's why there's litigation taking place. that's why people are trying to figure out what happened here and that's why people like me are not going to just keel up and roll over when they turned

the whole country into california where republicans can't win anything statewide. that's what is at stake and that's what they told us. chuck schumer said if we win the senate, if we take two seats in georgia, 5050 and we will have kamala harris as the president pro tem of the senate who will break all ties votes. 5051. they want to change america if they take the presidency, a slim lead in the house and a one-vote with the vice president in the senate, they tend to fundamentally alter our constitutional system by destroying our judiciary, destroying the senate, destroying the legislature process for the filibuster and once and for all, destroying our voting system. this is who they are, this is alien to our constitutional system. now we have joe biden, for 50 years, joe biden was in washington d.c. fifty years, he was a liar, a plagiarist, light his way through the senate every step of the way. it was buddies with segregationists when he thought that would help and then he embraced democratic socialism

when he thinks that would help, all along the way, he's become enormously wealthy on the senator's salary. nobody knows how, he just has. now the answer is this, they are corrupt. the entire family is corrupt. the media knew it, media covered up for joe biden. just as the media went after donald trump, the media and democrat party, they went after donald trump with a phony appeasement, they try to coo, they tried a criminal investigation and tried to smear him every step of the way. yet, look at his massive accomplishments. the obama administration used the fbi in way the fbi has never been used before to spy on the trump campaign. they lied to court, they got a warrant spy on the trump administration. you can see the hillary clinton campaign working with the obama administration. poured money into a system that hired us by, a russian spy to

write what was phony. it was never russian collusion when depositions were taken of top officials in the obama administration when they become public, not a single one believed there was russian collusion so for three and a half years, it went on and on and one of the leading hacks in the movement we now know, eric swalwell well was in fact, a soccer. a guy who was targeted by the chinese communists. here's a guy who won't even say if he had an affair, which he obviously did. you have feinstein, 20 years say a chinese spy on staff but there was no problem with that and we can go on and on. the bidens, in my view, are up to their eyeballs with the communist chinese. under biden's under litigation, criminal investigation. tax fraud of potential sec fraud. investigation surviving communist china. ukraine and romania.

the only reason we know this is because it captures the election. after the election, they don't much care apparently. it's not just hunter biden, it's joe biden's brother, joe biden's sister and joe biden. joe biden. if we were democrats, if we were in the media today, we be calling for an impeachment committee right now. right? there's so much corruption here with the biden family, with the media, with the democrat party, so much power-hungry justifying the means activity going on in this country. it is frightening. i wanted to bring peter schweitzer on so we could dig more deeply into this by calling it the biden family, really. joe biden is on top of it. the idea that joe biden didn't know what he was son or brother

was doing, didn't know what other family members were doing, we have an individual whose come forward and said wait a minute, i met with joe biden for an hour, he knows what's going on. he wants a percentage of the action that would take place with respect to china. so to put meat on these bones, i want to bring in our friend, peter schweitzer, his latest buck a few months ago, profiles in corruption. his is not the only buck that takes a look at the bidens and others in washington d.c. and corrupt actions to foreign entities and so on. peter, how are you? >> i'm doing great. thanks for having me. mark: this is a long interview show so you have plenty of time to explain things step-by-step. let's start with the latest. turns out hunter biden has been under criminal investigation for two years. somehow that information was never revealed to the public. certainly not prior to the election. in fact, everybody was waved

off, you don't have evidence, it's a last-minute hit job the trump campaign, it's russian information, they are leaking it in, 50 former national security advisers i'd like to know how that letter came to be, by the way. the campaign covered it up, joe biden's spokes, the media, in the back pocket of the left and the democrat party, attacked anybody who came forward or was absolutely silent. first of all, have you ever seen a scandal like this so carefully protected by the media the campaign obviously working together? >> i have not. in fact, i was back through history and how previous scandals emerge or you have situations where political candidates lied to the media about things, how they reacted and i went back to 1984, he rumored a guy named gary hart

running for president and allegations about his relationships with other women and he flat out told the media it's not true, it's not true. reporters knew he was lying so they followed him and caught h him. you have a situation today where the bidens have repeatedly lied to the idea. the media doesn't care. they don't want to catch them in lies, they don't want to pursue the lies. look at hunter biden. under goes on abc news and said i have not received a single penny from the chinese. we now know of course that he got close to $5 million, a chinese government connected energy company, we know he had a big equity stake in a private equity firm, 1 billion in the half. we know there were other transactions involving rosemont realty and rosemont

opportunities so he was flat-out lying to the national media. what has been the media's response? nothing. they have accepted it. and not only covered it up, smith of the new york times ran a piece before the election bragging about the fact that the gatekeepers, which include the times and other publications have effectively killed this story and how proud they were of it. we are in a situation today where the grand jury was impaneled in 2018 to look into hunter biden and his foreign dealings, a counterintelligence component, a tax fraud compone component, a public corruption component, this has been going on for two years and nobody in the national media took it upon themselves to actually pursue that story. it is a massive disservice to the american public, we need a vibrant media following all of our national leaders and holding them to account.

