office said his agency had no intelligence suggesting the rally would be anything more than a lawful demonstration. translation, nothing to see here folks, to rebut that, the washington post of all newspapers comes out and says the day before the assault on the capital the fbi nor folk office received information indicating calls for violence in response to unlawful lockdown will begin on january 6 in washington and people have been ready to fight, the congress needs to hear glass breaking, doors being kicked in, go there ready for war. query, that is long before president trump speech even started which is what the left alleges caused a riot. then dan drone no says, we received a lot of intelligence of the potential for violence

expertise to next week's inauguration. judge jeanine: , did you forget to tell your agents to bring their deep investigative and intelligence expertise before last week'she event? honestly i'm sick and tired ofe having to do the same open over and over again. the fbi saying either they did not know but if they knew then they determined there was no danger contradicted by the fact that there was danger and they were told about it ahead of time. another failure. the boston bombers, yoube rememr them, the explosion where three people were killed and 260, many suffering amputations and blindness, not to mention posttraumatic stress suffered. the fbi says that they took action, they investigated thoroughly and came to the conclusion there was no danger of terrorist activity, my response aty the time.

judge jeanine: wait a minute, the russians warned you twice, the saudis warned you, your own cia warned you and you say there was no indication of terrorist activity? and by the way why is it the russians reportedly had enough information to get him talking about an attack in our fbi gives him a clean bill of health. >> in 2018 they received information there would be a shooting and marjory stoneman douglas high school and parkland, florida were 17 innocent teachers and students were massacred, the fbi would be the detail warning at the national call center weeks before the attack, they never forwarded that to the south icflorida field office even aftr that specific threat was linked to an earlier threat that was called in about the same shooter. and get this, the shooter himself even posted on the

internet i am going to be a professional school shooter. i sometimes think if a student rented a billboard with that on it, the fbi if they saw it would suddenly use first amendment free-speech to defend their refusal to do anything. in the greatest loss of life with the fbi handling of the attack on 9/11. there were 12 separate s opportunities reported where the fbi could've disrupted the plot and saved 3000 lives. and of course many refer to organizational deficiencies which is double speed that the fbi for all of their talk about law enforcement partners don't play well with them and don't share information with them. just ask the cia. another failure, in 2016 the nightclub shooting in florida orlando where 49 people were

massacred and 53 more wounded. the worst mass shooting in u.s. history. we found out, the fbi agents hae been investigating shooter for ten months. they showed up no evidence of lawbreaking and concluded the team was not a threat and they close the c case. even though he threatened a coworker that he would have al-qaeda killed her family even though he talked about wanting to be a martyr and even though his mosque warned the fbi he was a threat to public safety and he repeatedly lied to the fbi. and get this, during the whole time his father was on the fbi payroll, after the massacre, fbi director jim comey comes out saying he will leave no stone unturned. of course, they prosecuted mateen's widow, she was acquitted of course because the fbi had insignificant

inconsistencies in their testimonies. but there is one thing, one thing the fbi is really good at, just ask michael horowitz the inspector general for the fbi. the really good at putting together false information in the form of a dossier to prevent to a court to spy on a presidential candidate. there were 17 errors the ig found that the fbi made in the application for a pfizer were against carter page in order to spy on president trump and his campaign. all of them in favor met of the government of the president. general michael flynn was another target of the fbi he was crucified for four years, labeled a convict and a traitor by the fbi whose director comey laughed about getting away with it. you can even ask hillary clinton, she will tell you the fbi is good at political investigations and they will do

a fake investigation when no search warrants and no grand jury and noo question or reporting or sonographer in the fbi will go out of his way to announce this poor woman doesn't possess an iota of criminal intent which of course isn't even fbi's job. their political expertise continues to be confirmed with the declassification this week of crossfire hurricane documents which prove president trump was unfairly and illegally targeted for colluding with russia afterr the fbi used a comic book make-believe dossier. senate judiciary chair lindsey graham agrees, he saidd i beliee the crossfire hurricane was one of the most incompetent and corrupt investigations in the history of the fbi and d.o.j. fisa court was lied to. exculpatory information was held on those being investigated. the investigators with notable exception were incredibly biased

