meanwhile, speaker pelosi is still refusing to answer questions about why she held up the deal for months. even refusing to speak with a cnn reporter about her latest political stunt. instead, she continues to dodge, distract, and deflect from important issues to large baseless smears against president trump like claiming he is personally to blame for most of the coronavirus deaths. take a look. > the denial, the delay, thel distortion, the calling as a hoax has caused hundreds of thousands of deaths, not all of them attributed to president trump, but most of them. >> jason: so why did democrats goke so long when the same deal could have gotten done over the summer? it is because pelosi, chuck schumer and the rest of the congressional democrats put heavy politics above the health, welfare and safety of the

american public. tit is because there was an election and they used coronavirus as a political weapon to bludgeon president trump. here is senate majority leader mitch mcconnell laying it out earlier today. take a look. ed>> we tried to pass -- we started advocating that in july and august. the talks were unproductive. so eye is simply put that bill on the floor of the senate and both september and october. not a single democrats supported it. their view was give us everything we want, or we won't give you anything. so it's no wonder that at the end back, they finally gave us what we could have agreed to back in july. i think what held it up is they didn't want to do anything before the presidential election. i think they thought that would disadvantage the president.
10:03 pm
>> jason: but you don't have to take the republicans word for it because earlier this month, pelosi herself said it was "a new president that changed her position on covid relief." remember this? >> joe biden committed to ending and questioning the virus and having a buildup that america initiative, building back better. a vaccine answer to our prayers, and answer to our prayers of 95% effectiveness in terms of pfizer and moderna. there may be others coming forward to. and that makes -- that is a total game changer. a new president and a vaccine. >> jason: it was called operation warp speed. and unfortunately, this nearly 6,000 page package contains much of what we have come to expect from washington. massive spending, massive

these businesses. you and i know businesses across the country in south louisiana. i talked to restaurants and other businesses every day about to teeter on the verge of bankruptcy and they need this lifeline. this gives a second round of paycheck protection, program loans and helps those workers in new orleans with a great thriving industry. none of them can perform. so we need to keep that culture and keep those industries alive. but they are literally dying on the vine right now not to mention states like new york and california where they are arbitrarily shutting down the entire economy even though the science says they shouldn't be doing it. so many businesses a third of small businesses in the state of new yorkrk are gone for good. wewe need to save those jobs, te millions of people tied to them before christmas. this will be a lifeline to save our economy as we around the corner as we get the vaccine widely distributed because of president trump's operation warp speed. it was critical. i wish it differently. that should have been done

