tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  January 17, 2021 12:00am-1:00am PST

12:00 am
i'm watters and this is my world. [♪♪♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. a packed show ahead but first my open. the big jest danger to the security of this country is the fbi's failure. this federal agency has failed over and over again to snuff out crimes for which they have become aware. crimes they fail to prevent and crimes they fail to tell us about. the federal bureau of investigation proclaims they gather evidence to solve and prevent crimes. preventing crime is the reason
12:01 am
why people alert them and then feel protected. on the other hand, those at the highest levels of the fbi have proven themselves to be quite efficient at using the power we confer upon them to operate on a political level like dictators in third world countries. first let me say as someone who was in law enforcement for over three decades. one who created innovative programs cappied all over the nation. what i'm about to say is shared by many especially at the lower law enforcement level. for the failures. last wednesday january 6, the fbi, the nation's leading law enforcement agency colossally failed in its mission. two days after the attack on our nation's capitol, the head of the washington field office said
12:02 am
his agency had no intelligence suggesting the rally would be nothing more than a lawful demonstration. translation, nothing to see here folks. to rebut that, "the washington post" of all newspapers comes out and says the day before the assault on the capitol the fine norfolk office received information calling for violation on january 6 in washington and people would be quote ready to fight. the congress needs to hear glass breaking. doors being kicked in. go there ready for war. clearly, that's long before president trump's speech even started which is what the left alleges caused the riots. then. he does a 180, oh, yeah, we received a lot of intelligence on the potential for violence before the actual assault on the
12:03 am
capitol. when asked what he did, here is how he responds. >> we received a lot of intelligence information throughout all different means. be it through social media or through chs's office. and then we have a sharing mechanism. we have task forces across the country. in d.c. we have a robust jtgf. judge jeanine: really? that's what you did? you filed it and put it in a report? did you have a meeting to decide what you were going to do. how you were going to identify the people coming to washington who were ready for war. did you tell the dc police they were in for trouble and bicycle racks won't stop anybody trying to come into the capitol. did you even think about how
12:04 am
that information could be acted upon? now, you admit information included maps of the capitol, complex tunnels and plans for swarming it. what did you do? your answer, other law enforcement agencies have information readily available because they have access to the system, close quote. you ingested it into the task force. congrats. were you too big to get in our government car and runner over and have a meeting and end by saying that's the action we took and that's it. your boss, director christopher wray tries to wow the nation with fbi capabilities. >> what we are doing with our investigation into last week's violent activities at the capitol, we are bringing our aggressionive operational capabilities and investigative and intelligence expertise to
12:05 am
next week's inauguration. judge jeanine: did you forget to tell your agents to bring their intelligence expertise before last week's event? the fbi saying either they didn't know but then if they knew, they determined there was no danger contradicted by the fact there was danger and they were told about it ahead of time. another failure. the boston bombers. you remember them. the explosion where three week were killed and 260, many suffering amputations and blindness, not to mention post traumatic stress. the fbi said they took action. they investigated the tsarnaev brothers thoroughly and came to the determination there was no
12:06 am
threat. >> the russians warned you. the saudis warned you. your own cia warned you. why is it the russians reportedly had enough information to get a wire on ta merlin talking about it. the fbi received information there would be a shooting at marjory stoneman douglas high school. the fbi received a detailed warning at the national call center weeks before the attack. they never forwarded that to the south florida field office, even after that specific threat was linked to an earlier threat that was called in about the same shooter. and get this. the shooter himself even posted on the internet, i am going to
12:07 am
be a professional school shooter. if a student rented a billboard with that on it, the fbi if they saw it would suddenly use first amendment free speech to defend their refusal to do anything. and the greatest loss of life was the fbi's handling of the attack on 9/11. there were 12 separate opportunities reported where the fbi could have disrupted the plot and saved 3,000 lives. of course, many referred to organizational deficiencies which is double speak that the fbi for all their talk about law enforcement partners don't play well with them and don't share information with them. just ask the cia. another failure. in 2016 the pulse nightclub shooting in orlando, florida where 49 people were massacred and 53 wound. the worst mass shooting in u.s.
