now there seems to be good evidence that was probably president trump. >> michael cohen claims that then candidate donald trump knew in advance about the june 2016 meeting in trump tower. >> we begin with a new report that paul manafort, the former campaign chairman, paid secret visits, multiple ones to julian assange to the ecuadorian embassy in london according to "the guardian." >> sean: we had four investigations. all four exonerated this president for the trump russia collusion.o there was no trump russia collusion. that is a fact. did anyone in the media mob correct the record or apologize? did any of them -- i could run an hour worth of the tape. did they retract the year of fake and inaccurate reporting? they did not. did twitter, facebook, did they ever censure their unproven, unverified russian information and the dirty dossier? nope.

i don't remember any editing going on. the witch hunt was never about getting to the truth. it was to bludgeon donald trump, political ploy. designed to remove the president from office, render him ill legitimate in the eyes of the public. so it comes no big shock when the russia hoax was disproved, america's institutions, well they reunited, reorganized and came one a new witch hunt. that was the ukrainian impeachment hoax. then it was born. 2019.er you have one fake hearsay whistleblower, one, only one, come -- only one witness. come forward anonymously accusing president trump of a quid pro quo. the media, the democrats, demanded that the courage and the bravery of all whistleblower patriots, we need to respect them. except, of course, the people that sign the affidavit, hundreds of them. they are not respected. they are not called patriots and they are not called courageous by this mob. take a look. >> this whistleblower who is a

powerful winds into christmas morning. be safe out there, i'm ashley strohmeyer and now back to a book on special. ♪ >> sean: welcome back to the special edition of "hannity." this year amid covid-19 restrictions and the lockdowns, it is important more than ever to appreciate american resiliency, hard work.. i did speak with the "dirty jobs" host our friend mike rowe about this and more. take a look. >> i watched the show. i love "deadliest catch" and i know you are voiceover. i wish ijo had your pipes. the injury, the risk, the 40-foot waves that the fishermen and the crabbers, you know, it's crazy. the roughest conditions. i am amazed at how great americans are. r i think in the coronavirus, if we ever stop, if the manufacturers stopped manufacturing and the packers stopped packers and farmers stopped farmers and truckers stop trucking, new york where

i am would have died. >> the party is over. that was the premise of "dirty jobs" from the start to shine a light on people who are keeping the lights on. usually out of sight and out of mind. "deadliest catch" was another page from the same play book. early on in 2002, 2003, we began to realize that reality tv could be used, you know, to do something a little more laudable than a lot of what you see today. so these are very modest shows on the one hand. but they are alsoty extraordinarily honest. what you said before is probably the most interesting four-letter word in the aocountry right now. i refer, of course, to "risk." risk is always with us. in the age of coronavirus, we suddenly are realizing that we have to balance our willingness to assume risk with the business of living. and with the business of being safe, but, right, not at any cost.

so the country is having a huge conversation around the reality of risk. in to all of that, shows like the "deadliest catch" and "dirty jobs" that profile people used to assuming unusual levels of risk, it's instructive. it's always fun when the headlines catch up to the themes in a show. i have been lucky in that way. that has been happening to me for the last 20 years. >> sean: my audience will get mad because i repeat myself. i washed dishes. i was in a restaurant. washed dishes by hand at 12 years old. cook at 13. i was a bus boy, waiter and a bartender. almost a decade of my life. i went to construction for a decade. i painted houses. i hung wallpaper and i did framing and roofing. i fell off well, two and a half stories off a roof.

busted and dislocated my arm. didn't have any health insurance but got a job two weekss later. the best thing that ever happened to me.av it keeps me grounded because this business of tv, i have to be honest. it's not as hard as those jobs that i did.de nobody really said, "hey, great job." they said, "here is your check. get out of here." >> if you really look at it like a ladder and you believe in a semblance of a chronology. the most important wrungs on the ladder are the ones closest to the ground. they are the ones that allow you to climb. if you remove those rungs and if you remove the jobs and take somehow if you arbitrage that experience out of people's lives, then they would never wind up where they ultimately get. so, look, we have talked about this before. i have a foundation called microworks. every year, we try and help people who want toef learn a

and desirere that give us the standard of living that the envy of the world where everybody wants to come here. and a lotes of these jobs are hard. they don't get the thanks enough. they all deserve it. i can tell you like the guys in "deadliest catch," please tell allll the guys, all the captains and the crews, i'm their biggest fan.n. i watch it on a loop i watch it so much. >> s i'll tell them. i see them all the time. i got to tell you, i saw an interview on your show with a guy named mr. anderson. extraordinary interview. he said, i wrote it down. he said, "i don't want to sayew things just for saying it." it was a remarkable interview. that struck me. i think so many people in our country today are saying things just to hear the soundth of their voice. and just to win an argument or just to club somebody over the head with the new piece of data. i'm doing the best i can to keep my mouth shut by and

large. but shine the light on the people we feature on our programs because they are the most persuasive. the best case i can see for the undeniable truth you can still prosper learning a skill and mastering a trade. we forgotten that in this country. we forgotten the fact that p risk is not always the enemy. risk is part of the reason we are compensated. part of the reason we're alive. the shows you love, which you have been kind enough to mention and the shows i'm involved with, they celebrate that. that is very much for sale inso 2020. >> sean: what if they didn't fish? what if the medical manufacturers shut down when we needed them? what if the farmers didn't farm, packers didn't pack and truckers didn't truck? what would happen to all ofea us? >> frank capera asked the same question more pradly in "it's a wonderful life." he said regarding george bailey, "what would happen if this one man had never been born, had he never walked the