we don't have that. we have national media that wants to protect certain powerful use and wants to go after other public figures and it's a national tragedy. mark: you know what's amazing, they were obviously working with the campaign in some witty ways. the campaign gets 50 former national security expert to put a lot of together and point at russia. you have news people all over tv pointing at russia. rudy giuliani, the conduit between the computer exit gentlemen, where that laptop was brought and they had a hard drive and go all these e-mails and information that show joe biden and they definitely want to get there later so what did they do? try to destroy rudy giuliani's reputation, they mock him. the campaign works with the media with these phony letters that come out, the russians are

involved in here are the russians again and then the 11th hour trump campaign so forth and so on so the media is not only protecting the campaign, the campaign is effectively working with the media to put out flat out lies about the circumstances taking place. >> you are right. if this was russia disinformation, are they suggesting the irs and department of justice are part of russia disinformation campaign? it is absurd and there are two things going on here that i think are profoundly important. the first one pertains directly to the biden case, which is the fact that you had intelligence professionals who clearly have not looked into the bidens commercial ties with beijing and clearly not due to the fact that the bidens had no commercial ties to the chinese, they had no expertise that joe biden became

vice president. they didn't look at the details and decided to stop on the title of russian disinformation. the level of embarrassment, if they have a sense of self-awareness, thought to be enormously high but there's something even more profound going on here that i think is so important. really since 2016, 2017, it's been russia, prussia, russia. clearly russia represents some kind of threat to the united states. no one is suggesting that but the bigger threat we face by any calculation, if you talk to the pentagon and fbi, the cia, the biggest challenge we face is china. what you have is a circumstance where people who frankly no better in the intelligence committee on capitol hill are engaged on what you have to call a misdirection. they want us to focus over here at russia when the real threat china over here. by any measure, russia is a declining power, china is an

ascending power. yet, they have no interest in talking about china at all. i'll note that when joe biden left the vice presidency in january 2017, he set up a biden center at the university of pennsylvania there are all kinds of questions about, was there's chinese money there? is an open discussion and something that needs to be investigated but look what they did, they set up a biden center and said america faces three threats on the global stage today. those are global warming, international terrorism and russia. no mention of china is a threat to the united states by the biden center at the university of pennsylvania. that's the mindset we are dealing with and has to do with the fact that these commercial ties have been forged and they don't want to discuss china.

chinese, ukraine and romania. mark: joe biden's brother under criminal investigation. the western district of pennsylvania, having something to do with the hospital that is there. there are other activities of biden family members in which you write about they use joe biden's name in order to enrich themselves. how is it conceivable that joe biden is the only person in the family who doesn't know what's going on? he runs for president of the united states and on the one hand, he's very specific about policies but on the other hand, when it comes to his own family, the crookedness and even allegations he made an enormous amount of money from bob belinsky, he plays the role of helen keller. he doesn't see anything, he doesn't hear anything, why are we to believe this? >> it is completely

inconceivable joe biden is not aware of this. part of it, the biden family talks about the time, there's a lot of evidence. they communicate all the time, they travel together everywhere, they are aware of each other's affairs so that by itself denies it but beyond that, we have direct testimony of tony bob belinsky himself was brought in by the biden family to do these deals the chinese company and he met with joe biden, joe biden would be cut in on some of these deals so there's no way, they cannot have it both ways. say the we are this tightknit family, we are close and talk about everything together, we've experienced all these things together but on the other hand, knowing nothing about each other's business affairs and we don't know family members are under fbi investigations. it is absurd. mark: bob belinsky is a serious person, he served in the

meditates military, he's served a lot of honors, he came forth, he's come public and put his name on everything. the media have had no interest in talking to him other than on fox. no interest in talking to him whatsoever. no interest in talking to you whatsoever. none of them have approached you about any of this biden information. in the case of bob belinsky and hard drive and rudy giuliani, those e-mails have specific names, specific details. you have text with pacific specific information and names, any media organization could have easily followed up on any of those e-mails on any of those names if they wanted to gather the information prior to the election to find out what's going on none of them did. none of the media did, a tech even censored the new york post

which got the information i believe from rudy giuliani. the conspiracy of silence before this election because they want to defeat trump has now resulted in the fact that we have a so-called president-elect that is corrupt up to his eyeballs. in my view, it is in fact the mandatory candidate, even the individuals he's talking about should he become president that he wants to appoint a secretary state, national director of intelligence to the secretary of education, all china appeasers, every single one of them. what you make of that? >> the chinese themselves have said the same thing. there was a doctor in china, it's been circulating on twitter and elsewhere, who gave a speech november 28 before a large assembly in china and he was laughing about the fact that now that joe biden was back in the saddle in washington d.c., this