12:08 am
history. we found out the fbi agents had been investigating the shooter for 10 months. they turned up no evidence of law break and concluded he was not a threat, and they closed the case, even though he threatened a coworker thate would have al qaeda kill their family, and even though his mosque warned the fbi that he was a threat to public safety. and he repeatedly lied to the fbi. and the whole time his father was on the fbi payroll. after the massacre the fbi director jim comey comes out saying he will leave no stone unturned. of course, they prosecuted mateen's widow, she was acquitted because the fbi had significant inconsistencies in
12:09 am
their testimony. but there is one thing the fbi is really good at. just ask michael horowitz, the inspector general for the fbi. they are good at putting together false information in the form of a dossier to present to a court to spy on presidential candidate. there were 17 errors the i.g. found in the information for a fisa warrant against carter page in order to spy on president trump and his campaign. all of them in favor of the government against the president. general michael flynn was another targets of the fbi. he was labeled a convict and traitor by 9 fbi whose director comey laughed about getting away with it. you can even ask hillary clinton. she'll tell you the fbi is good at political investigations. they will do a fake investigation with no search warrants and no grand jury, and
12:10 am
they will question her with no recording and no stenographer, and the fbi will go out of its way to say she doesn't possess an iota of criminal intent, which of course isn't the fine's job. the declassification this week of crossfire hurricane documents prove president trump was unfairly targeted for colluding with russia after the fbi used a comic book fake dossier. lindsey graham says he believes the was one of the most corrupt and incompetent investigations of history of the fbi and doj. the investigators, with the notable exceptions were incredibly biased and used the
12:11 am
powers of law enforcement for political purposes. how sad is it that the agency that we have all grown up to revere and respect has totally abandoned its motto, fidelity, brave are you, integrity and is now a washed up cop heavy organization that does its best work in the swamp destroying political opponents. is there not a revamping of the fbi, you can expect the next four years under joe biden to find an ineffective police agency riddled with politics that will further divide an already divide country. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter, #judgejeanine. if you liked my open, you will love my new book "don't lie to
12:12 am
me." here with reaction to my open and much more, ohio congressman jim jordan. good evening. i have long been a student of the belief that justice delayed is justice denied. now we have the declassification crossfire hurricane and how many years later and one low-level fine agent is indicted. what's your take on the release of those documents? >> they told us what you and i knew all along. they knew from the get will go the dossier was b.s. crossfire hurricane, the case was so bad, one of the key agents said, i want off the case. they knew from the start that the clinton campaign had paid for it. never forget, jim comey, with it many president-elect trump, jim comey goes trump tower and briefs the president.
12:13 am
jim combative sticks around to brief the president on the dossier. the dossier they already knew was false. they leaked it to the press and the press would cover the fact that they shared the dossier. all this happened based on the document they knew from the very beginning was false. that's what's so wrong with this entire episode that they put the country through for four years. and they couple with nothing. judge jeanine: anyone republican even questions the election. as opposed to 4 years of the illegitimate president trump. democrats in congress are calling for the removal of the republicans in congress if they question the integrity of the election. >> it's ridiculous.
12:14 am
they investigated the president before he was elected. now they are trying to remove him from office after he left. while they did that, we can't investigate the election? now they are telling us this. 147 of us who voted against accepting electors from certain states, they are saying we should be kicked out of congress. in 2017 when the electors were brought in front of congress. the democrats objected to 11 states. one of the democrats, the chairman of the rules committee from massachusetts. he objected to alabama. the first state they called. a state president trump won by 30-some points. but we can't object? it's ridiculous.
