both democratic candidates find themselves mired in scandal. it has come to light raphael warnock was once arrested for obstructing a police investigation and allegations of child abuse at a church camp he organized. one victim is now telling "the washington free beacon" that camp counselors tossed urine on him and forced them to sleep outside. this is in addition to questions warnock was already facing over some bizarre and extreme statements. watch this. >> america, nobody can serve god and the military. you can't serve god and money. we cannot serve god at the same time. >> no matter what happens next month, more than a third of the nation will go along with this is a reason be afraid. america needs to repent for its worship of whiteness. on full display. in other words, i came to

10:05 pm
to recreate our own system of voting and allow people to voten in person, absentee. he created all kinds of problems, and in fact, the trump campaign came to a 4-3 decision in the supreme court, an 80-plus page opinion, which was narrowly lost, so they are going to court on that issue. the second issue is it is a free speech issue, because the mineral loss by the trump campaign was because the supreme court said that you lose on the basisis of something cals latches, and i know you know what that means, basically saying the trump campaign, you should have brought all of these election complaints early before the election. the problem with that, trey, that would require every candidate in america, not just for this race but in future races, to bring every single problem they have at the election laws in the state of wisconsin to the court before running. in other words, if you want to run for state senate or

congress, you better prelitigate all of your problems before you actually run. and that is a free speech issue. those are the two things the trump campaign is bringing forward to the supreme court. >> trey: and of course, reince, if you did it that way, the court would tell you the issueu wasn't right or didn't have standing. >> yeah, you wouldn't have tstanding. you lose either way. 4-3 decision, 81 pages, of course they're going to bring it to the supreme court. >> trey: well, reince, nobody knows wisconsin like you do andt nobody knows your deal like my former colleague doug collins. what is a state of the race in georgia one week out? speak of the state of the race, oneay thing is becoming crystal clear. i may not know wisconsin law but i do know law all across the country. i do know bad theology, and the things raphael warnock has been spewing -- and john assad is an

stacey abrams on her claims of voter suppression. g.o.p. only wins with voter suppression. know, the g.o.p. wins because we have better ideas. conservatives have better ideas. it is stacey abrams preaching the doctrine of voter suppression by making claims about suppression here in georgia and people noteo being allowed to vote. let meme go back and remind her that over the past three or four cycles in georgia, since we'veee implemented some of the conditions she claims are wrong of voter i.d. and things like that, the actual minority population have actually increased by double digits in participation. we've had some of our largest turnouts in our election. we havee other issues in our election. i i will be working on the futue concerning how c we do absentee ballot, signatures, verificati verification, what reince talked about, how can you litigate election before it actually happens? make clear laws all across this country to make sure all elections are verifiable and can be contested, but we've got to do that -- but i'm tired of stacey abrams telling us, telling the world but georgia is about voter suppression when the
