is the people that signed affidavits, the courts haven't case, many of these cases have been dismissed on standing or other issues without hearing the evidence and it is important, i know how long we heard from people on the other side making sure we hear people that come forward that are whistleblowers but here's the other point that is so important, where was the outrage in 2001, in 2005, in 2017 when the democrats challenged george w. bush twice, the first electoral votes of donald trump and in 2005, a vote in the house and senate on the ohio electors.

it is a little bit frustrating when people don't look at what happened so recently when the other side of the aisle thought they had a way or thought they should be able to challenge electors or the electoral votes that were certified by the state. jillian: got to get your opinion on this because kelly leffler will object a certification of the presidential election results. the president in georgia making claims the election was stolen, the question with voters going to the polls today in the most important election in georgia's history does that help or hurt perdue and low flirt at this point? >> at this point everybody needs to make sure they get out and vote and their vote is accurately and all legal votes are counted. it is so important in georgia because of what we saw happen with the speaker changing the for the minority, if we don't win those senate seats in

jillian: welcome back. after weeks of restrictions on pennsylvania restaurants one owner is litigating today's grand reopening to his staff and giving all dine in sales to his servers. joining with the reaction are two employees. thank you for being here. appreciate it. i will start with you. i understand the owner, dan, told you this was going to be happening. what did he say and what was your response? >> he said i have a plan for a christmas giveback for you girls. instead of a christmas bonus i want to donate the whole day's worth of sales to you guys. i was in disbelief.

shannon: i am sure. what has it been like? how much of a struggle has it been since the pandemic started for the restaurant, for you guys, employees, every one. >> it has been a struggle, the business has suffered tremendously. we have shutdown indoor dining twice. we did it back in the beginning. i think it was march and 3 weeks before christmas which is the busiest time of year not just for our business but for the servers, we've been in business 44 years. a lot of our servers have been there 10, 20 years. there like family to us and also to our customers, a crucial time for them to miss out on that our business has suffered tremendously and the thing my dad told me, he said this is never about me. it is about giving back to the servers. >> a lot of people forget or may not know servers don't necessarily make a lot of money, they rely on their tips.

jillian: some of this money that is going to be raised today is also going to not only go to those families of the servers and employees who so badly deserve it and need it but also local food bank. is that right? >> yes. they wanted to pay it forward since my father was paying it forward and they decided to donate to the local food bank and i will say my dad told me yesterday this has touched so many lives he has people reaching out to him who don't necessarily live nearby and can't make it to the grand reopening that are sending in generous donations to go towards the servers and i think that is wonderful. jillian: it is a family business and i know when one person in the family struggling everyone else's and it is clear to see that in all the stories we have done with restaurant owners and employees over the last few

a lot of this coming from outside the state. >> that getting a lot of backlash but where is this money being spent. 512 million spent to reserve and time. that is on your tv, your computer. facebook ads spending, 1 million for warnot, much less for leffler and her do. none of this matters. i think this all comes down to whether or not donald trump turned people away from voting with his attacks on the system or encouraged people to go saying you will have socialism if not. jillian: it is all about the messaging. are republicans going to come out in full enough force based on mixed messaging, november election and seeing what is happening here.

we were emailing back and forth yesterday and i want to show you some other 2020 races where big money was spent and lost starting off in south carolina, democrat harrison spent 130.6 million and we heard for a while lindsey graham was on "fox and friends" and other program saying i need your help, my opponent raising so much more money than me, jamie harrison didn't end up winning. that did not end up being beneficial, same in kentucky where amy mcgrath spent $94.1 million opposing mitch mcconnell spent $68 million and as you can see north carolina same situation, cunningham raised more than double senator tom tillis. is it just a little more than double. >> these individuals when you're running for office you have so

all eyes on georgia today is voters head to the polls in the highly anticipated senate runoff. the stakes couldn't be iron both races arnett can. joining me now with the key counties to watch, justin wallin. thanks for being here. here are the four candidates and this is what it is coming down to. everything up for grabs today. democrats, republicans, two seats up for grabs as we've discussed at length. of democrats take both of these seats they will control the house, the senate and the white house, with kamala harris as the tie-breaking vote. a lot here for republicans 254. take a look at the advanced turnout already, more than 40 million people have voted. what does that tell you in itself? >> everything in this election is about turnout. everything else is too close to call. when you look at the 3 million

early votes, 83% of the early votes that were cast in november which was record-breaking, looks like there is no issue on either side with the base, the current rhetoric suppressing any particular voting block, people -- 83% statewide looks like on the surface everything is okay. >> let's break down the specific counties you point out that we need to watch and we have them highlighted here. let's start in the fourth largest county in georgia, this is a democrat stronghold, the second most democratic county in georgia. what do we have to watch for in this county specifically? >> this county voted overwhelmingly for biden. 83% and right now early voting is tracking identically to the

rest of the state so if you look at a democratic stronghold all appears to be similar to statewide, doesn't seem to be any yellow or red flags for either party. this changes as we go through the list. >> in hall county, heavily republican, 71% went to donald trump. do you think this county will see those numbers again? >> in terms of proportion of votes for trump quite possibly but in terms of overall votes that is where we will get into a real challenge. we are at 69% early voting compared to november. given how republican it is it is hard to imagine anything except a lower republican turnout overall. this is a yellow flag for republicans in georgia. >> keep an eye there. when it counties to be in favor of gop this has flip-flopped a little bit. you think republicans can pull more support here?