was very good for china because they have a long-term relationship and even talked about the commercial deals hunter biden had with china so that is the chinese view, tony bob belinsky is a very serious guy. he did not want to come public, he has a wonderful family, very wealthy and successful, did not want the attention. he came forth because that was the only way this information would come out. your interest in talking about a guy a political and only giving on campaigns in the past two democrats. the media was not interested in talking to him. mark: when we come back, i want to ask you this, is this not the worst possible time to have somebody in the oval office, in my view, is corrupt? somebody in the oval office is not going to take a tough stand on communist china, while communist china is on the move everywhere in the world,

supremacy going forward, to challenge our technological superiority and to pass us in terms of manufacturing and economic money by 2049. this has been xi jinping's ambition. he's been open a good about it. the question is, what is the united states going to do in the face of that? under the trump administration, you had a strategy that said we are going to negotiate trade deals, did you not mean we give away all of our technological secrets to beijing? we are going to challenge the military ambitions that they have expressed in the south china sea, we are going to challenge the legitimacy of the regime itself. as mike pompeo has done as secretary of state, very much like ronald reagan did in the cold war he called it an evil empire. these are very important steps. joe biden position is completely different. what you are going to get i think, from a biden administration is some tough

rhetoric, that is not of interest to china. they don't care what the rhetoric is coming out of washington, they care about action and i think the bidens are feeling very sensitive to the fact that people are now aware of these commercial relationships they are going to in a sense, try to talk tough for at least a little bit but their response to everything, whatever china does is we just need more engagements. that is a ridiculous position because more engagement means we are going to keep doing more business with them and continue to transfer technology to them, we will continue to talk about things but not actually take action. we need to watch biden very closely, we need to continue to expose this relationship and its part of the reason why i think we need an independent investigation. the biden family is now economically tied in multiple number of ways to the chinese

regime itself. they have literally put money in the pockets of the biden family. they are our chief rival. we need to know the full extent of those relationships, the bidens have lied about it repeatedly, they've dismissed it, we need to know what our chief rival is doing in terms of their commercial relationships with a man that supposed to be our commander-in-chief. mark: this is the problem, the breakdown of the media and this country which is complicit, it is complicit in this. this is why the current president of the united states, donald trump, is right. continue to fight. what took place in this election and why the people who support him our right to continue to back him. all the static in the background and so forth. let's go back to joe biden, specifically. joe biden specifically is accused of taking a cut, to receive a cut, a big cut of the money hunter biden is

negotiating to get out of the communist chinese company. can you explain that a little further? >> yeah, it's interesting, this confirms the e-mails on the laptop because tony bob belinsky on the e-mail chain has the same e-mails which proves they are genuine and true. it's very simple, he was brought in to set up a company that would be funded by a chinese energy company with links to the chinese military. they would put in an initial investment of $10 million and it would be a so-called in the structure fund. when they broke out who would get what ownership stake of the company, it made reference to setting aside 10% for the big guy. he has lots of communications he shared with me, e-mails and texts where joe biden is referred to as the big guy or

the chairman. it is clear what they are talking about, what they decided to end up doing to protect joe biden's they said, maybe we should just give the 10% stake to hunter so hunter now has 20%. that's really what happened in a lot of these commercial relationships. hunter biden is the stalking horse, the avenue by which foreign entities funnel money to joe biden. joe biden gets plausible deniability, which is a phrase james biden, joe biden's used in communication with bubbling ski but the end of the bo belinsky loan to joe biden, they've come up with a way to launder those relationships, cover them up but the question remains, how much money has joe biden received? i think the evidence is pretty overwhelming that he's got cut from the chinese, every bit as much as hunter and james biden

the sun which is his father's political power. as it relates to overseas deals, one of the most interesting e-mails that came out of the laptop was an e-mail exchange the hunter biden had, i believe it was his daughter. he says look, i am paying half of the family's expenses including pops, which means his dad. if hunter biden himself says the money is somehow ending up also with his father, whether he's paying expenses or whatever he's doing, that's why this needs to be investigated. it does not provide legal protection, mark, if they somehow route the money to hunter and it still ends up with joe biden. at the end of the day, when you look at public corruption, doesn't matter if you pay the sun or the nephew, if you're paying somebody for access and

favor, it amounts to the same as to whether you are paying them directly or not so i absolutely agree with you, they will have a full force of funds defense to hunter biden and that's why you need an independent investigation of this. if joe biden comes into office and appoints a department of justice head as attorney general, they can fire the u.s. attorney that's investigating this right now. if there's not anything anybody can do about this. this investigation needs to be protected. mark: his part of the problem, if the democrats take georgia and god forbid if joe biden runs in the oval office and appoints the attorney general of the united states, there is going to be no continuing investigation. this is why as i listen to you, it is very important now that a special counsel be appointed to investigate hunter biden in biden's brother and all the other buttons because there will be no special counsel pointed out, the democrats a very good,

