perspective. the socialist nightmare comes real wednesday morning if we lose. the great opportunity society continues throughout 2021 if we win. it's that black and white. dan: senator, i want to reemphasize this point. depending on what happens january 6, we could lose two branches of government. no matter what happens in the disputed house races, we still won't have control. we are not according to the results, we are not going to get control of the house no matter what happens. if we lose this and kamala harris is the tie-breaking vote. they will have the white house and the senate. you could be looking at bernie sanders as the treasury secretary. >> dan, you got that right, man. we have to win tuesday.

having bernie sanders write the budget for the united states of america? putting elizabeth warren in charge of consumer protection on the banking committee? having senator hirono being in charge on 9 jew dish -- on the judiciary committee on the constitution? it's everything we won and fought for. i know you made plenty of money and you don't mind paying $4 trillion in higher taxes. dan: i'm totally with you. i want to get your opinion on the final question. i think the republican party and i think you would agree, we have done a terrible job. when you talk to minority voters

instead of using democratic party stereo types. mostly conservative. the trump economy was most powerful and most effective for minority voters. atlanta has a large black and hispanic population. we are all going to lose that. >> to your point. because of president trump and his policies, there is no question we had the lowest on record unemployment rate for blacks, for hispanics, for asians. you want more of that, not less of that. we continue president trump's legacy into another 2 to 4 years because it works. what we know about the democrats, it doesn't work. we have got to win on tuesday.

names should have been purged because they indicated they left the state. stacey abrams sister the judge says we are not going to purge them. the same thing happened to us in wisconsin, dan. the overnight board of our elections wouldn't purge or voter rolls either. this is a setup for rigging elections. you will have to win by 2 or 3 points to undo the cheating. dan: former congressman coma get, now -- congressman chaffetz, now colleague at fox. this case was filed by mark e lirks as. it's the old fusion gps guy. if you fill out a postal service change address form saying i am

moving. that's probably a good indicator you moved out of the state and shouldn't vote there. what am i missing? >> you are hitting it spot on. democrats call it voter suppression. republicans are saying it's a legal, lawful vote. don't send my mail here because i'm not there, i'm in other states. but i'm going to request an absentee ballot because i don't live there. you have got to be kidding me. why are we've arguing about this. it's regular and common practice pore states to look at who moved to another state through the postal service. but in georgia, democrats are yelling and screaming voter suppression. they are the only ones who should be voting in georgia.

joining me is austin goolsby. one of the things that bothers me about the proclamation made by mr. biden. he's going to repeal the trump tax cuts only for the wealthy. but the trump tax cuts cut taxes for the middle class. before i came on, the trump tax cuts cut the middle tax rates to 22% within and below the middle class from 15 to 12%. is he going to repeal those, too? >> he said from the beginning he will leave the ones at the bottom, and he will repeal the 85% of the costs of the tax cuts

that went to the top people. he has to get legislation to do that. that's not one of the executive orders. but he's been clear about that from the beginning. dan: austin, you know i respect you, but that's not accurate. he may have later cleared that up. but that's not true. he has not been clear from the beginning. he said multiple times is he's going to repeal the trump tax cuts. he said from the start as well, well, trump never cut taxes for the middle class. you can't have it both ways. either you are going to preserve the middle class tax cuts or trump didn't cut taxed for the middle class. so did trump cut taxed for the middle class? >> you said two things that were the same thing. he believes -- joe biden

believes there were no tax cuts for the middle class and said he would get rid of all the trump tax cuts. dan: but there are. i just gave you the numbers. >> the details are written down as to exactly which parts of the tax cuts he's going to repeal. dan: you are telling me the middle class tax brackets were not cut from 25 to 22 percent? >> the overall tax bill for anybody making more than $400,000. no one's tax will go up. dan: that was a clever diversion. but i encourage everyone to look it up online. >> the overall, some middle class people, some taxes will go

it out. we would have had a huge problem if that were the case. dan: the picture was evidence. but they are not interested in that. i want to get one more on the coronavirus. this is the most repulsive. i think you will agree. making politics out of the untimely deaths of people and use their deaths whether it be herman cain or the tragic passion of the congressman elect in louisiana. and:blue checkmark media people using that as an opportunity not to express prayers, thoughts, condolences, but to use it in a sick way to take shots. can you imagine the families of these people reading this stuff? i find this to be the most grotesque component of the coverage of the coronavirus. >>it is disgusting, dan.
