american way, suddenly silicon valley, jack dorsey and company get to decide what speech is aacceptable in anointing themselves as arbiters of what the right says is allowed to be heard in the united states supreme court is repeatedly held that even hate speech is protected speech, it cannot be regulated because as part of our fundamental right of free speech under the first amendment. i don't like it when kamala harris goes on twitter to raise money to commit crimes again, her rightd fight forai to say it under the constitution. and amazingly even the aclu has joined to criticize the move by twitter. and now apple is threatening conservative leaning parler with removal from his platform. when youas are removed, censore, canceled from these platforms you are than the subject of an

attack, assault, even dismissal from your job. if you are on the left however, you are rewarded with a job for you become the head of the department at a university. but the idea of censorship of speech in the united states is destructive to our free and open society. how can anyone possibly believe. this is good, forget fair, the idea that people get to decide who's speeches are oppressed and whose it isn't as totally outside of our constitutional framework. social media is a marketplace where we share ideas, as big tech continues to suppress conservative speech the inability of americans to get the facts will be more dire drawing a influence distinction between the truth and ally which will create even more chaos. fiction, remember often drives people over the edge, whatever

right now, iat was debating, i looked up until the vice president being pulled out by his security team and they stepped in and said there's protesters in the building we have got to be able to shut this down locking the doors you can hear the noise outside. it was a disappointing day for us as americans because as americans we are better than this but we know a group of folks so angry they let their anger get out of control and did something foolish and irrational and illegal and they should be prosecuted for it. judge jeanine: one of the things going around on the internet my friends were e-mailing me and said it was all antifa, was not really maga and one of the images was an image that they had of these white buffets, they said all over the internet the police are bringing in antifa and then they showed the buses and behind the buses were more police cars. can you explain what that was about? >> i am absolutely stunned that

i'm hearing conservatives online blaming the police, that is absolutely stunning to me. tm sure there were antifa folks and also certain they were trumped supporters that were out of control that were attacking the facility and tried to take out the center of government. there were buses that were brought b in but not busloads of antifa supporters of the capitol police were driving, that is insane those were buses that were brought in to evacuate members of congress because we have individuals screaming their way through the hallways beating up capitol police in massive numbers yelling out where are they, where are they incoming after members of congress and the police is trying to get control of the facility and creating a backup if we cannot get control of the capitol grounds we have to get members of congress out. those were buses to evacuate us. judge jeanine: i'm not sure the buses were from that day, i just

about ideas and before wednesday conservatives were being silenced by big tech and that's been going on for years and a serious problem. judge jeanine: congressman what can need you and you take away their immunity, the d.o.j. is suing them for antitrust violation, when is the government going to regulate these people? they are bigger than -- they are bigger than the government. >> if you look at the laws already they don'tre qualify for the protection of the law because those protection whether section 230 or others are there for people who are true public squares, town halls where you can talk about anything, that is not what there are anymore, their publishers, sensors whatever you want to refer to it as, the ayatollah can still post and once they start saying they will only allow certain speeches but not all speeches they don't deserve the protection that the liability protections like section 230 allow people.