12:15 am
judge jeanine: and it's frightening. big tech tried to cancel and erase the president of the united states. but also to limit nose who are republicans to literally get them off the internet, facebook and twitter. there is basically not just a removal of free speech. it's and removal of our freedom. >> this cancel culture is dangerous. it's the most dangerous thing going. i told my colleagues in a committee hearing this past summer. the democrats should remember the cancel culture won't just stop with republicans. they will they will always go after more. do you have a first amendment where people are afraid to talk? do you have a functioning first amendment when only one side is allowed to speak? that's the concern i have right now. they are trying to cancel the president.
12:16 am
if sthe cancel the president they are trying to cancel the 75 million people who voted for the president. half the country. it's an un-american thing, it should not continue and i hope it stops soon. judge jeanine: i want you to take a listen to ayanna pressley who made an interesting comments about what she considers chemical warfare. >> by refusing to wear masks, this is criminal behavior. that's chemical warfare stars i'm concerned. d as far as i'm concerned. judge jeanine: this woman is a congresswoman. these people are making laws. is this what we can expect the next four years? >> i don't know. i hope the double standard stops. they have governors and mayors telling americans you can't go to school, you can't go to
12:17 am
church, you can't go to loved ones funerals, you can't have your family over for the holidays. and the same thing apply to the this issue. the speaker of the house had a cove individual positive individual come to the opening day of session because speaker pelosi was nervous about getting enough votes to beat kevin mccarthy. but someone who already has covid and has the antibodies and somehow it's chemical warfare? this makes no sense and the american people site of and are sick of the double standard. judge jeanine: keep fighting the good fight. a lot of americans are frightened. still ahead. peter navarro, tomi lahren and more special guests on deck.

judge jeanine: this week project veritas leaked part of a video call led by twitter ceo jack dorsey. judge jeanine: a chilling prediction of their plan to shut down any account they don't like. a twitter spokesman said the remarks shown in the video were delivered to our near 5,400 employees. joining me now to discuss this, the author of "fire brand." florida congressman matt gaetz joins me now. what do you say to jk dorsey.
12:23 am
it's not just one person they are going after. what does this foretell for the people of this country during the biden administration? >> the beatings will continue can the woke-topia is achieved. that seems to be the message of jack dorsey. he doesn't just want a platform for people to share their thoughts, he wants control. he said if they can do it to a president of the united states, imagine what they can do to the rest of us. we see that same dogma and ideology applied online. twitter has taken the president of the united states out of the public discourse but allows people like the ayatollah of iran who regularly cheers death to america to continue to spew
12:24 am
vile -- continue to spew vile hatred on their platform. judge jeanine: that's what happens when big tech gets bigger than the government. the government has to rein them in. whether they are monster monopolies, they have got the protection of an open platform. they are editorializing. they are acting as publishers. this is the justice department breaking them up. we are talking about amazon, apple, facebook. then in addition to the justice department making sure that they don't just willy-nilly censor people or else they have to be accountable under 230. >> president trump warned us about this and congress did nothing. too' people in congress are
12:25 am
totally bought off by big tech. i wrote an entire chapter on it. i exposed members of congress who have members of their family working for big tech. it occurs on both sides of the aisle. the government going into the hands of democrats. we need talented state attorneys general to bring fraud actions for unfair trade practices all around the country. if we don't win this fight with big tech, we won't win any other fight because we won't be invited to the debate to present our ideas to the people in the country. judge jeanine: then you have got andrea -- ocasio. is this a call for -- take a listen. >> we are going to have to
12:26 am
figure out how we rein in our media environment so you can't just spew disinformation and misinformation. >> i don't that i want to take lectures on disinformation from the person who says we have to eliminate cows, cars, airplanes, and cheeseburgers to live in an acceptable world. now they even want to control the media. frankly, our ideas are better. we want to put the american people first. we want to put our country first. you have got the far left want to go control the four corners of debate to constrain dissent so they can execute on a totally socialist left wing agenda that would diminish america to make us look like the rest of the countries in the world that don't have the same promise and opportunity or great country
12:27 am

trump's hard-line immigration stance. >> new fears that the showdown with china could be one of the first real tests for the incoming bind administration. this as we have seen several democrats targeted by chinese spies and some an edly working
12:33 am
with the communist government. good evening, peter. thanks for being with us. right now we have got nancy pelosi who has put eric swalwell back on the permanent select committee on intelligence in spite of the fact it's claimed he had a relationship with a chinese spy, and they bundled money for him. we have got this kind of interference. you might call it, with our government. what is the future with china for the next four years. >> i'm worried about the next six month. clearly xi jinping the kick day or of comien is pushing authoritarianism over democracy. he made statements to say the american century is over, and the chinese century.