and fox news contributor charlie hurt and fox news contributor ari fleischer. thank you so much formu joining us. i want to go to the former chairman of the rnc rains prebus and explain what needs to happen in georgia, what's going on in e only got days until this election is concluded. >> well, merry christmas to you and everyone out there. thank you, jason. first of all, there are two things that have to happen in georgia. and i think they are happening. number one, voters in georgia especially the republicans, obviously has to be convinced that the republicans are taking ballot security seriously. becauseca they are is a lot of people there that extraordinarily frustrated and they should be over how that election was run. so they have a signature match in place right now.rs they have about 7800 poll watchers ready to go.rs that is the first piece.
10:13 pm
you can spend a segment on that. the second piece for the party infrastructure, there is no reason for the republicans to lose early vote or absenteege ballot voting in georgia. you can download every day from the secretary of state who votee to, who didn't, you know who your target sorry. you can hire almost unlimitedot amount of help on the ground to identify the voters who haven't voted, bring them to the polls and cannibalize every single election day voter. you can between now and election day. if the republicans do that, they should win. >> jason: they should. it is georgia for goodness sake. ari fleischer come i want you to draw to draw together what's going on in georgia at this pivotal direction. look it's bad enough we have nancy pelosi with the gavel. i can't imagine nancy pelosi and chuck schumer with gavels in their hand but america can track it for a split what's going on with georgia with covid relief plan and what'san passing in the
10:14 pm
house and senate later tonight? how does that play in georgia and how do you read those two together? >> first off if the democrats take georgia and win will senate races we go back to 2009-2010 whens democrats control the senate, white house and we have been in that position the year of obama presidency. that's when obamacare got passed, i tax, and america so the president with an apology tour and in charge of congress fine with it.is there is a lot at stake in terms of who controls the senate and on the line. now, in terms of the election, i'm nervous. i just have to tell you that. and the stimulus will not changl anything really significantly in georgia. i'm nervous because georgia is changing the state. georgia is not as red as it used to be. the fact that stacey abrams came as close as she did in 2018 should scare republicans appear the fact that joe biden took itn
10:15 pm
the presidential should scare republicans. so republicans have got to assume that where republicans win specials, at the presidential election may not hold up. now the good news is that both republican candidates were actually ahead on election day 2020. they defeated their opponents but they didn't get to 50% which is georgia's peculiar rule. so pedal to the metal, every republican has got to show up, turn out, and vote. there is an awful lot at stake. >> jason: charlie, how do you read the situation? georgia and what's beingat passd tonight. is there any correlation between the two? how will that impact the election moving forward? >> i actually agree with ari. i don't know what the stimulus package will do much to change the race in georgia, but i think it does underscore just the profound, profound importance. the big difference between today and save 2009 when barack obama
10:16 pm
was in the house, the current crop of democrats are far more dangerous than anything we saw even with barack obama bringing in obamacare appear there is no telling what these people are going to try to do if they get control of all levers of the government. after all joe biden didn't run a campaign. he didn't even ask people for their vote. he didn't even lay out an agenda for what he wanted to do. what does that tell you? that tells you he has some secret moderate agenda that mainstream agenda that he wants to perform? i think not. i think the degree of radical crazy that we are apt to see if they get full control of the entire shop will be something we have never seen before. and ito think another reason -- and i agree also with obviously changing the antics of the state of georgia, but th the big thing there has to be the profound frustration that good citizens
10:17 pm
feel about their government. their government doesn't work for them and they get frustrated. well, if you want to be even more frustrated, give up on this stuff now. the entire trump agenda goes out the window if republicans lose the senate. >> jason: yeah, right. there are over 100,000 libertarians that voted in their candidate is limited from this runoff so how does that flow? flwith that flow to the republicans were due the democrats pick up those votes? or do they just stay home? >> that is one of the first things the campaign does on the ground. you can pretty much identify about 70% of who those 100,000, people are. you target those people with door knocks, with people that are emailing you. you buy those email lists.y everything about almost every potential voter in georgia is known. it's not even a joke. they know what beer they drink, what car they drive, how many
10:18 pm
kids they have and all that data is used to target every single voter in georgia.en when you have hundreds of millions of dollars that are being spent now in georgia for these two races because as ari and charlie just said to come of the entire agenda of this country is at stake. so in the interest of this race, obviously is off the charts. >> jason: gentlemen, thank you so much for joining us. i wish i had more time with all three of you but have a merry christmas.ri thank you for joining us on "hannity" tonight. coming up no reaction from the biden team about ongoing investigation into hunter biden. plus, liberals have reached new lows. wait until you hear what some on the left hope happens to president trump and republicans. stay with usay with this special edition of "hannity" continues. rst.

ask the guy a question but squirted through this whole election and literally never got asked about this other than a peter doocy question and he deflected that. habut come on, he hasn't had to answer this question. >> no, he hasn't. part of the reason is reporters are preselected by biden's staff so in other words, the answers are prescreened and the answers are preordained. the whole thing is a charade, choreographed. he won't answer direct questions. nobody has yet asked him, are you the big guy in the email who stands in line to receive $10 million? did you meet and 2017 with tony bob belinsky at the bar of the beverly hills hilton to talk about chinese business deals? and a lot ofno this makes joe biden a witness in a case that will be presided over by his own attorney general and you have to look at the federal regulations on special counsel.