>> it's ridiculous, they investigated the president for four and half years and started before he was elected and tried to remove him before he got there, now they try to remove him from office after he left that to ridiculous it's gotten but why they did that we can look into investigate the election, we called on it ten weeks ago for the democrats to look into it and they can't do it. now they're telling us this, 147 who voted accepting electors from certain states, they are saying we should be kicked out of congress, guess what judge, back in 2017 when the electrodes were brought in front of congress, the democrats objected to more states than the republicans didec last week they objected to 11 states, one of the democrats the chairman of the o rules committee from massachusetts, he objected to alabama, the very first date, alabama estate the president trump won by 30 some point, he objected alabama but we can't 30objected pennsylvania where ty did things and unconstitutional faction and how they when their election it's ridiculous. judge jeanine: it is frightening

why wasn't the new york governor prepared. >> this governor will not accept responsibility or accountability. he has written a "new york times" best seller list in the middle of a pandemic. then he wins an emmy. he had a covid mountain poster he was promoting. i think he wants to be a celebrity more than he wants to be a governor. the fact that he won't answer the questions about why he put covid positive patients in a nursing home for 46 days, and we don't have the total number of deaths, seniors who got covid from their he der care facility because some of them died in a whose. he though the justice department is investigating, he won't give them any information. he continues to run around thinking he's god's gift, and the king, and he's failing again.

yet no one will hold him accountable. judge jeanine: even the "new york post" estimates 10,000 people may have died as a result of covid infected patients being sent back into nursing homes. now the vaccine rollout, last i heard it would be people in drug rehab, then criminals in jail. and then you had to be over 75. but now, it may have changed because of all the criticism. dose even know what he's doing? >> i don't think he does. counties have had a response in place for years. but he threw those out the window and decided to put it on the responsibility of the hospitals. why did he do that? they have never handled a and dem egg before. the biggest problem is we didn't understand how heard it is to get online to make appointments. people are trying to make

president trump. i think they are trying to scare and intimidate trump supporters. 75 million trump supporters are loyal. they are not going to dessert the president. harvard and the left and the media is trying to punish trump supporters. they don't understand it. trump resonates with his supporters. they love him. judge jeanine: tomi, wouldn't you think march regard would say, you idiots. they earned a degree. the fact you don't like it after the fact. >> it's just like big tech and hollywood. they think their only audience is leftist liberals. this is an intimidation tactic. it's not just because they want to revoke the degrees. but it's a clear message to trump supporters at harvard and

elsewhere that they should be quite, sit down and shut up. if they have support for the president they should be quiet. if you support the president you will be in trouble, you will be deplatt formed, silenced and censored. it's up to us to say we are not buying it. this is definitely an intimidation tactic. it's up to us if we are going to fall for it or not. judge jeanine: we don't want to obviously. but you have got big tech. we can talk about that another day. tom hanks and all the rest of them will have a big event celebrating what they call celebrating america. he thinks this is part of what's necessary in a presidential inauguration. jennifer lopez, justin timberlake. leo, what do you think of this?

>> this is ridiculous. they are going to try to trash the trump legacy. trump did more for this country in four years than bind and obama. what is the problem is this. they will try to downplay everything aboutton the last four years. they don't want to see my face here. they want to portray donald trump as a racist klan member. he resonates with all people and the democrats message and hollywood will try to portray that as something else. it will not work. judge jeanine: tomi? >> it shows how out of touch hollywood is. many businesses are closed permanently. if not they are restricted to the point where they can barely operate. we have hollywood celebrating

their new president ushering in. the average american is worried about going back to work. they are 23409 worried about lady gaga and justin and other liberals performing for the new president. they think this is just a celebration of getting rid of president trump. they don't understand president trump stood for half of this country. he food for the silent majority, the forgotten americans. folks these hollywood liberals wouldn't understand, couldn't understand, and don't want to understand. just keep in mind. i live in nashville, tennessee. there is a lot of entertainers here. a lot of conservative entertainers here. if they would have done that. if they would ever support president trump, they would be silenced and canceled. it's sickening. i hope they are enjoy their socialism and raised taxes