12:34 am
he will come hard at joe biden on taiwan. they have been using the pandemic the to crush democracy in hong kong. i think what you will see is china testing the limits of this administration. this bind administration is going to probably fall into the trap of endless dialogue and try to reason with communist china. i spent four years trying to do that. the only thing you do is waste your time and retrade any deal you make. i think we need to decouple and learn to live without them. on trade they cheat. and on everything else, it's nothing but trouble. judge jeanine: and what about people like eric swalwell in the government and how china has tried to influence the legislature.
12:35 am
>> the std now is the spy transmitted disease in california. she not only slept with swalwell, but she went up and down the coast sleeping with mayors. this is the ultimate honey pot. this is what the chinese do. they try to ensnare you. up so sick of that guy standing up in congress lecturing donald trump. come on, just get rid of that guy. judge jeanine: nancy isn't. >> they have a cast of characters up there. judge jeanine: let's go to the economy. if president biden has a $1.9 trillion relief package he will
12:36 am
be promoting. will this help us? >> it's too little too late, judge. i was talking back in august the need of a fiscal stimulus and relief bill. small businesses in this country has been dropping like flies. pelosi gambled on this country, three month worth of not letting the president have a stimulus package so he won't have that on elect day and might win. so they won. and what they did, they destroyed the economy. i think we'll see late in 2021 and the stock market. the many reason the stock market is going up is because there is so much money going into the market. and it can't imoin to the bond market because there is no interest being paid. it's not a healthy sign that the stock market is going up. structural damage has been done
12:37 am
that's irreversible. china and the economy, 2021, fasten your seat belts. judge jeanine: peter navarro, thanks so many for being with us tonight. up next, how is governor andrew cuomo completely bungled the vaccine rollout. and what needs to be done now. janice ♪ if i could be you and you could be me ♪

why wasn't the new york governor prepared. >> this governor will not accept responsibility or accountability. he has written a "new york times" best seller list in the middle of a pandemic. then he wins an emmy. he had a covid mountain poster he was promoting. i think he wants to be a celebrity more than he wants to be a governor. the fact that he won't answer the questions about why he put covid positive patients in a nursing home for 46 days, and we don't have the total number of deaths, seniors who got covid from their he der care facility because some of them died in a whose. he though the justice department is investigating, he won't give them any information. he continues to run around thinking he's god's gift, and the king, and he's failing again. yet no one will hold him

accountable. judge jeanine: even the "new york post" estimates 10,000 people may have died as a result of covid infected patients being sent back into nursing homes. now the vaccine rollout, last i heard it would be people in drug rehab, then criminals in jail. and then you had to be over 75. but now, it may have changed because of all the criticism. dose even know what he's doing? >> i don't think he does. counties have had a response in place for years. but he threw those out the window and decided to put it on the responsibility of the hospitals. why did he do that? they have never handled a and dem egg before. the biggest problem is we didn't understand how heard it is to get online to make appointments. people are trying to make

appointments for their parents and grandparents. they are having to go through a 51-step process. once they get the appointment, it's canceled. because the vaccine issue is affecting more new yorkers than maybe the nursing home issue did, maybe people will start to understand this governor doesn't really care about new yorkers. he only cares about himself. judge jeanine: janice, thanks for taking up the issue. and thanks for being us tonight. the last part of this is the most frustrating. the senior citizens who need it the most, they don't have as much experience and a half gaight the internet and they can't make these appointments. take care. thank you. could harvard and other colleges rescind diplomas from graduates who supported president trump?