circling the wagons, republicans are very bad at it. local in two minutes so we get people like mueller so think there's a response ability of the department of justice, i don't care if they think it is the last few weeks or months of the administration. i don't care if they are saying it's a political move, the fact is we have a federal grand jury, is a real potential crimes being investigated that go right to the top and you can be sure adam schiff will not conduct any hearings, you can be sure the democrats control the senate, they will not conduct any hearings. somebody needs to get to the bottom of this and you know it's not going to be cnn, washington post or new york times. do you agree there ought to b be -- look, i'm not a fan of special counsel but i don't see any way around this, do you? >> absolutely i think there

should be a special counsel because it's criminal behavior potentially involving members of joe biden's family and joe biden may be president of the united states as some time. we have to consider the fact it's not going to be investigated under and administration joe biden is heading. also, if the senate falls and the democratic hands, let's be clear, all the great work done by senator ron johnson, senator grassley exposing the money flow of china to the biden family, those investigations will be halted and stopped. those are the stakes we are facing right now. mark: this is why at the beginning of the show i was talking about how corrupt and power-hungry the democrat party is in the media are as the democrat party. they are one in the same really. they really put power the democrat party head of the country. we see this time and time again,

the candidacy and election of our president, donald trump what's taking place now, joe biden gives away with rope a dope and i don't really know, my son didn't do anything wrong. even in the debates, the moderators didn't really push joe biden when it came to hunter biden and all the corruption. we'll be right back. ♪

welcome back. peter schweizer, when it comes to the biden family, who barely touched the tip of the iceberg. >> united nations of corruption, hunter biden you've got deals done in china, deals done in russia, kazakhstan, romania. you look at james biden, his brother. he had deals involving hierarchy or contracts while his brother was vice president of united states. he got frank biden, his brother involving the costa rica invite governments. he is in jamaica while his brother was vice president of the united states. it's important to keep in mind, a lot of people are going to pivot on this story in the mainstream media and make it a hunter biden story. they are going to talk about his problems with drug addiction and

that sort of thing. this is not a hunter biden story, it's a biden family story the leader of this family is joe biden and they have conducted themselves this way for decades. when he was in the senate, he had family members like hunter who were lobbyists, lobbying on things related to his position in the senate and the fact of the matter is, that's where people need to look. at the top of the family, joe biden himself, it's not just a hunter biden story, it is much broader than that. that's why this needs to be investigated thoroughly with people that have subpoena power. mark: when you have corrupt media and media organizations like cnn, thanks dude james, we already knew it but to hear it, jeff zucker, you know, the boss of that outfit, telling everybody that we are not going to go down that rabbit hole, this is fox nude fox news and

this one and that one, we have a news organization that has destroyed freedom of the press, they become propaganda for the democratic party and the democrat party has become so co. i want to ask you this in a few minutes we have left, the 1990s communist chinese military, pouring millions of dollars into the clinton campaign, the clinton library, dnc and democrat candidates, millions of dollars. this is in testimony, under oath, this is the record. we have all kinds of dark money that went into the biden campaign. over $300 million. there seems to be no interest whatever to find out where the money came from. i am interested in knowing. who gave the biden campaign a third of a quarter of the billing dollars through the back door and was, i don't know, was any of that money from the communist chinese? >> that's a great question. one that needs to be explored and yet, there's no curiosity by most of the media. i also think what happened in

the mid 90s, the chinese were unsophisticated about this. they said we want access to bill clinton so we're just going to make campaign donations, funnel money to his campaign and they end up getting caught. what's happened since then, they've realized the way we get the political class, they elite in the united states on our side, we cut commercial deals with their families. diane feinstein, nancy pelosi, both of the spouses have serious commercial deals in china that are linked to the chinese government. the biden family itself, that money is a lot harder to trace than campaign money. so i agree, we need to look at the dark money i came into the campaign and we need to realize they've become very smart about this rather than putting money into campaign congress to help people get elected, they are getting more bang for their buck as it were by simply making these political families rich that are in power and thereby become favorably toward china.

mark: there was appointment of the special counsel in violation of the department of justice regulations. without any basis, criminal basis whatsoever president trump and his family and spent $40 billion in god knows how many subpoenas and how many witnesses and came up dry because the well was dry to begin with. 1000 times more pieces of information here, thousand times more. if there was ever a time to appoint a special counsel, like it or not, it's now. peter schweizer, i want to thank you for being an investigative journalist and thank you for being a brave gentleman and bringing this information to us. god bless you. we'll be right back. ♪
